ON THE ROAD AGAIN

The Straw Hat crew gathers on the deck of the Thousand Sunny, waving goodbye. Luffy leaps high with arms raised, shouting "GUUUUYS!! SEE YA AROUND!!" Brook waves his violin, yelling "LOLA!! THANKS FOR THE VIVRE CARD!! TAKE CARE!!!" while Chopper, Nami, Usopp, and others cheer from the railing. Sanji and Franky strike dramatic poses. Below, a massive crowd of liberated Thriller Bark victims waves wildly. One long-haired woman declares, "OUR SAVIORS ARE THE MEMBERS OF THE GLORIOUS STRAWHAT CREW, WHO LEAVE FOR THEIR GREAT VOYAGE~~~~!!" Another shouts "THE SUN...!!! THANKS FOR THE SU~~~N!!" and "WE WON'T FORGET THIS FAVOR, STRAWHAT!!!" A third calls out "GIVE MY REGARDS TO MAMA IF YOU MEET HER!! LET'S GET TOGETHER AGAIN, NAMIZOU!!!"

The Thousand Sunny sails away from Thriller Bark into misty seas. Brook stands on the figurehead shouting "LET'S GO~~~!!" as narration boxes explain: "in the mysterious sea called the 'Florian Triangle.'" "Nobody knows what occurs..." "disappear into the depths of the mist." "Every year, 100 passing ships..." Below, a mustached man with a sword wonders "AMHI" while another panel shows people at a dock. A woman cries "AH!! THAT'S RIGHT!!" as Captain Lola exclaims "PLEASE DON'T SAY SUCH SCARY THINGS!! WHAT ARE YOU SAYING, CAPTAIN LOLAI" Someone asks "DID SOMETHING MOVE INSIDE THE MIST JUST NOW...I" Narration adds: "It has been a mystery since long before..." "the Giant Pirate Ship, Thriller Bark..." "arrived in that sea 10 years ago." A voice replies "WHO CARESI WE'RE NOT PASSING THROUGH THAT MIST AGAIN!!"

The Sunny continues through the mist as Brook declares "I'M GONNA TELL YOU AN AMAZING STORY!!" and "I CALL IT... 'THE STRAWHAT CREW: A MAN'S IMPRESSIVE TALE'!!" Crewmates react with "ABOUT WHATI" and "DON'T COMPLAIN, YOU BASTARDS!" SFX "ゴゴゴゴ..." rumble as narration notes the white mist concealing the sea's bizarre face. A box states: "It is fortunate that the white mist hangs over today, as well..." The next panel shows the ship sailing onward with Brook laughing "YOHohoho YO~HOHO~ HO~---!!" Narration concludes: "Meanwhile, the strong luck of the crew of this ship has helped them slip out of that bizzare sea." "They continue in the direction the compass points them..." "towards the paradise on the ocean floor."

Luffy lounges on the deck in his straw hat, glancing back as Nami asks, "Luffy, are you sureI" He replies, "Ah... about Ace's paperI" The crew gathers excitedly. Franky strikes a pose shouting, "UWOH~~~~!!! LET'S GO MEET THAT HUGE WHALE!" while declaring, "LIVE ON!! 'LET'S MEET'!!! THAT'S WHAT'S IMPORTANT!!" Usopp and others cheer. Nami adds, "Luffy-san, I don't mind taking an alternate route!!" Sanji and Robin listen as Luffy sits on the railing. Zoro lounges nearby. Luffy insists, "It's fine. Don't worry." Robin smiles, "Luffy, we don't mind taking a detour." Luffy grins widely, "For Ace, that's his adventure. The next time we meet, we'll be enemy pirates. If I go, I won't be able to do anything. Besides, even if he were in trouble, there'd be no use in worrying about it every time. Moreover, Ace hates to be looked down on as if he were weak." He bursts out laughing, "NO, IT'S REALLY FINE!!"

