Dressrosa Operation SOP

A severely beaten blond man lies on the ground, face bloodied and swollen, gasping "HAA... HAA... HAA...". A masked woman with a tear on her cheek declares, "I HAVE TO FINISH BELLAMY OFF...". In a close panel her high-heeled foot steps forward with the sound "滴答...滴答..." as she says "MOVE ASIDE...". The tall, long-haired man in a checkered outfit crosses his arms and refuses: "I'M NOT GOING TO DO THAT." The giraffe-suited figure lunges forward, kicking up debris, and shouts "GET OUT OF MY WAY!!!" while impact lines and "ガン!!" SFX explode around them.

Inside a stone warehouse labeled "WAREHOUSE", a cloaked figure yells "YOU'RE SO NOISY... DIDN'T YOU JUST GET A NEW MISSION ON THE DEN DEN MUSHI!!" and "I WON'T GET RID OF THE BARRIER!!" while another voice insists "THIS IS OUR FAMILY BUSINESS!!!". A cap-wearing man glares and mutters "...DAMN BARRIER GUY...!!". An armored figure states "FORGET IT, LEAVE HIM FOR NOW. THE FOLLOWING IS ALSO AN ORDER FROM DOFLAMINGO." The cap-wearing man snaps "YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN OUT THE TRASH BELLAMY YET--". The beaten blond man thinks in shock "DIAMANTE... IT'S A REAL ORDER...!I DOFLAMINGO PERSONALLY ORDERED IT...!!I FOR HIM TO KILL ME...!I". The tall checkered man laughs "HAHAHA!! JUST GET OUT OF HERE!!" and orders "YOU TWO, REMEMBER THIS!! GO WITH LAO-G AND THEM TO PROTECT THE 'TOY HOUSE'!!" as a large man replies "IMMEDIATELY!!".

The beaten blond man, still on the ground, grins weakly and says "ALRIGHT, GO DO YOUR BEST, I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOUR PERFORMANCE." A close-up shows the tall checkered man's intense face replying "THAT'S RIGHT." In the background another figure adds "AS LONG AS I WIN IN THE TOURNAMENT... THEN I CAN BECOME AN AGENT OF THE FAMILY!I". The blond man asks "BE FRANK... WHAT IS YOUR REASON FOR SAVING ME...!!I ALL WE DID WAS FIGHT TOGETHER IN THE SAME ARENA FOR A WHILE...". The tall man answers "I ALREADY HAVE NOTHING TO LIVE FOR..." and "MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS...!! I'LL TAKE YOU TO THE MEDICAL ROOM." In a powerful close-up the tall man roars "EVEN IF I WERE SCUM, I WOULDN'T LET A FRIEND DIE WITHOUT HELPING!!" and "MEN WHO HAVE FOUGHT TOGETHER ARE 'COMRADES'!!!" while another voice yells "SO WHAT!!".

The scene opens over Dressrosa, showing the Underground Riku Army HQ. and the towering Flower Hill. A large SFX echoes across the landscape: ゴォォォ.... Narration explains the dire situation. A voice declares, "AND THIS OPERATION THAT WILL COMPLETELY OVERTURN THE DARKNESS OF THIS TRAGEDY, I HAVE NAMED..." A small figure in a tall hat labeled SOL adds, "SO THAT'S THE SITUATION IN THIS COUNTRY..." In the next panel, an elderly bearded man shouts in shock, "SOP!!I THERE MUST BE SOME HUGE HIDDEN MEANING BEHIND THIS CODENAME!I" while a woman with a headscarf and another man react with surprise. The soldier in the SOL hat dramatically points forward, revealing a large sign: "DRESSROSA OPERATION SOP". The crowd reacts with "DRESSROSA OPERATION SOP!!!I" and "WHOA!!!" accompanied by impact SFX ドン ジン and loud cheering おおおおおお.

