Luffy's face is repeatedly slapped with loud SFX: slap slap slap and ttttt as a voice yells 'WAKE UP, LUFFY!' and 'MERMAN SLAPS!'. In the next scene inside a grand hall, several characters stand around the still-sleeping Luffy. A man in a tall hat asks 'OI! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY MEAT!I WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME HERE!' while another says 'AT THIS POINT, I DOUBT HE'D WAKE UP FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT FOOD.' A third adds 'I MEAN, HE DID RUN HIMSELF ALMOST TO DEATH AROUND THAT FOREST...' Someone shouts 'OI! HOW IN THE WORLD AM I SUPPOSED TO WAKE HIM UPI!' and 'ARE YOU JUST GOING TO ABANDON SANJI LIKE THISI!' A small figure reacts 'HUHI BREAKFAST, NOWI!'. In the bottom panel Luffy is violently shaken as a large man with sharp teeth yells 'I CAN STILL EATTT...' and 'WAKE UP!' while another voice cries 'DAMN IT, THE CEREMONY'S STARTED, LUFFY!'

Chaos erupts at the wedding with floating musical notes and debris. Sanji embraces Pudding, shouting 'PUDDING! MY DEAR! I... I'M SO HAPPY!' while she replies 'THIS SONG WILL BE YOUR REQUIEM.' Sanji also yells 'SANJI, MY DEAR! I... I'M SO HAPPY!' as a close-up shows Pudding's intense expression with 'SANJI!' visible. Nearby, a blond man laughs 'DAMN IT! NO! AND IT HURT!♪'. A fish-man shouts 'BUBBLE HEAD CHEF!' amid the musical frenzy.

A colossal wedding cake towers over the ceremony, its tiers adorned with skulls, roses, and swords as dark icing drips dramatically. Big Mom looms in the foreground, eyes wide with ecstasy, shouting "WEDDING CAAAAKE!" while the crowd erupts in awe. Voices cry out, "WHAT SIZE! WHAT GRAVITAS!" "BEAUTIFUL! BRILLIANT! WHOAAA AAAAA! BRAVO!" and "SOOO YUMMMYYY~" with hearts floating. Sanji, kneeling, declares, "I AM NOT WORTHY OF THY PRAISE, MAMA!" Nearby, Streusel receives praise: "YOU'RE SOMETHIN', AREN'T YA, STREUSEL! WELL DONE!" and "WHAT A WONDERFUL WEDDING CAKE!" A guest adds, "I WANNA EAT IT NOW!" In a smaller panel, Sanji and Pudding stand together as voices coo, "AWW, SANJI! YOU CUTIE!" "EHEHE! YOU'RE EVEN MORE WONDERFUL, YOU KNOW" and "I CAN'T BELIEVE WE'RE GOING TO EXCHANGE OUR VOWS WITH THAT WONDERFUL CAKE AS OUR ALTAR!" Someone snaps, "C'MON, DIE ALREADY!" A massive "WHOA!" echoes as the cake dominates the scene.

Big Mom laughs uproariously, "HAHAHAHAHA! MAMAMAMA!" while addressing the crowd: "MAKE SURE YOU ENJOY THIS, GUESTS! IT'LL ALL BE OVER IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE." She turns to Pudding, saying, "MY, PUDDING, YOU LOOK SO PRETTY! REMINDS ME OF WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, TO BE HONEST. AND HOW MANY YEARS AGO WAS THAT, I WONDER..." A thought bubble notes, "MORE YEARS THAN YOU'LL CONTINUE TO LIVE, IF YOU KEEP THAT UP. THAT HURTS." The scene shifts as Big Mom's face fills the panel with a menacing grin: "THE SLAUGHTER SHOW! NOW, THEN... IT BEGINS!" At the dining table, a Charlotte family member warns the Vinsmokes, "AND ENJOY THE WEDDING PROCEEDINGS COMFORTABLY, TODAY. PLEASE, MAKE YOURSELVES COMFORTABLE." Another states coldly, "MY APOLOGIES, BUT YOU'LL BE DISAPPEARING TODAY, VINSMOKES!"

At the table, guests react to the unfolding tension. One remarks, "HE'S BEING SACRIFICED. DON'T YOU FORGET IT, MARRYING ONE OF HER CHILDREN MEANS SPENDING THE REST OF YOUR LIFE UNDER BIG MOM'S RULE." Another says, "DAMN, HE'S A LUCKY ONE, THAT SANJI! IF I KNEW IT WAS GONNA BE WITH A BABE LIKE THAT, I WOULDN'T HAVE MINDED GETTING MARRIED MYSELF!" and questions, "TO A DAUGHTER OF BIG MOMI ARE YOU CRAZYI!" Reiju and others discuss: "AND SO IT SHOULD BE. THE GERMA IS AN UNNECESSARY NATION." "BUT YOU, SANJI..." "AND WE'RE ALL UNARMED. IT'S CURTAINS FOR US." "THESE SEATS ARE PRETTY OPEN AND EASY TO HIT..." "WE'RE SURROUNDED BY THE CHARLOTTE SIBLINGS. I SEE..." A large panel shows the wedding cake structure as Luffy's voice rings out, "HE'S GOT TO HAVE SOME PLAN! CAN I REALLY PUT MY TRUST IN HIMI! LUFFY!" Someone urges, "YOU, ALONE, MUST ESCAPE!"

Sanji and Pudding stand facing each other before the massive cake altar as the officiant begins the vows. Pudding recites, "FOR RICHER, FOR POORER..." Sanji continues, "AND IN HEALTH..." Pudding adds, "IN SICKNESS..." The officiant declares, "TO WALK WITH YOU TILL DEATH DO US PART." Massive onomatopoeia "ドドド" and "ドーン!!" shake the scene. In the lower panels, Luffy bursts forward with urgency, shouting, "THAT'S 'CAUSE A CERTAIN SOMEONE DECIDED HE NEEDED HIS BEAUTY SLEEP, DAMN IT! HURRY, GUYS! WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!" while allies scramble in the background amid the chaotic wedding setup.

