USOPP PIRATE GROUP

Action sequence begins with a dynamic panel of a character in striped pants and boots being hurled through the air over rocky cliffs, legs kicking wildly with motion lines and debris flying. Close-up panels follow: a spiky-haired figure grimaces with clenched teeth and sweat drops; another panel shows the same figure with wide, shocked eyes and an open mouth; a third close-up reveals a contorted face with swirling lines indicating dizziness or impact. The bird-like creature appears in the lower right, looking upward with a concerned expression and sweat drop beside the spiky-haired character who stares in alarm. Impact dots, speed lines, and rocky terrain fill the background.

A powerful impact slams a figure headfirst into the rocky ground, sending debris flying as the body crashes down with heavy thuds. "THUD THUD..." In the aftermath, a wide view of the devastated path shows scattered defeated pirates. Onlookers react in shock: "EVEN A SHIP OF MARINES WEREN'T ABLE TO DEFEAT THE '100 PLANS KURO'" "HE DID IT, CAPTAIN KURO WAS..." "HE... HE REALLY..." A close-up reveals the defeated captain Kuro lying battered and bound, sweat pouring down his face as he stares upward in disbelief. "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!!!I" "HE REALLY BEAT HIM!"

Luffy stands tall amid the rubble. "YOU BETTER TRY TO REMEMBER MY NAME..." A pirate gasps in the background, "THE ONLY TIME A PIRATE SHOULD GIVE UP HIS NAME IS WHEN HE DIES!!" Another voice stammers, "I'VE NEVER HEARD OF HIM" "LU... LUFFY...I" Luffy points forward and declares, "THERE'S NO WAY I'D LOSE TO A PIRATE WHO GIVES UP HIS NAME AND RUNS FROM THE SEA" "MONKEY D. LUFFY!!!" In a dramatic close-up, Luffy grins fiercely with intense eyes and shouts, "THE PIRATE KING!!!" "I'M THE ONE WHO'S GOING TO BECOME..."

Luffy is violently hurled through the air and crashes onto a wooden deck amid flying debris and impact lines. Furious men shout "TAKE HIM BACK!" and "IS THIS GUY... CRAZYI". One striped-shirted man roars with rage, "AAAAAA RRRRR RGGGG GHHH HHH!!!" while another voice yells "...AND DON'T EVER COME BACK!!!". Luffy tumbles across the ground, then stands up panting heavily with sweat drops, muttering "HUF HUF..." and "PUTA PUTA..." as he catches his breath.

A girl with short light hair embraces Luffy from behind, saying "YOU FOUGHT HARD...". In the next panels she continues, "THEY'RE WRONG...!!! I DON'T LIKE THEM" and asks "WHY DID YOU GET SO EARLIERI". Luffy lies on the ground replying "I WANT MEAT" and "...YOU...". The girl responds, "IT'S OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE THEY'RE PIRATES" while a large ship under construction looms in the background with onomatopoeia "れあぁぁぁぁぁ...!". She finishes with a puzzled "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT...I" as Luffy remains sprawled out.

A mustached man with short spiky hair grimaces and clutches his arm tightly as tension builds with sharp SFX. Nearby, a hand draws two swords from their scabbards with a ringing metallic sound. In a sunlit forest path lined with tall trees, a lone figure walks steadily forward, footsteps echoing. The scene shifts to a wide view of a motionless body lying face-down on the ground, dressed in a long black coat with ornate patterns, arms outstretched and smoke rising from the back.

Usopp leans in close with a wide grin and asks, "THAT HAS HAPPENED HERE AS A SECRETI" and "CAN YOU GUYS KEEP EVERYTHING..." The Usopp Pirates children cheer excitedly around Kaya, shouting "YOU COULD BE THE TOWN'S HERO!!", "EVERYONE WILL CHANGE THEIR OPINION OF YOU, CAPTAIN!!", and "THAT'S RIGHT!! WE FOUGHT FOR THE VILLAGE!!" Kaya reacts with surprise, exclaiming "WHAT!I A SECRETI! BUT WHY WOULD WE DO THATI!" Usopp continues, "IT'S OVER NOW AND I DON'T WANT TO CAUSE UNNECESSARY FRIGHT" and "PEOPLE WOULD JUST SAY I'M A LIAR LIKE I'VE ALWAYS BEEN." Kaya smiles gently and reassures him, "THERE'S NO MISUNDERSTANDING," and "WE HAVE TO FIX THE MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT YOU... USOPP-SAN."

