The crew speeds forward on a vehicle as someone shouts, 'THEN LET'S TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE OUT THE ENEMY BIG-SHOTS!! YEAH!!' and 'FULL SPEED AHEAD!!' A small figure yells, 'OHI RUNNING IN AN ABJECT TERROR FROM OUR FORCES, ARE THEYI!' while another wonders, '...SEEMS TO BE EVADING US!' and 'HUHI WHAT'S THISI THE ENEMY...' The scene shifts to a massive octopus-like creature rising from the sea with the narration '...HAS THROWN ITS LOT IN WITH THE STRAW HATS!!' A voice cries, 'UGHHH... THE KRAKEN THAT HODY HAD TAMED TO DO HIS BIDDING...' The octopus nods and speaks, 'NOW LISTEN, SURUME!! I WANT YOU TO STAY HERE......AND PROTECT CRY-HOSHI, GOT THATI' Surume roars 'AAAAAG HHH!!' as the crew's vehicle crashes into a pitfall trap amid explosions and cries of 'AAAAA AAAH HHHH!!' and 'IT'S A PITFALL TRAP!!' Luffy grins widely and declares, 'RIGHT, THEN!!' while Nami smiles and says, '...SURUME-SAMA! IT IS A PLEASURE TO MEET YOU...'

A massive shark-like creature with razor fangs attacks, declaring '...WITH THE POWER OF MY RAZOR-SHARP FANGS!! I JUST OPENED A MYRIAD OF HOLES IN THE GROUND RIGHT BENEATH YOU...' while laughing 'KYAK KYAK KYAK!!' and taunting, 'LOOK AT YOU!! POWERLESS IN THE FACE OF MY DARUMA DROP!!!' The vehicle labeled 'FR-U' spins wildly as Usopp shouts, 'WHAT'S GOING ON, YOU GUYSI!! USOPP!! CHOPPER!!' The shark continues, 'NOW, LET'S DO THE SAME TO THE BIKE-RIDING MORON AS WELL...' Chopper screams in panic, 'EHHHHHHHI!!! IS THIS GUY A COMPLETE IDIOTI!!!' as the ground collapses into another pitfall trap with the sound effect 'ガシャーン！' and the cry 'OH, NO... IT'S A PITFALL TRAP!!'

The crew reacts in alarm as someone yells, 'WHAT WAS THAT FORI!!' and 'AHH HH! AHH HH!' while another orders, 'GET OUTTA HERE, YOU LOT!!' A fish-man sneers, 'WHY, YOU...!! I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS LYING DOWN!!' and 'HEY, ARE YOU GUYS OKAYI!!' The vehicle transforms with loud 'KuroSai FR-U #4!!' and 'KA-CHUNK! KA-CHUNK!' sounds as Franky shouts, 'NO OFFENSE, IT'S JUST THAT THIS BABY ONLY SEATS A SINGLE DRIVER!! IT'S TIME TO TRANSFORM!! HEN... TAI!!!' Nami protests, 'WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA, THROWING OUT THE COMMANDER...I!' and 'WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING AT, FRANKYI!!' Multiple components deploy with 'Brachio Tank #5!!', 'DOCKING!!', and 'Form shift!!' as the crew prepares for battle amid the chaos.

A massive robot bursts onto the scene in a cloud of smoke and debris, its enormous form dominating the page. The machine bears a skull-and-crossbones Jolly Roger on its chest and the letters BF. Bold text declares GENERAL FRANKY!! and IRON PIRATE!! A small inset box reads Iron Pirate: General Franky. Inside the cockpit, Franky grins wildly and shouts, BY INCORPORATING THE MEMORY ALLOY "WAPOMETAL" INTO THE DESIGN, I'VE BEEN ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR DESIGN!!! He continues, DR. VEGAPUNK, I HOPE YOU'RE WATCHING!! THE DREAM YOU ONCE HAD IS NOW A REALITY!!!

Luffy throws his arms up in shock, screaming AWEEEE EEEEE SOME!!! Nearby fish-men and pirates gape in terror as the giant robot looms over them. One panel shows a girl staring while text reads The FranKen!! and IT'S A REAL LIVE COMBINING ROBOT!!! The robot charges forward with a low sweep, its massive arms swinging. Voices cry out GENERAL LOOK OUT BELOW!! and A CHEAP MOVE, BUT IT'S DANGEROUS!!! The machine barrels through the crowd, sending fighters flying as it activates its weapons.

