Sogeking stands tall in a dramatic pose, declaring, "I'M USOPP'S FRIEND, I'VE COME TO YOUR AID AS PER HIS REQUEST!!!" A speech bubble questions, "...THAT'S ME. THE SOGE-KING OF SNIPER ISLAND!!I" Luffy reacts with shock and excitement, shouting "A HE... HERO!! I KNEW HE WAS A HERO WHEN I SAW HIS CAPE!! SO COOL! THIS IS MY FIRST HERO SIGHTING!!!" Chopper exclaims, "OH! SO A CAPE WEARING MEANS HE'S A HERO...!I SO COOL —!!!" and "YES! CAPE EQUALS HERO! REALLY!!I" while stars sparkle around him. In the lower section, a group including Nami, Sanji, Zoro, and others discuss the situation. One says, "IT'S THAT GUY WE MET AT THE SHIFT STATION." Another notes, "ISN'T THAT THE LONG-NOSED GUY WHO WAS ARRESTED ALONG WITH OUR BRO...I" A voice adds, "NYAA." Someone calls, "AUTOGRAPH PLEASE!!" while others remark, "I'M GLAD USOPP'S SAFE." and "ISN'T THAT USOPP...I"

Sogeking points emphatically while explaining, "HE TOLD ME THAT SAVING ROBIN IS MY TOP PRIORITY, AND THEN HE LEFT." Luffy looks concerned, asking, "OH!! WHERE'S SNIPER ISLAND!I" and "SO, WHERE'D USOPP GOI" as Sogeking replies, "HE'S SAFE, SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT HIM." Nami turns to Sanji and says, "NAMI-SAN... WHAT IS IT, SANJI-KUNI" Sanji responds with a serious expression. Luffy excitedly lists, "100 SHOTS, LULU HEART... 100 HITS, LALALU ~♪" while Sogeking adds, "HEART..... BORN ON SHARP~ SHOOTER ISLAND..... IN YOUR....." Sanji calls them "IDIOTS." The scene shifts to open water where a small boat sails toward a distant tower on an island. A large narration box states, "YOU ALL NEED TO KNOW THIS." Sanji continues, "HEY, THE REST OF YOU IDIOTS... BEFORE WE GO IN AND RESCUE ROBIN," with dramatic sound effects "オオオオオ..." trailing across the waves.

Sanji speaks gravely in close-up, "ROBIN HAS SOME HORRIFIC PAST THAT CP9 IS USING TO BLACKMAIL HER." He continues, "AND THAT'S THE WHOLE STORY." and "I JUST WANTED TO POINT OUT THAT ROBIN MAY NOT WILLINGLY LEAVE WITH US ONCE WE GET TO HER. I DIDN'T SAY ALL OF THIS AS AN EXCUSE FOR MY FAILURE..." The scene cuts to a wide shot inside a building where Luffy stands in the center, roaring with fury, "I WON'T FORGIVE THEM —!!!" and "I DON'T CARE!!!" Chopper echoes beside him, "WOO —!!!" while Nami, Sanji, Zoro, and others stand in the background looking tense. Dramatic sound effects "ゴオオオオ" and "うア" fill the air as Luffy's anger erupts.

The Straw Hats argue heatedly about Robin. "SHE SHOULD WORRY ABOUT HER OWN SAFETY!!!" "THAT'S BECAUSE SHE'S WORRIED ABOUT OUR SAFETY!!" "WELL, IT'S TRUE!!! WE TRIED TO RESCUE HER, BUT SHE REFUSED TO GO!!!" someone yells. "SHUT UP!!!" Luffy roars, "ROBIN, THAT STUPID......!!!!" In a massive close-up, Luffy shouts with fierce determination, "SHE DOESN'T WANNA DIE, SO WE HAVE TO SAVE HER!!!" and "IF WE DON'T DO ANYTHING, ROBIN MIGHT DIE!!!" Nami stands quietly with a soft "....." expression. Sanji declares, "I DON'T CARE WHO THEY ARE, I'M GONNA SEND THEM FLYING!!!" and adds, "I HAVE A NEW ATTACK I WANNA TRY, TOO!!" Another crew member says, "FORGET IT... WE WERE ALREADY GONNA RESCUE HER ANYWAYS." The group agrees, "THAT'S TRUE, BUT......!!!"

