ICEBERG-SAN

The scene opens in the bustling city of Water 7. A wide view shows canals, bridges, and stone buildings with flags waving. In a small boat, Sanji sits with Nami and Robin as they glide through the water. Sanji remarks, "THE CITY OF WATER IS PRETTY NICE..." while Nami replies dreamily, "IYA IYA...". Nearby, a voice calls out, "HUHI OH... TWO PLEASE. BY THE WAY, MADAM... WHERE CAN I BUY SOME SEASONAL PRODUCE AROUND HEREI" Sanji turns and asks, "HEY, BOY, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR FACEI HOW MANY MIZU MIZU CABBAGE DO YOU WANTI" A group of women laugh in the background with "Hahahaha hahahaha". Sanji continues dreamily, "I WISH I COULD HAVE A DATE WITH NAMI-SAN AND ROBIN-CHAN HERE... IT WOULD BE SO NICE TO HOLD A BLOSSOM IN EACH HAND---".

Sanji walks alone through the narrow streets of Water 7, muttering, "AM I LOST...I PROBABLY THE CURSE OF THE SEAWEED HEAD SWORDSMAN..." He notices, "HM!I" and observes, "THIS PLACE IS NOT VERY PEDESTRIAN-FRIENDLY IS IT...I" and "ANOTHER DEAD-END...". Robin appears from behind in a checkered cloak, startling him with a "!". Usopp suddenly runs into view shouting, "HEY! IT'S ME!!!" Sanji spins around in surprise as Robin reacts with shock. Usopp yells, "ROBIN-CHAN!!" while Robin cries out, "AAAAH!!".

Sanji reacts with wide eyes, "EHI" as Usopp dashes past carrying a large sack, yelling "ROBIN~~~~ CHAN...". Robin looks back in alarm. Sanji wonders aloud, "DID SHE FLY AWAY...!I THERE'S NO DOOR AND NO ROAD, WHERE DID SHE GOI" and "THAT'S WEIRD...". He then spots something and exclaims in shock, "USOPPII" while Usopp's face appears in close-up with a sweat drop. In the final panel, a hand reaches toward a building as a sound effect "ズタァ..." trails off.

A figure is violently hurled through the air with a massive impact sound "タアアアーン!!!". In a small panel, someone wonders aloud, "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE...I AM I REALLY CURSED...I". Enormous explosions and shockwaves rip across the city skyline with repeated SFX "ドドドドドン!!!" and "ドドドドド!!!". A young man in a cap stares at the destruction and says, "THAT SHOULD BE IT...". Another voice replies, "HM...". In the final panel a lone figure stands on a distant rooftop and exhales, "PHEW...".

On the damaged Going Merry, a man in a cap examines the broken mast and says, "IT'S WORN DOWN PRETTY BADLY...". Sanji replies with a flat expression, "OH... IT'S JUST USOPP." Usopp is shown clinging to the mast, shouting "7-9アアアア!!! EXCUSE ME." The cap-wearing man continues, "WE PROBABLY HAVE TO REPLACE THE MAST...". Usopp is later seen sleeping with a "zzz" bubble. Awakened, he yells in panic, "HOLD ON A MINUTE!! WHO ARE YOU!!!I" while the cap-wearing man apologizes, "OH, SORRY, DID I WAKE YOU UPI".

Two observers note, "HE FLEW DOWN FROM HERE..." and "THAT WAS AMAZING...". Inside a large building a man with a long nose reports, "KARIFAI YES, THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE." A woman with glasses states, "WE DON'T HIRE JUST ANY AVERAGE WORKERS... IN ORDER TO REPAIR THE SHIP IN THE FASTEST SPEED AND YIELDING THE BEST RESULT...". Another voice adds, "HEHE. DON'T UNDERESTIMATE OUR CARPENTERS...". The report continues: "THEIR NAME IS THE STRAW HAT PIRATES. THEY STARTED IN EAST BLUE AND THEY CURRENTLY HAVE 7 MEMBERS. THEIR BOUNTIES COMBINED ARE WORTH 239 MILLION BERI. STRAW HAT LUFFY, PIRATE HUNTER ZORO, AND NICO ROBIN." Luffy, a masked man, and a young girl listen; the masked man mutters, "AH... THEY KNOW EVERYTHING...".