Shoulder cannons emerge from the robot and fire with a KA-CHUNK!! An opponent yells WHAA AAAAATI! CANNONS FROM THE SHOULDERSI!! as the projectiles streak toward the crowd. Franky bellows FRANKY CANNON!! while the robot spins and unleashes a barrage. A voice warns THOSE ARE YOUR SHOULDERS!!! The battlefield erupts in smoke and explosions as fighters scatter. In the aftermath, one fish-man grumbles WHAT A TRICKY OPPONENT!!! while another stares and says BUT YOU'RE TOO COOL, AS WELL!!

Nami stands her ground as the robot's massive arm swings toward her, the text GENERAL CRUSHER!! flashing. She dodges and counters with her staff, declaring DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF WEATHERIAN SCIENCE!! JUST BECAUSE I'M SCARED, DOESN'T MEAN I'M WEAK!! A fish-man opponent lunges with a blade, but Nami spins and activates her weapon, shouting SORCERY CLIMA TACT!! Lightning and weather effects crackle around her as she strikes back.

A massive mechanical bird-like construct dives with spinning blades, shouting "GUST SWORD!!!" as it slashes through the air. The creature screams "GUEEE HHH!!!" while debris flies. Below, a warrior launches a barrage, yelling "TAKE-JAVELIN!!!" Spears rain down amid explosions and cries of "GUAA AHHHH HHH!!!" In a smaller panel, a figure with an afro mutters, "UGH... NOW WE'RE RIGHT OUT IN THE OPEN!!" Another voice resolves, "BUT I MUSTN'T LOSE HEART. I'M NOT THE MAN I USED TO BE!!!" The same fighter unleashes a spinning attack labeled "HISSATSU: MIDORIBOSHI!!!" as the battle rages across the ruined plaza.

Usopp, transformed with a massive helmet and striped armor, roars, "THEY HAVE PREPARED ME FOR THE SECOND CHAPTER IN THE GREAT ADVENTURES OF THE MIGHTY USOPP!!!" He declares, "I'LL NEVER FORGET THE TWO YEARS I SPENT WITH YOU IN THE DEADLY SWINDLING FOREST!!!" and "MASTER HERACLESUN!!!" In the background, onlookers watch in awe as one comments, "IT'S ALMOST AS THOUGH THEY'VE BEEN LONGING FOR A FIGHT LIKE THIS!!" and "JUST LOOK AT THEM ALL!! THEY FIGHT WITH SUCH VIGOUR...!" A small creature panics, "KYAH! WHAT WAS THATI! I THOUGHT I JUST HEARD SOMEONE ELSE DIGGING DOWN HERE!!" Daruma is hurled skyward with "WHOA!! DARUMA-SAN JUST CAME HURTLING OUT THE GROUND!!" Usopp continues, "I'LL FILL THIS WHOLE PLAZA FULL OF PITFALLS!!!" and "...ONCE I'VE GOT THEM BENEATH THE GROUND!!! NO ROBOT OR PIRATE CAN SURVIVE..." while enemies scream "KYAK KYAH!!" and "GYAH HHHH!!"

Usopp bursts from the ground in a new form, shouting "IT'S ME!!" as a massive horned beetle-like creature lunges with "HORN POINT!!" He tells an unseen ally, "YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S GOOD AT DIGGING!!" In close-up he yells, "THERE'S ONLY ONE FORM I NEED THE RUMBLE BALL FOR NOW!! I'VE SPENT THESE PAST TWO YEARS JUST SEVEN OF MY TRANSFORMATION POINTS! I'M NOT A BEETLE!!!" A voice calls out, "CHOPPER!! YOU CAN TURN INTO A STAG BEETLE NOWI!" The transformed Usopp grins widely amid swirling dust and impact lines.

