FORGIVE ME!' Minatomo continues, 'I DON'T GIVE A HOOT! LOOK, I KNOW YOU WORK ENOUGH FOR 10 MEN, SO YOU CAN SLACK OFF EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE.' The subordinate laughs, 'SHE WAS JUST SUCH A FINE WOMAN!' Minatomo then recalls, 'ACTUALLY, I JUST REMEMBERED SOMETHING. ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO... I PAWNED 'EM.' He adds, 'BUT THAT MATTER YOU WERE GOING ON AND ON ABOUT... TAKIN' A LOOK AT THE BLUEPRINTS FOR THE MANSION ON ONIGASHIMA, RIGHTI' The subordinate reacts in shock, 'REALLYI! GOD-DAMN IT!" Nearby a woman giggles, "TEEEHEE ♡". The fight intensifies as voices shout, "JUST WHO IN BLAZES DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, YOU LUNKHEAD!" and "FRA-BOY! HOW DARE YOU GRAB HOLD OF OUR LEADER!" Another accuses, "FOR ALL THOSE WEEKS BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU HAD THOSE PLANS, DAMN IT! I ONLY WORKED UNDER YOU!" Franosuke bellows, "FINE BY ME! I DON'T NEED YA ANYWAY!" and is told, "THAT'S IT! YOU'RE FIRED! GET LOST, NINCOMPOOP!" In the chaos someone yells, "SHARRAP, YOU IDIOTS! FRANOSUKE LAUNCHER!" while narration notes, "SO THE CARPENTERS ARE FIGHTING AGAIN, HUHI SEEMS MORE HEATED THAN USUAL." Impact lines and debris fly as the group tumbles in a heap.

In the streets of Wano, a fishmonger holds up a strange fish while onlookers ask, "DOES BREAM REALLY LOOK LIKE THATI" and "A BREAM! WHAT SORT OF FISH IS THISI HUHI ARE YOU A FISHMONGERI" A voice replies, "OH, MY..." Kanjuro appears carrying a massive bundle of fish and a sword, shouting, "YOU'RE STICKIN' OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB! LOOK, KIDS HAVE EVEN STARTED TO GATHER! KANJURO! WHAT THE HELL SORT OF VENDOR ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BEI!" Franosuke calls out, "FRANO-SUKE!" and Kanjuro wonders, "HMI WHERE ARE YOU HURRYING OFF TOI HOW IN THE WORLD SHOULD I COOK THIS..." A woman carrying a basket smiles nearby. A small panel shows a panicked face yelling, "WHAT'S THISI!" and another voice cries, "LISTEN, I'VE GOT BAD NEWS! I WAS WAY OFF THE MARK!" A sign identifies the swordsman as "KOZUKI FAMILY RETAINER KANJURO OF THE EVENING RAIN".

At a pawn shop, a man muses over blueprints, "HMM, THINGS LIKE THAT DON'T OFTEN COME THROUGH HERE, SO... I SUPPOSE IT MUST BE THAT..." Another recalls, "OH, THAT'S RIGHT! The scarred man shouts, "WHA-I! DO YOU REALLY HAVE ITI!" The discussion continues as one man explains, "BLUEPRINTS, EHI THEY CERTAINLY WERE QUITE NICE. I GAVE THEM TO MY FAVORITE GEISHA. MY DEAR KISEGAWA! D'YA KNOW HERI" Another admits, "BUT I LET THE RENT PILE UP AND THE LANDLORD CARRIED 'EM OFF!" and "YEAH, I HAD 'EM A WHILE AGO." The scarred man reacts in shock, "BLUE-PRINTSI!" while others yell, "WHY WOULD WEI!" and "WHOI!"