Franky points to a hand-drawn map of Enies Lobby. "THE GATE OF JUSTICE IS RIGHT BEHIND THE ISLAND, AND THE ONLY PATH TO IT IS THROUGH THE JUDICIAL TOWER." He labels the Judicial Tower, Court, Front Gate, Main Gate, and Current Location, noting "THIS'S WHAT ENIES LOBBY LOOKS LIKE." Luffy and others react with surprise. "WHAT'S THAT BLACK STUFFI" Franky explains he has been there before for railroad maintenance. The crew discusses strategy: "THE ONLY ONES THAT'LL HAVE ANY CHANCE AGAINST CP9..." "EVEN IF WE ALL CHARGE INTO THE ISLAND," "IF WE CAN'T GET TO ROBIN AND FRANKY BEFORE THEY REACH THE END OF THAT PATH, WE FAIL!!!" Franky points out the straight path from the Main Gate to the Gate of Justice and warns that the black thing is the waterfall visible past the gate. At the bottom, Franky leans in intensely, "I'VE SEEN HOW STRONG YOU GUYS ARE ON THE WAY HERE. ARE YOU GUYS!"

The crew continues planning around the map. "OPEN UP THE MAIN GATE AND THE FRONT GATE TO MAKE WAY FOR ROCKET MAN!!!" "BEFORE THAT, THE REST OF US WILL GO IN THERE," "THEN, CHARGE IN WITH ROCKET MAN, RIGHT THROUGH THE GATES AND INTO THE ISLAND ITSELF!!!" "SO, YOU GUYS SHOULD WAIT FOR 5 MINUTES AT THE BEACH." Usopp stresses, "NO MATTER HOW MANY OF US DIE, DON'T STOP, JUST CHARGE RIGHT THROUGH!!!" and "AND JUST FOCUS ON THE CP9!!!" Franky adds that there are only 60 of them but possibly two to three thousand enemies. The Straw Hats are told to avoid unnecessary fights. Luffy stares at the map, then suddenly yells with realization, "I GOT IT!!!" A small panel shows someone saying, "HEY, GUYS, COME TAKE A LOOK... AT THE SKY BEHIND ENIES LOBBY!!!" Luffy pumps his fist, "YEAH!!!"

A massive panel reveals the towering Gate of Justice with dramatic sound effect "ドォォォン!!!" A Marine explains, "IT ONLY OPENS A LITTLE BIT TO LET CRIMINALS THROUGH. THAT GATE NEVER COMPLETELY OPENS." Another notes giant Sea Kings live there and it is impossible to sail past with a normal ship. On the other side lies a windless area like the Calm Belt. The crew reacts in shock: "IT'S JUST AS THE PIRATE GIRL SAID....." "BUT ONLY THE MARINES KNOW HOW TO PASS IT. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY DO IT..." Nami stares in awe, "IT'S SO BIG ~~~~!!!" while others exclaim, "THAT'S THE GATE OF JUSTICE...!!!" and "WHAT ~~~I!!" with visible surprise and motion lines.

A massive black sphere hurtles through the sky toward the towering gate of Enies Lobby as a voice warns, "IF YOU WANNA RESCUE THE FOLKS WHO'VE BEEN ARRESTED... YOU GOTTA DO IT BEFORE THEY PASS THROUGH THE GATE!!" Below, the Franky Family and Straw Hats gather near the bridge. Someone asks, "HEY, AREN'T YOU TWO IN OUR GROUPI" Franky shouts, "LET'S STICK TO THE PLAN!!! WE'LL GO IN FIRST!!" Another yells, "THERE'S NO TIME FOR CHIT-CHAT!!!" Impact sounds and motion lines fill the air as the group prepares to charge.

The group spots a familiar figure. "IT'S STRAW HAT!" "AH!" Someone realizes, "HE WAS HERE A SECOND AGO..." Nami looks around and asks, "HUHI WHERE'S LUFFYI" A voice replies, "UM..." In the distance, the massive spiked gate begins to close with a loud "ばーん！" and smoke. Luffy is nowhere to be seen. Close-ups show shocked faces: "DID HE EVEN LISTEN TO THE BATTLE PLAN...!I" and "WHAT'S HIS PROBLEM!I HE JUST LEFT ON HIS OWN—!!!" with sweat drops and frantic expressions.

The remaining crew discusses Luffy's departure. "ISN'T POSSIBLE FOR HIM." "THAT'S TRUE." "TO WAIT 5 MINUTES..." "I GOT IT!" "I THOUGHT HE SAID," "IT'S USELESS." On the massive Franky Family vehicle pulled by the giant bulls Sodom and Gomorrah, the crew charges forward. "GERO!!!" "CHARGE!! PIRATE NII-SAN!!!" "NGAGAGAGA, THAT KID SURE LACKS PATIENCE! NYAA" They shout, "CLIMB OVER THE FENCES! OPEN THE MAIN GATE—!!!" "DON'T FALL BEHIND, SODOM!! GOMORRAH!!!" "BAHI HIHI ~~~!!!" The vehicle smashes through obstacles with dramatic speed lines.

