A wide view of a bustling port town with wooden buildings, a tall tower, and a pirate flag flying. Large Japanese sound effects "ゴゴゴゴゴゴ..." rumble across the sky. Small sound effects "popopo" and "pobo" appear near the water. In a lower panel, Monkey D. Luffy sits grinning with his fist raised, surrounded by allies including a mermaid. Balloons read: "GO STRETCH!", "GO FOR IT, LUFFY-CHIN!", "KOKS KOKS", "BRING IT ON, FLYING FISH!!". Nearby, panicked voices shout: "IT'S DANGEROUS! GET BACK, YOU TWO!!", "NYUU-! CAMIE, PAPPAGU!!", "STEAL CAMIE BACK!!!", "DAMNIT!" as fish-like riders charge forward.

On the deck of the Thousand Sunny, a striped-hooded figure with swords yells "HERE THEY COME!!!" while a long-nosed figure bends forward. Small reaction sounds "ッ!!" and "ッ" appear. A side panel shows a massive splash "ブシャアアアアア!!" as something strikes the water. Below, the Thousand Sunny sails through rough seas under heavy fire. Cannon fire and impact effects "+ + + + + + + + + + + + + + + +!!!" fill the air. A voice cries "THERE THEY ARE!!!" as the ship charges ahead amid flying debris and water sprays. Crew members react with "!!I".

Massive flying fish creatures with riders swoop down on the Sunny. One rider shouts "WHICH ONE, WHICH ONE...I WHICH ONE LOOKS THE FRESHESTI" while Luffy stares with wide eyes. Impact sounds "ズゴッ" and "ズゴ" accompany the attacks. The fish crash into the ship, sending splashes and motion lines everywhere. A crew member yells "I'VE GOT YOU!!" while grabbing at a rider. Another figure reacts "EH!I" as debris flies. In a close-up, a goggled crew member mutters "HMI" with sound effect "GUL" while reaching forward.

Explosions rock the sky as the Thousand Sunny is bombarded from above. A voice cries out, "THEY'RE TOSSING THEM DOWN!!" Another shouts, "UWAH!! BOMBS!!" The ship rocks violently under the assault. "KUH!" someone grunts amid the blasts. The crew scrambles as the ship barely evades a direct hit. "JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME!! THAT WAS CLOSE!!" yells a relieved voice. On deck, Sanji barks orders: "SWITCH WITH ME!!" while shielding Nami. "PULL THE SAIL IN!! IT'S IN THE WAY!!" he commands. Nami clutches her face in panic. "IS LUFFY RIDING ONE OF THOSE THINGS!I" Sanji snaps at an unseen attacker, "JEEZ, IF YOU LAY A HAND ON A LADY, I WON'T LET YOU LIVE...!!!" as a "ZAP!!" sound effect crackles nearby. Luffy's voice calls from afar, "WAIT...!"

Usopp soars through the air on a bizarre flying fish, shouting "I'M FLYING!!" and "UHOOOH!!" A massive "GIIIIN!" sound effect trails behind him. In the cockpit of a larger flying vehicle marked "04," a spiky-haired rider laughs wildly, "OH MAN, THIS IS AWESOME! SHISHI-SHISHI!!!" and "UWAAA!!!" as the craft banks hard. Below, a fish-man gasps "EHI" in shock. Zoro stands sternly on the deck, ordering "ROGER THAT. DIVE!!" as more flying fish swarm the area. Luffy plummets toward the sea, arms outstretched, yelling "LUFFY-SAN!!I" and "LUFFY!!!" while riding a giant fish. The crew watches in horror as he crashes into the water with a massive splash.

Franky bursts into tears on the deck, sobbing "BUBAAA, I'M SOWWY!" with a loud "COUGH" and a huge "ばーん!!" sound. The Thousand Sunny floats near a massive ship as a voice demands, "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!!I WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A FIGHT HERE!!" The crew huddles together, bruised and apologetic. "WE HAD TO SAVE ALL THREE OF YOU DEADWEIGHTS! IT'S PRETTY HARD FOR US TOO, MORONS!!" one shouts. Another cries, "I...! I'M ALSO SORRY FOR CAUSING YOU TROUBLE...!" while a third wails, "OEHO!! I... I'M SORRY!!!" A gruff voice retorts, "AND YOU GUYS!! WHY DID YOU GO TRY TO HELP!!I DON'T MAKE US WORK HARDER HERE!!" Suddenly, new figures appear. "IT'S THE MAKURO CREW!!" someone yells. "GRAB CAME NOW, WHILE WE HAVE THE CHANCE!!!" A spiky-haired man stares in shock, "!!I"

