FRONT LINE PIRATES ON THE MOVE

Explosions rock the Sabaody Archipelago as bubbles float through the air amid tall, ornate buildings. A narration box labels the location: "Sabaody Archipelago Lawless Zone." Panicked voices cry out: "THIS TOWN IS IN TROUBLE!!! THE ENTIRE ARCHIPELAGO IS IN DANGER!!!" and "THIS IS AWFUL!!!" In the next panel, a massive impact erupts with the sound effect "ぎゃあああああ." Shocked onlookers shout: "HE DID WHAT!I" "STRAWHAT LUFFY ATTACKED A TENRYUUBITO!!!" "KIDD AND LAW WERE THERE, TOO!!" "THEY WERE AT AN AUCTION HOUSE ON GROVE 1!!!" Below, marines react urgently. One yells: "WE CAN'T HANDLE AN ADMIRAL COMING DOWN...!!!!" Another reports: "WE'RE LAUNCHING FOR FISHMAN ISLAND IMMEDIATELY!!!" A stern figure in a black hat and striped outfit demands: "HOW'S THE COATING OF THE SHIP GOING!I" The reply comes: "COMPLETED YESTERDAY!!" A subordinate salutes: "SIR!!"

A scarred, grinning man with an earring snarls: "WHAT A TROUBLESOME CREW...!!!" Nearby, a long-haired man in a large hat glares and declares: "IF I SEE THEM IN THE NEW WORLD, I'LL KILL THEIR ASSES!!!" An arrow points to a small figure in the background as he adds: "...!! THAT FREAKING MORON! HIS CAPTAIN IS AN IDIOT, TOO!!!" In a crowded scene, pirates discuss the situation. One says: "THEY'LL BE AFTER STRAWHAT LUFFY." Another notes: "THE SITUATION'S HOW IT IS...!!! THEY'RE NOT GOING TO JUST ROUND UP EVERYONE THEY SEE, RIGHTI" A third replies: "YES, SIR!! RIGHT AWAY, CAPTAIN DRAKE!!" while others prepare the ship. A man identified as Apoo shouts: "APOO, WHAT ARE YOU SAYING!I LET'S GET OUT OF HERE!!!" Someone else admits: "I KINDA WANT TO SEE WHAT AN ADMIRAL IS LIKE." A calm voice states: "NOW... WHO'S GOING TO COME...!I" In the foreground, a long-haired figure with a cross earring says: "CALM DOWN... TODAY ISN'T MY DAY TO DIE." Onlookers react in shock: "CAPTAIN HAWKINS!!!"

A close-up shows a sweating marine officer in a "MARINE" cap clutching his head, muttering: "... IT'S THAT BRAT AGAIN...!!! AGAIN AND AGAIN...!!! THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THAT ENTIRE FAMILY...!!!!" A small panel labels "Holy Land Mariejoa." In a grand hall, a high-ranking marine with a braided beard and medals reports: "AS WELL AS TRAFALGAR LAW AND MEMBERS OF HIS CREW. IN ALL, 13 PIRATES WITH BOUNTIES HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED, AND 5 OF THOSE ARE ROOKIES WITH BOUNTIES OVER 100 MILLION. REPORTS INDICATE THAT, ALONG WITH THE STRAWHAT PIRATES, THE PIRATE, EUSTASS KIDD, AND SEVERAL OF HIS CREW." A subordinate salutes nearby. In the final panel, the same capped marine officer roars with fury: "COMMUNICATION WITH THE GARRISON AT THE HUMAN SHOP... AH, NO, I MEAN THE 'PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT OFFICE' HAS BEEN CUT. WE BELIEVE THEY'VE ALL BEEN TAKEN OUT... OF COURSE, THE PRIMARY OFFENDER IS MONKEY D. LUFFY, WHO CAUSED HARM TO ONE OF THE TENRYUUBITO."

