I HAVEN'T CHANGED ONE BIT... HOW PATHETIC." In the arena below, a cloaked figure with a cross on his back declares "OUTTA THE WAY! OUTTA THE WAY!" while another voice notes "A HAKI FAR BEYOND ANYTHING I COULD EVER HOPE TO ATTAIN...AND..." Someone else shouts "EVEN GOING AS FAR AS TO CHEER ME ON..." A stunned fighter gasps "EHI DID ITI" Close-ups reveal a long-haired man with a scar snarling "EH...I! STRAW HAT...I!" and another figure yelling "STRAW HAT...!!!" A bloodied man with stitches laughs "HEH, MY PRIDE IS IN TATTERS NOW...!!!"

A box reads "TEAM - RETURN CAESAR" while another states "TIME UNTIL DROP POINT IS REACHED, 45 MINUTES." The ship pitches violently on rough seas as a massive iron bridge structure labeled "THIS IRON BRIDGE IS TOTALLY USELESS!!" crashes down with a huge "ズドカーン!!!" SFX. Crew members on deck scream "UWA AAAH HH!!!" and "IT'S HERE ~!!!" while the bridge buckles with "CREAK CREAK" and "ギギギ..." sounds. Small figures tumble across the deck as the vessel lurches toward its destination.

On the swaying deck, a man in a gas mask labeled "GAS" points wildly and shouts "THAT IS THE VERY DEFINITION OF A SEA MONSTER! AN UNTAMED BEAST!!" A hooded figure adds "HOW IS THAT EVEN REMOTELY SIMILAR TO A FISH!!" while a woman in sunglasses asks "ARE THE FIGHTING FISH...REALLY A FISH...I" Another panel shows the sea beast approaching as someone yells "IT'S COMING!!!" A bearded man states "YOU'RE THE SHICHIBUKAI HERE!!" and receives the reply "IT'S ALRIGHT, I'M SURE YOU GUYS WILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT... NAH, I CAN'T FIGHT RIGHT NOW." A woman in a hood performs "Mille Fleur, Gigantes Manos..." while warning "THEY'RE COORDINATING THEIR ATTACKS!! WE'RE GONNA GET SANDWICHED IN!! THERE'S ANOTHER ONE!!" A fish-man fighter growls "CERTAIN KILL, GREEN STAR!!"

A massive dragon-like fish creature erupts in a skull-shaped explosion, roaring "DOKURO BAKUHATSUSOU!" as impact lines and debris fly everywhere with a loud "GUOHH!". The beast lunges forward, smashing through railings. Below, a man in a top hat and dark coat takes a heavy blow, the panel showing "SPANK!" and "PHWACK!" effects. He grits his teeth and mutters, "THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE...". In the lower left, a small figure yells "BITE ME!!!" while the creature continues its rampage amid shattered structures and motion lines.

The dragon-like fish creature snarls and declares, "LET'S JUST OUTRUN THEM! More fish creatures attack from above as someone shouts, "MORE FIGHTING FISH! 12 O' CLOCK!!!" and "AT THIS RATE WHAT'S REMAINING OF THE BRIDGE WON'T HOLD!". A panicked voice cries, "THE BRIDGE JUST COLLAPSED!" and "OH CRAP!!" amid thick mist. The dragon-like fish creature smashes into a net with "HMI!" and "BITE--!!" effects. The top-hatted man glares intensely while a hooded figure, goggled man, and mustached man react with shock: "IT STOPPED...", "I", and "!I" as the net holds firm.

The group hauls a massive catch from the sea while shouting encouragement. "LET'S GO REGAIN OUR STRENGTH WITH SOME FIGHTING FISH STEW!!" "TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY!" "WE CAUGHT A BIG ONE!" "WHEEZE WHEEZE" A tall man with long dark hair and a skull shirt exclaims, "YOU SAID IT WAS UNINHABITEDI!" A woman in a white hat adds, "RESIDENTS OF THE ISLAND, PERHAPS...I!" "THOSE VOICES...I" From the water, panicked cries erupt: "HUMANS!!" "WE NEED TO CROSS OVER THERE!" "HEY, IS ANYONE OVER THEREI!" "QUICK, LET'S GET OUT OF HERE!!" The battle fish is dragged through the surf amid splashes and debris.

A mustached man stares in confusion at the distant commotion. The battle fish continues thrashing as it is pulled toward the ruined bridge. A small figure clings to a balloon-like creature and complains, "EASY FOR YOU TO SAY! HOW MUCH GAS ENERGY DO YOU THINK IT TAKES TO CARRY THREE PEOPLE!! I'M SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR DELICATE HOSTAGE!" Another voice snaps, "JUST FLY US TO THE ISLAND." "DAMN YOU LAW...I WON'T FORGET THIS!!" The mustached man wonders aloud, "WHAT COULD THAT HAVE BEEN...I" The long-haired man and the woman in the white hat stand on the shore, noting the water is full of shipwrecks from the battle fish. They observe, "THE TRACK MARKS FROM THE FISH BEING DRAGGED...END RIGHT HERE." "NO ONE'S HERE YET, IT SEEMS..." The fish-like creature gasps, "HOLY CRAP..." while panting figures wheeze nearby.

