ICEBERG-SAN

A wide view of the bustling city of Water 7 shows a large bridge connecting buildings over a canal, with flags fluttering in the wind. Sanji is riding in a small boat pulled by a Yagara Bull, smoking a cigarette. He looks around at the architecture and says, "THE CITY OF WATER IS PRETTY NICE..." The Yagara Bull makes a "NI" sound. In the next panel, Sanji is at a floating market stall. A vendor woman asks him, "HEY, BOY, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR FACE? HOW MANY MIZU MIZU CABBAGE DO YOU WANT?" Sanji replies, "HUH? OH... TWO PLEASE. BY THE WAY, MADAM... WHERE CAN I BUY SOME SEASONAL PRODUCE AROUND HERE?" He then imagines Nami and Robin laughing together, thinking, "I WISH I COULD HAVE A DATE WITH NAMI-SAN AND ROBIN-CHAN HERE..." He smiles dreamily, surrounded by floating hearts, and thinks, "IT WOULD BE SO NICE TO HOLD A BLOSSOM IN EACH HAND~~~" The vendor woman looks at him with a sweatdrop, saying, "IYA IYA..."

Sanji walks down a narrow, empty street carrying two bags of groceries. He looks confused, a drop of sweat on his face, and says, "AM I LOST...? PROBABLY THE CURSE OF THE SEAWEED HEAD SWORDSMAN..." He stops at a corner, noting, "THIS PLACE IS NOT VERY PEDESTRIAN-FRIENDLY IS IT...?" He looks down an alley and sighs, "ANOTHER DEAD-END..." Suddenly, he notices something with an "HM!?" A tall woman with dark hair, wearing a black leather outfit and carrying a bag, walks past the end of the alleyway. Sanji recognizes her instantly. His face lights up with immense joy, his visible eye turning into a heart. He drops his groceries and sprints toward her, yelling, "AAAH!! ROBIN-CHAN!! HEY! IT'S ME!!!"

Sanji reaches the corner where he saw Robin, calling out "ROBIN~~~ CHAN..." with a heart in his eye. However, when he looks down the intersecting waterway, she is nowhere to be seen. He stands at the edge of the water, looking around in confusion. "THAT'S WEIRD..." he says. "THERE'S NO DOOR AND NO ROAD, WHERE DID SHE GO?" He scratches his head, wondering, "DID SHE FLY AWAY...!?!" Suddenly, a loud crashing sound comes from above. Sanji looks up in surprise, exclaiming, "EH?" A figure is seen falling from a high window of a nearby building, accompanied by a "STA..." sound effect. Sanji recognizes the falling person and yells, "USOPP??"

Usopp plummets through the air, screaming "DA... N!!" as he falls from the high building. Sanji watches in disbelief, asking, "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE...? AM I REALLY CURSED...?" Usopp crashes violently into the ground below, kicking up a massive cloud of dust with loud "DA DA DA N!!" and "ZA ZA ZA!!" sound effects. From the dust cloud, a man with a long, square nose wearing a cap with "Galley" written on it emerges, smiling calmly. He lands gracefully on his feet. Looking out over the city towards the sea, he spots a ship in the distance and says, "HM... THAT SHOULD BE IT..." He exhales a "PHEW..."

On the deck of the Going Merry, Zoro is sleeping soundly against the mast, a "ZZZ" bubble floating above him. The man with the square nose, Kaku, lands lightly on the ship's railing with a "STAN...!!" sound. He says, "EXCUSE ME." He looks around the ship and notes, "IT'S WORN DOWN PRETTY BADLY..." He then notices Zoro sleeping and says, "OH... IT'S JUST USOPP." Kaku examines the main mast, looking up at it and saying, "WE PROBABLY HAVE TO REPLACE THE MAST..." Suddenly, Zoro wakes up, startled by the intruder. He draws one of his swords with a sharp "GIII...!!" sound and glares aggressively at Kaku. Zoro shouts, "HOLD ON A MINUTE!! WHO ARE YOU!!?" Kaku looks back at him calmly and replies, "OH. SORRY, DID I WAKE YOU UP?"

Back at the Galley-La Company headquarters, Luffy, Nami, and Usopp are standing outside Dock 1. Usopp points up at the massive building and says, "HE FLEW DOWN FROM HERE... THAT WAS AMAZING..." A tall man with blue hair and a striped jacket is talking to a blonde woman with glasses holding a clipboard. He says, "WE DON'T HIRE JUST ANY AVERAGE WORKERS WITH AVERAGE PHYSIQUE. IN ORDER TO REPAIR THE SHIP IN THE FASTEST SPEED AND YIELDING THE BEST RESULT... HEHE. DON'T UNDERESTIMATE OUR CARPENTERS..." He then asks the woman, "KARIFA?" She replies, "YES. THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE." Kalifa reads from her notes: "THEIR NAME IS THE STRAW HAT PIRATES. THEY STARTED IN EAST BLUE AND THEY CURRENTLY HAVE 7 MEMBERS. THEIR BOUNTIES COMBINED ARE WORTH 239 MILLION BERI. STRAW HAT LUFFY, PIRATE HUNTER ZORO, AND NICO ROBIN." Usopp sweats nervously and whispers, "AH... THEY KNOW EVERYTHING..." Luffy looks on with a neutral expression.