The SOL soldier continues explaining: "THE MEANING OF SOP IS!I IN THIS UNDERGROUND WORLD. IN THIS COUNTRY, THERE IS A SECRET UNDERGROUND WORLD, THAT NOBODY KNOWS OF. THE TRADE PORT, WHERE ILLEGAL BUSINESS IS TRANSACTED, AND THE MYSTERIOUS FACTORY ARE ALL HIDDEN." He points to a diagram of the Factory & Trade Port. "AND WE ARE GOING TO INFILTRATE THROUGH... SECRETLY INFILTRATE VIA TUNNEL. A UNDERGROUND TUNNEL WE SPENT A YEAR DIGGING AND RESCUE THEM ALL!! THE CAPTURED TONTATTA AND THOSE TURNED INTO TOYS, ARE FORCED TO WORK TIRELESSLY HERE." The scene shifts to a massive underground arena filled with toys and people. The soldier declares, "THIS IS THE GOAL OF THIS OPERATION!! THEN WE'LL DESTROY THE FACTORY AND THE PORT AND ALL THE FACILITIES, AND THEN BEAT THE DOFLAMINGO FAMILY. LASTLY, THE RULE OF DRESSROSA WILL BE RETURNED TO KING RIKU!!!"

The crowd reacts skeptically. One voice says, "THAT'S A VERY 'OPTIMISTIC' PLAN THERE!!" Another adds, "THAT'S EASY TO SAY, BUT..." The SOL soldier responds firmly, "BUT WHATEVER HAPPENS, THERE IS ONE THING WE MUST DO FIRST!! NO ONE IS ABLE TO PREDICT... WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE WHOLE OF DRESSROSA IN THE NEXT..." Rebecca, sweating, asks, "WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN IF WE SUCCEED!I EH...WOULD IT BE...THE 'MAGIC' WOULD BE DISPELLED." The soldier explains, "IT'S THE POWER OF THE 'HOBBY FRUIT', WE MUST MAKE HER LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS!!! THE ONE WHO HAS BEEN TURNING PEOPLE INTO TOYS IS AN AGENT OF DOFLAMINGO."

The SOL soldier raises his arms dramatically amid chaotic silhouettes of fighting figures and weapons. He states, "EVEN WE CANNOT PREDICT WHAT KIND OF REACTION THERE MIGHT BE IN THE COUNTRY AT THAT MOMENT!! AND AT THE SAME TIME, ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY WILL REGAIN THEIR LOST MEMORIES!!! THAT'S RIGHT, ALL THE TOYS IN DRESSROSA WILL ALL TURN BACK INTO THEIR OWN BODIES!" In the underground meeting, Kyros questions, "WHAT ACTION WILL DOFLAMINGO TAKEI AND WHAT ABOUT THE MARINES!!!I" The soldier continues, "RIGHT NOW, THE ONLY THING THAT CAN BE FORESEEN IS THAT THERE WILL BE FEAR AND PANIC IN THE COUNTRY!!! HOW MANY WILL JOIN OUR FIGHT, WHAT DO THE CITIZENS THINK AND WHAT WILL THEY DO...!!!I"

A Tontatta scout in a helmet reports, "ACCORDING TO INFORMATION FROM TONTATTA SCOUTS, SHE IS AT THE TRADE PORT IN THE UNDERGROUND WORLD." An afro-haired ally with goggles shouts, "SO WHERE IS THE 'HOBBY FRUIT' USER RIGHT NOW!I...IS SHE STRONGI!" The scene shifts to a dramatic reveal of Sugar, a young girl in a bear-eared hooded cloak, polka-dot dress, and crown, standing confidently with one hand raised. Beside her, Trebol appears as a string-controlled puppet-like figure. Narration and surrounding voices explain her powers: "SHE CAN TURN ANYONE SHE TOUCHES INTO A TOY." "SHE LOOKS YOUNG, BUT... IT IS SAID THAT THE BODY OF THE USER STOPS GROWING ONCE THIS DEVIL FRUIT IS EATEN." "DONQUIXOTE FAMILY 'TREBOL SQUAD' SPECIAL AGENT 'SUGAR'." "SEEN AS 'THE MOST IMPORTANT FIGURE' AND PROTECTED BY OFFICER TREBOL AS HER BODYGUARD." Background figures react with shock and tension as the threat of Sugar is laid out.