Hatchan is freed from his cage as Zoro cuts the chains. "NNGEH!!! HACHI!!!" someone yells. Hatchan cries out, "NYUU-!! I'VE BEEN FREED FROM MY CAGE!! THANKS, RORONOA-! YOU REALLY ARE A GOOD GUY!!!" A fish-man roars, "YOU REALLY WORKED ME OVER!!!" while another demands, "WHY, YOU GUYS..." Hatchan waves excitedly, "HACHI!!" and a girl cheers, "HACCHIN!!" In the next panels, a swordsman with a massive blade threatens, "COME ON, I'LL DYE THE SEA RED WITH YOUR BLOOD WITH MY NEW SWORD STYLE, 'GOLDFISH SWORD.'" A furious fish-man retorts, "YOU JUST HAVE TERRIBLE LUCK!! MOHAMOHAMAHA, WE JUST GAVE YOU A BEATING AND NOW YOU'RE GONNA GET IT EVEN WORSE!" The final figure snarls, "AUAU!! I'M NOT DONE YET, HACHI... I'LL FINISH YOU WITH MY FISHMAN KARATE!!!"

A massive explosion erupts as a masked rider in a fish-themed helmet launches a powerful punch. "WE'LL LET YOU OFF FOR TODAY!!!" he yells while another figure in the background is sent flying. The attacker roars, "TAKOYAKI PUUUNCH!!!" In the next panels, a small flying fish zooms past as someone shouts, "HADAAA!!! BEHIND YOU!!!" Hachi, the octopus fishman, cries out in distress, "NYUU-, I'M SORRY CAMIE, PAPPAGG; I MEANT TO SAVE YOU." Camie responds tearfully, "WEEN, I'M SO GLAD, HACHIN!!" Hachi turns with wide eyes, "NYUU--!!" A group of Flying Fish Riders surround the scene, declaring, "WE, THE FLYING FISH RIDERS ARE RUNNING THE SHOW HERE!!!" One rider points aggressively, "DID YOU FORGET!I THIS IS OUR BASE!!!"

Zoro clashes violently with a Flying Fish Rider. The rider screams "NYU!!!" as Zoro's swords flash in a massive strike, "Z!!!" A voice warns, "DON'T LET YOUR GUARD DOWN..." Zoro grunts, "RORONOA!!" The rider is blasted back with a cry of "GUAAH!" and a huge impact sound "GYA-SHAAN!!" Inside a building, Hachi pleads, "I'M REALLY SORRY FOR THAT ONE TIME." He continues gratefully, "I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH, RORONOA!!" Zoro replies firmly, "YOU GUYS JUST GET BACK!!" A rider adds, "LEAVE THE REST TO US."

Usopp grins confidently, "HERE THEY COME." A rider questions, "IS THAT SOI" and another blurts "NYUI" Usopp retorts, "I DON'T REMEMBER YOU TOUCHING ME AT ALL!!!" The rider boasts, "I REALLY HURT YOU WITH MY 'SIX SWORD STYLE.'" A massive explosion rocks a ship as it is struck, sending debris flying with "GUWAH!" and the attacker yelling "EAT THIS, YOU!!!" Below, a doctor-like figure offers, "I'LL PAY YOUR MEDICAL BILL UP TO A MILLION." Someone asks, "WON'T SOMEONE GO 'ZERO FIGHT'I" Usopp cheers, "AWESOME, USOPP!!" and excitedly asks, "I HIT HIM!! DID YOU SEE THAT!I" while another voice wonders, "HOW WAS THAT!I"

A massive fish-rider charges forward swinging a huge metal club, shouting "OUT OF THE WAY!!!" while a subordinate answers, "GOT IT, BOSS! I'LL GO!!!" Luffy points ahead, "LUFFY, YOU GO FOR THE FISH." Sanji warns, "HE DOESN'T HAVE A HANDLE!! HE'S COMING IN FOR A SUICIDE ATTACK!" and notes, "HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT A MEDICAL BILL." Another asks, "WHAT WAS THAT MESSAGE!I" A crewmate yells, "THERE'S A HUGE GUY COMING THIS WAY!!" and identifies, "HE'S GOT A METAL CLUB!!" The rider declares, "WHO HITS HARD IN THE AIR!!" as someone counters, "YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE," and warns, "HE'S COMING STRAIGHT FOR US!!!" The rider threatens, "I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW, WHEN I RAM YOU AT THIS SPEED, IT'LL BE LIKE A METEOR HIT YOU!"

