Bonney, wide-eyed and sweating, cries out in alarm as the bird snatches something. "WHAT THE-I!" Karasu replies, "YES. KARASU. I'LL LEAVE IT TO YOU GUYS TO GET DAD'S BODY TO SAFETY!...I KNOW YOU'RE TRUST-WORTHY!" In the next panels Bonney stares intensely, declaring, "VEGAPUNK HAS A WAY TO RESTORE DAD'S MIND! I'M OFF TO EGGHEAD TO SEE WHETHER... AND IF HE CAN'T...!!" A small panel shows keys jangling on stone with the sound "JANGLE!!" as two figures flee across a courtyard. Five imposing figures stand before the throne as the explanation continues: "KING COBRA, RULER OF ARABASTA... REFERRED TO AS THE CELESTIAL DRAGONS. THEIR FAMILIES ALL PROMPTLY MOVED TO MARY GEOISE TO LIVE AS ONE CLAN... AS YOU ARE AWARE, THE ORGANIZATION KNOWN AS THE WORLD GOVERNMENT WAS FOUNDED 800 YEARS AGO... AND AS SUCH, THEY HAVE RULED OVER THEIR CREATION EVER SINCE. THE ONES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CREATION OF THE WORLD......WHEN 20 DIFFERENT MONARCHS CAME TOGETHER."

The history lesson continues around the empty throne now ringed by twenty swords plunged into the floor. The scarred, long-haired elder leans forward intensely, declaring, "...ISN'T MENTIONED ONCE." His face twists in realization as "!!I" and "ゴゴゴ..." rumble nearby. The group continues: "DO YOU HAVE ANY RECORD OF WHAT BECAME OF HER...I" "AND THE BURDEN OF RULING THE COUNTRY FELL TO HER YOUNGER BROTHER." "IT APPEARS QUEEN LILI NEVER MADE IT HOME TO ARABASTA..."

IF SHE KEEPS SQUIRMING, DON'T HESITATE, PAPP!!" Shirahoshi screams in pain, "KYAAH! IT HURTS! SOMEONE HELP ME! HE HE HE HE!" Charlos laughs, "HE HE HEI I WONDER WHAT SHE EATS! I'M GONNA RIDE YOU TO TOWN EVERY SINGLE DAY!" Nearby, a fish-man yells, "HEY, MERMAID! FORGET ABOUT HER! I WON'T TOLERATE SUCH DEFIANCE!" Delegates panic: "WE DIDN'T SEE A THING! THAT'S SO HEARTLESS!...RUN AWAY!!" A warrior with a trident roars, "FORGIVE US, SHIRAHOSHI! WE ONLY LOOKED AWAY FOR A MOMENT! BIG BROTHER! LET'S GO HOME AND NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ROTTEN PLACE!" An attacker shouts, "DO AWAY WITH THE SMALL FRY..." while another curses, "YOU DAMN CELESTIAL DRAGONS!" A massive explosion erupts with "KWA!!! BOOM!" sending the Celestial Dragon flying as "WAAAA AAAH!!" and "WOOSH" fill the air. Onlookers react in horror and defiance: "WHY CARES IF THEY'RE ROYALTY!I NO ONE WILL COMPLAIN IF WE BURN THEM IN HONEY! BESIDES, THEY'RE JUST FISH!" "GUT THEM, KUMA!" "YEAH!" "BUT WE CAN'T STOP NOW! LET'S DO IT, RYUBOSHI, MANBOSHI!!" "THE WARLORD, BARTHOLOMEW KUMA...!! IT TRULY IS PITIFUL TO SEE HOW FAR YOU'VE FALLEN!"