The conversation turns to past sales. One man says, "BUT THEN CAMEL SAID THEY'D SELL FOR A PRETTY PENNY, SO HE TOOK 'EM!" while another confirms, "YEAH, I HAD 'EM!" A woman named Tokijiro recalls, "I DIDN'T REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY WERE, SO I USED THEM AS A COASTER FOR A POT!" The scarred man reacts, "CAMELI!" and "TOKI-JIROI!" A furious figure grabs someone and roars, "HE SAID HE WAS FROM KURI. KURII!" while the captive explains, "I'M CAMEL, ALRIGHTI! THOSE BLUEPRINTS PUT ME THROUGH HELL! SOME GUY STOLE 'EM OFF ME! HE HAD HIS FACE HIDDEN AND EVERYTHING!" The scarred man demands, "TO KAIDO'S MANSION ARE IN KURII!" and "WHAT DID YOU SAYI! THE BLUEPRINTS" as a sign labels the location "KURI AN ABANDONED VILLAGE". Others chime in: "AND WEAPONS FROM THE FACTORY!" "FOOD," "WE'VE STOLEN QUITE A LOT!" "LORD DUKE, KIN." A laughing figure exclaims, "AHAHAHA! WELL DONE!" In the Wano Country ruins of Kibi, a tall man in a kimono stands silently as a spotted-masked performer named Tonoyasu bounces around laughing, "AHAHAHAHA! LOOK, CAN YOU SHUT IT FOR JUST A LITTLEI I WON'T BE MISSING ANY MEALS!" Tonoyasu continues, "IF I'M WITH YOU, MISTER, SHUT ITI HOW KIND OF YOU! IYO~♪" A sign labels him "TAIKO DRUM CARRIER TONOYASU (ALSO KNOWN AS YASU)." The tall man remains quiet with "......" Tonoyasu teases, "YOU PRETTY BOY! I BET THE GIRLS CAN BARELY KEEP THEIR HANDS OFF YOU, YOUNG MISTER! I SUPPOSE IT'S HARD TO WORRY ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE'S THROAT LIKE THAT, NOI" The tall man responds, "NONSENSE! NO NEED FOR THANKS! I COULDN'T GO WRONG IF I FOLLOWED YOU! I KNEW IT! I REALIZED IT THE MOMENT I SAW YOU!" A spiky-haired man adds, "LOOK, I APPRECIATE YOU PAYING FOR MY SUSHI, BUT..."

Tonoyasu recounts wildly, "THEY SURE WERE MAD! THOSE GAMBLERS CAME AFTER US WITH KATANAS IN THE AIR! YOU GAMBLED BIG! AND YOU KEPT WINNING! AND THEN YOU... AT THAT NEXT INN, THE REST WAS LUCK! I PAID MY LAST TWO PENNIES, AND THEN I WAS FLAT BROKE!" The tall man notes, "I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING, BUT NORMALLY NO ONE MESSES WITH THOSE GUYS. THEY'RE THE YAKUZA OF THE CAPITAL. UNDERLINGS OF THE KYOSHIRO CLAN." Tonoyasu gestures excitedly, "THIS WAY AND THAT! AND YOU THREW THEM THIS WAY AND THAT!" A note reads "T/N: KASU = TRASH." Pointing to a distant town, Tonoyasu declares, "THE CITY YOU SEE IN THE DISTANCE IS THE FLOWER CAPITAL! AND RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT IS A LITTLE HAMLET CALLED LEFTOVERS TOWN! THAT'S MY TOWN! WHY 'HAMLET'I YOU'LL SEE ONCE WE GET THERE!" The tall man replies, "KASUI AHAHAHAHA! YOU'RE NOT WRONG. HMI I FEEL LIKE I'VE SEEN THAT PLACE BEFORE, KASU. SERIOUSLY, I WAS BEYOND SCARED! IF I WAS A GIRL, MY KNEES WOULD'VE GIVEN WAY! IYO!"