A colossal fish-shaped vessel slams down with explosive force, smashing into a towering masked rider. Debris erupts as the masked man reels from the blow, stars spinning around his head. Below, the impact ripples outward. In close panels, Franky grips his weapon tightly with a fierce glare, a burly rider howls in pain, and Sanji watches with a sharp, surprised expression. Someone shouts, "OOOH!!!" as the clash intensifies.

The massive fish vessel barrels forward, scattering foes through the air amid a roaring "RYAAH!!!" and huge SFX "ビスウゥン". On the deck of the Thousand Sunny, the crew reacts. Robin notes, "IT REALLY IS QUITE BIG." Usopp cheers, "THERE'S DINNER!!" while Luffy beams, "YOU GUYS ARE TOO COOL!!" Elsewhere, a cannon fires with "WAH!!" and "PWUU!!" as the masked rider declares, "LOOKS LIKE OUR USUAL TRICKS WON'T WORK AGAINST THESE GUYS."

The Thousand Sunny races toward a sprawling dock fortress flying the Straw Hat Jolly Roger. In the foreground, Nami yells at Luffy, "I'M TELLING YOU TO GIVE IT UP!! I'M NOT GOING TO SAVE YOU ANY MORE!" Luffy roars back, "DON'T THINK I'VE GIVEN UP!! I WANT TO RIDE ONE SO BAD!! DAMNIT!!" while demanding, "HOW MANY DO WE NEED TO TAKE OUT!I" Brook vows, "I'LL DECREASE THE NUMBER OF THOSE FLYING FISH RIDERS... PLEASE WATCH... THIS SKILL!!" He adds, "HOW SHAMEFUL OF ME...!!! MY FIRST BATTLE AS A MEMBER OF THE STRAWHATs!! IF I DON'T MAKE MYSELF USEFUL, IT WOULD BE A DISGRACE!!!" as Franky and Robin look on.

Luffy and the crew gape upward as masked riders soar high. Luffy exclaims, "LOOK HOW HIGH HE CAN JUMP! UWOO!" while others shout, "WHAT'S WITH THAT SKELETON MASK!!!" A rider sneers, "I'LL FINISH YOU WITH ONE STRIKE!" with a resounding "TOUH!!!" Brook counters dramatically, unleashing musical notes and the attack "LULLABY FLECHE!!!" as he spins into action amid the flying fish assault.

Luffy and a large curly-haired man stare in shock as several figures slump asleep around them. "YOU GUYS, YOU GUYS FELL ASLEEP, TOO!!I" "TH-THEY FELL ASLEEP." Brook plays his violin wildly, shouting "KAKUUN" amid motion lines. A close-up shows Brook sweating, eyes wide. Brook stands dramatically on a cracked surface, declaring "IS POWER. YOHohoho, MUSIC." Two fish-like zombies float unconscious with "Z Z Z" bubbles. In a massive impact panel, the curly-haired man yells "DOWAAH! WE WERE ASLEEP!!!" while Brook is struck, replying "EXCUSE ME!!!" with a huge "ズドドドド!!!" sound effect and flying debris.

Brook continues playing beside a skull emblem. "IT'S NOT A TRICK. IT'S MUSIC!!!" "YOHOHO." On the ship's deck, machinery crashes as voices shout "WHAT DID THAT BASTARD JUST DO!!!I" "WHAT KIND OF DIRTY TRICK DID HE USE!I" Luffy grabs the curly-haired man, who says "HEY...I GUUUU!I" Luffy replies "OKAY, I'VE GOT YOU!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DIVING!!" Brook's music sends a fish zombie flying; someone yells "HE'S ASLEEP!!!" Luffy leaps from a railing as a voice calls "HEY, YOU GUYS!" Below, a thatched structure explodes with "カシャーン!!" and cries of "UWAAH!! THAT BASTARD CRASHED INTO THE BOSS'S ROOM!!!" "GYAAH!" "WAKE UP!!"

A massive armored figure with horns and a cross belt looms over rubble, muttering "...! UUUH... OW OW..." and "HMI" while a tiny figure lies in the background. Close-ups show the armored man's helmeted face with "..." and "YOU SAW." Luffy's face appears shocked with "...!I" and "AH!!I" The armored man leans down, asking "... YOU... YOU KNOW ME, RIGHT...I" with "JURKSL..." sound. Luffy points upward and screams "AAAAAAAHH!!! YOU!!!" amid debris and motion lines.
