Narration explains that Zunesha has remained unchanged, carrying the history of the Mink Tribe, while a small figure walks among the treetop structures. Nami, wearing a new outfit and pearl necklace, reacts with surprise: WHA~TI! AND YOU'RE GIVING IT TO MEI! The woman helping her replies that the wardrobe is high-end designer quality and a national treasure. Nami fastens the garment while noting it is a sign of friendship from trading clothes with a foreigner. Sanji lunges wildly at several mink women, hearts in his eyes, shouting "SANJIII! DON'T FORGET ABOUT US!! GARUCHUUU" as one mink snaps back, "WHO THE FUCK'S TALKIN' TO YOUI I DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT MEN!" A close-up shows Sanji sparkling, "WHAT IS THIS SPLENDOR THEY CALL "GARUCHUUU"!!" while wondering, "PERHAPS A WONDROUS INCANTATION OF LOVEI" Below, a mink gasps "A... GODDESSI!...NO....!!!" as another cries "WHOOO OAAHH HH!!!" Nami stands with a neutral expression while an excited mink cheers "AHHH~ VIVA MINKSHIP!!!" Sanji then erupts in a massive close-up, "NNNNNN NAMMIII-SAAAAAN" "GAAARU-CHUUUUU" with hearts and motion lines exploding around him.

In the background, a dragon-like creature rests as voices discuss, "THE SAME AS ALWAYS. BEING LOCKED UP ALONE IN HIS ROOM... In town, minks react in shock at the destruction, one saying "WHEN I SAW THE SHAPE THE TOWN WAS IN, MY HEART NEARLY STOPPED!!" Pekoms reunites emotionally with others, crying "FATHER!! MOTHER!! ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES!!" An angry mink curses "CURSE YOU, HUNDRED BEASTS PIRATES [JACK]!!!" while another laments the years apart. Pekoms states, "IT'S BEEN SO MANY YEARS SINCE YOU'VE COME HOME, PEKOMS." and "EVERYONE'S OKAY THANKS TO THE 'STRAW HAT PIRATES.'"

Nami leans over a railing, recognizing Pekoms and noting "THAT'S PEKOMS. A LONG TIME AGO, HE WAS WELL KNOWN FOR HIS YOUTHFUL INDISCRETION. DO YOU KNOW HIMI" while another mink says "OVER THERE!! IT'S THE GUYS FROM THE BIG MOM PIRATES!!" and "AHHH... SO HE'S A MINK TOO..." Sanji questions the situation as a mink warns "HOW RUDE!! HOW CAN YOU TALK TO YOUR FRIEND THAT WAYI!" and "YOU WERE OUR [TRUMP CARD] FOR DEFEATING DOFLAMINGO." Sanji retorts "FRIENDI DON'T PUSH YOUR LUCK..." and "BUT SINCE LUFFY AND THE OTHERS TOOK HIM DOWN ALREADY, YOU ARE JUST EXCESS BAGGAGE AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED!" A mink realizes "GYAAHH!!! THEY MUST HAVE CAUGHT WIND OF US COMING HERE!!" while another figure admits using Doflamingo as a buffer and taking payment from Big Mom, prompting the question "WHAT DID YOU DO TO BIG MOM ANYWAYSI" and the reply "YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW..."

Luffy grins fiercely while Sanji glares, cigarette in mouth. Luffy declares, "BUT LUFFY ALREADY STIRRED THE POT WITH BIG MOM SO..." Sanji snaps back, "I'M GONNA STIR YOU IN THE NEW WORLD AND BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF YOU!!!" A shocked voice yells, "WHA~TI!!" Sanji continues, "WELL, ALL WE'D HAVE TO DO TO GET THEM OFF OUR BACKS IS HAND OVER CAESAR...." Luffy adds, "FISHMAN ISLAND IS UNDER MY PROTECTION NOW!!!" In the next scene Law smirks and suggests to Sanji, "HEY, BLACK LEG... HOW ABOUT YOU AND I TEAM UP AND GET RID OF THOSE TWO, HUHI" SHUORORORO. Law notes, "YEAH, THEY DID WRECK OUR SHIP, AFTER ALL.....!!!" Sanji nods with a "NOD." Law warns, "IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS, THEN I SUGGEST YOU SHUT THE HELL UP." An unseen voice growls, "C'MON BLACK LEG... ASSASSINATION IS OUR BEST OPTION HERE..." Sanji tells Nami, "NAMI-SAN, YOU STAY HERE WITH EVERYONE ELSE." He turns to Brook, "BROOK, YOU COME WITH ME." Brook replies, "YES, SIR."

