A massive fist smashes forward with debris flying. In the next panel, three figures stand amid a devastated battlefield of wrecked machinery and ruins. One shouts, "IS THIS YOUR REVENGEI" while another yells, "DAMN YOU... STRAW HAT LUFFY.....!!!" A close-up shows a masked figure with glowing eyes declaring, "I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU....!!!" Beside them, a woman with a long nose looks on and says, "THAT'S SO CRUEL." The final panel reveals a battered, upside-down figure with swirling eyes crying out, "MY DEAR, SWEET FOLLOWERS.....!!!"

A cloaked figure with spiky hair reacts with surprise, "Y... YOU'RE BACK!!!" while another voice answers, "YEAH!! YOU GUYS OKAY!I" In the background, people gather near a burning building as someone shouts, "B... BIG-BRO FRANKY!!!" On a ship at sea, a sign reads "SHIFT STATION, NORTH OF WATER SEVEN". A character exclaims, "THE WIND'S AMAZING!" with sound effects "ビィィィオオオオ..." and "NYA NYA". Chimney and Gonbe dash ahead while a woman in a long dress calls out. A close-up shows Chimney grinning and waving, shouting "OKAY!" The woman yells, "CHIMNEY! GOMBE! GET READY TO GO BACK TO THE ISLAND!!" In a dramatic close-up, a large man with goggles and a captain's hat grins widely and declares, "IS COMIN'. THE AQUA LAGUNA …"

Massive sound effects "ヒュウウウウウ…" and "オオオオオ…" fill the sky over Water Seven. The city is shown with a broadcast: "THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT." Multiple signs and voices state, "YEAH, WE WERE ALL TOO DISTRACTED BY ICEBERG-SAN'S ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT. HAS OFFICIALLY DECLARED AN AQUA LAGUNA WARNING FOR THE ENTIRE ISLAND. THE WATER SEVEN WEATHER FORECAST DEPARTMENT… IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR ALREADY …!!!" Citizens react with shock as the warning spreads.

In the streets of Water Seven, voices shout warnings: "TAKE A BREAK FROM WORK!! GO TELL PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T HEARD ABOUT IT!!! HEEEEEEY, THE AQUA LAGUNA'S COMIN'!!! THE OFF- REPEAT:" People react with confusion. A man asks, "HEY, YOU, WHAT WAS THAT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUTI" Another replies "HUHI" A suited man questions, "AQUA LAGUNAI" while a penguin-like figure sweats, "…… WHATI" A local explains to travelers, "WHAT A BAD TIME TO BE HERE, EH. AQUA LAGUNA IS WHAT YOU WOULD CALL A HIGH TIDE."

Sanji reacts with wide eyes and a sweat drop, exclaiming, "HIGH TIDEI" The local continues, "YEAH. MAKE SURE YOU GET TO A HIGH PLACE. THIS TOWN'S GONNA SINK." Another resident waves and reassures, "TAKE CARE! IT'S LIKE THIS EVERY YEAR. …!!" while explaining, "WELL, IT'S NOT LIKE IT'LL HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY. DON'T WORRY, IT USUALLY HAPPENS AT AROUND MIDNIGHT, AFTER THE WARNING." Sanji, looking concerned, says, "…… IT SEEMS THAT WAY… SO WE HAVE TO HURRY, AND FIND ROBIN-CHAN." The local reacts in shock, "THIS PLACE'S GONNA SINK!I WAIT …" as Gonbe sweats beside them.

An official warning blares across Water 7: "THE OFFICIAL WARNING HAS BEEN DECLARED; REPEAT:". A tense close-up shows Paulie gripping a newspaper as another voice announces, "AQUA LAGUNA WILL ARRIVE SOME TIME AROUND MIDNIGHT." Outside Galley-La Company HQ, a restless crowd surges forward. Reporters and citizens shout questions: "TELL US ABOUT HOW THE INVESTIGATION IS GOING!!", "IS HIS LIFE IN SAFE HANDS!!!I", "IS THERE ANY CHANGE IN ICEBERG-SAN'S CONDITIONI" Paulie, furious, leans out and roars at the mob, "SHUT UP!!" while Tilestone tries to calm things, yelling, "TILESTON, STOP IT. I TOLD YOU: WE'LL TELL YOU AS SOON AS THERE'S ANYTHING NEW!!"

From a high vantage, Luffy, Nami, and their companions watch the massive crowd gathered before the number "1" dock gate. Nami murmurs, "WOW... SO MANY PEOPLE..." while Luffy adds, "WE CAN'T GET INTO THE SHIPYARD EITHER." A local explains the restrictions: "YEAH BUT IT'S USELESS. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE DOCK 1 DOOR, BUT ONLY SELECTED REPORTERS MAY ENTER." Nami asks, "HEY EXCUSE ME, BUT DO YOU KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE HQI" The man replies, "WITH ICEBERG-SAN EVENTUALLY. WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO MEET." Luffy stares ahead with a blank, worried expression.

