The scene shifts to a ruined stone hall with arched windows. Luffy stands amid rubble and shouts: "ROBIIIN!! HEEEEEY!! I'M HERE~!!!" Thought bubbles note: "They were probably in this room earlier......but nobody's here anymore...!!" In the next panel Luffy runs toward a damaged gate, declaring: "THEN I'LL JUST HAVE TO HEAD STRAIGHT THERE, TO THE GATES OF JUSTICE!!" A close-up shows him beside a stern man with a goatee who says: "...OH YEAH! I KNOW WHERE THEY ARE HEADING TO...!!" Luffy growls: "DAMN THAT PIGEON GUY...!!"

Sanji glares forward with an intense expression, asking: "YOU HAVE... THE KEY TO ROBIN'S HANDCUFFS, RIGHTI WHY DON'T YOU GIVE IT TO ME BEFORE YOU GET KILLEDI" A small panel shows a tower with onomatopoeia "ゴォォォ..." In a grand room with striped flooring and a fireplace, Sanji stands with swords on his back facing a seated figure. Speech bubbles continue: "THAT I DIDN'T GET TO SEE YOUR REAL SKILL IN GALLEY-LA MANSION. I'VE BEEN REGRETTING... THAT'S A SILLY QUESTION......AND I WOULDN'T HAVE IMAGINED THAT PIRATES WOULD COME ALL THE WAY HERE..." A masked man with a long nose says: "I CAN FEEL YOUR SPIRIT... AN OMINOUS BEAST-LIKE SPIRIT..." and "LIKELY SO." Sanji replies confidently: "I'M MANY LEVELS STRONGER THAN I WAS BEFORE... SO BE CAREFUL."

Zoro faces the CP9 swordsman and mutters, "Nitou ryu*, huhI" The agent replies, "But... my swordsmanship is the best in CP9... don't underestimate me. You're a scary man..." *Two Swords Style. The two clash in a rapid exchange of strikes, blades flashing with impact lines and "!!" effects. The CP9 fighter is sent flying backward. In the grand hall he lands, spins, and unleashes a powerful flying slash, shouting "Rankyaku." The air blade rips across the striped floor, shattering furniture and walls in a massive explosion of debris and smoke as the attack tears through the room.

Zoro, blades ready, growls, "Now I remember that your whole body is a weapon. No problem." The CP9 fighter, now wielding four swords, answers with a grin, "Yontou*. Sorry, but actually..." *Four Swords. He charges and delivers a crushing overhead strike. Zoro is slammed into the floor amid dust and impact stars. The agent looms over him, continuing the assault with heavy blows that send shockwaves through the striped floor.

The CP9 agent presses the attack with rapid sword strikes, yelling battle cries as sparks fly. Zoro is hurled across the room but recovers, crossing his blades. Both fighters call out their techniques at once: the agent declares "72-Pound" while Zoro answers with "Rankyaku"... Their opposing Rankyaku waves collide in midair, creating a violent cross-shaped explosion of force and debris.

The CP9 fighter transforms into his full wolf-beast form and leaps high, roaring "Haku-Rai**!!!" *White Thunder. At the same moment Zoro launches a devastating counter, shouting "Cannon!!!" Their ultimate techniques collide in a massive blast that shatters the ceiling and sends shockwaves through the hall. Below, the agent reverts and lands, while Zoro stands ready with blades drawn, the fight far from over.

A masked CP9 agent watches intently as a powerful strike lands, muttering "HMM...". In the next instant a massive black leg swings down with crushing force. The swordsman below twists aside at the last moment, blades flashing as he counters with a sweeping slash while gripping a pistol. "!!!" rings out as debris and shockwaves erupt around them. The agent is hurled backward through swirling dust and impact lines, tumbling across the floor while the swordsman presses the assault. Motion lines and scattered weapons emphasize the violent exchange.

The enormous black leg crashes down again, sending the swordsman skidding across the striped floor. "CLINK..." echoes as blades meet. The swordsman launches a flying slash, shouting "RANKYAKU" while the masked agent grins widely. "THEN WHY DON'T YOU COME AND GET ME!I" the agent taunts. "I HAVE NO TIME FOR GAMES," the swordsman replies coldly. The agent laughs "... WAHAHA! THIS IS FUN!" as the two clash in mid-air, debris flying from the powerful exchange.

A whirlwind of spinning blades erupts with the cry "RAN*!!!" and massive "CHAOS" lettering as the swordsman is hurled through the air. Below, the Enies Lobby tower looms while the masked agent stares in shock. "OOOOO OOOOH WAAAA AH!!!" someone screams. "WHAA!I WHAT IS IT!I" a wide-eyed man yells. The agent declares, "IF YOU'RE IN SUCH A HURRY, THEN ALLOW ME TO SHOW YOU MY NEW 'ABILITY.'" The swordsman answers, "NO... I'M IMPRESSED..." and the agent snarls, "... ARE YOU TRYING TO MAKE A FOOL OF MEI" Heavy breathing fills the panels: "HAA... HAA".

