Colosseum of Knaves

An elderly man with a scarred bald head and long beard clutches his face, declaring, "EVEN WITH THE PASSING OF MANY DECADES, MY SCARS HAVE NOT FADED...!!" and "IN THE PAST, GARP WAS REGARDED AS A DEMON BY PIRATES...!!" He faces a tall figure in a black coat and hat who insists, "I'M 'LUCY'". The old man retorts, "AS THE GRANDSON OF THE BEGRUDGED, YOU WILL GIVE ME MY SATISFACTION..." and "SO YOU REALLY ARE HIS GRANDSON THEN!I" while the figure protests, "NO, NO...THAT'S WRONG." and "AH! NO, THAT'S WRONG! I'M LUCY". In a lower panel the old man warns, "IF I HAD BECOME AWARE OF THE EXISTENCE OF HIS SON, DRAGON, SOONER..." as the hatted figure draws a blade and shouts, "I'LL CUT YOU DOWN RIGHT HERE!!!" and "IF YOU'RE REALLY STRAWHAT LUFFY...!!"

A massive explosion erupts as Don Chinjao is hurled backward amid flying debris, with the cry "UWAH HHH!!" and the old man yelling "YOU NEVER WOULD HAVE BEEN BORN INTO THIS WORLD!!" Onlookers react in panic. The old man is shown mid-rampage as bystanders shout "HOLD ON, NOW, MISTER!!" "DON CHINJAO IS ON A RAMPAGE!!!" and "HEY, WHAT'S GOING ON!I" while one voice notes "THAT'S BAD, ISN'T IT!!" The sequence ends with the old man lunging forward, beard flying, as someone yells "GIVE ME THAT BEARD!!" and the figure in the hat cries "CUT IT OUT! NO!!"

Cavendish flips dramatically through the air above the chaos. A spectator yells "THIS IS NO JOKE!! I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH HE'S WEAKENED SINCE THEN..." while another recalls "BUT HE HAD A BOUNTY OVER 500 MILLION IN HIS PRIME!!" The crowd recognizes "THAT'S...!! IT'S 'DURANDAL,' ONE OF THE WORLD'S GREATEST BLADES!!" and "CAVENDISH HAS DRAWN HIS SWORD!!!" Cavendish shouts "YOU BASTARD, DON CHINJAO!!" and "HERE WE GO!!!" as he swings, unleashing the technique labeled "BIKEN" with the massive onomatopoeia "BUTOU!!" and the warning "DON'T GET IN MY WAY!! THIS IS MY PREY!!"

A massive clash erupts as a sword pierces straight through a giant's head. "WHOA!! IT PIERCED RIGHT THROUGH HIS HEAD..." someone yells in shock. "...OR NOT!!! THEY'RE MATCHING EACH OTHER!!" The blade stops cold. "BLUEBIRD!!" Cavendish shouts as his attack lands. "...AND THE POWER TO STOP SUCH A GIANT IN HIS TRACKS! THESE GUYS AREN'T HUMAN!!" the crowd realizes. "A HEAD THAT CAN'T BE STABBED..." "DURANDAL WAS STOPPED!!I" The giant's massive form looms as the sword is halted. "WAH" "MU!!" the fighters grunt amid the impact.

Cavendish swings again, muttering "CAN'T CUT ANY CORNERS IF YOU WANT TO BRING THIS GUY DOWN......LIKE I THOUGHT." The giant retaliates with a furious "BASTARD" as debris flies and the SFX "ばらばら!!" rings out. In the center of the chaos, Cavendish roars "I SAID KNOCK IT OFF!!" while the giant's head takes the full force of the strike, sending rocks flying. "!!!I" the onlookers react in surprise.