The anxious crowd continues pleading, "ICEBERG-SAN~~~~ PLEASE TELL US~~~~" while others insist, "THEY'RE JUST SO WORRIED. EVERYONE'S HERE HOPING TO GET ANY NEWS FIRST-HAND." Luffy's group stands blocked at the gate marked "1". Someone mutters, "I DON'T THINK WE CAN GET ANY CLOSER..." and "WHAT THE HELL'S GOING ON HEREI" Nami suggests, "OH WELL, GUESS WE'LL FIND OUT FROM THE NEWSPAPER." Suddenly strange musical notes fill the air. Two men react with shock: "EHI" and "WHATI" as the rhythm grows louder.

The bizarre rhythm intensifies. Luffy and Nami freeze in surprise. A voice cries, "IT CAN'T BE!! THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!" while another shouts, "UWA!!! THIS RHYTHM IS...!!!!" Someone yells, "AH!!! WHERE ARE THEY!!!I" and "NO WE DIDN'T!! GO AWAY!!" A figure asks, "DID YOU JUST CALL MY NAMEI" as taps sound: "TAPD TAPD TAPD". Then the full group appears in silhouette, striking poses amid musical notes. They declare in unison, "THERE THEY ARE!!!! THEY'RE HERE -----!!!! WE'RE IN OUR RHYTHM -----!!!!" The crowd reacts with stunned faces as the mysterious dancers take center stage.

A crowd of angry Water 7 citizens surrounds a damaged building, shouting at an unseen figure. "ASK MY NAME!!" "WE DON'T WANNA ASK!!! GO AWAY!!!" "DON'T BE SHY, ASK!!" Inside, Luffy's crew reacts with surprise as voices call out, "I KNOW YOU'RE HERE, STRAW HAT LUFFY!!" "REVEAL YOURSELF!" "EHI" "I" A massive building is shown with music notes and chaos as people yell, "HANG HIM!!" "NO PROBLEM ABOUT IT!" "WHAT HIM!I" "YOU'RE THE ONE WHO ATTACKED ICEBERG-SAN AREN'T YOU!I" "HEY... BE QUIET, IDIOTS!" "YOU HOOLIGAN!!" "BEGONE FROM THIS ISLAND!!!" In a dramatic bottom panel, a silhouetted figure strikes a pose with arms outstretched while a battered man lies nearby with "DON'T! Franky is suddenly grabbed and lifted by the Square Sisters, Kiwi and Mozu, who strike powerful poses with star-shaped impact effects. A long-haired man with a star on his face yells in panic, "UWAAAAA!! THEY'VE GONE BERSERK!!! RUN AWAY!!!" while holding a sign reading "COME OUT, STRAW HAT!!!" Luffy and a short-haired woman stare in shock as Luffy asks, "DID HE JUST SAY FRANKYII" and she replies, "...WHAT THE HELL IS WITH THAT WEIRDOI" Large text labels identify "THE FRANKIES' 'SQUARE SISTERS' KIWI & MOZU" and "DISMANTLER & BOUNTY HUNTER, THE HEAD OF THE FRANKIES, FRANKY" as the sisters hoist Franky high with dramatic motion lines and "FRANKY -----!!!" exploding across the page.

Luffy reacts with shock as a voice shouts "SEA-WATER PANTY GUY!!!" and another yells "HEY!!!" while a close-up shows Luffy's face with ".....!!!I IT'S HIM.....!!!I" and "LUFFY!!" A massive close-up of the long-haired man's furious face appears with "AH!!I" and heavy impact effects as he swings a fist. The blow lands on Luffy's head with a loud "DON" sound effect. Luffy looks up with a determined expression and states, "I'M LUFFY."

Inside Galley-La Company, a tall man with a large "1" on his back is addressed as "KALIFA!" while another voice says, "EVERYONE, YOU MAY NOW QUIETLY ENTER THE ROOM." A suited man remarks, "OH... THAT MEANS..." A close-up shows Kalifa with a sweat drop, noting "REGAINED CONSCIOUSNESS." and "ICEBERG-SAN HAS..." Outside, a massive crowd cheers wildly with signs and cameras as people shout "YAY!!!" "WOKE UP!!!" "REALLYI!! WOW!!" "HEY!! ICEBERG-SAN" and "GREAT!!" Iceberg is seen sitting up among Galley-La members, looking toward the celebration.

In the ornate bedroom, Iceberg lies bandaged in bed as Paulie and shipyard workers rush in. Iceberg murmurs weakly, "...AH...... NMA... I MADE YOU WORRY......" Paulie shouts, "ICEBERG-SAN!!" The workers reassure him: "WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THE SHIPYARD. DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT." A small cat on the bed meows, "CHUCHU." Paulie adds, "BETTER REST WELL, NOW. I'M JUST GLAD YOU'RE NOT DEAD!!" Iceberg replies softly, "OH... WE'RE STILL LOOKING INTO THAT. THE GUYS WHO CAME INTO MY ROOM... LAST NIGHT... BY THE WAY... NO... I REMEMBER. ALRIGHT..."

Iceberg recalls the attack with a close-up of his intense eyes: "THERE WERE TWO..." The workers react with surprise, "EH!!!I" and "EH..." He continues describing them: "THOSE SHARP EYES... THE OTHER ONE... A TALL WOMAN WITH BLACK HAIR. ONE WAS A BIG MAN WEARING A MASK," while a wanted poster of Nico Robin (79,000,000) is shown. Iceberg concludes firmly, "NICO ROBIN. IT WAS PROBABLY......" with a shocked "!I" expression.