A grotesque masked figure with a long mustache declares, "THIS ROOM HAS...". In a vast indoor garden filled with trees, a bridge, and a small shrine, voices argue: "CONCENTRATE ON THE KEY TO ROBIN'S HANDCUFFS FOR NOW...", "NO, NO, THIS ISN'T THE TIME!", and "FAR TOO MUCH GARDENING...! IT'S ALMOST LIKE BEING OUTSIDE HERE." A figure sleeps soundly with "SNZZZ SNZZZ". Suddenly a masked agent points and shouts "OVER THERE!!" as another figure startles awake with "..." amid flying debris and motion lines.

A cloaked figure sneaks across a rocky landscape toward a small object on the ground, thinking, "IF I CAN JUST GRAB IT QUIETLY AND RUN AWAY QUIETLY." The figure's foot steps forward with "ぞーりー" sound effects as a voice declares, "NO NEED TO HESITATE!!!" Suddenly a large impact sound "ギクッ!!!" erupts. The cloaked man is sent flying backward with a startled "!!I" as a rooster stands triumphantly nearby. The rooster crows while the man thinks, "YES!! I'M THE LUCKY KING!! THEN I'VE ACCOMPLISHED MY GOAL. IT'S A WIN WITHOUT CASUALTIES!!" Multiple "ぞーりー" and "tmp tmp" sounds mark the rooster's movements. Close-ups show the rooster's intense face as the cloaked man panics in thought: "AND PREPARING TO CROWI STOP IT. HEY, WHY'RE YOU LOOKING AT ME... I'M DOOMED IF IT CROWS!! IF IT DOES, HE'LL WAKE UP THIS ISN'T GOOD!! HOW COULD SUCH A NOISY BIRD JUST HAPPEN TO BE HERE!I" The rooster stands proudly as the man internally screams, "A ROOSTER...!!!"

The rooster lets out an enormous crow "かしまーん!!! CHIRP" that shakes the cloaked man violently. He yells in shock, "ROOSTERS DON'T CROW LIKE THAT!!!" The man tumbles through the air with a netted bundle while thinking "THAT BASTARD ROOSTER--!!" A small character with goggles watches from the side, saying "...OH. YOU'VE COME, PIRATE." Another panel shows a tiny figure flying with "AH. HMI" The scene cuts to an intense close-up of the goggled character aiming a weapon with a massive blast "バコォン!!!" and shouting "HIBEEE!!! TOAH!!!" A leg steps forward as the voice continues, "...NOW THEN, SHALL I WREAK HAVOCI"

The goggled man yawns amid debris and smoke while a voice notes, "HE'S STRONG...!!!" Inside a damaged building, the cloaked figure lies on rubble as the goggled man stands over him and says, "YOU'RE THE ONE WHO SHOT THE GOVERNMENT'S FLAG, WEREN'T YOU...I" The cloaked man replies weakly, "I GUESS YOUR SNIPING SKILL IS THE REAL DEAL. WAHAHA..." The goggled man laughs, "HA HA... GYAHAHAHA, IT'S JUST YOU." A small "CHIRP CHIRP" comes from the rooster nearby. The goggled man aims his weapon and remarks, "BUT DON'T WORRY... THAT WAS PAINFUL, WASN'T IT...I I'M SORRY FOR ATTACKING ALL OF A SUDDEN." The cloaked man reacts with shock "EH!!I" while thinking, "TH-THAT WAS HIS POWER RIGHT AFTER WAKING UP...!I"

The goggled man transforms dramatically into a massive wolf-man, declaring, "TORMENT ISN'T HOW I DO THINGS. DESPITE MY APPEARANCE..." The wolf form looms with "オォォォ" sounds as the cloaked man gasps, "A WOLF...!!" The cloaked figure, now revealed as a long-nosed man in a black outfit, shouts while being grabbed, "WHAT...I ARE YOU UP TO ITI YOU DON'T CARE THAT I'M STRONG... SHUT UP! I'M NO UP TO IT NO MATTER WHAT...!!!! I CAME ALL THE WAY HERE TO RESCUE ROBIN!!!" The wolf-man responds, "YOU DON'T NEED TO SUFFER BEFORE YOU DIE... AGREEDI I'LL JUST SLIT YOUR THROAT... AND THAT'S THE END!!" The long-nosed man struggles with "HAA..." and "NUGH--!!" sounds. The wolf-man announces, ""INU INU NO MI," MODEL: "WOLF"!!!" as the long-nosed man yells "DEVIL FRUIT!!!I" and the background shows "CAVING IN!!!" with ceiling collapse.

Kaku struggles in his unintended full giraffe form after trying to shift to human-beast, shouting, "I WAS TRYING TO GO TO 'HUMAN-BEAST FORM'... BUT I WENT ALL THE WAY TO GIRAFFE!!" Below, shocked Marines yell, "A TALKING GIRAFFE IS FALLING!!" The massive giraffe crashes through the building in a huge impact, with "ドゴォン" and debris flying everywhere. Jabra, transformed into a wolf-man, snarls nearby as Kaku plummets. A masked CP9 agent cheers, "KAKU!!! I LOVE YOUR ABILITY!!!" while another laughs, "GYAA~ HAHAHA HA!!!" Onlookers react in panic: "A GIRAFFE!!!I" "A WOLF!!!I" "A FRICKIN' ZOO!!!I" and "WHAT IS THIS," as the structure collapses around them. Someone shouts, "WHOA!! CRAP!!" and "OOWAH!!" amid the chaos.