Sanji stands alone, asking, "DO THE BIG MOM PIRATES HAVE BUSINESS HEREI" A voice replies, "WHAT BUSINESS..." In the forest clearing, Pekoms faces Sanji and a tall figure in a top hat. Pekoms states, "AFTER WHAT THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY HAVE GONE THROUGH... THEIR BODIES AND THEIR HEARTS ARE COVERED IN SCARS..." The tall figure adds, "YOUR PRESENCE HERE IS MAKING EVERYONE ANXIOUS..." Sanji responds, "AND YOU ALL ARE ITS GREATEST SAVIORS...!! HOW CAN I POSSIBLY THANK YOUI" Pekoms admits, "I HAD NO IDEA...THAT THIS WAS HAPPENING TO MY OWN HOME TOWN... MY BIRTHPLACE.....!!" A skull-faced mink gasps, "HUHI" The tall figure bows deeply, "I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY TO YOU BUT MY THANKS....!! GAOOOO!!!"

Pekoms roars, "SO I'LL GLADLY TURN A BLIND EYE TO THIS! I'LL REPORT THAT PART OF OUR MISSION IS A FAILURE! SO PLEASE, JUST HAND OVER CAESAR!! I'LL SAY WE FAILED TO CAPTURE THE STRAW HAT PIRATES!" He continues, "WE CAME HERE UNDER DIRECT ORDERS FROM MAMA TO CAPTURE CAESAR... FURTHERMORE, EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ARISEN WHICH COULD QUITE POSSIBLY BREAK APART EVEN YOUR CREW." A voice retorts, "THEY'VE SAVED THE LIVES OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS... I CAN'T...I WON'T LET ANYTHING HAPPEN TO THEM.....!!" Pekoms snaps, "DON'T PUT YOUR OWN PERSONAL INTERESTS AHEAD OF OUR MISSION!!" The striped-suited man yells, "WHAT THE HELL, PEKOMS!I ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS!I" Pekoms threatens, "KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT, NEWCOMER! I'LL TAKE WHATEVER PUNISHMENT COMES MYSELF!!!" The striped-suited man fires a gunshot, shouting, "BASTARD!!" Impact lines explode as Pekoms is struck.

Pekoms slumps from the gunshot, blood spraying. The striped-suited man, Capone Bege, raises his hand revealing a tiny fortress, declaring, "HE SHOT HIS OWN CREWMATE IN THE BACK!!" Bege continues, "WE AIN'T GOT NO MORE USE FOR SOMEONE LIKE THAT. PATHETIC... LETTING HIS EMOTIONS AND PERSONAL FEELINGS GET THE BETTER OF HIM... THIS WILL ONLY TURN YOU INTO A FOOL AND A COWARD... TO THINK SOMEONE LIKE THIS WAS ABLE TO MAKE A NAME FOR HIMSELF AS A PIRATE. HMPH!" He adds, "I'LL HANDLE THINGS FROM HERE ON OUT..." A skull-faced mink stares in shock, "EHHHI!" Inside a building, a door creaks open with "CREAK CREAK" and "BANG BANG BANG" as figures rush out. Sanji reacts with wide eyes, "HAAAHI!" while Bege smirks, "EVERYBODY OUT!"