Iceberg stands tall in a pinstripe suit, holding a small rat. He says, "OH, I SEE. IT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN EASY GETTING HERE." The rat makes "CHYU CHYU" sounds. Iceberg declares, "I AM THE HEAD OF THIS CITY...". He continues, "AND THIS RAT I ADOPTED NOT LONG AGO IS CALLED... TIRANO SAURUS". Two subordinates bow; one says, "PLEASE GET HIM SOME FOOD AND A CAGE." The other replies, "IT IS DONE, ICEBERG-SAN." Iceberg adds, "YOU FLATTER ME!" while a subordinate exclaims, "OHI THAT WAS FAST LIKE A SHOOTING STAR, KARIFA." A sign reads: "WATER SEVEN MAYOR & GALLEERA COMPANY PRESIDENT ICEBERG".

Kalifa stands with a clipboard, calmly listing Iceberg's schedule. "After that you need to meet with the mayor bimine of Puchi, the city of Cruisine, in a press conference for the newspapers. After that there are some documents in your office that you need to go over. May I remind you that you have a meeting with the owner of the glass factory in the Chiza Hotel. After that you have a speech in the Riguria Plaza." Paulie erupts in fury, shouting "HEY! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!! I'LL CANCEL ALL OF THAT... I DON'T WANT TO!!" while a small figure beside him sweats nervously. In the street below, Luffy, Nami, Usopp, and Chopper watch as Paulie turns away. "Yeah, he's really unreliable. So this guy is the one that the old lady told about, rightI" "Yes. I think so." "You're not exactly a model mayor..." "For me, refusing to do those things is just... one of my privileges."

Nami delivers a powerful kick that sends Paulie flying backward amid massive impact lines and debris. "UWAAAH!!" Paulie yells "ILL-MANNER BRATS!!!" as he crashes. Luffy and the others react in shock on the ground. "HOW DARE YOU SPEAK WITH SUCH DISRESPECT TO THE WORLD'S BEST SHIP MAKER!!I" someone shouts. Nami glares, "She scared me back there...!!!" Luffy grins excitedly, "YOU WANT A FIGHT!I"

Kalifa adjusts her glasses, looking flustered. "Ah... I'm sorry. I lost my calm back there." A small panel shows an eye glaring: "OTHER-WISE... PLEASE DO NOT MAKE KALIFA ANGRY..." Paulie, bruised, complains "MOST OF THOSE KICKS LANDED ON HIM! YOU'RE THE ILL-MANNER ONE!!" Kalifa continues, "But Iceberg-san is the hero of the city. Please show some respect. ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE." Nami steps forward with a bright smile, holding up an envelope. "I HAVE A LETTER FOR YOU, ICEBERG-SAN!!" A sign reads "ICEBERG'S BEAUTIFUL SECRETARY: KALIFA".

Paulie rips open the letter. "AH!! RIP RIP" He reads aloud, "CHECK OUT THEIR SHIP." "IT'S FROM KOKORO..." The Straw Hats react in surprise. "I DIDN'T LIKE THE LIP MARK. THEN WHY DID YOU RIP APART THE RECOMMENDATION LETTERI" "KOKORO WAS MY DRINKING PARTNER..." "AGREEING SO FASTI" "WE SAILED FOR A LONG TIME AND GOING MERRY IS ALL BROKEN!! PLEASE, PLEASE, GRANDPA!! PLEASE FIX OUR SHIP! WE WILL PAY YOU!!!" Paulie raises his arms, "THEN WHY DID YOU CANCEL ALL THOSE APPOINTMENTS!I" "SINCE I'M SO BORED TODAY... I'LL SHOW YOU AROUND THE PLACE. SO WE'LL WAIT UNTIL HE RETURNS. ANYWAYS... KAKU ALREADY WENT TO CHECK OUT YOUR SHIP..."