At the altar, the priest asks if the couple will love and cherish each other. Pudding stands beside Sanji as the massive wedding cake looms behind them. The priest continues, "DO YOU SWEAR TO..." Sanji suddenly collapses forward with a loud impact, shocking the onlookers. Pudding's eyes widen in alarm as she shouts, "WHAT'S THE MATTER, PUDDINGI! WHY ARE YOU THE ONE FALLING DOWNI!" Sanji lies face-down on the ground. A close-up shows his gritted teeth and sweat as he mutters, "OKAY, I'M GOING TO LIFT THE VEIL NOW..." while thinking in panic, "SHIT, HE'S SEEN THE FUTURE! DAMN DOG-TOOTH!" Nearby Charlotte family members react with confusion. One voice asks, "IS SOMETHING THE MATTER, BROTHERI" Another instructs, "NOW, LIFT THE BRIDE'S VEIL AND KISS HER." Sanji reaches toward the veil as Pudding watches tensely.

Pudding's face fills the panel with a fierce glare, her third eye wide open as she declares, "MY THIRD EYE!" Dramatic lines and impact effects surround her. Sanji stares up at her, sweat pouring down his face. His expression shifts to awe as he whispers, "BEAUTI-FUL..." with a heart effect and the sound "ごくり" as he swallows. Multiple Charlotte family members shout in disgust: "SHE'S A MONSTER!", "DISGUST-ING!", "YOU MIGHT BE MY CHILD, BUT YOU SURE ARE CREEPY!", "GROW OUT YOUR BANGS, PUDDING!", and "WHAT'S GOING ON, PUDDING! SHOOT HIM!" One figure demands, "ARE YOU KIDDING MEI! THE HELL IS THIS IDIOT SAYINGI!" Pudding stands alone, declaring, "NOT A SINGLE TIME! NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED THIS EYE 'BEAUTIFUL'!"

Chaos breaks out as guests scream, "UWAA-AH! SHE STABBED ME!", "STOP IT...", "KYAAAH!", "LOOK AT HER! SHE'S A THREE-EYE!", and "STOP IT! WAAAAHH!" Pudding grins maniacally through tears, telling Sanji, "JUST SHUT UP AND LET YOU LAUGH AT ME!" Sanji grits his teeth and mutters, "DAMN IT... PUD-DING!" while dodging attacks. The crowd flees in panic as someone yells, "BASTARD! I'LL ERASE YOU ALL! EVERY LAST ONE!" In a large close-up, Pudding covers her face with both hands, sobbing, "I'M JUST AN UGLY, THREE-EYED MONSTER!" while thinking, "GODDAMN IT... I GOTTA KILL HIM! I GOTTA KILL YOU!" with frantic sweat drops and impact symbols.

Bege panics in close-up, shouting "CRAP! TOO LATE! YOU DO IT, FATHER!" as chaos erupts around the wedding. Pudding stands frozen while voices call her name. A massive fist hurtles forward; Sanji's eyes widen as he realizes "IT'S NO USE! SHE'S GONNA DODGE IT!" The punch misses with a sharp "CLACK." Sanji ducks low, body twisting away from the blow. In the next instant a devastating strike lands with a huge "ドォン" impact, sending shockwaves through the air. Pudding gasps "FYUU-" as the force ripples past her, followed by a crisp "FLICK" sound near Big Mom's crown.

Sanji glares furiously after dodging the attack. Overhead, the priest's massive form looms as the crowd reacts in shock. Luffy yells "HE DODGED THAT TOOI!" while Bege's crew scrambles. Luffy then grins and declares "OKAY! WE GOT THIS!" as the signal gunshot rings out. Someone shouts "THERE'S THE GUNSHOT! THAT'S THE SIGNAL, LUFFY!" Below, Bege roars "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS HAPPENINGI!" while another voice cries "NO! WAIT! HE'S THE ONE THAT'S BEEN SHOT! THE PRIEST FIRED A SHOT! WHYI!" The wedding cake structure begins to tremble violently.

Bege snarls "THAT'S THE LEAST OF OUR WORRIES... SOMETHING CRAZY'S AFOOT, MAMA!" while Big Mom towers above, demanding answers about Pudding. Bege continues "EVEN I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!" and "I HAVE NO WAY TO STOP THIS!" A subordinate pleads "I'M SORRY, MAMA! I HAD TO DO WHAT THEY TOLD ME!" Nearby voices argue "SHOULD WE STILL STICK TO THE PLANI!" and "WHAT SHOULD WE DOI! SANJI HASN'T BEEN SHOT YET!" The massive wedding cake suddenly erupts with violent shaking and "ズルズル" sounds. Luffy shouts "HERE WE GO! I'M GONNA MAKE YOU GIMME BACK SANJI!!!"

The entire scene explodes into pandemonium as dozens of fighters clash in mid-air. Luffy and allies roar "BIG MOOOO-OOOM!" while the massive cake structure collapses in a storm of debris. A stunned voice screams "WHAAAAAATI!" as an enormous face declares "AN UNBELIEVABLE SET OF... CLONESI!" The final spread shows the wild melee with impact effects and the chapter number "CH. 862 / END."

Sanji glares forward with fierce determination, his face flushed and streaked with sweat. A lit cigarette rests between his clenched teeth as smoke curls upward. His visible eye is sharp and intense against the swirling crimson background that pulses with energy and motion lines.
