HUUUGGEE

On a tropical beach lined with palm trees, waves crash against the shore. Sanji stands with a cigarette in his mouth, looking puzzled as he thinks, “FEELS LIKE NAMI JUST CALLED OUT MY NAME…” and mutters “HMM…I” Suddenly his eyes widen in shock. A massive dinosaur with huge jaws lunges from the jungle foliage right in front of him, roaring with teeth bared. Sanji reacts with a startled “!!I” as the beast towers over him.

Deeper in the dense jungle, a swordsman faces a triceratops-like dinosaur that growls “THE HELL IS THIS… CAN YOU EVEN EAT THIS THINGI” while birds scatter overhead. Further along a river, a small ship sails between towering trees as loud “thud” sounds echo from the forest. In close-up, Nami stares with wide terrified eyes and an open mouth, sweat flying, while Usopp beside her sweats profusely with bulging eyes and a gaping expression of pure fear.

A gigantic warrior with horns, a massive fur cloak, and a Viking-style helmet looms over the river, his enormous hand gripping the mast of the Straw Hats’ ship. The giant, labeled GIANT BROGY, grins widely and booms, “I’M ASKING YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY RUM.” From the deck below, a panicked voice cries “W-WE HAVE A LITTLE…!!!” as the crew stares up in shock at the towering figure.

A massive armored giant with a wide grin peers down from above the trees, asking, "SO YOU DO HAVE SOMEI" as a small fish-like creature floats nearby. Below on a wooden platform stand two tiny figures. The giant suddenly lunges forward with a ferocious bite, roaring "NUA HHH HHH!" while the victim screams "GYAA AAAA AAAA!" in terror. In the aftermath, a terrified man with a headband sweats heavily and stammers "A D...!!" while a blonde girl stares in shock and mutters "DINO-SAUR...I" A huge spotted dinosaur-like creature looms over them in the jungle foliage.

Brogy swings his massive axe with tremendous force, the impact creating bold "ガンッ" sound effects as he strikes the dinosaur. The beast lets out a piercing scream "AHHHHHH HHHHHH!" and "GYA-" while being hurled through the air. Brogy then raises his weapon high and declares, "I AM ELBAP'S STRONGEST WARRIOR," as he continues his battle cry "BROGI! GABA BABA BABA!"

Brogy stands triumphantly on the wrecked ship, axe in hand, shouting "LET ME WELCOME YOU AS MY GUESTS!" while a dinosaur head looms nearby. Someone cheers "GOOD, I GOT SOME MEAT!" In smaller panels, a wide-eyed character in a helmet sweats nervously as two figures on stairs play dead with the line "JUST PLAY DEAD..." and "P-PLAY DEAD..." Luffy appears in close-up with an excited expression, yelling "THIS IS A GREAT VIEW!" and "YAHOO!" as a pterodactyl flies past.

Luffy rides atop a long-necked dinosaur through the prehistoric jungle, exclaiming "I'D SURE LIKE TO EAT LUNCH UP HERE!" and noting "OH, THERE'RE VOLCANOES!" and "I CAN ALSO SEE SOME WEIRD ROCK FULL OF HOLES!" Nami, looking alarmed, shouts "GET DOWN, IT'S TOO DANGEROUS! IT MAY SEEM DOCILE BUT IT'S STILL A DINOSAUR!" Luffy replies confidently, "I DON'T THINK IT'S EVEN TAKEN ANY NOTICE OF ME YET!" and suggests "LET'S GO CHECK OUT THOSE WEIRD HOLES UP AHEAD!" while another voice insists "IT'S FINE! THIS GUY'S ONLY BEEN EATING PLANTS!"

A massive reptilian creature looms among the jungle trees with its jaws wide open. Luffy has already been swallowed, visible only as a tiny figure sliding down its throat. Someone shouts, "LOOK, YOU JUST GOT EATEN!" The beast lets out a loud "BURP" and "GROMP". In the next panel the creature's head is suddenly severed by a gigantic sword slash. Luffy tumbles out mid-air with a surprised "HUHI" as the body collapses. Below, Nami stares upward in shock, eyes wide and mouth agape, while Luffy lands safely inside the creature's hollowed-out remains with a soft "OH."

A towering giant warrior stands proudly in the jungle clearing, gripping an enormous sword. He laughs heartily, "GEGYA GYAGYA GYA!" and declares, "I HAVEN'T HAD ANY GUESTS IN A LONG TIME! AREN'T YOU A LIVELY ONE!" Luffy sits on the giant's massive shield, reacting with "PLOP" and "WOAH." The giant's nameplate reads "GIANT DORRY." The severed head of the dinosaur-like creature lies nearby on the ground.

Dorry continues laughing with a booming "GEGYAGYA GYAGYA! I'M ELBAF'S STRONGEST WARRIOR, DORRY!" Luffy stands on the giant's shoulder and exclaims, "WHOA! YOU'RE HUUUUGEEE! ARE YOU HUMANI" In the jungle below, Nami and Vivi stare up in awe. Nami says, "THIS IS MY FIRST TIME SEEING ONE..." while Vivi adds, "IT'S... A GIANT." Dorry notices them and swings his sword, shouting, "HE SPOTTED ME... AGH! LET ME INVITE YOU FOLKS TO MY PLACE!"

