Cries of despair envelop Dressrosa as the city burns. In North-west Town, Primla, a massive explosion rocks Flower Hill. Animals rampage through the streets, smashing buildings. A marine shouts, "THE ANIMALS ARE HURTING THEMSELVES TRYING TO ESCAPE!" Another yells, "ARE WE ALL OUT OF TRANQ ROUNDS!I" A rhino-like beast charges while a marine fires, "BWHOOO". Gunfire cracks, "PWHDA". Vice Admiral Maynard appears, reporting, "VICE ADMIRAL MAYNARD! SABO AND ADMIRAL ISSHOU HAVE STOPPED THEIR DUEL! THEY'RE TOO INJURED TO CONTINUE!" A pirate in a straw hat and striped shirt roars back, "WHAT!I" Another pirate with a beard and hat snarls, "HOW DARE YOU LOOT FROM THE SCENE OF A FIRE!" and "STOP RIGHT THERE, YOU BLOODY PIRATE!"

Marines debate amid the chaos. One says, "LEAVE THE PIRATES FOR NOW!" Another asks, "WHAT SHOULD WE DOI" A third replies, "I DON'T WANNA GET MIXED UP IN THAT!" Someone yells, "SOME SORT OF GOD OR SOMETHINGI" Below, a fierce battle rages. A large man in a striped outfit is struck down as a cloaked figure with a top hat fights nearby. A marine lies injured on the ground. In the background, a small figure in a coat stands watching the distant burning city as a massive explosion erupts, "WAAAAAH!"

Near the Royal Palace, a massive clash erupts. Luffy, in Gear Fourth with a massive arm, shouts, "WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT!" as he is hurled backward by a powerful strike. Doflamingo looms over him, strings crackling, "UUUGH..." and "WHOO OOOAA!" Luffy strains desperately, "GONMU GONMU GNO..." and screams, "UGAAAAAH!" while his arm stretches and recoils. The palace towers in the background as the two fighters collide in a burst of smoke and impact lines.

A massive octopus-shaped cloud erupts as Doflamingo slams down with his string technique. "OCTOPUS STAMP!!!" The impact sends shockwaves through the ruined plaza. Law is hurled backward, coughing blood. "GLUUUH!" He crashes hard into the rubble. Doflamingo looms over him, strings still whipping through the air. "IT IS BEYOND YOUR COMPREHENSION..." Law's eyes widen in shock. "!!I" A close call leaves him gasping as strings slice past his face. "KUH! THAT WAS CLOSE!"

The explosion rocks the battlefield. "GAH!" Doflamingo's voice booms from the smoke. "POSSIBLY DO TO A FALLEN TENRYUUBITO!I CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE!I WHAT COULD A MERE HUMAN..." Trebol watches with a grin. "HUMANS ARE SAVAGE CREATURES." Law, battered and furious, shouts back, "DO-FAKE-MINGO!!! THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!I" Another string barrage erupts. "GUEH!"

Doflamingo smirks at the battered Law. "WE'LL START WITH...YOU, LAW! LET'S BEGIN THE EXECUTION, SHALL WEI" Law sweats, still defiant. "I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND..." Doflamingo continues, "FUFUFU! High above a ruined city on a rocky hill marked 'FLOWER HILL,' a voice declares, 'YES, I AM WELL AWARE. NONE OF THAT INTERESTS ME, HOWEVER...' The speaker continues, 'HAS THE POWER TO FULFILL ONE OF HUMANITY'S OLDEST DREAMS. THOSE WHO CALL IT THE ULTIMATE DEVIL FRUIT ARE NOT FEW.' Another voice notes, 'THE PINNACLE TECHNIQUE OF THIS FRUIT...' A close-up reveals a stern man in a cap and goatee, sweat on his face, stating, 'BUT DOING SO WILL CAUSE... THE USER TO FORGET HIS OWN LIFE. IS THE ABILITY TO GRANT ETERNAL LIFE. AGELESS SURGERY!' In the next scene a small boy in a spotted hat stands before a massive feathery figure. The boy protests, 'TRUTH BE TOLD, I HAD NO INTENTION OF GIVING THE FRUIT TO YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE.' The large figure looms over him, retorting, 'LOOK HOW YOU'VE BITTEN THE HAND THAT SO LOVINGLY FED YOU!' while the boy is shown being struck, with sound effects 'バシャッ!' and 'バキッ!' The feathery figure laughs, 'RIGHT YOU ARE! FUFU!'

He swings a large blade with a massive 'ゴォォォォ!' impact. The feathery figure and another shadowy face react in shock: 'YOU CAN'T KILL PEOPLE WITH ENTHUSIASM ALONE. YOU SERIOUS!I OI...' The boy retorts, 'I'VE GOT BOMBS TOO. YOU BETTER NOT FUCK WITH PIRATES!'

In a port town labeled 'PORT TOWN SPIDER MILES' and 'WASTE PROCESSING PLANT,' a tall man in a fur coat and top hat lounges while a boy in a white hat and another figure in a hooded cloak stand nearby. A small girl with a bow and a large round figure peer through a window while a battered figure with wild hair enters through a door marked with impact 'カチッ...!!' Outside, the boy in the spotted hat watches as the tall feathery figure kicks the cloaked man hard, sending him flying with a massive 'ズデーン!!' crash into rubble. Onlookers react: 'HE FELL DOWN-SLYAN! KY AHA HAHAHA! HE FELL!' The boy stares with a serious expression while the girl and feathery figure laugh.

A violent impact sends a figure flying amid debris and shockwaves as "KYA!" rings out and "BUHE!" explodes nearby. In a dimly lit room a woman with voluminous curly hair lounges on a couch while a small figure stands silently near an arched doorway. More crashes and impacts follow. Suddenly Corazon spits tea everywhere with a loud "PFFFT" as a young girl with a large bow rushes in holding a cup and cheerfully announces, "CORA-SAN! HERE'S SOME BLACK TEA. IT'S HOT." The girl smiles brightly while Corazon reacts in surprise.

In a wrecked hall a tall man with a feathered hat demands, "GIMME THE HALL. GOTTA BE HONEST ABOUT OUR MONEY AND ALL." Nearby, Corazon is shown mid-action as another voice calls out "CORAZON! DID YOU FINISH THE JOB ALL RIGHTI" A child in a cap stands watching. Dialogue reveals details: "HE LIVES UP TO HIS BLOOD-LINE. HE'S CAPTAIN DOFFY'S LITTLE BROTHER. SOME TIME AGO, SOME TRAUMATIC EVENT CAUSED HIM TO GO MUTE." Another speaker adds, "LAW, YOU SAID IT WASI THIS GUY'S AN EXECUTIVE TOO. HIS NAME'S... CORAZON. HE'S ABSENT-MINDED AND SORTA STUPID, BUT... ALSO, HE HATES KIDS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED." A round creature appears with "UWAAH!" as the scene shifts outdoors.

Corazon sits smoking with hearts on his outfit as flames and smoke effects burst around him. A sign reads "DONQUIXOTE FAMILY EXECUTIVE CORAZON". Flashback panels show him falling into a steel mine with cries of "WAAH! HE DIED!" and "HE WENT FACE-FIRST INTO THAT STEEL MINE DASHIYAN!" In the present, panicked voices shout "CORA-SAN'S ON FIRE!" and "I'LL KILL HIM! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT CRAZY BASTARD'S DEALI" while "VIOLENT AND CLUMSY!I WHO EXACTLY WAS CORAZON!I" appears as narration. Smoke, impact lines, and dripping sweat fill the chaotic panels.
