AN EMERGENCY SITUATION GRAVE ENOUGH TO SHAKE THE ENTIRE COUNTRY!" In a dramatic panel, a large man with a helmet and scar yells, "THIS ENTIRE COUNTRY, THE MOKOMO DUKE-DOM, WAS ALMOST RAZED TO THE GROUND... BECAUSE OF RAIZOU! A SAMURAI THEY'D NEVER EVEN SEEN OR HEARD OF! ALL THREE OF US DOZED OFF, DAMN IT!" Smaller panels show a mink reacting to a ringing bell with "BY THE WAY, IS IT JUST ME, OR IS SOMEONE RINGING A BELLI" and others discussing, "WE REALLY HAVE TO FIND THOSE TWO AND STOP THEM!" "THERE'S NO WAY THAT THEY'D LET THEM OFF EASY!" "IF THEY HAPPENED TO MEET SAMURAI..." "LOOKING FOR THAT VERY SAME SAMURAI," as figures race across the terrain.

Chaos erupts in the mink city as bells ring wildly with sound effects "ヤャャャン!!" and "カッカッカッ". A mink shouts, "IT'S BARIETE'S BELL!" Citizens cry out, "SAMURAI HAVE COME-GOSARU!" "SAMURAI-GOSARU!" "THIS IS BAD-GOSARU!" Duke Inuarashi, riding a large round creature, commands, "THOSE OF YOU THAT CAN MOVE, COME WITH ME. WE'RE GOING TO THE CAPITAL." A subordinate replies, "Y... YES!" and "YES. I KNOW." A sign labels "RIGHT BELLY FORTRESS". Inuarashi declares, "DUKE INUARASHI! BARIETE'S RINGING THE TOWN BELLS!" as armed minks gather amid the ringing bells and rising tension in the capital.

In the dense forest of Zou, a group walks along a winding path as a distant bell rings loudly. Someone remarks, "PERHAPS ITS PURPOSE IS TO ANNOUNCE THE ARRIVAL OF GUESTS." Another replies, "THEY'RE WELCOMING US!" A third voice adds, "COULD BE." From a side panel, a figure notes, "THAT BELL IS QUITE CLAMOROUS INDEED." Kin'emon and Kanjuro discuss the island's history. Kin'emon wonders, "YES... I WONDER IF THAT IS AN OLD RUMOR OR A MORE RECENT ONE." Kanjuro asks, "LIVING ON ZOU WERE NONE OTHER THAN THE MINKS THEMSELVESI" He continues, "BUT DIDN'T LAW-DONO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THOSE 'HUMAN-HATING' TRIBES..." Momonosuke suddenly appears, running toward them with a big smile. A woman with long hair calls out, "YES! I'M SORRY FOR MAKING YOU WORRY! WHY ARE YOU OUT HERE BY YOURSELFI" She adds, "WHERE ARE LUFFY-DONO AND THE OTHERS!I" Momonosuke cheers, "KANJURO! SO YOU'RE OKAY AFTER ALL!" Kanjuro and Kin'emon react with surprise as Momonosuke shouts their names. Someone yells, "KAN-JURO! FATHER!" Kanjuro turns with a puzzled, "HMI"

Kanjuro explains, "I WAS RESTING ALONE IN MY ROOM." Kin'emon responds, "I SEE. THAT'S ROUGH." In the background, distant figures walk through the jungle. Luffy, looking alarmed, shouts, "I GUESS EVER SINCE I SET FOOT ON THIS ISLAND... I'VE BEEN FEELING A BIT UNEASY..." The scene shifts to a chaotic group running through the forest. A mink yells, "ANYWAY, THE WHOLE COUNTRY'S IN AN UPROAR RIGHT NOW!" Another adds, "THERE'S NEWS THAT TWO SAMURAI HAVE APPEARED!" Luffy panics, "KINEMON! AND, WHAT WAS HIS NAME... WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!I WHY AM I SPRINTING SO EARLY IN THE MORNING!I" A sign points toward the "WHALE FOREST." A massive furry mink charges forward, roaring, while a woman with a headband and Luffy react in shock. The mink declares, "RIGHT NOW, MASTER NEKOMA-MUSHI... BECAUSE SOMEONE THOUGHT THAT A SAMURAI WAS ON THIS ISLAND!" Luffy yells back, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!I THESE GUYS ALL WERE AT DEATH'S DOOR..." The woman replies, "NO, YOU IDIOT! WE'RE GONNA HAVE ANOTHER BANQUET! CONSECUTIVE BANQUETS ARE AWESOME." The mink continues, "IS HEADED FOR TOWN WITH THE ENTIRE ARMY IN TOW!"