The scene shifts to a massive hut labeled "BROGY THE GIANT'S HOME." Inside, Brogy the giant tends to a volcanic cooking pit, flames roaring with "GABA BABABA BABA!" and "ドスゥ...ン!!!" He announces, "THERE! IT'S ALL COOKED SO EAT UP!" Nami and Vivi sit among scattered skulls and bones, replying nervously, "WE'RE NOT HUNGRY." Brogy responds, "I KNOW... PSST. THERE'RE SKELETONS ALL AROUND US..."

The small crew members huddle nervously as one says, "IT'S ONLY TOO OBVIOUS THAT HE'S TRYING TO FATTEN US UP SO HE CAN ENJOY HUMAN MEAT..." Another adds, "IT SEEMS WE'RE GOING TO BE EATEN TOO..." and "WE'RE TOO YOUNG TO DIE." The giant's massive face looms with a wide grin, declaring, "NO NEED TO DECLINE OUT OF MODESTY! EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT! DINOSAUR MEAT'S ESPECIALLY DELICIOUS, YOU KNOW!" Brogy sits eating heartily while a small figure asks, "UMM, MR. BROGY... MAY I ASK YOU ONE QUESTION...I" Nearby, the log pose recording time is questioned. Brogy suddenly stands and roars with laughter as the ground shakes, proclaiming, "ONE FULL YEAR."

Laughter echoes across the island as Brogy and Dorry roar "DAHAHA HAHA!" and "GEGYA GYAGYA GYAGYA!" A sign reads "DORRY THE GIANT'S HOME." Brogy continues eating a massive meal while declaring, "GEGYA GYAGYA! AND YOUR LITTLE PIRATE LUNCHBOX IS PRETTY GOOD TOO!" The crew watches in awe as one notes, "T-THEY'RE GETTING ALONG SO WELL..." Dorry sits calmly and explains, "IT'S CALLED ELBAF, A VILLAGE FOR WARRIORS. I DO." Luffy leans in and asks, "DON'T YOU HAVE A VILLAGE TO LIVE INI SO WHY'RE YA LIVING HERE ALONE ANYWAYSI"

Dorry's stern face fills the panel as he states, "HAS A CERTAIN LAW." and "BUT MY VILLAGE..." He continues explaining Elbaf's divine protection for the righteous and the rule that a quarrel must be settled on one's own. He adds, "THEN WE BESEECH OUR GOD ELBAF FOR HIS JUDGMENT." In the background, the volcanic island landscape stretches out. Dorry kneels and reveals, "HAS SERVED AS THE BATTLEGROUND BETWEEN ME AND A CERTAIN OTHER GIANT. THE ONE WHO'S IN THE RIGHT SHALL TRIUMPH AND SURVIVE. AND SO THIS ISLAND, I'VE GOTTEN INVOLVED IN A QUARREL MYSELF."

Dorry throws his head back in a massive roar, "BUT IT'S BEEN 100 YEARS SINCE! WE JUST CAN'T SEEM TO SETTLE OUR DUEL! GEGYAGYA GYA!" Nami shouts in shock, "HOW COULD YOU STILL WANT TO FIGHT EVEN AFTER 100 YEARS!I" while Luffy yells, "YOU'VE BEEN FIGHTING FOR OVER A 100 YEARS!I" Dorry replies, "OUR LIFE SPANS 3 TIMES YOUR PUNY ONES." Suddenly the volcano erupts violently with a huge explosion. Dorry notes, "LOOKS LIKE IT'S ABOUT TIME..." as the crew reacts in alarm to the humongous blast and the ongoing duel.

High above the jungle, a massive volcano erupts violently, sending black smoke and debris into the sky. A voice explains, "BUT THE ERUPTION OF THAT MIDDLE VOLCANO, IS THE SIGNAL FOR BATTLE. NOT SURE WHEN WE EXACTLY DECIDED IT." Luffy stares in shock, sweat flying. In the next panel Luffy lunges forward, yelling "STOP! IT'S NOT ABOUT THAT ANYMORE." A bound figure reacts with "!!" while a blonde woman shouts, "WHAT...! YOU TWO CAN'T POSSIBLY HATE EACH OTHER SO MUCH AND ACTUALLY WANT TO TRY AND KEEP ON KILLING EACH OTHER FOR OVER 100 YEARS!" The giant Dorry looms with his massive sword drawn, declaring "OHHHHHH! IT'S ABOUT PRIDE NOW." He swings the blade with a metallic "ズシーッ..." sound as a smaller armored warrior watches nearby. Dorry answers simply, "YES."

Dorry's enormous sword crashes down with tremendous force, the impact creating a massive "ズン!!" and sending debris flying. The giant roars "AND WE FORGOT THE REASON... AGES AGO!" Luffy gapes upward in the grass, shouting "THEY'RE JUST SOOO HUGE!" Nearby, the blonde woman cries out in alarm "WHAT'S WRONGI" as a small figure tumbles nearby with a "ばたっ". She leans in worriedly, "W... AH." Luffy slumps, exhausted, muttering "I'M BEAT." Sweat drops and motion lines emphasize the overwhelming scale of the giants.
