Chance of Whirlwinds

At the Alubarna Southeastern Gate, Sanji, Chopper, and Usopp stand before the towering cliffs of the city. Sanji points ahead, saying, "Hey, look over there." Chopper gasps, "OHHH!" while Usopp happily holds up his goggles, saying, "You got my goggles back! Sanji, you sure are one great fr-". However, Usopp's joy turns to horror as he realizes the lenses are shattered. He screams, "AGHHH! HEY, THIS IS BROKEN! WHAT THE HELL MAN!?" Sanji angrily yells back, "THIS WAS THE LATEST MODEL FROM NORTH BLUE! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH I PAYED FOR THESE!?" Sanji then observes the distant dust clouds, noting, "That must be the rebel reinforcement storming this way...!" Chopper asks in disbelief, "There's still MORE!?" The camel, Matsuge, lets out a "VWOH!" and Chopper translates, "Looks like it." Sanji glares at the camel, scolding, "The hell are you actin' all tough for, you damned camel!? Where were you during the fight?" Sanji then takes charge, saying, "Let's hurry to the palace. We might be able to help Vivi somehow." Chopper agrees, "Got it!" while Sanji yells back at Usopp, "HEY, USOPP! GET OFF YOUR ASS ALREADY!" Usopp, battered and sitting on the ground, protests, "Huh? W-wait up! C'mon guys! Just look at how injured I am! You expect me to run like this!?"

A large contingent of Royal Guards, led by Chaka, marches determinedly toward the palace. One guard states, "If Crocodile is really here in the palace..." and another finishes, "Then that means he really IS the one trying to take over the kingdom!" The massive army arrives at the towering palace gates, shouting, "SMASH THE GATES OPEN!" and "THE PRINCESS IS IN DANGER!" Suddenly, multiple arms sprout from the bodies of the guards in the front row. They exclaim in confusion, "WHA?" and "HANDS!?" Nico Robin stands calmly with her arms crossed, using her Devil Fruit power as she says, "Dieciséis Fleur! (sixteen flowers)".

The mysterious hands sprouting from the guards grab their faces and bodies, violently throwing them backward. The guards scream in panic, "WHA?", "THERE ARE HANDS...", and "COMING OUT FROM THE GATE!?" The front lines are decimated, bodies flying through the air with cries of "AGHHHHH!" as they crash into the ground before the massive closed doors. Inside the palace grounds, Nico Robin sits casually on the steps, smiling as she listens to the commotion. She chuckles, "Fufufu... Seems like there's quite a fuss just outside the door." Defeated guards lie unconscious on the ground near her.

Vivi screams, "FATHER!" and "YOUR HIGHNESS!" as she looks toward the palace entrance. King Cobra lies defeated on the ground, bleeding and struggling to lift his head. He apologizes to his daughter, "FORGIVE ME... FOR SQUANDERING THE CHANCE TO SAVE THIS KINGDOM, THAT YOU RISKED YOUR LIFE TO GET..." Vivi watches in despair, whispering, "Father..." She then angrily demands, "LET GO OF HIS HIGHNESS, CROCODILE!" Crocodile stands menacingly over the fallen king, his hook glinting as he looks toward Vivi and says her name, "Vivi..."

Crocodile laughs mockingly, "Haha... It's just as the king himself so pathetically stated. But Ms. Wednesday... It wasn't just your life that you risked. You should thank those pirate-friends of yours for helping you come this far." Vivi, furious and desperate, yells, "WHERE'S LUFFY!? AND WHAT'RE YOU DOING HERE!?" Crocodile casually replies, "OH, DID I NOT MENTION HE'S DEAD ALREADY?" Vivi's eyes widen in shock and anger as she screams, "YOU'RE LYING! THERE'S NO WAY HE COULD EVER BE KILLED BY THE LIKES OF YOU!" Crocodile turns his back to her, looking down at Cobra, and says dismissively, "Hmph... Think whatever you wish... In any case, let me make it clear that I have no intention of sparing you and your father. It's only natural that when a kingdom falls, the royal family should perish with it."