Luffy stands proudly on a barrel, declaring, "THAT'S THE REASON WHY ACE GAVE ME THIS PAPER!! RIGHT!!" He continues, "YEAH, WE'LL MEET HIM WHEN THAT HAPPENS!!" Sanji notes the shrinking Vivre Card, "That Vivre Card gets smaller when that person is weak... But once he gets better, it'll grow back to its original size." The crew celebrates their new nakama. Franky shouts, "IN CELEBRATION OF THE EMBARKING OF OUR NEW NAKAMA, 'MUSICIAN' BROOK. EH, IF THAT'S SO, LET'S DO IT AGAIN..." Zoro asks, "HmI Oh right, Zoro, you were asleep. So, you haven't done it yet--I" The entire crew erupts in a massive toast, raising barrels and mugs, yelling "CHEEEERS!!!" Luffy and others tumble in the chaos as Chopper cries, "I'LL BE IN YOUR CAAAAARE!!!"

At Marine Headquarters, Garp laughs, "BUWAHAHA-HAHAHA!! THAT'S MY GRANDSON FOR YA!!" Sengoku yells, "SHUT UP, GARP!!! MAKE A BETTER EXCUSE!! I'M THE ONE THAT HAS TO REPORT IT TO THE HIGHER-UPS!!" A sign reads "Holy Land 'Mariejoa'". Sengoku continues, "BARTHOLOMEW KUMA... ARE YOU SAYING THAT THEY RAN AWAY, IN SPITE OF YOUR ABILITY!I" Kuma stands silently. Sengoku rants, "YOU HAD A GOVERNMENT ORDER TO WIPE OUT THE ENTIRE CREW, AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN COME BACK WITH STRAWHAT LUFFY'S HEAD. THIS IS A DISGRACE!" Garp retorts, "RELAX, SENGOKU--. LUFFY IS NOT THE KIND OF PITIFUL MAN WHO WOULD SPREAD AROUND THE FACT THAT HE DEFEATED MORIA." Sengoku orders, "SHOOT AT THE TARGET... WHAT'S THAT!I" Garp slams the table, "SHUT THE HELL UP, GARP, YOU BASTARD!!! OH YEAH, I BROUGHT THE FIRST TEA OF THE SEASON!! BRING OUT THE RICE CRACKERS!!" Sengoku growls, "RIGHT. NOW THEY ARE BEING LED BY THE 'LOG,' SO THEY ARE SLOWLY GETTING CLOSER TO 'MARINE HEADQUARTERS.'... THAT'S TRUE..." Kuma replies, "HMPH...!!! KUMA... YOU BASTARD, DON'T TELL ME YOU FELT PITY FOR THE INJURED PIRATES. BUT SINCE YOU SPARED THAT CREW, WE NO LONGER NEED TO FOLLOW THEM."

The Thousand Sunny sails through a bizarre storm on the Grand Line. Signs label "Thousand Sunny" and "The Grand Line". The crew panics as colorful candy-like rain falls: "RAIN!I IT'S NOT RAIN!! IT'S CANDY!!" Luffy yells, "OUCHI!! UWAH!! SO SWEET... IT'S GOOD!!" Chopper adds, "THIS HURTS! WHY CANDY...I" A round rainbow appears as they spot a sea raccoon. Luffy shouts, "UWOH!!! PRETTY--!! A ROUND RAINBOW!! A SEA RACCOON!! IT WAS IN HIDING!! LET'S GET OUT OF HERE!!" The ship is tossed by massive serpent currents. Luffy cries, "UGYAAH, SOMETHING APPEARED!! IT'S SERPENT CURRENTS~~~!!!" Brook sings, "HOW ABOUT A SOOONG!!I ALL RIGHT, LET'S SING~~~~!!" as the crew struggles against the wild waves and the ship is battered by the sea.

