Explosions and sword clashes fill the air as a swordsman in a black cloak is hurled backward amid flying blades and debris. “Huff… Huff…” he pants while sprinting. A voice yells “HURRY! HURRY!”. In close-up, a wide-eyed girl with short hair stares in shock. Below, a swordsman lies defeated as another cloaked fighter stands over him. A robed figure shouts “I don’t know why, but if the marines hadn’t helped us back there, we’d have been in big trouble! We’ve lost quite a bit of time!” while running desperately through the ruined street.

The fleeing group argues while running. “Praying won’t help us in this situation!” one cries. Another snaps “…Right! This much bloodshed’s insignificant compared to what’ll happen if we fail to stop the explosion! Don’t look at them, you idiot!” A cloaked man with a mask shouts “RIGHT! We need everyone for this last job!” while a clock tower looms ahead. “No, only a minute and a half left now! In just 2 minutes, we’ll either have won or be dead!” Vivi cries out “VIVI! USOPP!” as Usopp dashes past her. “They’re here!” she gasps.

Nami exclaims “No, but I’m sure I know where it is! Considering this planned-dust storm,” while scanning the area. “Is the cannon hereI What’s going on!I The marines helped us get here!” Usopp yells. “Nami! Tony!” someone calls. Nami realizes “It’s been staring me in the face all along but it took me forever to realize it! It was in our blind spot! There’s no other place it could be at!” The group stares at the massive clock tower. “CHECK IT OUT! THIS PLACE IS PRETTY BIG, RIGHT!I HOW ABOUT WE MAKE THIS OUR SECRET BASE FROM NOW!I” “IT’S INSIDE THE CLOCK TOWER!” they shout as the realization hits. “WHAI”

A bear-like man in a top hat points upward urgently. "You'd have a clear shot at the palace square from up there!" Nami, bruised and wide-eyed, stares ahead. "You're right! The clock tower!I" A massive clock tower dominates the scene, its hands frozen as faint "tic" and "toc" sounds echo. Below, amid swirling dust, Nami peers through the storm. "But I can hardly see 'cause of this dust storm..." A voice replies, "I know the smoke signal was somewhere around here." The view widens to reveal the clock tower and distant palace. "There's no more time!" A sudden impact erupts with a massive "ズウン!!!" as something crashes violently into view.

A massive bird is struck mid-flight with a loud "ガコンッ". A frog-like figure puffs smoke and croaks, "Krrriibbit ribbit ribbit..." Someone laughs, "Ohohoho!" A voice boasts, "Hey, listen! I just shot down a big bird with my Ribbit Ribbit gun!" The bird plummets in a cloud of smoke and feathers. "I WAS CAUGHT OFF GUARD...!" Multiple "tic" sounds ring from the clock tower as the scene shifts to a chaotic street battle. A swordsman in a turban clashes with enemies amid explosions and debris. "パアアアアアア" echoes across the square as fighters scramble near the clock tower.

A grand palace shakes violently under repeated impacts, "ゴゴゴゴゴゴゴゴ..." A massive hand stretches and smashes through stone with "ストレッチ!" and a thunderous "ドゴォーン!!!" Rocks tumble as "ガラ ガラ.." debris falls. From below, a spinning mechanism whirs with "キィーン!!" A figure swings a weapon in a blur, "SWIPE!" A chain or hook yanks tight with "ズン!" as the battle rages inside the collapsing structure.

A powerful kick connects with explosive force, "チキィ!!!" A dark figure is sent flying backward. "うぉ..." The attacker lands in a dramatic pose. Two intense close-ups follow: a scarred man with a cigarette glares fiercely, sweat flying, while a young man with wide eyes and gritted teeth pants heavily. "PANT" "HUFF" "HUFF" The scarred man’s face twists in rage as motion lines and impact effects fill the panel.

Amid collapsing stone pillars and flying debris, Luffy launches upward with a powerful stretch. His fist extends as he shouts, "GOMU GOMU..." In the next instant the hook man reels Luffy in close, their faces nearly touching amid swirling dust and shattered stone.

Luffy is flung high into the air with a startled "WHOA!" The hook man’s face twists in fury as he shouts "JUMP!" Luffy lands on a broken railing, sweat flying, and immediately leaps again. Below, the hook man stands amid rubble, hook extended, while Luffy’s determined face fills a panel, eyes wide and teeth gritted.