Crocodile continues his monologue, standing over the fallen king. "But before I replace you on the throne, Cobra, There is one question I must ask... A question to which my ultimate objective is tied with..." He glares down with a cigar in his mouth and demands, "WHERE IS PLUTON?" The question shocks everyone present. Vivi and Robin look on in surprise. King Cobra's eyes widen in absolute horror, sweat pouring down his face as he stammers, "H... How do you KNOW THAT NAME!?"

In the city streets, Nami screams, "AGHHHH!" as she struggles to hold up her Clima-Tact, panting heavily and covered in scratches. Miss Doublefinger walks calmly toward her, observing, "Ah... Looks like you've got quite the interesting weapon there, But without any practical offensive capabilities," She continues her slow, menacing approach, adding, "Isn't it more accurate to call it a toy...?" Miss Doublefinger's expression is cold as she states, "Only objects, Made with the express purpose of terminating life..."

Miss Doublefinger suddenly lunges forward, her hair transforming into sharp spikes as she finishes her sentence, "CAN BE CALLED-" Nami shrieks, "AHH!" and barely dodges as Miss Doublefinger crashes into the wall behind her, leaving deep puncture holes. Miss Doublefinger pulls back, her spiked hair returning to normal, and concludes, "A weapon..." Nami sweats profusely, thinking, "I'LL BE KILLED IF I DON'T ACT QUICKLY!" Miss Doublefinger grins and begins spinning her arms, preparing another attack, causing Nami to cry out, "AHH!" again.

Miss Doublefinger mocks Nami's weapon, "A toy like this, Can't kill me. Fufu... I bet a wool sweater could create more electricity than this." Nami glares back defiantly, "You can't be sure until you've tried it!" Miss Doublefinger suddenly charges, yelling, "GIVE THAT BACK!" as she tries to snatch the Clima-Tact. Nami spins the staff to block the attack, thinking frantically, "THINK, NAMI... ACCORDING TO USOPP, I HAVE AN ULTIMATE ATTACK TO USE AS A TRUMP CARD! SO WHAT I HAVE TO DO... IS CREATE AN OPENING SO THE ATTACK WON'T MISS!" Nami connects the three pieces of the Clima-Tact together with a "CLUTCH!" sound, standing ready as she strategizes, "THE QUESTION IS HOW TO CREATE THAT OPENING, USING THE 3 TYPES OF BUBBLES AND THE HOT, ARID CLIMATE OF THIS COUNTRY!"

Nami analyzes the situation, "IF I ONLY HAD A LITTLE MORE MOISTURE IN THE ATMOSPHERE... WAIT, MOISTURE? THAT'S RIGHT! THERE WAS A RAIN TECHNIQUE!" She holds the Clima-Tact horizontally above her head, water spouting from the ends, and calls out, "RAIN TEMPO!" Miss Doublefinger watches unimpressed, "Putting on a water-show?" Nami spins the staff, spraying water everywhere, shouting, "SPRINKLER!" Miss Doublefinger sighs, "Desperate, aren't you..." Nami retorts angrily, "THAT'S NOT IT! I HAVE A PROPER PLAN!" Miss Doublefinger's silhouette darkens as she says, "...Well, whatever. I've had about enough of your little show." She transforms her hair into massive spikes again, declaring, "Your show's gone long enough, It's time I close the curtains...!"

Miss Doublefinger launches herself headfirst at Nami, her spiked hair acting like a deadly projectile, yelling, "SEA URCHIN- STINGER!" Nami panics, "A SEA URCHIN!?" Miss Doublefinger threatens, "I'LL MAKE A BEEHIVE OUT OF YOUR BODY!" as she flies through the air. Nami quickly blows into the end of her Clima-Tact, producing several bubbles, and calls out, "COOL BALL!" She then dives out of the way with an "AHH!" as Miss Doublefinger crashes into the ground where Nami just stood, tearing up the stone pavement.