Several days later, the Thousand Sunny sails across open seas under scattered clouds. The crew cheers as they spot their destination. "We made it." "..." "!!" "Kuh-" "t!" "t!" "Kuh-" A sign reads "Several days later." In flashbacks, Sanji recalls, "That day... it was raining fiercely." Nami smiles, "It's been so long... It's such a deep feeling..." Luffy throws his arms wide, shouting, "This far!!! We finally made it..." Chopper panics, "I can't see the top...!!! This thing is huuuuge~~~!!!" Brook laughs, "Shishishishi!! Anyway, we are halfway done!!" while a map marks their current location near the Red Line. Luffy grins, "I'm glad we made it this far without losing anyone!!" Brook adds, "It took me 50 years... yohohoho." Franky smirks, "We've grown a lot since that time..."

Franky wipes tears, "A lot has happened...!!! I feel like crying." Sanji recalls, "But that was over 30 years ago... As far as I can remember, I went over 'Reverse Mountain' from 'South Blue.'" Nami states, "From 'West Blue'... 5 years ago, I came to this sea..." Chopper remembers, "When I come to this place once again after another turn around the world... At that time..." Luffy declares with fierce determination, "I will be... THE PIRATE KING!!!" The massive Red Line towers ahead as the Sunny approaches the towering cliffs. Onomatopoeia "ゴゴゴゴゴゴゴ" rumbles across the sheer rock face. A huge impact effect "ドドドドドド" shakes the scene as the crew stares up at the impassable barrier. The narration emphasizes, "THE RED LINE!!!"

The crew stares at the sheer cliff. "This place is already 'Marine HQ' and the World Government's holy land. 'Mariejoa' is right next door...!!!" The ship rocks violently. "Kya-!" "Sink!!" "Shishi-shishi!!" Inside a massive chamber, Franky is launched from a cannon-like device into a pool, yelling, "What a surprise! Pools are the greatest!!" while splashing wildly. "Uwahaha-hahaha!!" Later, Franky strains while lifting heavy weights and machinery, grunting, "Fuh...!!! Not yet...!!! I'm still too weak...!!! I must become stronger!!" "Fuh...!!!" He pushes himself harder, sweat flying, refusing to stop. "Not yet...!!! I'm still too soft...!!!"

The Sunny sails through dark waters. Brook panics, "Uwah, isn't that the eyeball of a sea monster!I! I'm gonna die!! But I'm already dead!! Yohohoho!!" Nami shouts, "Hey hey, something shined just now!! It's all daaaark!! Hyaaaa!! No good. It's all dark." Robin asks, "How is it, Robin, Brook, LuffyII" Inside the submarine-like interior, the crew reacts to creaking sounds. "It means we went over the 5000-meter depth..." "MmhI Everything seems to be creaking." "Hey, you guys, the shark submarine has a depth limit of 5000 meters!! Be careful!!" Sanji snaps, "Shut up!! Take this seriously!!!" A massive sea creature lunges forward with jaws wide open. "THAT WAS CLOSE!!!" someone yells as the monster snaps at the air. "WAAAH!!" cries another voice amid the splash. The scene shifts to the Thousand Sunny's deck where the crew reacts. "WAH! IT LOOKS DELICIOUS!!" exclaims one. "IT'S A DELICIOUS TART WITHOUT THE HORROR.♡" says another. "NAMI-SA~N!♡ YOUR THRILLER BARK IS READY." Sanji declares with hearts floating around him. "THIS IS HOPELESS." Franky states flatly. "WE'RE GONNA GET EATEN~!!!!" Usopp panics. "ME NEITHER." replies a small voice. "I NEVER WANT TO RIDE IT..." says another. "THE SHARK SUBMARINE..." notes a third. Below deck, the crew discusses their route. "WE DON'T KNOW THE WAY TO GET THERE." "HOW DO WE GET TO 'FISHMAN ISLAND'I" asks one. "BII~N!" chimes a device. "THAT'S TRUE... EVEN IF WE KNOW THE HEADING," Sanji notes. "IT'S ONCE AGAIN A STALEMATE LIKE WE HAD WITH 'SKY ISLAND.'" Nami sits eating cake with a fork, replying "THIS IS TROUBLESOME..." and "DELICIOUS.♡"