In a grand circular hall, two figures stand amid scattered furniture. One asks, "HAVE THEY MADE ANY DEMANDSI" The reply comes, "NO, NOT YET...!!" Another voice stresses, "MORE IMPORTANTLY, WITH THREE TENRYUUBITO TAKEN HOSTAGE, THIS IS A DISASTROUS SITUATION, THE LIKES OF WHICH WE'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE." Sengoku appears in full uniform and addresses Kizaru directly. Kizaru responds, "WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE, THE FACT REMAINS THAT THEY ATTACKED THE WORLD'S NOBILITY. THERE'S NO WAY WE CAN'T RESPOND." In extreme close-up, Kizaru smiles broadly and declares, "I'LL GO. AND I'LL BE RIGHT BACK." Sengoku answers calmly, "PLEASE BE AT EASE."

Inside the Human Auction House backstage, a masked figure with a wide grin laughs, "FUFUFU-FUFUFU!!" A long-haired man in a black outfit snaps, "THIS IS NO LAUGHING MATTER...!!... ISN'T THIS YOUR SHOP!I" The masked man retorts while sweat drips, "CONFIDENCE IN THE SHOP WILL BE GONE... AND KNOWING SAINT ROSWALD'S FAMILY, THEY'LL TRY TO BLAME ME FOR THIS...!! YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!!" The long-haired man kneels and shouts, "DISCO, I'LL LEAVE THE SHOP TO YOU...!! FUFUFUFU!! WE'RE IN THE AGE OF "SMILES." DON'T CALL ME EVER AGAIN... YOU KNOW... THE HUMAN TRADE IS ALREADY OLD NEWS, IDIOT...!!" Disco stares in shock, "EH!I!!I"

Doflamingo continues walking away as Disco pleads, "YOU... WHILE YOU SEE ME BLAMING ME FOR YOUR OWN MISFORTUNE, A NEW ERA HAS BEEN DRAWING CLOSER, DISCO." Disco yells, "WHAT!!I YOU'RE JUST GOING TO ABANDON MEI" Doflamingo replies coldly, "SHUT UP... YOU'RE A PAIN IN THE ASS. IN THE MIDST OF THE WORST DISASTER I'VE EVER FACED--" Elsewhere, a man with a glass asks, "HOW... DO YOU SEE THIS PLAYING OUTI" A star-eyed figure answers, "NO, RIGHT NOW WE... ARE BEING RECALLED BY THE MARINES." The star-eyed man finishes, "RIGHT NOW, I..." A dramatic close-up reveals a grinning face with goggles declaring, "THE ROYAL SHICHIBUKAI!! VERSUS THE WHITEBEARD PIRATES" as impact lines burst around him.

At Grove 1 in front of the Auction House, panicked citizens flee amid smoke and debris. A voice shouts, "DON'T STAND AROUND AND WATCH!! THESE ARE DANGEROUS PEOPLE WE'RE DEALING WITH!!" Another urges, "PLEASE EVACUATE AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN!! THERE ARE STILL CHEAP SLAVES INSIDE!" Marines scramble around massive cannons and mortars. One reports, "ADMIRAL KIZARU IS ON HIS WAY!!" Another asks, "ANY WORD FROM HEAD-QUARTERS!I" A marine answers, "SIR!! FOR THE MOST PART!! WE'RE SETTING THEM UP NOW. HAVE THE MORTARS ARRIVEDI" Close-ups show sweating marines reacting in alarm: "THOSE!!I THOSE THINGS ARE COMING HERE!!I" "YES!! IT LOOKS THAT WAY...!!" "....!I" "BUT THE TROOPS ACCOMPANYING HIM..."