Nami looks at the damage caused by the attack, noting, "That's no beehive... The edges are singed!" Miss Doublefinger pulls her spiked head out of the rubble and says, "As a way of thanking you for your performance, Allow me to show you something interesting too." She chuckles, "Fufu..." as she prepares her next move. Nami realizes her opportunity and thinks, "I have to do it now!" She blows into the Clima-Tact again, producing different bubbles, and shouts, "HEAT BALL!"

Nami explains her strategy as the bubbles float up, "THE HOT AIR WILL TAKE IN THE MOISTURE AND RISE, AND THEN COLLIDE WITH THE DESCENDING COLD AIR AND CAUSE A SUDDEN DROP IN TEMPERATURE, CAUSING THE MOISTURE TO FREEZE! ONCE THAT HAPPENS..." Miss Doublefinger looks confused for a moment, "WHA?" but then uses her powers to massively bulk up her arms with spikes, shouting, "TOGE-TOGE DOPING!" She swings her spiked, muscular arms, warning, "Didn't I tell you not to look away?" She smashes a stone pillar with a devastating "STINGER FLAIL!" Nami cries out, "AH-" as the debris flies toward her.

Nami screams, "KYAAAA!" as she runs desperately from the collapsing building. Miss Doublefinger watches her flee, commenting, "I have to admit, You're quite skilled at running away, if nothing else." Nami trips and falls hard with an "OOF!" She clutches her leg, thinking, "I THINK MY LEG WENT OUT FROM THE FALLING RUBBLE..." Suddenly, she remembers her plan and looks up, "AH, THAT'S RIGHT! DID MY BUBBLE WORK...?"

High above the street, a small cloud has formed. Nami cheers, "I DID IT! It's a cloud! A little small but..." Miss Doublefinger looks up at the cloud, annoyed, "What is it this time? I'm not done yet!" Nami quickly starts blowing more bubbles from her Clima-Tact, sending them up into the cloud, "I'VE GOTTA KEEP GROWING IT! COOL BALL! HEAT BALL!" The cloud begins to expand and darken rapidly. Miss Doublefinger, losing patience, charges forward, declaring, "That's enough..."

Miss Doublefinger swings her massive spiked arm down, yelling, "STINGER FLAIL!" Nami barely blocks the strike with her Clima-Tact, grunting, "GAHH!" as she is pushed back. Miss Doublefinger looms over her, asking, "Ready to die?" Nami grins confidently and replies, "I should be asking you that." Miss Doublefinger scoffs, "Acting tough won't-" but Nami interrupts her by flicking a small, crackling Thunder Ball from the end of her staff directly up into the dark cloud above them.

As the Thunder Ball enters the dark cloud, Nami shouts, "THUNDERBOLT TEMPO!" A massive, blinding bolt of lightning erupts from the cloud, striking Miss Doublefinger directly. The intense electricity courses through her body, and she screams in agony, "AAGHHHHH!" Nami covers her ears and braces herself against the powerful shockwave and bright flash of the lightning strike. Miss Doublefinger is left blackened and smoking from the devastating attack.

Miss Doublefinger, heavily injured and smoking, glares at Nami and curses, "YOU LITTLE BITCH!" She tries to attack again but suddenly collapses with an "AHH!" as the damage takes its toll. Nami stands confidently, holding her Clima-Tact like a microphone, and delivers a weather forecast: "Today's weather is clear and nice, With a normal amount of wind and humidity as high atmospheric pressure moves in." She continues, "However! Please be advised that in a small localized area, There is a chance of mirages and whirlwinds." Miss Doublefinger, struggling on the ground, looks confused, "ANOTHER MIRAGE!?" Nami connects the pieces of her Clima-Tact into a triangle shape with a "CLICK!" and finishes her forecast with a fierce smile, "LASTLY, PLEASE PAY CAUTION, TO TORNADOES."