Franky declares, "GREAT, MY BLOOD IS BOILING... 'FRANKY BAILING SALON'!! COMBAT HAIR-STYLE!" as his hair transforms with a dramatic "UWO-OO!!!" Usopp charges forward yelling "UWAAA HHHH!!!" while allies discuss the plan: "SINCE THE ENEMY IS JUST A SMALL GIRL, EVERYONE FOLLOW ME!!" "IF WE REALLY MANAGE TO SCARE SUGAR INTO FAINTING... THEN WE WILL HAVE ACHIEVED SOP!" A hooded woman adds, "SO... AS LONG AS WE CAN MAKE THIS CHILD LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS..." The group rallies with a massive cheer as Usopp commands, "TAKE US TO THE 'UNDERGROUND TUNNEL' THEN, TINY ONES!!" Dwarves swarm excitedly, shouting "YEAH!! IT'S THE 'USSOPLAND SQUAD'!!!" while Franky yells, "WELL SAID, AS LONG AS WE ARE HERE, THERE ARE NO BATTLES WE CANNOT WIN!!"

Inside the coliseum, Luffy dashes through stone corridors searching for an exit, with narration stating "LUFFY CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXIT." He laughs "HA!" repeatedly. A large bearded warrior in a horned helmet reacts with surprise upon seeing him, thinking "I HAVE TO BECOME A FOLLOWER OF LUFFY SENPAI!!! THAT IS MY DREAM..." while muttering "HMMI" and "!!I" as Luffy passes a "W.C." sign. The warrior yells "HEY!! DON'T JUST OPEN THE DOOR LIKE THAT!!" and "WEIRD!I DON'T MIND THE EXIT...!!" Luffy responds in confusion "I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE I AM!I" The warrior then recognizes him with shock, shouting "L...LUFFY SENPAI!!!!" and "HEY!! IT'S YOU AGAIN!! THAT'S GREAT!!" as Luffy reacts with "UWAHH!!"

Bartolomeo is slammed down violently as someone shouts "HANG IN THERE BARTOLOMEO!!" and "DAMN IT!!!" A swirling-eyed figure warns, "ARE YOU JUST GOING TO MISS OUT ON A RARE CHANCE LIKE THIS TO SPEAK TO THE PIRATE KING!!" The bearded warrior thanks Luffy profusely with "THANKS!! HE'S THANKING MEE~" while Luffy replies "YEAH, I SAW HIM." Bartolomeo mutters "DAMN IT!! SUCH GLITTERING AURA... I DON'T DARE LOOK INTO HIS EYES." Nearby, the warrior asks "HAVE YOU ALREADY MET ZORO SENPAI..." as Luffy notices "AH! BELLAMY!!" and reacts with "HAA..." The group panics over the lack of an exit: "WHAT!I WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THAT!!I" "NONE!I NO EXIT!!I" "ONCE CONTESTANTS HAVE ENTERED THIS COLISEUM, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING OUT....!!" "THERE IS NO EXIT TO THE COLISEUM....!!" A cloaked figure notes "EH! YOUR WOUNDS SEEM TO BE WORSE THAN BEFOREI" while Luffy states he has urgent business and cannot find the exit.

Bellamy stands firm, declaring, "IF YOU FOLLOW ME THEN MAYBE YOU CAN LEAVE AS WELL.... I...AM GOING OUT..." A voice questions, "BELLAMY... AREN'T YOU UNDER DOFLAMINGO!I" Bellamy snaps back, "UNDER HIM!I...I'M NOT EVEN THAT YET...!!! THEN YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO GET OUT!I PLEASE TELL ME, MY FRIENDS ARE IN DANGER!!" He continues, "...I WILL NEVER BETRAY DOFLAMINGO...!!!! I STILL RESPECT HIM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART..." The large figure replies, "AS I SAID, IT IS YOU WHO ARE FOLLOWING ME IF YOU MANAGE TO GET OUT, IT IS YOUR LUCK...!!!! DO YOU WANT ME TO BETRAY MY BOSS...!I" Bellamy pleads, "IS THAT SO, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! YOU REALLY ARE WILLING TO TAKE ME OUT!!!" In the next scene, a grinning figure says, "I REALLY DON'T WANT THAT BASTARD TO GET IT...BUT IT CAN'T BE HELPED. THE LIVES OF MY FRIENDS ARE MORE IMPORTANT!!!" Another notes, "BUT LUFFY SENPAI, THE 'FIRE FRUIT'..." The large figure responds, "I UNDERSTAND!! THEN WE'LL FOLLOW YOU," while Bellamy shouts, "SHUT IT!!! HEY... KID, DIDN'T YOU JUST... I HAVE MY OWN PRINCIPLES...!!!"