A massive feline creature roars with an enormous open mouth, "GOR NYAA GO!" In Claw City, smoke and debris fill the streets as a giant furry beast rampages. A voice cries, "WAAA AHH!" Someone shouts, "WE'RE LOOKING. IT SEEMS PEOPLE FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY HAVE ALREADY GATHERED HERE IN THE CAPITAL." The beast smashes through buildings with a loud impact sound. A figure asks, "WHERE ARE THEY!I" Pedro appears, asking, "HOW'S IT LOOKIN', PEDRO!I" A large cat-like mink leaps across rooftops. From below, a voice urges, "MASTER! IT WOULD BE IN OUR BEST INTEREST TO RETREAT FOR THE TIME BEING! QUICKLY!" Another mink growls, "WISH I COULD ACTUALLY HEAR THE GUY..."

Two massive minks, one canine and one feline, bare their fangs at each other in fury. Someone yells, "CRAP! THE TWO OF THEM SAW EACH OTHER!" In the ruined city square, Inuarashi stands with a shocked expression, "AH!" The dog mink and cat mink clash violently. A voice screams, "WAAH!" Luffy looks confused, "WHAT'S GOING ON OVER THEREI HMI" Multiple minks plead desperately, "DUKE! PLEASE, CALM YOURSELF! STOP! PLEASE, MASTER!" The cat mink charges while others shout, "RUN RUN RUN." In the background, chaos erupts with debris flying. The Straw Hats and allies huddle together. Nami says, "CRAP, THAT WAS CLOSE!" Someone orders, "ALL THREE OF YOU! WE'RE NOT GOING TO YELL AT YOU OR ANYTHING, BUT PLEASE! GET BACK TO THE SUNNY!" Luffy grins, "WE MADE IT IN THE NICK OF TIME!"

The massive dog mink Inuarashi towers with his trident raised, snarling at the equally huge cat mink Nekomamushi. "SAID THE MUTT WHO'S GOTTEN ABOUT HALF AS LEG-ISH," Inuarashi growls. Nekomamushi retorts, "HOW MANY YEARS HAS IT BEEN, YOU FREAKISH FLEABAGI LOOKS LIKE TIME HAS JUST MADE YOU MORE FREAKISH." Below, smaller panels show chaos as minks react: "HE SHOULD BE HERE!" "BRING OUT RAIZOU!" "WAA AAH!" "SOMEONE, PLEASE STOP THEM! THIS IS BAD!"

The brutal exchange continues with close-up roars. Nekomamushi taunts, "I WONDER WHICH WILL HAPPEN FIRSTI WILL YOU LOSE THIS LEG, OR WILL YOU TELL ME WHERE THE SAMURAI IS!I" Inuarashi fires back, "THIS GAME STARTS NOW, KING DOG!" "HE'S NOT HERE! HOW MANY TIMES MUST I TELL YOU!I" In the next tier, Inuarashi mocks, "GUESS YOU WON'T BE DOING ANY FIGHTING ANY TIME SOON! ALL YOU'RE FIT FOR NOW IS WORRYING ABOUT HOW YOU'RE GOING TO STUFF LASAGNA INTO YOUR FAT GOB!" Nekomamushi replies, "LOOKS LIKE YOUR ARM HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS, EHI I GUESS THERE'S NO SAVING... THIS LEG OF MINE, THEN!" Other voices cry, "I CAN'T TELL YOU THE WHEREABOUTS OF SOMEONE NOT HERE!" "WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD WANO KINGDOM CITIZENS COME HERE!I" "HMPH!"

The fight escalates violently. Inuarashi yells, "DID THE GAS HAVE ANY EFFECT ON HIM!I MAKE IT SO HE CAN'T USE THOSE ARMS OF HIS!" "DAMN! THIS GUY'S TRYING TO TEAR THE CHAINS HOLDING HIM TO THAT CRUCIFIX!" Nekomamushi roars, "YOU GUTLESS COWARDS DARE CALL YOURSELVES SOLDIERS! YOU RELEASE YOUR GAS... AND ONLY FIGHT WEAKENED WARRIORS..." A horned mink commands, "POINT THEM AT ME INSTEAD! THOSE TWIGS YOU CALL SPEARS!" Another figure shouts, "IF YOU'VE GOT TIME TO POINT 'EM AT THIS COUNTRY'S PEOPLE, YEAH! TAKE THESE ARMS OF MINE!" Inuarashi declares, "I'LL TAKE THEM ALL!!!" while smaller panels show explosions, "UWAAH!" and cries of "MASTER!"

