Marine ship HINA MARINE sails across open sea. Narration and dialogue: “This is really ticking me off. Hina raving mad.” “...Hmph. At what, your own incompetenceI” “MISS HINA! THERE'S STILL AN ENEMY LOOSE!” Cut to close combat: a long-haired woman in a black outfit ensnares a spiky-haired man inside an expanding iron cage created by her body. He yells “I AIN'T GOIN' DOWN 'TIL I TAKE AT LEAST ONE OF YOU DOWN WITH ME!” while she commands “SIDE STEP!” SFX: ドヒュッ!! and メキィィ!! Next panel shows Jango dancing with a netted prisoner who shouts the catchphrase “YES, SAY IT! SAY THE FINISHER CATCH-PHRASE!” while Fullbody watches. Narration box: “Everything that passes through my body... will be locked!” Close-up of a wide-eyed marine: “DAMNNN! HER ORI-ORI FRUIT POWERS JUST GIVE YOU THE THRILLS!”

A massive black smoke serpent lunges forward and clamps its jaws around a figure, who cries out in pain. "Mad at you, Smoker." The victim grunts, "UGH!" In the next scene, the long-haired woman stands amid swirling smoke and debris while a man in a black coat struggles inside an iron cage-like lock. Bystanders react in shock. "Even though the Straw-Hats got away," one voice notes. "Well..." another replies. "...I Sounds like you're too suspicious of me..." The trapped man yells, "GAH! WHAT'S WITH THIS... IRON LOCK!I" In close-up, the long-haired woman with a cigarette in her mouth smirks slightly and says, "You sound perfectly happy..." She reacts with surprise, "...Oh!I"

A wide desert landscape stretches toward a distant city under a cloudy sky, with birds flying and the sound effect "crw". The view shifts closer to the city with minarets and buildings. "Hey," someone calls. "crw" A voice asks, "Who do you reckon the princess was speaking toI" In a crowded street scene, townspeople gather around a tall figure in a spotted cloak. "That's right!" one exclaims. "The rest of us need to respond to her love!" Another adds, "We may not be much, but we have to try." A bearded man replies, "That's rich, coming from you!" On the right, a woman in a dark outfit stands among onlookers. "...Who knowsI What does it matter, whoever it was." Someone comments, "Yeah, she still said all those wonderful things." Laughter fills the air with "ひぃ れぃ" and "ひゃ ひゃ" sound effects.

In a desert landscape, a group of round, spotted creatures called Kung Fu Dugongs cheer and shout "KUO!" while raising their arms. One declares, "Now let's get rebuilding!" Birds fly overhead with more "KUO!" and "coo" calls. The creatures scatter across the dunes. In the town, an old man laughs heartily, "HAHAHA... IT'S A SECRET! I CAN'T TELL YOU!" A bystander asks, "Did all those sandstorms scatter your brain, old manI" The old man continues, "HAHAHA..." Townspeople gather near damaged buildings. "He's been laughing non-stop since the speech." Another wonders, "What's with TotoI" A large "Aahaha!" laugh echoes across the scene.

A smiling man in a turban waves enthusiastically from a window. "COME BY AND DRINK SOME MORE OF YUBA'S WATER ONE DAY! TAKE CARE, LUFFY!" In the desert, a small creature lies on the sand with motion lines "ピッ ピッ ピッ". Nearby, a man in a turban speaks to others. "Now then, what's you all doing standing aroundI" "Iahaha..." he laughs. Signs read, "We know, we know! We've gotta dig up the water!" A man explains, "After all, it's a key crossing-point in the West." Another states, "And we've gotta rush to the reconstruction of Yuba." A woman adds, "Well, we'll be heading over there then." Townspeople repair canals with camels and supplies. "As for us, we've got to repair all the canals and waterways along the Sandora River." A large reptilian creature looms with the sound effect "ズズズ" and says, "I hear Alubarna's in rough shape."