In the forest clearing, the three boys from the Usopp Pirates stand with Kaya and the villagers. One boy insists, "SO, LET'S JUST SAY NOTHING HAPPENED," while another adds, "AND THE VILLAGERS WOULD BE ABLE TO CONTINUE LIVING THEIR LIVES PEACEFULLY." Kaya replies thoughtfully, "I THINK PIRATES WOULDN'T BE INTERESTED IN A SMALL VILLAGE LIKE THIS... BESIDES WHAT HAS HAPPENED TODAY..." Usopp sits on a stump with crossed arms and declares, "I WON'T FORCE IT ON YOU GUYS, BUT..." Kaya looks at him and says softly, "USOPP-SAN..." The three boys erupt in unison with fierce determination: "I WON'T TELL A SOUL!!" "ME TOO!!" "SAME HERE!!" and "NO, I CAN DO THAT!! IF THAT'S WHAT'S BEST FOR THIS VILLAGE!!" Sweat drops and motion lines emphasize their resolve.

Kaya smiles gently and firmly answers, "NO!" Usopp leans in with wide eyes and asks, "IS IT GOING TO BE HARD FOR YOU...I KAYA," A small bird perches on a branch and chirps, "CHIRP," with another bird echoing the sound. Inside a cozy room, Kaya sits in an armchair reading a newspaper and murmurs, "FEELS WEIRD... THROWS MY WHOLE SCHEDULE OFF. I WONDER WHAT HAPPENED TO USOPP-KUN." A boy in a striped shirt stands nearby as a man in bed wakes up startled, exclaiming, "I OVER-SLEPT!! THAT'S STRANGE, USOPP-KUN DIDN'T COME TODAY." The butler checks the clock and says, "MY GOSH, YOU'RE RIGHT! HEY!! IT'S ALREADY 7 O'CLOCK!!"

In the village homes, mothers discuss Usopp's absence. One woman carrying a Sweetie bag says, "OH, I'M SURE HE'LL COME TOMORROW." Another replies, "WERE WE A LITTLE TOO HARSH ON HIM YESTERDAY...I" A third asks, "IS THAT LYING BRAT NOT HERE YET!I" Inside another house a worried mother wonders, "MOMMY, IS THE BIG LIAR NOT COMING TODAYI" while her husband notes, "REALLYI USOPP HASN'T COME RUNNING THROUGH YET." His wife answers, "DEAR, IT'S TIME FOR WORK." The Usopp Pirates face their mothers' scolding. Tamanegi cries, "I'M SO SORRY, MOM!" as his mother demands, "DID YOU BREAK YOUR GLASSES AGAIN, TAMANEGII!" Ninjin protests, "UH... I, I'LL HAVE THEM UNCOOKED! I LIKE THEM UNCOOKED!" while his mother scolds, "NINJIN, HAVE YOU SEEN THE FRYING PANI I CAN'T MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS WITHOUT IT..." Piiman runs outside as his mother yells, "PIIMAN! HOW COULD YOU GET YOUR CLOTHES DIRTY SO EARLY IN THE MORNINGI! GO WASH UP!!" In a wide final panel Usopp stands before a cliffside vista, tears in his eyes, and shouts with a huge grin, "IT'S ALL THANKS TO YOU!" A large speech bubble adds, "THANK YOU!"

A wide view shows the cliff path littered with rubble. A lone figure stands far ahead while three bodies lie motionless on the ground. Narration reads, "THE VILLAGE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN PROTECTED" and "IF IT WEREN'T FOR YOU GUYS..." In closer panels Nami lies on her stomach and says, "I WAS ABLE TO GET THE TREASURE" and "THAT DOESN'T MATTER." Luffy, bruised and wide-eyed, answers, "SAME HERE." Zoro, smirking with swords on his shoulder, replies, "IF YOU HADN'T DONE ANYTHING, I WOULDN'T HAVE EITHER" and "WHAT ARE YOU SAYINGI" The three Usopp Pirates lie sprawled on the path. One of them declares, "THERE'S A DECISION I'VE MADE..." while another murmurs, "HUHI" A final large bubble states, "IN LIGHT OF THIS..."

Outside the grand mansion, a shocked voice exclaims, "WHAT... DID YOU JUST SAYI" Inside, Usopp sits with Kaya and Merry as the conversation continues. "HE SAYS IT'S BEST FOR THE VILLAGERSI" "HOW GOOD-NATURED THIS YOUNG MAN IS..." "WOULD YOU RATHER NOTI" "WE ARE TO ACT AS THOUGH NOTHING HAS HAPPENEDI" "AFTER SUCH A DISASTER," "ARE YOU ALRIGHT WITH THAT, OJŌSAMAI" Kaya smiles warmly at Usopp and says, "THERE'S A FAVOR I'D LIKE TO ASK OF YOU AND MERI," then turns to the butler. "...I SEE, YES, I WILL GO ALONG WITH YOUR STORY. IF USOPP-SAN SAYS IT IS THE BEST, THEN I WILL DO SO."