The rulers clash at full force. Nekomamushi snarls, "I'D NOT HAVE MINDED IF YOU JUST DIED! THIS COUNTRY ONLY NEEDS ONE RULER! SHAME THAT YOU GOT AWAY WITH ONLY ONE LEG MISSING!" Inuarashi answers, "DOG AND CATI OI! I'LL TAKE THAT HEAD OF YOURS!" Nekomamushi counters, "RIGHT YOU ARE! LET'S GET RID OF THE OTHER ONE RIGHT NOW!" "SHIKK" "STOP, PLEASE! BOTH OF YOU!" The page erupts in a massive impact: "KYAAH!" "ZUWAAH!" as the two giants collide in a huge explosion of force and debris.

Luffy lunges forward with a furious expression, grabbing a figure by the head and roaring "STOO-OOP!" A voice from behind yells, "YOU IDIOT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING, SCREAMING LIKE THAT!I" Another panel shows a mink reacting with "ISN'T THAT... HMI" The scene shifts to a wide view of a ruined stone street where a samurai in a striped kimono sprints desperately. A massive black "どっ" sound effect erupts as onlookers shout "A SAMURAI!!!" Mink citizens panic and flee, with one yelling "RUN FOR IT! KINEMON! RUN! THEY'LL MAKE A CHEW TOY OUT OF YOU!" while another adds "NOW LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE! THEY'VE SPOTTED US!"

Close-ups show intense mink eyes and sweat drops. A mink shouts "NEKO-MAMUSHI! INUARASHI! WAIT! THESE GUYS DON'T BEAR ANY ILL WILL TOWARD..." while another panel has voices calling "RUN, BOTH OF YOU! NOW! KANJURO! MOMO! GET BACK!" and "OI! UNHAND ME! PLEASE! WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING!I" A large "ビズン!!" sound effect crashes as Kinemon stands tall and declares "MY NAME IS KINEMON! YE OF THE COUNTRY OF ZOU! I AM A RETAINER OF THE KOUGETSU FAMILY OF THE WANO KINGDOM!" Nearby minks react in shock: "HOLY SHIT! DID YOU HEAR ANYTHING WE JUST SAID!I" and "HAS HE COME HERE, BY CHANCE!I WE HAVE COME IN SEARCH OF A WARRIOR OF OUR COUNTRY, A COMRADE NAMED RAIZOU!"

A massive double-page spread erupts with the cry "RAIZOU-DONO... IS SAFE!" A long-haired mink with a staff stands beside a massive white lion-like mink as a bandaged Raizo appears, tears streaming. A voice states "WE HAVE BEEN EAGERLY AWAITING YOUR ARRIVAL." Raizo replies "I SWEAR TO THE GODS ABOVE, I KNOW NO RAIZOU! IF SOMEONE OF THAT NAME HAPPENS TO BE HERE, I'LL SLICE MY OWN BELLY OPEN!" In the foreground, Kinemon, Momonosuke, and others react with shock. A bottom strip shows close-ups of Straw Hat crew members gasping in horror and surprise at the revelation.

A bandaged mink asks "IS THAT SOI SAFE, HUHI" while Luffy grins widely and answers "I'M GLAD!" In the background, Franky, Brook, and others stand amid the ruined city as a crash sound echoes. Luffy then yells in shock "THIS WHOLE TIME!I AND ALL OF YOU KNEW!I SO RAIZOU REALLY WAS HERE!I" A mink replies "OI! WAIT JUST A BLOODY SEC." The final panels show furious minks shouting "YOU WOULD HAVE DIED! YOU GUYS! ALL OF YOU!" as the gathered Straw Hats and minks stare in tense silence.

A young mink girl with a headband clutches her face in shock, sweat flying, as she stares at the devastation. Above the ruined cityscape a voice declares, "THIS MILLENNIA-OLD CIVILIZATION!" Another adds, "IT WOULD HAVE BEEN REDUCED TO RUBBLE!" A cloaked figure stands amid the wreckage, back turned. In the next tier a crowd of mink warriors and citizens speak in turn: "WE AND THE KOUGETSU CLAN OF THE WANO KINGDOM HAVE BEEN AS FAMILY FOR LONGER THAN I CARE TO SAY." "FORGIVE US FOR KEEPING IT A SECRET FROM YOU ALL." The minks bow their heads, some with tears, while a small rabbit mink and others look on. At the bottom left Monkey D. Luffy grins widely, eyes sparkling. A massive, bandaged mink face looms forward with a fierce expression, declaring, "WE'D NEVER RAT OUT ONE OF OUR FRIENDS TO THE ENEMY!" Beside it another voice states, "EVEN IF IT MEANT OUR KINGDOM'S DEMISE..." Large impact lines and bold SFX emphasize the emotional weight. A small box reads "A SHOCKING TRUTH! HIDDEN BONDS HOLD STEADFAST!"