The tall man in the striped jacket stands confidently. A small white mouse peeks out from his breast pocket, making a "CHYU CHYU" sound. The man says, "OH. I SEE. IT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN EASY GETTING HERE. I AM THE HEAD OF THIS CITY..." A caption box introduces him: "WATER SEVEN MAYOR & GAREERA COMPANY PRESIDENT ICEBERG". Iceburg tells Kalifa, "PLEASE GET HIM SOME FOOD AND A CAGE." Kalifa, standing behind him, replies, "IT IS DONE, ICEBERG-SAN." Iceburg looks surprised and says, "OH? THAT WAS FAST LIKE A SHOOTING STAR, KARIFA." Kalifa pushes up her glasses and says, "YOU FLATTER ME!" Iceburg continues, "AND THIS RAT I ADOPTED NOT LONG AGO IS CALLED... TIRANOSAURUS." The mouse squeaks "CHYU CHYU" again.

Kalifa reads from her clipboard, listing Iceburg's schedule. "MAY I REMIND YOU THAT YOU HAVE A MEETING WITH THE OWNER OF THE GLASS FACTORY IN THE CHIZA HOTEL. AFTER THAT YOU HAVE A SPEECH IN THE RIGURIA PLAZA. AFTER THAT YOU NEED TO MEET WITH THE MAYOR BIMINE OF PUCHI, THE CITY OF CRUISINE, IN A PRESS CONFERENCE FOR THE NEWSPAPERS. AFTER THAT THERE ARE SOME DOCUMENTS IN YOUR OFFICE THAT YOU NEED TO GO OVER." Iceburg suddenly yells, "I DON'T WANT TO!! I'LL CANCEL ALL OF THAT..." Luffy and Usopp look shocked, with Usopp yelling, "HEY! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!" Iceburg turns away, saying, "FOR ME, REFUSING TO DO THOSE THINGS IS JUST... ONE OF MY PRIVILEGES." Nami whispers to Luffy and Usopp, "YOU'RE NOT EXACTLY A MODEL MAYOR... YEAH, HE'S REALLY UNRELIABLE. SO THIS GUY IS THE ONE THAT THE OLD LADY TOLD ABOUT, RIGHT?" Luffy replies, "YES. I THINK SO."

Iceburg suddenly turns back to the Straw Hats, his face dark with anger, and shouts, "ILL-MANNER BRATS!!!" In a blur of motion, Kalifa leaps into the air and delivers a rapid series of powerful kicks to Luffy, Nami, and Usopp. The impacts are accompanied by loud "BAM BAM BAM" sound effects as the three pirates are sent flying backward, screaming "UWAAAH!!" They crash onto the ground in a tangled heap. Kalifa lands gracefully, her leg still raised from the final kick. Usopp, clutching his face, yells, "HOW DARE YOU SPEAK WITH SUCH DISRESPECT TO THE WORLD'S BEST SHIP MAKER!!?" Nami, looking terrified, says, "SHE SCARED ME BACK THERE...!!" Luffy, rubbing his head, glares at Kalifa and shouts, "YOU WANT A FIGHT!?"

Kalifa stands calmly, adjusting her glasses. A caption box introduces her: "ICEBERG'S BEAUTIFUL SECRETARY: KARIFA". She says, "AH... I'M SORRY. I LOST MY CALM BACK THERE. BUT ICEBERG-SAN IS THE HERO OF THE CITY. PLEASE SHOW SOME RESPECT." She glares menacingly, adding, "OTHERWISE... PLEASE DO NOT MAKE KARIFA ANGRY... ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE." Usopp, sporting a large bump on his head and a bloody nose, cries, "MOST OF THOSE KICKS LANDED ON HIM! YOU'RE THE ILL-MANNER ONE!!" Nami quickly changes the subject, smiling brightly as she holds up an envelope. "I HAVE A LETTER FOR YOU, ICEBERG-SAN!!" she says.

Iceburg takes the envelope and looks at it. "IT'S FROM KOKORO..." he says. He reads the front, which says "CHECK OUT THEIR SHIP." with a lip mark on it. Suddenly, Iceburg rips the letter in half with a "RIP RIP" sound. Usopp and Nami scream in shock, "AH!!" Usopp yells, "THEN WHY DID YOU RIP APART THE RECOMMENDATION LETTER?" Iceburg replies, "I DIDN'T LIKE THE LIP MARK." Luffy steps forward, pleading, "PLEASE FIX OUR SHIP!! WE WILL PAY YOU!! WE SAILED FOR A LONG TIME AND GOING MERRY IS ALL BROKEN!! PLEASE, GRANDPA!!" Iceburg simply replies, "NO PROBLEM." Usopp and Nami are stunned by his quick agreement, saying, "EEEH? AGREEING SO FAST?" Usopp asks, "KOKORO WAS MY DRINKING PARTNER... THEN WHY DID YOU CANCEL ALL THOSE APPOINTMENTS!?" Iceburg explains, "SINCE I'M SO BORED TODAY... I'LL SHOW YOU AROUND THE PLACE." He adds, "ANYWAYS... KAKU ALREADY WENT TO CHECK OUT YOUR SHIP... SO WE'LL WAIT UNTIL HE RETURNS."