In a vast desert landscape under a bright sky, a large crab-like vehicle or creature moves across the dunes. A voice calls out, "Let's head out, everyone!" Another replies, "Right on!" while laughter echoes: "ハハハハハハハ...." Someone questions, "HuhI What about the casinoI" and another dismisses it: "Who cares, it's closed for good." The scene shifts to narration: "And so she turns to me. And says," as a figure in the crab vehicle gestures. The view widens to a grand domed city with flags waving. Narration continues: "And so the king of this country, I thought to myself at that moment..." A voice states, "I have something very important to discuss." Another adds, "Papa- I mean... Father."

A massive crowd cheers wildly in front of a grand palace as large sound effects "アアアアアアアア" fill the air. A speech bubble declares, "I'm going to make sure miss being called 'Papa.'" with laughter "わははははは..." An attendant warns, "Your highness, please stop joking around in public!" In the next panel, a cloaked figure dramatically flips with "FLIP" as the crowd reacts. The view changes to a desert overlook where a figure in a helmet stands with a bird companion. A voice says, "You know." Another replies, "Pell..." Narration adds, "I just can't seem to accept you've really died..."

A close-up shows a stern man with black hair and a high collar, thinking "I wonder why..." with sweat drops. In the background, a lone cloaked figure stands among gravestones and crosses in a windswept cemetery, thinking "The tears won't come out..." Sound effects "ガサ" and motion lines emphasize the desolate scene. The cloaked figure walks away as "ビュルルル" rings out. A voice calls, "Pell..." The final panels show a distant bird silhouette on a cliff and a vast empty desert landscape with ruins.

Massive cannons fire with explosive sound effects "ドカン ドレェゥン!!" A Marine officer in a coat points urgently while shouting orders, surrounded by other Marines aiming weapons. The scene shifts to a coastal cliff at sunset where a silhouetted woman with long hair and a small figure with a bird stand together. Sound effects include "CAW" from circling birds and "TIE...!!" as the pair gaze out over the sea toward a distant ship.

In a quiet town square, a group watches a large camel being led away. "...But it's a camel." "Yeah..." "Vwo..." "It's apparently a candidate for the Super Spot-Billed Duck squad..." "Beats me, but that's what the princess said." "...So why's this camel specialI" A mustached man in a turban wonders, "...HmI I don't see why he had to rush out of here." A woman in a wide hat replies, "When you get home, just make sure to get plenty of rest!" "Thanks for the treatment. Well..." Suddenly a dramatic panel shows a hand snatching a hat as someone runs off: "YOU LEFT YOUR CAP!" "HEY, WAIT!" The fleeing figure turns with a bag, a small duck-like creature at their side. "Alright, Carue..." The person dashes into the distance as a "TURN" sound effect appears.

Nami smiles brightly inside a cabin, declaring, "Back to Alubarna! Time to go home!" A narration box explains, "The Kingdom of Alabasta revitalized itself with such vigour and speed. That other countries could only stand by and watch with awe. For some time after." Below, a small duck flies over the clouds with wings spread wide, letting out a big "QUACK!" as it soars above the landscape.

A distant ship sails on the open sea under a bright sky. On deck, Smoker lounges with his feet up, cigar in mouth. A woman says nervously, "P-please don't refer to me like that!" Smoker replies, "...Mornin' miss. Your legs alright nowI" An unseen voice calls, "Capt. Smoker..." A door opens with the sound "OPEN..." In the next scene a young man in a floral shirt stands beside the seated Smoker, who says "Thank you..." as coffee is poured from a pot with a "ゴポ" sound effect into a cup.

Close-ups of wanted posters show Roronoa Zoro and Monkey D. Luffy. A man discusses, "And even defeated Daz Bones at Alubarna. He cut down 100 bounty hunters at Whiskey Peak." "You mean RoronoaI" "Do you know what his swordsman-friend didI" "It's an appropriate figure for them." "I saw the wanted posters..." A woman with short dark hair sips from a cup and reflects, "In the end, he was defeated. As impressive as Crocodile was for recruiting so many famous and powerful people to serve as his agents. Yes, that was his nickname in his bounty-hunting days at West Blue... Daz the assassin!I At BW, he was called Mr. 1." She stands up firmly and announces, "It's time to begin the chase again!" Smoker answers from his chair, "Yes, Captain!"

