THEY EVEN HELPED THE EVIL CITIZENS OF THE BLUE SEAS!!" A boy with spiky hair cries, "REALLY!I THAT WOMAN IS ACTUALLY A BAD PERSON! HER FATHER, TOO!!" A small child with fluffy hair murmurs, "OH..." The boy continues, "BUT I'VE NEVER SEEN HIS FACE, NOT EVEN ONCE. HE'S BEEN WORKING FOR GOD... MY MOTHER KEEPS SAYING HE'LL BE BACK SOON." A girl in a long coat states, "MY FATHER IS PART OF THE MILITIA..." as another child asks, "HEY, DID YOU KNOW..."

The antenna-haired child beams with excitement, shouting, "ME TOO!! I HOPE I CAN MEET YOUR FATHER SOON!!" The spiky-haired boy replies, "BUT HE'S WORKING DIRECTLY UNDER GOD! YOUR FATHER IS INCREDIBLE!" Suddenly the scene shifts to a massive explosion. A scarred, furious man roars, "SKYPIEA WILL FALL INTO THE BLUE SEAS!!" as a figure on a flying device is struck amid debris and impact lines reading "ドドドド" and "ズバババ". Nami appears in close-up, sweat flying, declaring, "...I CANNOT LET THAT MAN'S SACRIFICE BE IN VAIN!" and "THIS COUNTRY... WILL VANISH INTO THIN AIR!!" with heavy breathing sounds "HAA". THIS PUNY PIECE OF EARTH IS NOTHING, YET YOU'VE FOUGHT FOR CENTURIES TO CONTROL IT!!!" Below, Gan Fall appears with eyes closed, narrating, "NOT A BIRD, BUT LIVES IN THE SKY... NOT A CLOUD, BUT BORN OF THE SKY;" Enel questions from the side, "THINK ABOUT IT... THE REASON YOU FIGHT IS ACTUALLY MORE PHILOSOPHICAL....DO YOU UNDERSTANDI"

Gan Fall smiles with eyes closed, "IT'S THE LAW OF NATURE..." A sweating soldier in a helmet glares, "YOU WANT TO DESTROY THIS COUNTRY!I" Enel points forward, "THAT'S BEFORE I BECAME GOD." "'GOD' IS NOTHING BUT A TITLE FOR THE LEADER OF OUR COUNTRY!!!" he continues as his massive form looms. "DON'T THINK SO HIGHLY OF YOURSELF, ENEL!!" Gan Fall shouts in a huge close-up, "DON'T NEED A 'GOD'!! THE PEOPLE OF THIS WORLD"

A towering, muscular man with a shaved head and headband stands before a crowd of armored soldiers, four massive drum-like weapons marked with three tomoe floating behind him. He smirks as voices recall the past: "SIX YEARS AGO, THEY LOST TO MY ARMY. YOUR 650 FOLLOWERS... YAHAHAHA... EX-GOD GAN FALL... YOU'VE BEEN WORRYING ABOUT YOUR MILITIA, HAVEN'T YOUI" In the next panels a close-up shows a determined face as the speaker declares, "RIGHT NOW, THE ONLY PEOPLE STILL STANDING ON THIS ISLAND... ARE UNFORTUNATELY JUST THE SIX OF US." The scene shifts to a chaotic street where a staff-wielding warrior lunges, shouting "SUTAH...!!" while another figure explains, "THIS MORNING THEY FINISHED THEIR... 'JOB'... LIKE I SAID EARLIER..." A bearded soldier reacts in shock as the warrior continues, "...THEIR FAMILIES... ON ANGEL ISLAND... BUT AFTER I TOLD THEM MY PLAN... YAHAHAHA... THEY ALL WENT BERSERK ON ME... Helmeted soldiers debate their next move while holding the battered former god. One asks, "WHAT SHOULD WE DOI ENEL-SAMA. THIS IS THE OLD GOD..." Enel stands tall in the center of a ruined plaza, arms crossed, declaring, "TAKE THE OLD MILITIA AND HAVE THEM WORK FOR ME AS MANUAL LABORERS. JUST DUMP HIM. HE'S NO GOOD FOR LABOR. YAHAHA... THIS SHRINE IS PRETTY NICE..." A small winged figure tumbles through the sky as Enel laughs "HESO! YAHA-HAHA..." and coldly tells the old man, "SHUSH NOW. FROM NOW ON, YOU ARE NO LONGER GOD..." Gan Fall, bound and hanging, cries out desperately, "WAIT... THEY ARE MY FOLLOWERS!!"

Enel unleashes a devastating electrical strike, the panel exploding with impact lines and the onomatopoeia "VARI"!!! as he shouts "THIRTY MILLION VOLTS..." Gan Fall is hurled backward, body convulsing. The next row shows the shocked faces of four Straw Hats: Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, and Nami, the last crying "STRANGE MAN!!" Below, a Divine Soldier stares in disbelief as narration and voices overlap: "IT'S OVER.....!! THERE IS A GOD... IN THIS WORLD..." Gan Fall, still airborne and smoking, calls out one final time, "GAN FALL," while Enel looms triumphant.

A close-up reveals a bandaged face with wide, intense eyes as the figure declares, "ME!" Below, Nico Robin stares in shock while voices discuss the power: "INVINCIBLE POWERS... IT'S ONE OF THE... DON'T WORRY, JUDGING FROM YOUR EARLIER ADVENTURES, I CAN THINK OF ONLY ONE PLACE WHERE THE BELL COULD BE..." Robin realizes, "...YOU MEAN THE GOLDEN BELLI" Enel replies, "TRUE... WITH YOUR POWER, IT IS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, IF YOU DESTROY THIS COUNTRY, THAT THING YOU WANT WILL ALSO FALL. NOI" Close-ups show Enel saying "GOLDEN BELL..." and Robin reacting with shock, "GOLD..." and "!!!... AH..."