Usopp, now in a horned beetle form with multiple smaller heads, declares, "THE OTHER SIX, I CAN USE FREELY AT ANY TIME!!" He grins and states, "I'M AN INSOLENT......MONSTER!!!" while enemies shout, "THESE ARE HORNS, NOT CORAL!! AND I'M NOT A 'CREATURE'." "I'LL GNASH YOU TO PIECES!!!" and "YOU INSOLENT CORAL CREATURE!! KYAH!!" A massive explosion erupts across the battlefield with the sound effect "わああああああああああああああ" as debris flies and a voice cries, "HOW MANY HAVE YOU KILLEDI! NONE, SIR!!"

Luffy stares in shock as the massive kraken Surume looms overhead. A voice commands, "EXCELLENT WORK... YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED IN CAPTURING SHIRAHOSHI!! KRAKEN!!!" Another threatens, "REMEMBER YOUR BROTHERS, LIVING PEACEFULLY IN THE FAR NORTH... NOW CRUSH HER INTO DUST!!!" Luffy's eyes widen as he realizes, "... HE WAS CONTROLLING THE KRAKEN BY THREATENING THE LIVES OF ITS KIN...I" The unseen speaker snarls, "BUT I'D SUGGEST YOU STOP SYMPATHISING WITH THESE HUMANS AND ACT LIKE THE MONSTER YOU ARE!!!" Surume cries out in pain, "SURUME!!!" Shirahoshi, trapped in its tentacle, gasps, "SURUME-SAMA!I...YOU'RE HURTING ME...!" as an off-panel voice yells, "NNH HH..."

Luffy questions the kraken, "SO YOU WERE DOING AS THAT GUY SAYS TO PROTECT YOUR FAMILY, HUHI" Surume's massive eyes fill with tears. Luffy breaks into a wide grin and laughs, "SHISHISHI!! THEN LET ME HELP YOU KEEP THEM SAFE!" Nearby fish-men soldiers shout, "YOU GOT LITTLE BROTHERS BACK HOMEI OR BIG BROTHERSI" and "CAN'T SAY I BLAME YOU..." One fish-man barks orders, "LEAVE THIS TO US-HI!!! YOU IDIOTS CAN'T DO A THING, DOGON!! DESTROY HIM!!!" while another growls, "I'LL TEACH THAT PIRATE TO KEEP SHOUTING ABOUT SQUID...!!!" A final voice warns, "STRAW HAT IS COMING FOR US..."

Luffy walks forward through the chaos as fish-men warriors charge with weapons raised. One yells, "YOU WILL NOT REACH OUR CAPTAIN!!!" Another screams, "STRAW HAT!!!" The soldiers swing blades and spears wildly, but Luffy remains unfazed, his straw hat casting a shadow as he advances. The frantic melee swirls around him with motion lines and impact effects filling the panel.

Luffy's eyes blaze with fury as he charges. A fish-man roars, "SOME-BODY STOP HIM!!!" and another demands, "...TO FACE ME, STRAW HATI!!!" Surrounding soldiers panic, "HUHI HE VANISHED!!" and "NGUEHHHH!!" Luffy leaps forward with a powerful punch, shouting, "NOW I'M REALLY MAD!!!" The massive fish-man recoils in shock as the blow lands amid flying debris and impact effects.

A massive ancient ship plummets through the sky toward Fish-Man Island, its enormous hull dominating the scene amid clouds and debris. Onlookers react in panic. "THIS IS BAD... VERY BAD INDEED...!!!!" "WHY IS IT MOVING...I WHO COULD BE CAPABLE OF THISI!" A fish-man questions, "...IS SOMETHING THE MATTER, FATHERI!! CLEARLY THIS IS AN UNFORESEEN DEVELOPMENT, BUT STILL..." Another states, "THAT SHIP IS SIMPLY AN ANCIENT RELIC! IT IS OF LITTLE CONSEQUENCE IN THIS DAY AND - THERE IS NO REASON TO OVERREACT..." A desperate voice shouts, "YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND!!! NOTHING CAN BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN TO THAT SHIP!!! IT MUST NOT BE MOVED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! NOT UNTIL THE APPOINTED DAY ARRIVES!!!" Below, a wide-eyed fish-man yells, "NOAH"!!!!!!" as the colossal vessel labeled "NOAH" descends, with structures and coral reefs visible beneath. A voice cries out, "WHAT IN THE...I!I!