The Straw Hats sail away on the Going Merry as scattered voices repeat "Uh huh..." across the deck. Someone asks, "We managed to throw them off, right guysI" while another notes, "Looks like the marines aren't chasing us anymore..." The ship glides over calm waves with "coo" sounds from birds. A small voice mutters "...Ah jeez." From below, someone wonders, "What's up with all the lifeless repliesI" Zoro stands in the foreground, sweat on his face, scolding the crew: "Stop weeping! God, if you didn't want to part with her that much." He adds, "We should've just brought her onboard by force!" Behind him, Luffy, Nami, Usopp, and Chopper hang limply over the railing, sobbing with steam rising from their heads as they wail in unison, "I MISS HER..."

Zoro faces the crew hanging over the railing as they continue their complaints. Luffy asks, "How's increasing the number gonna change anything!I" while others chime in with "Four-swords.", "Uhh, Luffy. Three-swords isn't an insult.", "Three-swords...", "Marimo...", "Could you sink any lowerI", and "Gasp! How barbaric..." Someone else mutters, "Listen up! You know what natto is, rightI Calling him four-swords is like calling natto rotten...!" Zoro waves them off, saying, "Fine, fine. Cry as much as you want." In a close-up, Luffy glares with gritted teeth. Zoro looks aside with a sweat drop. A crew member on the stairs reports, "Yeah." and "Seems like we finally left the island... Well done." Suddenly the ship lurches violently with massive impact lines, water spraying everywhere as the crew reacts in shock with "!!!!I" and multiple "!!" effects.

An enemy ship appears with cries of "ENEMY ATTACK! ENEMY ATTACK!" A fish-man-like figure sticks out its tongue amid "あはは" and impact sounds. A woman with short hair points and says, "Oh my, such a lovely lady!" while another panel shows a blonde woman shouting, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!I" A scarred man growls, "HERE TO AVENGE YOUR ORGANIZATION!I FINE, I'LL TAKE YOU ON..." with "DRAW..." Luffy stares in surprise, asking, "So you're aliveI" The blonde replies, "Ah! It's you!" while a small creature wonders, "Who's sheI" and screams "AAAAAA AAAHHH HHHHH HHHHH!" On deck, a swordsman with a shield yells, "I told you before, didn't I!I" and "WHAT HANDS!I" as a dark-haired woman in a white shirt stands calmly. She warns, "Please don't point those savage objects at me." The blonde woman lunges forward shouting "AHH!" while Luffy watches nearby.

The dark-haired woman faces Luffy and says, "Monkey D. Luffy." Luffy shouts back, "What're you up to, BW!I" She replies coolly, "HmI" while another voice asks, "Since when did YOU get on the ship!I" She explains, "Oh, for a while now. I was busy reading and taking a shower until now. These are your clothes, rightI I'll be borrowing them." Luffy panics, yelling, "Hey, stop lying! I never did anything to you!" and "WHAT DID I!I LUFFY! WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO THIS FINE LADY!I" A sign reads "DISEMBARK IMMEDIATELY!" The woman continues, "You haven't forgotten what you did to me, did you now...I" In the final panel she lounges relaxed in a deck chair with her hands behind her head, stating, "For which you must take, Responsibility..." and "Oh no. You committed an unbearable act upon me." Luffy reacts with "!!I" as a small "ギィ..." sound effect appears.

Luffy glares angrily, sweat flying, and snaps, "You're not making any sense. Just what is it you want me to doI" On the deck above, crew members shout "LEAVE AT ONCE!" and "OR WE WILL CALL THE MARINES!" while pointing at an intruder. A woman with short dark hair sits calmly, hand on her cheek, and says with a slight smile, "LET ME JOIN, YOUR CREW." Luffy's eyes bulge in total shock as he and the others yell "WHAT!I" in unison, the background filled with motion lines and exclamation marks.
