From a high vantage, a small figure watches the stormy sea and says, "IF WE WAIT DOWN THERE, CAESAR, MONET, AND VERGO SHOULD COME SOON ENOUGH." The elderly man laughs, "NEEEHEHEN LET'S HURRY UP SO I CAN GO BACK AND PLAY ROULETTE!!" while noting, "I SEE THE TANKER." A massive explosion suddenly erupts from the tanker with the huge SFX "ビッグウェーン!!" sending debris and shockwaves flying. Onlookers react with "EHH!I" and "!!I" as the blast tears through the structure.