Law stares in horror, shouting, "THE SLAVES' COLLARS EXPLODE! WE'VE SEEN IT OURSELVES!!" The old man with long hair and a scar yells back, "OY, OY, GRAMPS, DON'T BE RECKLESS!!! IT'S GONNA EXPLODE!!!" Below, a young man with a chain collar panics, "NO! WE TOLD YOU, YOU CAN'T TAKE IT OFF WITHOUT THE KEY!!!" The old man reassures him, "IT'S ALL RIGHT, JUST STAY STILL." A tiny skull-headed figure adds, "I SAW IT, TOO. THAT COLLAR REALLY IS BAD NEWS!!!" Suddenly the explosive collars detonate in a massive blast marked by huge SFX "AUCTION" and impact lines. The old man shields the others as smoke and debris fly. A woman with short hair gasps, "IT'S ALREADY SOUNDING! WHAT'RE YOU DOING!I" while another cries "GUSHA!!!" and "EH!I" Someone shouts, "WE'RE DONE FOR! YOU WON'T MAKE IT IN TIME!! CAMIEEE-!!!"

The blast rips through the auction house. The chained man stares at his now-empty neck, yelling, "HEY, HEY!! WHAT WAS THAT!I THE COLLAR AND CUFFS ARE ALREADY GONE!!!" The short-haired woman shouts in shock, "...!! IT CAME OFF!!" The old man, still holding the broken collar pieces, says calmly, "OH, GOOD WORK... BUT IT'S FINE. YOU, TAKE THIS GIRL....!!" A fishman nearby reacts with "UM... THANK YOU!!" while a large figure in a spotted coat bellows, "LOOK!! I FOUND THE KEYS AND EVERYTHING!!" The scene widens to the ruined auction stage where a massive man in a spiked collar stands amid debris. Onlookers panic: "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!I" "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!I WHAT'S GOING ON HERE!I" "HE TOOK OFF THE COLLAR WITH HIS BARE HANDS....!!" "THAT OLD MAN DID SOMETHING WEIRD AGAIN....!!" "WHAT...!I WHAT DID HE DO!I"

The auction house erupts into chaos as the crowd stares at the old man. A voice calls out, "YOU GUYS SHOULD GET OUT OF HERE, TOO. HEY, SOON-TO-BE SLAVES, THE BUYERS HAVE ALL RUN OFF." The old man replies firmly, "GACHAN!!" while the crowd murmurs, "Luffy, what kind of guy is heI" "MAYBE HE'S GOT A DEVIL FRUIT OR SOMETHING....!!" "THEN MAYBE HE'S USING SOME KIND OF MAGIC OR DEMONIC POWER, RIGHT...I" "IF THAT OLD MAN ALSO TOOK OUT ALL OF THE GUARDS AT ONCE..." "I REALLY DON'T KNOW HIM!!" The old man smiles wryly and says, "MY BAD, YOU GUYS... ARE YOU PIRATES WHO JUST HUNG AROUND TO WATCH...I" Law, standing nearby with his hat, answers, "THAT WAS SOMETHING CALLED 'HAKI.' I DON'T REALLY KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT, THOUGH..."

The old man faces a group of pirates and replies, "THEN YOU GUYS AREN'T LIGHTWEIGHTS EITHER. IF YOU WITHSTOOD THAT SO EASILY..." A bear-like figure and others watch silently. One pirate mutters, "...TH... THAT WAS CLOSE... I BLACKED OUT FOR A SECOND..." A tall man with a fur collar grins and says, "THERE'S NO MISTAKING IT... WHY IS A LEGENDARY MAN LIKE YOU HERE...I" Another figure adds, "... 'THE LORD OF THE UNDERWORLD,' SILVERS RAYLEIGH....!!!" The old man, identified as Rayleigh, answers with a slight smile, "DON'T JUST GO AROUND CALLING ME BY THAT NAME. I'M ALREADY AN OLD MAN... I'D LIKE TO LIVE A PEACEFUL LIFE. ON THIS ISLAND, I JUST OWN A COATING SHOP. AND HERE, I'M CALLED 'RAY'..."