In a grassy clearing, Usopp stands before his three young crewmates. "OH, YES, YOU'RE ALL HERE." "CAPTAIN USOPP, WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WANTED TO TALK TO US ABOUTI" Usopp proudly recounts their recent fight: "IT WAS A BATTLE WORTHY OF THE USOPP PIRATE GROUP. I'M VERY PROUD AS THE CAPTAIN! YOU GUYS FOUGHT BRAVELY AGAINST THOSE KURO NEKO PIRATES!" He then announces with a wide grin, "IT'S SUDDEN BUT I HAVE DECIDED TO GO TO THE SEA BY MYSELF AND NOW," laughing heartily "わはっはっはっは" as he continues, "THIS WAS THE GREATEST AND THE MOST MAGNIFICENT BATTLE WE HAVE EXPERIENCED IN THOSE 5 YEARS. WE FORMED THE USOPP PIRATE GROUP WHEN YOU GUYS WERE FOUR, 5 YEARS AGO... I'M GOING TO BECOME A REAL PIRATE."

Usopp stands before the three boys of his pirate crew, his face lit with a wide grin beneath his checkered bandana. "I'M GOING TO LEAVE THIS VILLAGE," he announces. "AFTER SEEING THEM, I DECIDED." The boys stare in stunned silence, one murmuring "CAPTAINI" while another whispers "WHAT...I" The kids erupt in protest: "THAT'S SO SUDDEN! BESIDES, DON'T YOU LOVE THIS VILLAGE, CAPTAINI" "CAPTAIN, THAT'S A LIE! THAT'S ALSO A LIE, RIGHT!I" "WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO USOPP PIRATE GROUP!I" Usopp throws his head back, eyes blazing, fist thrust forward as impact lines explode around him. "BECAUSE THE PIRATE FLAG IS CALLING ME! THERE IS ONLY ONE REASON!" The boys' faces twist in shock and disbelief.

Usopp smiles at the boys, hand behind his head. "I DON'T PLAN ON TELLING THE FOLKS IN THE VILLAGE, SAY BYE TO THEM FOR ME." "THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, GUYS." The three boys' eyes well with tears. "HEY, LIAR!" one shouts. They stand at the hill where they first met. "THIS IS WHERE WE FIRST MET," "DO YOU REMEMBER THIS PLACEI" "DON'T GO, CAPTAIN" "NO, I DON'T WANT TO SAY THAT!!!" "NO..." Usopp points at them fiercely. "YOU GUYS ARE USOPP PIRATE GROUP!" "OKAY, YOU CAN CALL ME CAPTAIN USOPP FROM NOW ON" he declares with a grin. The boys yell back, "I DON'T WANNA HEAR THAT STORY!" "YEAH, YOU'RE FAMOUS FOR YOUR LIES" "BUT YOU'RE FAMOUS FOR YOUR LIES" "WHO ARE YOU LITTLE BRATSI" as the group stands together on the hill.

The Usopp Pirates react in panic to a sudden commotion. "IT'S A DRAGON, CAPTURE IT!" one shouts. "IT'S A CERBERUS, GET RID OF HIM!" another yells as they flee. A close-up shows Usopp's shocked face: "A LOT HAS HAPPENED..." "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY!I" "WHAA..." Usopp bursts into laughter, sweat flying. "WHAT ARE YOUR LIFE AMBITIONSI" he roars. The three kids reply in turn: "RUN, IT'S THE ALIEN STORE-OWNER GUY!" "STOP, YOU APPLE THIEVES!!" "OF COURSE, I'M A BRAVE WARRIOR OF THE SEA!" "WOW, CAPTAIN! YOUR AIM'S PERFECT!" Usopp leans in dramatically, tears streaming. "SWEAR THAT YOU WILL GO ON THE ROAD YOU HAVE CHOSEN! WHILE NOT LOSING SIGHT OF OUR AMBITIONS..." The three kids stand proudly and declare their dreams: "TO BECOME A WRITER!" "TO BECOME A MASTER CARPENTER!" "TO OWN A BAR!"

Usopp's face twists in anguish, tears pouring down as he shouts with all his might, "IS DIS-BANDED!!!!" A wide shot shows the lone figure of Usopp standing in the open field, back to the three small figures of his crew. The narration declares, "THE USOPP PIRATE GROUP... STARTING TODAY..." Close-ups capture the children's devastated expressions, faces streaked with tears and snot as they sob uncontrollably. The disbandment of the Usopp Pirate Group is complete.
