Momonosuke, in dragon form, strains desperately with thoughts "OR CAN II!" "I CAN DO THIS!!" "NO, I HAVE TO DO THIS!!" "NO, I CAN'T LOSE MYSELF!! I HAVE TO STAY STRONG!!" A voice questions "HOW CAN YOU BE SO COLD-HEARTED, ABANDONING MEI!" In a massive close-up, the dragon roars with wide eyes: "IF I CANNOT DO THIS, COUNTLESS PEOPLE WILL DIE!!" He summons power with "COME FORTH, FLAME CLOUDS!!" and smaller puffs labeled "PUFF" accompany cries of "COME FORTH!!"

Onigashima looms with a massive bomb as narration warns "THIS OVERSIZED BOMB MUST NOT GO OFF!!" and "DROPPING IT IS UNTHINKABLE..." while musical notes and laughter echo. Yamato appears in close-up, sweating and panting with "HUFF... HUFF..." and strained expressions. Momonosuke's dragon form carries a small figure as he declares "I MAY BE ABLE TO MINIMIZE THE POTENTIAL DESTRUCTION!!" and "I'M HEADING BACK TO THE SKULL DOME!" Yamato responds with heavy breaths "HUFF... HUFF..." and calls out "LISTEN, MOMONOSUKE-KUN...!!!" A surprised "HUHI!" punctuates the exchange.

Kin'emon stands amid rubble urging "I'M COUNTING ON YOU, MOMONOSUKE-KUN!!" while Yamato transforms mid-air into a massive wolf form amid smoke and impact effects. She shouts "YOU INTEND TO LEAVE ME HEREI!" "HUHI! WAIT, YAMATO!!" and encourages "...YOU CAN DO IT!!" as onlookers react "WOAH!! WHAT A HUGE WOLF!!" and "I KNOW..."

Inside the Live Floor dome, massive destruction rages as Queen laughs wildly, "MUHAHA HAHA!!" A huge explosion rocks the stands while debris flies everywhere. Queen swings his massive mechanical arm and roars, "MY FLYING PAN!!*" The blow connects with tremendous force, sending Sanji flying backward amid impact stars and sound effects "ダンゴシ!!" and "ダンゴシ!!" Sanji grits his teeth as the strike lands. Queen, eyes crossed in fury, yells from below, "GET SERIOUS AND USE IT ALREADY!!" Sanji is knocked hard, grunting "OOF!!" while thinking "SO STRONG...!!" as the panel shows him reeling from the powerful hit.

The fight intensifies as Queen smashes Sanji with a massive fist, the impact marked "ドキ" and "POW!!" Queen taunts, "YOUR GERMA 66 RAID SUIT!!" Sanji is sent flying with a pained "....!!" Queen presses on, "YOU VANISHED INTO THIN AIR! THAT MUST BE THANKS TO JUDGE'S TECH, RIGHTI! DIDN'T YOU USE IT AGAINST KING EARLIERI!" Sanji, bloodied and breathing heavily, refuses, "DON'T CALL ME THAT!! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN ME AND MY FAMI!!" Queen roars back, "HURRY UP!! PUT IT ON, VINSMOKE!!" while a massive "BLACK..." panel shows the raid suit symbol. Sanji mutters, "...HUHI SOMETHING'S DEFINITELY UP WITH MY BODY..." as he clutches his side.

Sanji's eyes widen in shock as Queen suddenly shouts "...COFFEE!!" and hurls a massive projectile that explodes on impact with debris flying. Sanji reacts with "!!I" Queen then unleashes a fiery kick, declaring "DIABLE JAMBE..." and "GRILL SHOT!!" The powerful flaming strike connects with a sizzling "TSSSSS" and "ズイッ" as flames engulf Queen. Sanji lands the blow with intense focus, the panel showing "BIEN CUIT:" as the attack sears into his opponent amid smoke and impact lines.

Queen transforms into his massive brachiosaurus form, towering over the battlefield with "QUEEN" visible on his arm. He delivers a devastating kick that sends Sanji flying with "UGH!!" and "GYAAH!!" amid crashing debris and "ガチャガチャ" sounds. Queen laughs triumphantly, "MUHA HAHA!! FOR A REGULAR KICK, THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE!" Sanji, panting heavily with "PANT... PANT..." stares up and thinks, "THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING I CAN DO... HIS DINOSAUR HIDE IS INSANELY TOUGH." Queen continues, "FINE, IF THAT'S HOW YOU WANT IT, I'LL STICK TO SHOWING YOU THE UNALTERED, RAW POWER OF A DINOSAUR!!" as the massive tail and body loom over the ruined arena.