Nami smiles and says, "You saved my friend. Thank you, guys." Hachi bows repeatedly, "Nyuu... I'm sorry... I always tell you not to walk around this island, don't II Don't go dying on me, all right...I Hachi." Captain Kid lounges with his feet up and asks Luffy, "So what did you mean you wanted to meet me, popsI" Luffy stares at him. Kid suddenly sits up and warns, "We need to get out of here first... Hmm... we'll talk later!" A massive voice booms from outside, "The auction house is completely surrounded, Captain Kid! I suggest you surrender now!! Otherwise, who knows what'll happen to you, rookies!! Soon, an 'admiral' will arrive! Release the Roswald family at once!! Attention criminals!"

Trafalgar Law smirks and says, "No complaints here... I got to see just how crazy Strawhat Luffy is. But I'll pass on taking on an admiral...!!! Looks like we're involved now... They totally think we're accomplices." Inside the ruined auction house he adds, "The longer we wait, the more soldiers there are. I'll be leaving first. It'll just make my life harder if the marines figure out who I really am. Ah, I won't be using that 'power' any more, so I'll leave it to you guys." Luffy and Law stand ready as Law declares, "We'll clean up front, so you guys rest easy. We'll even lend you guys a hand!" Luffy looks shocked.

Marines shout in panic, "Their advance guard is coming out!!! Those are the three captains...!!! From the right, they're worth 300 million, 315 million, and 200 million! Get ready!!! They're coming out!!" Luffy stands with arms crossed and snaps, "I thought I told you two to stay back. If you try to come around here again, I'll start with you, Eustass. You guys... can just stand back." Eustass Kid glares while scratching his head and Trafalgar Law stands calmly with his hand raised.

The Straw Hats and allies prepare to break out. Sanji says, "All right. Let's go!! We'll break through with one push." Usopp warns, "We can't just stand around here." Nami adds, "Hey, it's gonna be a big mess outside!! Let's use that chance to escape! They're all so simple!!" Franky tells the giant man, "I'll stick with these other slaves and escape somewhere!! Hey giant, what about you!I" The giant replies, "You don't get it at all!! Got it!! Well then... if we get separated, meet back up at Grove 13. I see. Try not to stand out too much. Be careful." The giant later roars with gratitude, "Old man!! Strawhats...!! If I ever meet you guys again, I'll repay this debt!! Thank you!!" while the others wave goodbye.

Marines open fire on the plaza with heavy artillery. "FIRE!!!" "MORTARS!!" Cannons roar as shells streak toward three figures standing calmly at the base of the stairs. The lead Marine yells in shock as a massive balloon-like sphere expands in front of him. Luffy stretches his arm and shouts "GOMU GOMU!!" while Kid declares "PASSION!!" and "BALLOON"!!! The impact sends the Marine flying with a cry of "DOWAAAH!!!" In the next instant Kid thrusts his hand forward and states ""REPEL."" The incoming shells and debris reverse direction violently, smashing back into the Marine lines with a loud "FSTUU!!"

The massive cannon emplacement explodes in a shower of metal and smoke. A Marine is hurled backward yelling "UWAAAHH!!" as debris flies everywhere. Another Marine stares in disbelief at a glowing circular field and shouts "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS CIRCLE!!!I" Inside the sphere a small figure appears; Trafalgar Law raises his hand and calls ""ROOM"!!" The circle expands rapidly. Nearby Marines react in panic, one screaming "UWAAAA AHH!!!" as the strange space engulfs the battlefield.

Law points and says ""SHAMBLES."" A Marine gasps "HUHI" as the black sphere swaps places with a distant figure. The Marine captain yells "BE CAREFUL!!!" and "THE CANNONS WON'T WORK ON THESE GUYS!!!" A massive cannon is hurled like a spear, smashing through soldiers with a thunderous "GUWAAA AAHH!!!" and "FSTUU!!" Three close-up faces glare forward. One Marine realizes in horror "HAVE DEVIL FRUIT POWERS!!!" while another finishes "ALL THREE OF THEM..."
