THIS IS THE ATTACK THAT GOT SANJI-KUN..." and struggles: "I CAN'T GET A PROPER GRIP ON MY CLIMA TACT. MY WHOLE BODY IS SO SLIPPERY... I CAN'T EVEN STAND UP...!!" She unleashes her counterattack, shouting "GOLDEN AWA*!!" as bubbles and water erupt violently around Kalifa.

A short-haired girl is slammed backward by a powerful strike, her body twisting unnaturally as she cries out, "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO MY BODYI!" A massive explosion rocks the stairwell as a large furry creature with horns and wings is hurled backward amid debris and impact lines. A man with glasses yells "GRAAAR!" while a woman with pigtails shouts from below, "CUT THAT OUT!! IT'S TOO DANGEROUS...!!" and "AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS IS...!!" The beast crashes through with a huge blast marked by "KYAAA!!" and massive sound effects "ドギャッ" and "ドギャッ" as rubble flies everywhere.

A high-angle view shows a vast ruined stone hall with a massive "GROARR!" roar echoing as a dark figure smashes through a brick wall on an upper level, sending bricks and dust flying. Large "X" impact marks and motion lines fill the space. The lower wide panel reveals the destroyed grand hall below with multiple "THUD" impacts, rubble, smoke, and a lone small figure standing amid the wreckage.

Nami lies exhausted on the ground, covered in sweat and marks, panting heavily with "PANT." and "ハア..." sounds. In the next panel she lifts her head, still panting, thinking "THIS IS BAD... I HAVE TO STOP HIM...!!" and "WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CHOPPER...I" A close-up shows her face as she faces the mermaid-like fighter who says "YOU PIRATES SURE KEEP FRIGHTENING PETS." and "THAT THING IS YOUR FRIENDI" The opponent continues, "YOU CAN GO TRY TO STOP THAT MONSTER IF YOU LIKE......BUT MY MISSION IS TO STOP YOU." Nami's eyes bulge as she barely evades the massive soap-covered leg swing, gasping "I DODGED!I" Kalifa's transformed leg smashes into the ground with explosive force. Nami crashes down hard, one leg reverting to normal. She clutches it and cries out "AH! ONE LEG HAS GONE BACK TO NORMAL!!" while the soapy residue drips from her body.

Kalifa's massive soap leg swings past as Nami realizes, "WATER!!" Close-ups show Kalifa's surprised face: "BUT WHYI WHAT CAUSED ITI" and "OH, I SEE!! IT'S WETI THAT MUST BE FROM EARLIER...!" Nami shouts, "I CAN WASH AWAY THE SOAP AND ITS EFFECTS WITH WATER!!" Kalifa counters with a brutal kick, yelling "AREN'T YOU UNDERESTIMATING MEI" and "I WILL NOT SIMPLY STAND BY AND LET YOU...!" while Nami grunts in pain.

Kalifa leaps high, hair whipping as she unleashes a massive cloud attack: "SHEEP CLOUD... RELAXING AWA!!" Nami clings to a pole below, desperately trying to activate her weapon: "MUST GET... Nami lies on the floor panting after being blown back, the bubbles on her body gone. She pushes herself up with her staff and declares, "BLOWING ME AWAY LIKE THAT... HELPED TO GET RID OF THOSE ANNOYING BUBBLES ON MY BODY!!" Kalifa stands over her and replies, "THANK YOU FOR THAT...!" Nami smirks and answers, "PUTTING ON A BRAVE FACE, HUH... WELL, IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT, I'LL GLADLY BLOW YOU AWAY UNTIL YOU DIE!" Kalifa swings her staff in a powerful arc, sending Nami flying with a massive impact. Nami recovers mid-air and raises her Clima-Tact, shouting, "MY GOAL IS TO BRING ABOUT CONDENSATION!" A swirling cloud forms above as she calls out, "CLOUDY TEMPO!" Kalifa looks up and says, "THE FORECAST IS CLOUDS!" while Nami finishes, "IT'S NOT THE LAME MAGIC SHOW IT ONCE WAS!"