A massive chaotic clash erupts on the deck as multiple figures in dark coats and hats fire weapons wildly. Explosions and motion lines fill the air with the sound わああああ and ドドドドドドドド. Below, a wide view shows countless mink warriors charging across the ground amid clouds of smoke and debris, with the large SFX ビビビビ. A shocked voice cries out "HUMANS~I!" as a skull-faced pirate and a blond man react in horror. In the foreground, Capone "Gang" Bege glares intensely with a cigar in his mouth and declares, "YOU'RE OUT OF YOUR DEPTH HERE." Beside him, his subordinates level guns and add, "SURRENDER."

Capone "Gang" Bege stands tall in his striped coat and declares, "YOU SHOULD... YOUR CAPTAIN'S CAUSED QUITE A FEW WAVES IN THIS 'ERA' AND I'VE BEEN RIDING THAT CURRENT...!!!" He continues, "I'M A 'SHIRO MAN'*" and "I'VE EATEN THE 'SHIRO SHIRO NO MI'..." A subordinate asks, "WHAT THE HELL KIND OF DEVIL FRUIT USER ARE WE DEALING WITHI!" while another wonders, "DID HUMANS REALLY JUST POP OUT FROM HIS STOMACH...I!" Bege adds, "WITH SO MANY EYES ON US, IT WOULD HAVE CAUSED TROUBLE FOR ME AS WELL!!" and "I WOULD'VE LIKED TO HAVE GONE ALL OUT AND BLOWN HIM INTO OBLIVION WITH A CANNON... SORRY!! I GOT WORRIED!!" Bege commands, "IN TWO SECONDS, FIRE THE KAIROUSEKI BULLETS INTO THE AIR. BLAST HIM OUT OF THE SKY!!" and "GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE TOO, CAESAR!!" A countdown begins with "2..." "1..." as smoke and impact SFX ジャキーン!! erupt.

Caesar Clown yells desperately, "I'M HERE!! DON'T SHOOT!!! CAESAR!!" while Bege roars "WAIT, JUST HOLD ON!" and another voice screams "WAAAA AAAAA AAH!!" A mink warrior readies a spear, saying "BUT I DO HAVE ONE KAIROUSEKI SPEAR..." as Bege's silhouette appears with "UUU... OOPH..." and "!!...!!" A voice exclaims "WHAAATI!" and notes "LOOKS LIKE ALL THE ACTORS OF OUR PLAY HAVE GATHERED..." Bege states, "FOR THE RECORD... I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANY KAIROUSEKI BULLETS." Chopper panics, "DON'T MAKE ME REPEAT MYSELF...!!!" while Bege remarks, "DAMN IT... EVERYTHING'S GOING PERFECTLY ACCORDING TO HIS PACE." and "COME... INTO MY CASTLE. NOW THEN... I'M NOT BIG ON IDLE CHAT SO..."

In a misty forest clearing a tall man in a pinstripe coat and top hat stands over a fallen body. Inside a grand candlelit hall lined with shields and chandeliers, the same man strides toward a long table where many figures sit in tense silence. He removes his hat with a flourish and bows slightly. "SORRY TO KEEP YOU WAITING."

The chained man panics, shouting "THIS IS THE END OF THE LINE... I'M GONNA BE KILLED!!" while others demand wine and food. Capone Bege, holding an ornate card, explains the change in plans: "FOR A 'TEA PARTY' THAT MAMA'S THROWING... THE MAIN EVENT THIS TIME AROUND IS GOING TO BE A WEDDING CEREMONY. THIS IS AN INVITATION CARD THAT I'VE BEEN HOLDING ON TO..." A close-up reveals the shocking details as Sanji's eyes widen in horror. "THE BRIDE WILL BE THE 35TH DAUGHTER OF THE CHARLOTTE FAMILY, PURIN!!! THE BRIDEGROOM WILL BE... THE THIRD SON OF THE VINSMOKE FAMILY, SANJI." A tiny panel shows Sanji's stunned face. "SANJI'S...