Crocodile stands tall, hook dripping, and mutters "BLEED..." A small "SPLURT!" escapes his lips. In the ruined plaza below, Luffy lies half-buried in debris, staring up at the towering figure. Close-ups show Luffy’s battered face, sweat and blood streaking his skin as he gasps, eyes half-lidded, while Crocodile looms over the destruction.

Luffy and Crocodile clash violently amid collapsing ruins. Crocodile swings his massive hook in a brutal arc as Luffy is hurled backward by the force. Massive impact SFX explode across the panels: "ドゴォン" and "ガラ..." as debris flies and the ground cracks. Luffy recovers mid-air, landing on broken stone with a determined glare, his body tensed for the next strike while Crocodile looms with his hook extended.

The fight intensifies. Crocodile lunges forward, hook flashing as he grabs Luffy mid-motion with a sharp "GRAB!". Luffy is slammed down hard, his body twisting under the impact. Crocodile's massive form towers over him, delivering a crushing blow that sends Luffy sprawling across the rubble. Heavy SFX "ガッ" and "ドガッ" mark each strike as Luffy struggles against the overwhelming assault.

Crocodile stares down at Luffy in disbelief. "JUST WHAT ON EARTH IS HE... HOW CAN HE PRESS BACK CROCODILE, THE ONE WHO TOYED WITH MY COUNTRY'S MOST ELITE WARRIORS, TO THIS EXTENT...!" he mutters. Luffy, battered but unyielding, glares back. Crocodile continues, "YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO DO SO AGAINST THIS. THIS FIGHT IS OVER. THE POISON WILL SOON SPREAD THROUGHOUT YOUR ENTIRE BODY. EVEN IF YOU CAN STAND BACK UP AFTER BEING STABBED, BURIED ALIVE, AND DRIED UP," as his hook drips with venom. Luffy clenches his fist tightly and shouts, "A SINGLE THING...! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND," refusing to yield.

Elsewhere, Sanji, Nami, and Vivi race through an old building toward a clock tower. "Well, we've got no choice but to use the stairs then! Where's the entrance!I" someone calls. Vivi worries, "I was planning to rely on Pell's help but... But Vivi! Even if we know where the place is, we can't climb all the way up there in just one minute!" Nami adds, "...WHERE'S PELLI I CAN'T SEE HIM ANYWHERE." Sanji spots movement and yells excitedly, "Viviiii! Nami! HEY!" Usopp climbs desperately below, shouting, "THE TOP, THE TOP! Just keep heading all the way up to the top! So what do I do now!I WHERE'S THE BOMBER!I What do you mean what am I doing up hereI You left a message by the smoke signal! It read 'Clock Tower' so here I am. WHAT ARE YOU DOING UP THERE!I"

Zoro bursts onto the scene with a fierce expression, shouting, "I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU GUYS!" and "YOU'RE UP THERE TOO, ZORO!I" A voice responds with "HEY!" as impact lines and debris fly around him. In the clock tower area, Nami reacts with surprise, "HuhI" while questioning the situation. Below, Nami says, "It's no good..." as Vivi clings to the structure. Someone calls out, "In any case... To get to the top of the clock tower, you have to use the special staircase located on the first floor! All that impact might cause the bomb to go off though!" An unseen figure adds, "You can't head inside the clock tower from where those two are at."

Nami's face lights up with excitement as she declares, "I HAVE A PLAN!" with a big grin and pointing finger. Vivi shouts, "WAIT, VIVI!" while running. Nami continues, "There's no other choice but to use the stairs!" A large "ドドドド!!" sound effect rumbles as they move. The clock face appears with a loud "ガン" impact. A frog-like voice cries, "Rrrriiibbit ribbit ribbit!" Someone laughs, "Ohohoho!" Zoro reacts in shock, "THE HELLI" "WHA!" "HUHI" "AH!" as chaos erupts around the tower. A figure below says, "Ah-" amid crashing sounds and "ゴォォォォ" effects as the group struggles near the structure.

Atop the clock tower, Mr. 7 and Ms. Father's Day stand prominently. Mr. 7 laughs, "Ohohoho! Yes, I'd assess so too! Ohohoho! In just 30 more seconds, I'd assess! Ohohoho!" Ms. Father's Day poses confidently, declaring, "This is our final assignment!" and "Mr. 7, listen! I know something!" A frog voice repeats, "Rrrribbit ribbit ribbit!" Signs label them as "Baroque Works Frontier Agent Mr. 7" and "Baroque Works Frontier Agent Ms. Father's Day." Below, Nami stares up in shock, yelling, "MR. 7!I" while Vivi asks, "WHO'RE THOSE TWO!I"