Nami's weather attack triggers a sudden downpour. She yells, "RAIN TEMPO!!" as heavy rain falls. Kalifa glares through the rain and snaps, "DON'T TELL ME...! THAT IT MIGHT BE THAT!" Nami spins her staff and launches a spinning water attack, shouting, "COOL BALL!" Kalifa blocks the strike with her own staff, the two weapons clashing violently. Nami presses forward and commands, "POUR DOWN!" as the rain intensifies around them.

In the pouring rain, Nami and Kalifa clash directly. Nami grips her staff with both hands, blocking Kalifa's high kick aimed at her head. Kalifa's leg presses against the staff as she strains, water streaming down both fighters. Nami holds her ground firmly while Kalifa's expression shows intense effort.

Close on Nami's face in the rain, she retorts, "IF YOUR IDEA OF CUTENESS INVOLVES NOT FIGHTING BACK... THEN BEING CUTE CAN STUFF IT!" Kalifa smiles confidently through the downpour and replies, "NOT CUTE AT ALL......AND AFTER I JUST GAVE YOU SUCH A LOVELY MAKEOVER..."

Kalifa stands with her back to the viewer, arms outstretched as she activates her technique. "MIRAGE TEMPO!" she declares. A massive wave of water and mist erupts across the room while a short-haired girl in the background shouts "COOL CHARGE!" and "HUH!I" as Kalifa vanishes. "SHE DISAPPEARED!!" someone yells. In the next panel Kalifa reappears running, stating "AND THE STRENGTH OF CP9... BOTH YOUR POWER... I UNDERSTAND NOW." A close-up shows her intense face as she shouts "MIRAGE TEMPO!!" again. She then declares "THAT'S WHY... I'LL THROW YOU OFF YOUR GUARD!!" while the short-haired girl wobbles and reacts with surprise.

Nami stands holding her staff, surrounded by multiple identical copies of herself created by reflections. She explains, "THAT'S RIGHT. ONE IS ME, THE OTHER FOUR ARE ILLUSIONS! FORMED BY REFLECTIONS WITHIN THE CHILLY ATMOSPHERE... A MIRAGE LIKE BEFORE...I YOU'VE STILL ONLY GOT ONE PHYSICAL BODY!" She swings the staff and calls out "THUNDER BALL!!" The real Nami smirks and says, "NOW THEN... ONLY ONE IN FIVE OF THESE ATTACKS ARE REAL... THINK YOU CAN DODGE 'EM!I" Kalifa reacts with shock as the illusory copies attack with "FATA MORGANA!!"

A massive explosion erupts as Kalifa is struck. She screams "GYAAH!!" and "AGHH!!" while being blasted backward, her body twisting from the impact. Smoke and debris fly everywhere. In the next panel Kalifa gasps in close-up, clutching her side and crying "GASP!!" "OH NO... MY GUARD!!"

Kalifa is sent flying by Nami's strike, shouting "HOW RUDE YOU ARE!!" Nami presses the attack with her staff, yelling "HOW IMPERTINENT...!!" Kalifa counters from the air, declaring "AGAINST A MASTER OF THE SIX POWERS WHO EXCEEDS HUMAN LIMITS!! WHAT GOOD IS CONTROLLING THE CLIMATE..." Multiple copies of Nami continue striking as Kalifa lands and asserts, "WITH MY NEXT BIG HIT, YOU'RE FINISHED!" and "IT'S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE OLD CLIMA TACT. JUST A SIMPLE THUNDER BALL CAN DEAL THIS MUCH DAMAGE...!!" In close-up Nami shouts "THE CLIMATE WITHIN THIS ROOM IS ALL MINE! I'M IN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE... IT'S MY FORECAST!"

Nami swings her staff at Kalifa while a small chibi version of herself displays "20 %" with stars. Kalifa, mid-leap amid smoke, declares, "TODAY'S YOUR CHANCES OF FINDING THE REAL ME ARE..." and "THAT WASN'T THE REAL ONE!I" Kalifa is struck hard, grunting "GHNN!" as debris and motion lines explode around her. The chibi Nami scurries away with "たたたた". In the lower panels Nami, sweating and gripping her staff, warns, "BE CAREFUL WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE TODAY..." while Kalifa's face shows intense focus and shock with "くっ!" and "!!".

