In the chaos, a giant masked figure on a massive ship-like structure shouts, "IF YOU SO MUCH AS BLINK, YOU'LL END UP IN A WORLD OF PAIN! LISTEN UP, YOU SNOT-NOSED PIRATES!" while the ship crushes everything below with heavy "KUCHK" impacts. Garp stands amid the rubble facing the threat.

Pirates shout "CAPTAIN KOBY!!" and "KOBY-KUN!!" as Koby stands atop the massive structure. A figure in a long coat walks away in the background. Tashigi calls out, "IS THAT YOU, TASHIGI-SANI!" Suddenly Koby is struck hard with a loud "FWST" and "STCK!" impact, chains rattling as he cries, "PLEASE HEL—" while Tashigi watches in horror.

Garp glares furiously. Tashigi screams "HIBARI!!" as Hibari appears bloodied and injured. Aokiji's silhouette towers over the scene. Koby cries out, "K-KUZAN-SANI!" while Aokiji stands silently. From below, Garp shouts, "WHAT ARE YOU DOINGI! PLEASE HURRY AND UNFREEZE HIBARI-SAN!" Aokiji responds, "KU...ZAN..." In a bar, a sunglasses-wearing man says, "WHILE TEACH IS AWAY...! IT'D BE A BAD LOOK IF KOBY ESCAPES..." Pirates cheer, "LET'S TEAR IT FOR CAPTAIN KUZAN!! YEAH! IT'S AOKIJI!! SHOW 'EM, KUZAN-CHAN!!" as they charge forward with weapons raised.

Aokiji speaks calmly, "YOU REALLY THINK I'M THE ONE WHO PICKED THIS FIGHTI...BESIDES YOU MUST'VE HEARD WHAT HAPPENED." A pirate retorts, "YOU KNOW HOW YOUR MEN ARE. YOU'RE THEIR CAPTAIN, RIGHTI" Aokiji answers, "I'D THINK TWICE ABOUT USING YOUR QUAKE-QUAKE POWERS. YOU'LL SHATTER THOSE BUDDIES OF YOURS." The pirate laughs, "MAN, YOU'RE LOUD..." Outside, a giant dragon-like beast rampages through the town with massive "パキィ." impacts, destroying buildings as people flee. Aokiji warns, "WHY'D YA HAFTA FREEZE ALL MY BUDDIES OUT THEREI YOU BETTER UNDO IT!" while the beast roars amid the destruction.

In a lively banquet hall filled with barrels, food, and rowdy pirates, laughter echoes as several crew members jeer at one another. A bandana-wearing pirate shouts, "LOOK WHO'S TALKING!" while another bellows, "DA HA HA HA!!" A bearded man with a large hat laughs, "YOU'RE ONE CRAZY SONUVA BITCH, ICE POP! ZE HA HA HA HA!!" Someone complains, "WISH WE HAD MORE BOOZE HERE!" The mood shifts as a massive bearded man with wild hair growls, "THAT'LL BE THE MAGMA!!" while holding a bottle. YOU ONLY GOT THAT SCAR RECENTLY!!" while another mutters, "I DO...I" The scarred pirate continues, "WE HEARD A RUMOR THAT THE MAN MARKED BY FLAMES HAS ONE. BUT THERE'S NO KNOWIN' WHERE THEY ARE. THAT MEANS TWO OF 'EM ARE UP FOR GRABS..." A large man adds, "WE ALL KNOW THEY'RE HARDLY ANGELS...!! IT WOULDN'T BE SURPRISING IF THEY KEPT A STONE OR TWO FOR THEMSELVES..." The scarred pirate concludes, "I BET HE'S WITH THE GOVERNMENT. AND IF ANYONE SAILS NEAR, THEY END UP SWALLOWED BY GIANT WHIRLPOOLS! HO HO HO, IT IS SAID THAT MAN CAN BE FOUND ON A PITCH BLACK SHIP... WHAT I DO REMEMBER IS A DEAR FRIEND TAKING A STAND AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT......THE PONEGLYPHS HOLD NOTHING BUT BITTER MEMORIES FOR ME." Nearby, a helmeted man thinks, "HIS POWER COULD BE QUITE USEFUL, SHOULD WE STEAL IT...I" while a woman asks, "COMMODORE, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DOI" A man with a top hat questions, "WHAT'S WITH THE SOB STORYI" The white-hatted man continues, "...AND THE TRAUMATIZED EYES OF A LITTLE GIRL... I CAN HEAR YOU, ASSHOLE!! HANG ON, KUZAN!"
