A chained woman protests, "YOU'RE NOT A MERMAID!!!" while a bearded man offers, "IF YOU WANT A MERMAID, ALL WE GOT IS MARIN HERE. I'LL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT. HOW ABOUT ITI" and another pleads, "COME ON, BUY ME, KID." The star-shirted man snaps, "BUHAH! I CAN'T STAY IN THE WATER!!"

A masked man in stripes yells, "HACCHIN WILL SEND GUYS LIKE YOU FLYING!!" while gripping the mermaid's arm as she cries, "LET ME GO!! THAT HURTS!!" Nearby, Disco and another auctioneer discuss her: "I THINK THERE'S GOING TO BE A HUGE BIDDING WAR OVER HER." "IT'S A MERMAID! A YOUNG, FEMALE MERMAID!!" "REALLY!I" Peterman reports in, "PETERMAN, HUHI WELL DONE. THE 'HOUND PETS.' WHO BROUGHT HER INI" The mermaid struggles as one replies, "SHE SEEMS TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE!! Disco stammers, "IF YOU'RE GOING TO KICK HER, AT LEAST DO IT SOMEWHERE WHERE WE CAN COVER IT UP WITH HER CLOTHES..." The attacker is kicked hard, "YOU...!!!" and crashes down. A voice calls, "EH...!I DISCO!I HEY, WHAT'S WRONG, DISCO!I" as Disco lies beaten. The attacker rises with a furious glare, "STILL CHEEKY..." An old man with a scar and dark coat steps forward, growling, "HEY... OLD MAN... STOP ACTING INNOCENT." In the background, a large man in a striped shirt sits behind bars yelling, "DOCTOR! DOCTOR!!" The mermaid girl watches with wide, tearful eyes, a question mark hovering near her.

The scarred old man speaks calmly, "I'M JUST AN OLD MAN WHO OWNS A COATING SHOP. AND YOU KNOW..." A small figure in the distance mutters, "...