A massive striped Brachiosaurus-like beast towers over the ruined landscape, its long neck and tail stretching across the panel as narration declares, "...FOR OVER A HUNDRED MILLION YEARS!!! THE SOVEREIGN BEASTS THAT RULED THE WORLD..." The creature lets out a piercing "キーン" cry while onlookers react in shock with "!I". It charges forward with a "ズバァァァン!! ZOOM!!" effect, smashing through structures. A close-up reveals its fanged maw as someone yells, "BRACHIO-SAUR-HISS!!". In the bottom panel a crowd of stunned fighters, including Sanji with his distinctive curly eyebrow, gape in horror, shouting "HOW THE HELLI!" and "WHAAAAAAAATI!" amid debris and impact lines.

The transformed beast lunges with a massive bite, its serpentine neck coiling as it crushes a building. A downed fighter groans "UGH! DAMMIT!!" while another screams "WHAA-AAATI!". The creature laughs "MUHAHAHA!! YOU WERE CARELESS!! THIS SERPENTINE FORM IS THE TRUE NATURE OF THE BRACHIO-SAURUS!!" and tightens its coils with "ARGHH!!" and "バキバキ" sounds. A voice cries out "SAN-GORO-SAN!!" as the trapped figure inside gasps "...MY BRACOIL HOLD!!" and warns "NO ONE HAS EVER ESCAPED..." amid shattering debris.

Queen, in his dinosaur hybrid form, taunts "IF YOU SHOW ME THE CAPABILITIES OF GERMA, I MIGHT LET YOU GO... THIS IS A DISAPPOINTING PERFORMANCE FOR JUDGE'S BRAT!!" while noting the crushing pressure on bones and innards. He declares "TONS OF ARMAMENT HAKI MASTERS... THIS IS BAD!! SANGORO-SAN WILL BE KILLED!!" A small round creature protests "THOSE LEGS WOULD JUST BE LITTLE MORE THAN SHEDDED SKIN... BUT I'M A SCIENTIST!!" and refuses with "I REFUSE..." as Queen equips torso launchers, warning "AS SOON AS I MENTION THEM, THEY'LL TAKE AIM AND BLOW YOU TO..." before firing with a massive explosion and "AAGGH!!".

The Brachiosaurus creature fires a devastating blast from its launcher, sending Queen flying with "UGGH!!" and "HOW STUPID!!" as he yells "QUEEN-SAMAAAA!!". Queen admits "I WAS JUST REFERENCING IT, I DIDN'T TELL YOU TO USE THE BRACHIO LAUNCHER!!" while the creature coils tighter. Sanji stands amid rubble, bruised but upright, muttering "IT STINGS A BIT... BUT I CAN STILL MOVE, NO PROBLEM!!" as the beast remarks "CRUSHED HIM WITH MY COILING MOVE... FORGET IT, HE'S ALREADY AS GOOD AS DEAD!" Onlookers react with "HUHI! SANJII!" and "ARE YOU OKAYI!" while questioning "ARE YOU A ZOMBIEI!" and "THAT'S CREEPY, SANJI!!" as Sanji's body shows signs of extreme resilience.

Sanji reverts from his transformed state amid a massive explosion of debris and smoke. "I'M BACK TO NORMAL!!" he yells as the giant opponent looms. A voice cries out, "SANJI!!! LOOK OUUUUT!!!" The massive creature swings a huge weapon, roaring "DAMN BRAT!!!" while thinking, "DON'T TELL ME I'VE AWAKENED THE SAME ABILITY THEY HAVE...I" and "WHAT THE HELL IS WITH MY BODY...I!" Sanji is struck hard, shouting "OUCH!" as the impact sends shockwaves. The narration reads "AWAKENING TO NEW POWERS...I!" The creature reacts with "WHAT THE HELLI!" Sanji, bloodied and exhausted, grits his teeth: "I DON'T WANT TO BE A MONSTER TOO! THIS SUCKS!!" A small panel shows a familiar silhouette. The page ends with the "ONE PIECE" logo, "CH.1028 END" and "BREAK NEXT WEEK."