Overlooking the Flower Capital Orochi Castle, a voice asks, "YOU SURE YOU AREN'T AFTER OPENING THE BORDERSI YOU LOT..." Inside the castle, silhouetted figures discuss: "YOUR INTERMEDIARY, JOKER, OR DOFLAMINGO, IS GONE NOW!" "WHAT A STRANGE IDEA! GUFU GUFU." "YOU BUY WEAPONS FROM PIRATES. TO FIGHT WITH PIRATES, GUFU GUFU." A fan-wielding man warns, "YOU'RE PANICKING, AND THAT MEANS I CAN SCALP YA FOR ALL YOU'RE WORTH. THAT BEING SAID, THIS IS A PRETTY PICKLE INDEED." Another figure states, "AND NOW THAT YOU'VE LOST YOUR SCREEN TO HIDE BEHIND, YOU'VE GOT NO CHOICE BUT TO COME NEGOTIATE WITH ME DIRECTLY."

In a grand Wano hall, the shogun Kurozumi Orochi sits with his back to the viewer, flanked by two kneeling attendants in ornate headdresses. He declares, "MY WANO IS SELF-SUFFICIENT. LOOK AROUND YOU. THE PEOPLE SEEM QUITE HAPPY, DON'T THEYI" A voice replies, "IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WE DESIRE, IT'D ONLY BE MORE POWER. THE LAST TIME, WE WENT WITH BATTLESHIPS," followed by Orochi's "GUFUFU..." Cut to close panels: a Marine-like figure with a cap is struck, a masked attendant's eye widens in shock, and a bandaged man shouts "THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE!" Another voice insists, "BUT THIS TIME, WE WANT DR. VEGAPUNK!" Orochi looms in silhouette, proclaiming, "EVEN IF ALL OF YOU BANDED TOGETHER, YOU'D NEVER TOPPLE THIS COUNTRY. I HAVE KAIDO HIMSELF AT MY BACK!" He continues, "I'M NOT ASKING YOU IF IT'S POSSIBLE OR NOT. CELESTIAL DRAGONSI THE MARINESI KNOW THIS. WE DO NOT FEAR THEM." Large SFX "ズゴズゴズゴ" rumble as flames and smoke rise in the background.

A lavish banquet unfolds in a crowded Wano hall. Orochi's voice booms, "RAISE YOUR HEADS! WE'VE BROUGHT IN ALL THE POPULAR GEISHAS! AND WHAT ABOUT THE WOMENI" Women in kimono sing and dance: "SING! DANCE! WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD!" "AAAAHH! SO RESPLENDENT!" A server lists the menu: "CHICKEN, RAISED IN THE BEAUTIFUL OROCHI PLANTATIONS... STUFFED, AND QUICKLY COOKED-" "YES, SIR! WE'LL TOSS IT ALL OUT! DON'T FEEL LIKE CHICKEN." More dishes follow: "FATTY, SUBLIME MACKEREL-" "NEXT, DELICIOUS VEGETABLES-" "MACKEREL'S MY FAVORITE! DON'T NEED 'EM." "TUNA'S THE BEST! AND FOR SASHIMI, WE HAVE TUNA! THE SAKE IS THE BREWER'S BEST!" Orochi enters the corridor with "GUFUFU! NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD!" as attendants bow and cheer "BOOOOOO OOOOOH HHHH!" "ME TOO, YOUR MAJESTY." "KOMURASAKI! SO YOU'RE HERE, TOO!" The hall erupts with "NOT A CARE AT ALL! EVERYTHING'S READY!" and large SFX "ガシャン!!"

The grand feast erupts in chaos and revelry. A massive sign reads "WANO COUNTRY SHOGUN KUROZUMI OROCHI." Orochi laughs wildly at the head of the table, "ENJOY! THIS IS WANO COUNTRY!" A man beside him yells, "DON'T CONFUSE IT FOR HEAVEN! EAT AND DRINK YOUR HEART OUT!" SFX "ドンチャン♪ドンチャン♪" and "ああああああ" fill the air. Guests cheer, "LET THIS BE THE OPENING BATTLE! COME, COME! NEXT WEEK IS THE FIRE FESTIVAL!" A black-haired man reaches for food while others laugh and raise cups. Background panels show distant explosions, smoke from factories, and a burning landscape with SFX "ゴゴゴゴゴ" and "わあああああ." The atmosphere is one of forced merriment amid underlying tension.

X Drake and Page One stand transformed in hybrid dinosaur forms.