Luffy grins widely while holding a large suitcase of cash as Nami walks ahead. "WOW! LOOK! SO MUCH CASH!!" someone exclaims. Luffy adds, "AH. I ALMOST FORGOT OUR MONEY..." Nami replies, "OKAY! LET'S GO SEE THE SHIPYARD!!" Suddenly the scene shifts to the Franky Family in an alley. "UH-OH. WE'RE RUN OUT!!" one member panics as another yells "AH!!" Paulie appears with a stern glare. "THE FRANKIE'S FAMILY... ROBBERS!!! GIVE ME MY 200 MILLION BERI BACK!!" he demands. The masked Franky Family members shout "LET'S RUN!!" and "STOP! WHO ARE YOU!!" as they flee with the money. In a wide shot on the canal, the thieves escape on a boat while Paulie pursues. "WAHAHAHA!! HE SAID 200 MILLION... THANKS FOR THE MONEY, BRO!! HAHAH!!" they taunt. Paulie yells, "STOP! STOP YOU BASTARDS!!"

Paulie launches a powerful attack with his rope, sending debris flying. "I'M TELLING YOU. JUST GIVE ME 2 MORE DAYS!!" he shouts. A Franky Family member retorts, "STOP, PAULIE!!! YOU WON'T GET AWAY THIS TIME----!!" The chase spills across Water 7's iconic arched bridge as Paulie yells "STOP, PAULIE!!" and "I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY RIGHT NOW!" while the thieves laugh "HAHA-HA-HAHA" and demand "STOP------!! GIVE IT BACK---". Below on a smaller panel, a figure hops across rooftops. "HOP" reads the sound effect. A man with goggles and a cigar watches and mutters, "HMI TSK, THEY'RE REALLY ANNOYING. YAGARA BULLS!!" Another voice notes, "OH... PAULIE IS GETTING CHASED BY THE DEBT COLLECTORS AGAIN."

Paulie swings through the air using ropes while riding a Yagara Bull. "AHI" he reacts as the bull dives. He calls out his technique, "ROPE ACTION"!! and "PARAH...". In close-up, Paulie declares, "I NEED TO BORROW THE YAGARA BULLS! SORRY, MEN." Onlookers recognize him: "IT'S... THAT CARPENTER FROM THE GALLEY-LA COMPANY!!" The Franky Family members panic, "NO WAAAAY!!!" as Paulie ensnares them with his next move. "ROUND TIE" he announces, the ropes wrapping tightly around the thieves and their boat in a spiraling bind.

Paulie continues his assault with rapid rope strikes. "MUNH!!!" he grunts as the ropes whip around. The Franky Family members cry out in pain, "GUIH" and "GUIH". A massive impact follows with cross-shaped and rectangular debris flying everywhere. Paulie lands a finishing blow that sends the masked robbers tumbling. "HEHEH. PERFECT." a voice says as the ropes tighten. The defeated Franky Family members lie sprawled and groaning while Paulie stands victorious amid the wreckage on the canal.

The scene opens on the sea as a small boat rows away. A voice calls out, "THANKS FOR COMING!! SEE YOU NEXT TIME!" On the dock, a frantic Franky Family member yells, "DAMN IT!! HE GOT AWAY AGAIN!!" Paulie stands tall in the foreground, adjusting his goggles with a satisfied grin. "PERFECT TIMING, FRIEND," he says. Nearby, a group discusses the carpenter: "YES HE IS. PHEW. HE IS ONE OF THE CARPENTERS HERE RIGHTI" A surprised voice asks, "HMI MONEYI" Another replies, "HEY! THANK YOU!! THAT MONEY IS OURS, BY THE WAY!!" Someone mutters, "OH... THIS..." A wide-eyed reaction panel shows shock as the money is claimed. The large central panel erupts with motion lines and a massive "NI" sound effect as Paulie is struck. Below, a sign reads "GAREERA COMPANY DOCK 1 REPAIR: MAST-DIVISION DIVISION LEADER PAULII." Voices shout after the fleeing figure: "GET BACK HERE!!! HEY HEY HEY!!!" The page ends with the One Piece logo and "CHAP 326 / FIN."