The group arrives at a lush, overgrown shore. The fish-like creature gapes, "WHAT'S WITH THESE GIANT PLANTS..." "SO-SO THIS IS GREEN BIT..." A massive wild forest filled with enormous flowers, mushrooms, and twisting vines looms ahead. A tiny voice shouts, "HEY ME! WE'RE READY TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE!!!" Another tiny figure yells, "IT'S ME! WE'RE READY TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE!!!" The mustached man in a turban replies calmly, "I'LL LET YOU GO, AS PROMISED, AT THREE O'CLOCK. THERE'S THE SOUTH EASTERN BEACH WE ARRANGED TO MEET AT." A large sign on the wreckage reads: "UNINHABITED FOREST NORTH OF DRESSROSA 'GREEN BIT'". The ruined bridge and scattered debris mark the landing point as the wild jungle stretches into the distance.

The mustached man and the fish-like creature react with shock as a massive marine warship crashes into the island. "THAT'S A MARINE WARSHIP RIGHTI!" "HEY!! OVER THERE!!! ON THE OTHER SIDE!!" The warship remains lodged among the massive foliage as the group processes the scene.

Another warns, "NOW THAT MY BOSS JOKER HAS STEPPED DOWN FROM THE SHICHIBUKAI, I DON'T HAVE ANY LEGAL PROTECTION ANYMORE! IN CASE YOU'VE FORGOTTEN, I'VE GOT A BOUNTY ON MY HEAD!!" A voice questions, "BUT ISN'T JOKER JUST A PIRATE TOO NOWI!" The mustached man concludes, "I'M HEADING OVER TO GREEN BIT... WHY ELSE WOULD I MAKE THE MARINES MOVE... OF COURSE. THAT'S NOT A NICE LOOK THAT YOU'VE GOT ONE YOUR FACE RIGHT NOW."

The mustached man continues, "IF THE MARINES ARE INVOLVED, IT'LL BE BAD FOR US TOO. ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE TEAMED UP WITH THE STRAWHAT NOW. WE CAN'T HAVE THE EXCHANGE HERE! CALL IT OFF!!" In the forest clearing, he instructs, "WAIT A SECOND...WE NEVER FACTORED THE MARINES INTO OUR PLAN!! UNDERSTOOD... IF THERE ARE ANY ABNORMALITIES IN THE FOREST, NOTIFY ME AT ONCE. I NEED YOU GUYS TO WATCH MY BACK...THERE COULD BE PEOPLE WAITING IN AMBUSH. THERE'S STILL 15 MINUTES... I NEED YOUR 'SNIPING' AND 'RECON' ABILITIES..." Usopp shouts, "HEY! In the lush, flower-filled forest, a voice cries, "GYAAAA!! WE'VE BEEN SPOTTED!!! WHO GOES THERE! ARE ONE OF THE STRAWHATI!" A small figure responds, "HMI" as another blurts, "BUH! THERE'S NO NEED TO RUSH-" The Straw Hats and allies face off against armed figures. "THE MARINES!! BUT...WHO ARE THEY TALKING TOI WHERE ARE YOU...I! SHOW YOURSELF!!" "NO, I AM NOT!! I AM LEO!" Leo declares. The narration notes, "IT APPEARS AS THOUGH THEY ALREADY KNEW ABOUT OUR COMING TO THIS ISLAND." Marines demand, "THEN PLEASE, GIVE US YOUR WEAPONS! WE'RE MARINES! WE PROTECT CIVILIANS! WE'RE THE GOOD GUYS! ARE YOU FRIENDSI OR FOESI"

The confrontation escalates as the small fighters refuse, shouting, "SHOW YOURSELVES!!! WE CAN'T GIVE YOUR OUR WEAPONS!! WE STILL HAVE A MISSION TO CARRY OUT!!" Robin unleashes a flurry of hands that burst upward in a massive wave. "Mille Fleur!" she calls as the limbs multiply. The attack expands into a vast blooming field. "CAMPO DE FLORES!!!" she shouts. Multiple hands grab at the tiny figures below. "KABU-SAN!" someone cries. "AH! UWAH!!!" yelps a dwarf as hands close in with a loud "CATCH". A massive close-up shows Robin's shocked face, sweat flying. "DWARVES!!" she exclaims. "IT APPEARS TO BE...!!!" In the background, small figures struggle. "WA-!!! HELP ME!!" "GOT ONE!" "KABU-SAN!!" "EHI ROBIN, WHAT IS ITI!" "HEHI!" "WHAT'S GOING ONI!" The panel ends with the chapter number.