The large horned figure roars, "OF COURSE, IT MUST BE IN YOUR HANDS!!!" Bellamy reacts, "EH!I REALLY, GIVING IT TO ME!I" The figure continues, "WHEN I GOT IT ANYWAY! I HAD PLANNED TO GIVE ACE'S TREASURE TO YOU DIRECTLY, SENPAI, DON'T WORRY!! LEAVE THE 'FIRE FRUIT' TO ME!!! YOU ACCENT SEEMS TO BE GETTING THICKER." In the alley, the figure states, "THE 'FIRE FRUIT' CANNOT BE GIVEN TO YOU 'STRAWHAT LUFFY'." A small figure reacts, "!I" The large figure adds, "STEP REALLY! THAT'S A BIG HELP!! DON'T WORRY AND GET OUT OF HERE!!! I'LL DEFINITELY GET THE 'FIRE FRUIT'..." A voice asks, "IS IT OK THAT YOU'RE TURNED AROUND." The figure declares, "THIS IS THE BROTHER OF THE LEGENDARY PIRATE 'FIRE FIST ACE', YOU KNOW! AND HE WILL BECOME THE FUTURE PIRATE KING, YOU IDIOT!! SPEAKING TO LUFFY SENPAI LIKE THAT!!!" Bellamy questions, "EH!I WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!!!"

Bellamy stares in shock with a "I" as a voice calls, "HEY!" Rebecca swings her sword, shouting, "KEEP THIS UP REBECCA!!!" A narrator states, "ACILIA HAS ALLIED WITH REBECCA AND THEY ARE UNSTOPPABLE!!" Acilia charges through the crowd yelling, "ACILIA!!" Spectators react with panic. Rebecca cheers, "YEAH!!!" A helmeted fighter urges, "YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE FINAL!!!" Bellamy sweats, thinking, "!I" and another figure notes, "IT MAKES ME ANGRY, THIS GUY PRETENDING TO KNOW LUFFY SENPAI REALLY WELL. YOU SEE SENPAI IS ALREADY GETTING AGITATED...."

Bellamy's face fills the frame in extreme close-up, eyes wide with shock, sweat flying, mouth open in a massive yell as tears stream down. His expression freezes in disbelief at the unfolding events around Luffy Senpai.

Outside the coliseum, a massive figure sobs uncontrollably. "UWAAAAA AAAHHH..." A small sniff sound effect drifts nearby. From above, someone yells, "WHY ARE YOU CRYING NON-STOP! FINALLY YOU'RE OUT..." In the streets, a group in bizarre animal costumes flees in panic. "EHI THESE SHOULD BE VERY COMMON, PARTICULARLY LUFFY'S." "WE NEARLY GOT FOUND OUT...!! ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR WEIRD TASTE IN ANIMAL OUTFITS!! TOO WEIRD!!" "THE MARINES ARE MISTAKING US FOR TOYS IN THE TOWN!" The fish-costumed leader continues wailing, "UWAAAHH..." with repeated "SNIFF SNIFF" sounds as bystanders stare. In a close-up, a tear-streaked face declares, "THERE'S NO PROBLEM WITH THE 'FIRE FRUIT' ANYMORE..." A worried voice asks, "BUT ARE YOU OK!I" Another shouts, "HAVE TO SAVE LAW...!!