The crew spots the shark-shaped submarine breaching the surface. "THEY'RE HERE~!!!" someone shouts. "AAAAAH, THAT WAS FUUUUUN!!" yells another as the vessel crashes through waves with "BUHAH!!" The log pose points downward. "THE LOG POSE IS POINTING STRAIGHT DOWN..." Nami observes. "YOHOHO, THAT'S THE FIRST TIME I'VE RIDDEN IN A SUBMARINE." Brook comments. "IS THERE REALLY A 'FISHMAN ISLAND'I!I" asks another. "IT'S NO USE. WE CAN'T EVEN SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA." states a crewmate. "WELCOME BACK! GOOD WORK!" calls a voice. "THIS IS TROUBLESOME... I WISH I HAD ASKED LOLA AND THE OTHERS MORE ABOUT THIS..." Nami worries. Suddenly the sea monster from before reappears. "IT'S THE SEA MONSTER FROM BEFORE!!!" Luffy shouts. "IT FOLLOWED US!!!" The creature attacks with a massive "SHABAH!!" impact. "OAAAA AH!!!" Luffy yells as he is struck. Brook watches from the side, "HMI"

The giant sea creature towers over the Thousand Sunny, labeled "A 'SEA BUNNY'!!!" Luffy stretches his arm back. "GOMU GOMU~" he calls. "DON'T THINK YOU CAN BEAT ME ON THE SURFACE OF THE OCEAN." the monster taunts. "PYOO OO~!!!" it fires a pressurized blast. Luffy launches forward with a spinning "RIFLE" punch. "DOBEUH!!!" the impact lands as Luffy's fist connects with the creature's face amid heavy motion lines and debris.

The sea bunny spits something out. "IT SPIT SOMETHING OUT." Sanji notes as a small object flies with "POPON!" and impact effects. "THAT'S BECAUSE WE SAW OZ!" Luffy explains. "I DIDN'T EVEN THINK IT WAS THAT BIG..." Franky says with arms crossed. "WE'RE FINE FOR NOW! GAHAHAHA!" Chopper laughs. The creature dives away with a splash. "HUU~" A mysterious figure appears underwater near the ship. "IT..." the sea bunny reacts with shock. "IT CAN'T BE~!!" it exclaims with hearts around its face. "IT CAN'T BE." another voice says. "A PERSON!I NO!!" cries Nami in alarm. A small black fish-like shape with a star floats by. "HMI" Luffy wonders. "A FISHI" he asks in surprise.

Luffy stares in shock, yelling "THERE'S SOMETHING WEIRD THERE, TOO!!" as a mermaid bursts from the water with a massive splash. "NUA~~~H!" she cries while a fishman-like figure is sent flying. Sanji and the crew react in panic. "IT CAN'T BE... A REAL..." Nami gasps. The mermaid apologizes profusely, "I'M SORRY!! ARE YOU OKAY!I" while flattening a crewmate. "WAH!! I FLATTENED A HUMAN!!" Sanji exclaims in pain. The mermaid thanks them, "THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SAVING ME BEFORE I WAS DIGESTED!! I'M EASILY EATEN BY MARINE ANIMALS; THIS IS ABOUT THE 20TH TIME!!" The crew stares in disbelief as she declares, "WAAAAH!!! I'M SURPRISED; THERE ARE A LOT OF HUMANS!!!" and "MER-MAID!!I"

Camie leans in close with sparkling eyes, asking "DO YOU LIKE TAKOYAKI!I" and adding "I HAVE TO THANK YOU SOME WAY!! THAT'S RIGHT!!" Luffy and Sanji react excitedly. "REALLY!I WELL THEN, ONE WILL BE SOO BERI!!" she offers. "TAKOYAKI~!I THAT'S MY FAVORITE FOOD!!" Luffy shouts. Camie transforms fully into her mermaid form on the grass, her tail visible. A sign appears reading "Kissing Gourami Mermaid Camie (Designer Tail, Assistant at Takoyaki shop)". The crew panics in the background with "THIS IS NO STORE!!!" and "I GOT IT WRONG~~~!!!" as Camie smiles brightly.