The giant bellows "WAHH!!! IT HAD NO EFFECT!!" as a small bearded fighter lands a kick. "HIYA HAYA" "WHAT'S WITH THAT LITTLE BEARDED GUY!!!I" "UOOHH!! HE KICKED CHINJAO'S ASS!!" the crowd erupts. "EVEN THOUGH I HIT HIM THAT HARD..." "A WHOLE CONTINENT!I" "THAT HE ONCE BROKE AN ARCTIC CONTINENT WITH A HEADBUTT...!!" "THE LEGEND, COULD IT BE TRUE...!I" Chinjao looms massively, declaring "BUT IT'S FAR TOO SOON FOR YOU TO BE FACING ME...!!" A cloaked figure replies "HIYAHOHO... YOU TWO SEEM TO HAVE TALENT..." while another yells "JUST LEAVE ME ALONE ALREADY!!" The cloaked man notes "...THAT STRENGTH, THERE'S NO DOUBT ABOUT IT... SEEMS LIKE YOU REALLY ARE STRAWHAT...!!"

Chinjao threatens "IF YOU'RE INTENT ON GETTING IN MY WAY, I'LL BURY YOU WITH HIM, YOUNG KNIGHT!!" Lucy shouts back "I NEVER KNEW ABOUT EITHER OF THOSE THINGS!! I MEAN... I'M LUCY!!" Cavendish smirks "YOU SURE ARE GOOD AT GETTING PEOPLE TO HATE YOU...!!!" "STEALING PEOPLE'S POPULARITY... BEING BORN THE GRANDSON OF A DEMON..." Chinjao unleashes a massive "UOHHHHHHHHHH!!" as the crowd warns "YOU'LL BE DISQUALIFIED IF YOU GO WILD HERE!!" "HOLD ON, GRAMPS!!! THAT'S AS FAR AS YOU GO!!" Chinjao rages "I'VE FINALLY FOUND HIM! THE BLOODLINE OF THAT DETESTABLE GARP!!" while Sai and Boo plead "TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF OF ME, PRECIOUS GRANDCHILDREN...!!" "NO WAY... I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS IS ABOUT... BUT YOU HAVE TO STOP!!" Another shouts, "HEY, WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING OVER THERE!!I" Rebecca, in her wide hat, glares forward and declares, "IT'S THE STAFF MEMBERS... WELL I DON'T CARE IF THEY DO KICK ME OUT. I'M STILL GONNA...!!!" A massive fighter growls, "DO IT DURING THE MATCH!!" while another warns, "IF YOU WANNA KILL HIM..." The group reacts in shock as someone spots a familiar figure. "STRAWHAT, HUH..." "I THINK I HEARD SOMEONE SAY 'STRAWHAT'..." "WHAT WAS ALL THE RUCKUSI" Rebecca's eyes widen with fury: "STRAWHAT...!!! I WON'T LET HIM GET AWAY!!! I WILL TAKE HIS LIFE BEFORE THE MATCH EVEN STARTS."

The announcer cries, "SQUAD COMMANDER OF DRESSROSA'S SELF DEFENSE ARMY!!" and then, "AND TANK IS DOWN!!" Tank lies defeated on the ground while the narrator states he fell prey to the brutality of Abdullah and Jeet. The crowd erupts as Tank Lepanto is eliminated from the running.

The crowd screams, "SQUAD COMMANDER TANK!!" as dirty tricks continue in the ring. A turbaned fighter laughs wildly, "HOI!!! SHIHAHAHAHA" while striking down opponents. The announcer declares, "ONLY 30 REMAIN IN THE RING!!" and notes that over 100 contestants have already been eliminated. Fighters clash fiercely with swords and fists. One roars, "WHO'S NEXT!I" Another yells, "WHO WANTS THEIR BLOOD SPILLED!!!I" A large fighter with a checkered hat grins, "JUST A BIT MORE... NO MATTER WHICH TROUBLESOME BASTARDS ARE STILL STANDING, AS LONG AS WE HAVE THE KING PUNCH..."

Brutal combat rages as a fighter is crushed with "AGAGGAGA...!!!" "CRUNCH" "UPU!!!" "BUPPU" and screams "GY AHHHHH HHHHHH!!!" Someone shouts, "SOMEONE IS ASSAULTING THAT BRUTAL PAIR!!" Bellamy suddenly appears in the center with a massive impact, "IT'S BELLAMY!!" The brutal pair is sent flying amid huge sound effects "GOKI" "GOKI" as Bellamy lands a devastating strike. One victim cries out, "HOGEA AAAH!!!" while another groans, "OGO!!" The arena erupts in shock at Bellamy's sudden intervention.