Luffy, Nami, and Usopp are walking away, carrying their large briefcases full of money. Luffy laughs, "OKAY! LET'S GO SEE THE SHIPYARD!! AH. I ALMOST FORGOT OUR MONEY..." Usopp adds, "WOW! LOOK! SO MUCH CASH!!" Nearby, three members of the Franky Family are hiding behind a wall, watching them. One of them, Zambai, sweats nervously and says, "AH!! UH-OH. WE'RE FOUND OUT!!" Iceburg notices them and says, "THE FRANKIE'S FAMILY..." Suddenly, the three Franky Family members jump onto a Yagara Bull boat and speed away. One of them yells, "LET'S RUN!!" Nami shouts, "WHAT!? WHO ARE YOU!!" Usopp yells, "STOP!" Luffy shouts, "ROBBERS!! GIVE ME MY 200 MILLION BERI BACK!!" The Franky Family members laugh as they escape. "WAHAHAHA!! HE SAID 200 MILLION!! THANKS FOR THE MONEY, BRO!! HAHAH!!" Luffy yells after them, "STOP! STOP YOU BASTARDS!!"

A man with blonde hair, wearing goggles and a jacket over a shirt with a target design, is running frantically across a bridge. He has a cigar in his mouth. Two men in black suits are chasing him. The man yells, "I'M TELLING YOU. JUST GIVE ME 2 MORE DAYS!!" The debt collectors shout back, "STOP, PAULII!! YOU WON'T GET AWAY THIS TIME~~!!" The chase continues down the street alongside the canal. The collectors yell, "STOP, PAULII!" Paulie replies, "I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY RIGHT NOW!" They shout, "STOP~~~!! GIVE IT BACK~~ HAHA HAHAHA". Kalifa and Iceburg are watching from a distance. Kalifa says, "OH... PAULII IS GETTING CHASED BY THE DEBT COLLECTORS AGAIN." Iceburg replies, "TSK, THEY'RE REALLY ANNOYING". Paulie notices something in the canal and says, "HM? YAGARA BULLS!!" He leaps off the edge of the walkway, shouting "HOP".

Paulie falls through the air toward the canal. He extends his arms, and ropes shoot out from his sleeves with a "PARAH... PARAH..." sound. He yells, "'ROPE ACTION'!!" Below him, the three Franky Family members are riding their stolen Yagara Bull. They look up in surprise, saying, "AH?" Paulie shouts, "I NEED TO BORROW THE YAGARA BULLS! SORRY, MEN." Zambai recognizes him and yells, "IT'S... THAT CARPENTER FROM THE GAREERA COMPANY!!" Paulie swings the ropes down, shouting, "'ROUND TIE'". The ropes wrap securely around the Yagara Bull's neck. The Franky Family members panic, screaming, "NO WAAAAY!!"

Paulie, still in mid-air, pulls hard on the ropes with a "MUNH!!!" and "GUIH GUIH" sound. The force of his pull yanks the Yagara Bull violently upward and backward. The sudden stop launches the three Franky Family members out of the boat. They fly through the air, screaming as they crash into the water and the stone walkway with loud impact sounds. Their briefcases and belongings scatter. Paulie lands smoothly on the back of the Yagara Bull with a "STAN!" sound. He smirks around his cigar and says, "HEHEH. PERFECT." The Yagara Bull makes a "NI!!" sound. The defeated Franky Family members groan in pain on the ground.

Paulie stands confidently on the Yagara Bull, adjusting his goggles. He says, "PERFECT TIMING, FRIEND." The debt collectors watch from the bridge above, frustrated. One yells, "DAMN IT!! HE GOT AWAY AGAIN!!" Paulie waves to them, mocking, "THANKS FOR COMING!! SEE YOU NEXT TIME!" Usopp, watching from the shore, says, "PHEW. HE IS ONE OF THE CARPENTERS HERE RIGHT?" Nami agrees, "YES HE IS." Paulie then notices the briefcases left behind by the Franky Family. He picks one up and says, "HM? MONEY? OH.. THIS..." Luffy yells from the shore, "HEY! THANK YOU!! THAT MONEY IS OURS, BY THE WAY!!" Paulie looks at him, surprised. A caption box introduces him: "GAREERA COMPANY DOCK 1 REPAIR: MAST-DIVISION DIVISION LEADER PAULII". The Franky Family members, recovering, yell, "HEY HEY HEY!!! GET BACK HERE!!!" The chapter ends with the One Piece logo and "CHAP 326 / FIN".