Luffy launches himself high into the air with "GOMU GOMU... ROCKET!!!!" stretching his rubber body. Marines below react in confusion: "WHAT WAS THAT!I" "HMI" "BOING..." Luffy flies past the spiked fence and towers. On the ground, a Marine yells "HAHA!!" while another shouts "DID SOMETHING JUST FLY PAST US...I" "HUHI" Luffy lands with a surprised "IPI" and "AH!" as impact effects and motion lines show his rapid descent. A Marine stares in shock.

Luffy clings to a tall pole high above the sea, staring in shock at a massive floating island fortress suspended in midair. "THE ISLAND'S FLOATING IN MIDAIR!!" he exclaims. "WHAT'S THISI WHAT A BIG HOLE!!!" Below, Marine soldiers on the gate spot the intruder. "INTRUDER SPOTTED! KILL HIM NOW!" one shouts. "THEY FOUND ME!!" Luffy yells as gunfire erupts around him. "WAH! WHO'S THAT ON THE TOP OF THE GATE!!I" Luffy reacts with wide-eyed surprise while bullets fly past.

Luffy swings dramatically across the chasm on a rope toward the fortress. "HE WENT INSIDE—!!!" a Marine cries. "TMTM!!" Luffy lands inside the main gate area. Marines react in confusion: "IS SOMETHING WRONG!I WHAT IS ITI" A long-haired figure in a dark coat sits inside, saying "IF IT'S ONLY ONE GUY... JUST KILL HIM!!" Another voice replies "NO... HE'S..." An urgent report blares: "AN INTRUDER HAS CLIMBED OVER THE MAIN GATE AND IS QUICKLY APPROACHING THE FRONT GATE!!!"

A spiky-haired man narrows his eyes. "IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN... THE INTRUDER IS..." Nearby Marines shout "BE CAREFUL, EVERYONE!!" "HEY, BRAT! STOP!" "DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE!I" as Luffy charges forward. "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT." In the chaos, a Marine yells "THIS IS THE FRONT GATE. WE SEE THE INTRUDER..." The scene erupts as Luffy is recognized: "STRAW HAT LUFFY...!!!!" Marines react in shock with "!!I" amid flying debris and impact lines.

The spiky-haired man shouts "WHERE'S ROBIN!I HE'S THE 'STRAW HAT' PIRATE!!!" with a 100 million bounty notice visible. Marines panic: "S... SAY WHAT!I" "WHAT!!I" Luffy fights through the crowd yelling "WAH ~~~!!!" while demanding "WHERE IS ROBIN!!!I" A Marine reports "THIS'S THE MAIN GATE REPORTING!!!" amid heavy impacts, motion lines, and chaotic close-ups of Luffy and the Marines.

Marines panic as chaos erupts at the perimeter. A large group of intruders just broke through the perimeter!!! requesting backup!!! someone shouts. Bahihihi~~~~!!! a voice cackles amid the frenzy. Two monsters are pulling a giant cart over the fence!! another yells. A marine with a wide-brimmed hat fires his rifle while screaming, a black-coated figure stands amid smoke and debris, and a helmeted marine with wide eyes grips his weapon, sweat flying. WA OOO ~~~!!! impact text erupts. In the next panel an explosion rocks the area with WAA AAH!! and... text as backup is called again. A close-up shows a determined marine with a cross-shaped sword hilt shouting GUARDS, REPORT!!! WHAT IS YOUR STATUS!!!I while another demands WHAT IS YOUR STATUS!!!I

Nico Robin glances back with a serious expression, a sweat drop visible. KEEP MOVING. she says. A voice asks WHAT'S WRONG, NICO ROBINI as the group moves through the ruined cityscape. In the distance a massive wave crashes while a voice asks IS EVERYONE READYI The Rocketman sea train barrels forward with a loud WOOWOOO. A close-up of an intense eye declares CHARGE IN! Inside the train car Franky, in a dramatic pose, announces IN FOUR MINUTES, THE SEA TRAIN, ROCKET MAN, WILL... while asking HOW'RE YOUR WOUNDSI Chopper replies IT'S NOT A PROBLEM, BECAUSE I'M SOREKING.