Nami swings her staff again as Kalifa is knocked back. Narration boxes state, "SHOULD THOSE WITH WEAK HEARTS TAKE EXTRA CARE!" "ALTHOUGH ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE IS STABLE, BLACK CLOUDS HAVE BEEN SEEN FORMING AMIDST STRONG WINDS." "WHILE THEY REMAIN STATIONARY, WAYWARD THUNDERBOLTS MAY FIND THEIR WAY TO YOUR CHEST." Nami grins and calls out "DARK CLOUD... TEMPO!!" with a lightning strike and "どかっ". Kalifa, close-up and sweating, asks, "IS THAT YOU CAN'T MOVE AROUND WHILE USING IT. BUT THE FLAW IN THAT TECHNIQUE..." and "DO YOU REALLY EXPECT YOUR ATTACKS COULD BREAK THROUGH MEI SEEMS LIKE YOU'RE STILL UNDERESTIMATING ME..." as lightning flashes.

Lightning bolts crackle as Nami shouts, "I'M TOAST IF I TAKE THAT HEAD ON!" and prepares "CYCLONE TEMPO!" while noting "THE BODY LEFT LYING DOWN ON THE FLOOR AFTER THIS ATTACK..." and "THE WIND IS ACTUALLY BLOWING AWAY MY BUBBLES...!I" A massive sheep-shaped cloud forms with horns as Kalifa yells, "I'LL HIT EVERYTHING WITH MY RELAX AWA TSUNAMI!" "I DON'T HAVE TO GUESS WHICH ONE IS THE REAL YOU!!" and "SHEEP CLOUD: TIDAL WAVE!" The enormous wave crashes down toward the group below, sending rocks flying.

Chibi Nami stands holding her staff, asking, "THAT'S THE REAL YOU, HUH!I" and noting "LOOKS LIKE ONE GOT THROUGH..." with "ガバッ...!!" She dashes away with "DASH" as the wave approaches. Kalifa's face appears in close-up with a sly smile, saying "FUFU FU..." while Nami is shown tumbling from the impact with motion lines and "たたたた".

Kalifa pants heavily, sweat flying as she grips her weapon and clashes with Nami in a burst of motion lines and debris. "PANT..." "CLACK" "PANT..." The two women struggle at close range. In the next instant Kalifa lunges forward with a massive, clawed hand formed from soap, slamming it toward Nami's face. Nami braces with her staff, eyes wide in alarm as the enormous soap fist engulfs her head. Impact lines and water droplets explode outward while Nami is driven back across the ornate floor.

Kalifa looms over the fallen Nami, one hand planted on the floor as she declares, "THERE'S NO ESCAPE FROM HERE OUT..." Nami lies on her back, staff still in reach. Kalifa continues, "HERE I THOUGHT IT COULD BE ANOTHER MIRAGE..." and "I'LL TURN YOU INTO A BEEHIVE!!" She drives her fingers forward in a Shigan attack. "FINGER PISTOL!!" The strike lands with a violent burst, sending Nami's head snapping back. "AHH!!" Nami cries out as the blow connects.

Nami spins her staff and unleashes a massive lightning blast. "THUNDER LANCE TEMPO!!" The attack erupts in a brilliant explosion of light and crackling energy that engulfs Kalifa. Kalifa, breathing hard, taunts from above, "YOU SHOULD ALWAYS LISTEN..." "YOU ALREADY FORGOT...I" Nami looks up in surprise. "HUH!I" Narration reads, "TO THE NAVIGATOR'S WEATHER FORECASTS!" and "FROM THE DARK CLOUDS TO THE CLIMA TACT..." A thunderbolt bursts forth as Nami shouts, "COME!!" The one from earlier strikes Kalifa directly.

Nami stands victorious, gripping her staff with both hands, body glistening with sweat and water droplets. Floral decorations and ornate patterns frame the scene as light rays stream down. She looks upward with a determined, slightly weary expression, the aftermath of the fierce battle still visible on her torn clothes and stance.

The chapter closes on a dramatic spread. Narration boxes recount the aftermath: "THEIR ADVENTURE CONTINUES ONWARD!" and "AT THE IMPREGNABLE ENIES LOBBY... CP9 VS THE STRAW HAT PIRATES...
