Kamazou has been dealt a powerful blow and plummets backward through the air, sword still in hand, cloak and mask whipping wildly. Close-up reaction panels follow: a fierce lion-masked fighter bares his teeth in rage, a bandaged warrior with an X-shaped scar roars with mouth wide open, a dark-haired woman gasps in shock, and a wide-eyed child-like figure stares in disbelief. In the wide lower panel an object plummets into bubbling water with a large THUD!! impact, sending up a cloud of debris and splashes as it sinks.

A glaring samurai with wild hair and headband bares his teeth. Nearby a swordsman pants heavily, HUFF... HUFF..., while another figure covers their mouth in awe, thinking SUCH STRENGTH.... A close-up shows a masked fighter grinning widely with GRIN..! A wounded man with a pipe in his mouth mutters DAMN... I GOT INJURED BEFORE THE FINAL BATTLE....!!! In the distance a swordsman stands ready on a rocky outcrop as a massive spherical object crashes into the sea, creating huge splashes. Underwater panels show the sphere rolling with motion lines and bubbles; a voice cries SIR SAMURAI!!! while the injured man thinks DIZZY... and another figure shouts TURN...!

In a forested overlook above a village, Kin'emon reacts with shock as a voice calls out, "OH, INUARASHI! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!I" Another exclaims, "WE HAVE A BIG PROBLEM!!" and "WHAT'S WRONG, KIN'EMONI" A map panel labels the area: "KURI - IN A CERTAIN ABANDONED VILLAGE: KIN'EMON AND THE MINK TRIBE'S MUSKETEER SQUAD" with locations Kibi, Flower, Ringo, Udon, Hakumai, and Oni marked. Kin'emon, furious, shouts, "WE DISTRIBUTED IT CAREFULLY, SO HOW IN THE WORLD DID THEY FIND OUT ABOUT IT!I" Inuarashi (Duke) growls, "EVERYTHING IS FALLING APART!! WHAT SHOULD WE DO, DUKE!I" while a mink reports, "THEY FOUND OUT ABOUT THE MARK OF THE CRESCENT MOON AND THE CODED MESSAGE!I" The group discusses the crisis: "AND NOW, IN THE CAPITAL..." "...AND YET... THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TWO WAS DISCOVERED!!" "TO COUNTER THE POSSIBILITY OF IT FALLING INTO THE WRONG HANDS... WE MADE IT INTO A CODED MESSAGE..."

Above the Flower Capital, a massive speech declares, "BY KAIDOU AND OROCHI! OUR ALLIES ARE BEING TAKEN CAPTIVE ONE BY ONE..." and "YOU'RE UNDER ARREST!!" A sign reads "THE FLOWER CAPITAL". In the streets, an angry official yells, "ANYONE WITH THIS MARK ON THEIR ANKLES IS A TRAITOR!! IF YOU SEE SOMEONE WITH IT, REPORT IT TO US IMMEDIATELY!!" while showing the crescent moon mark. A mink is struck, crying "UWAAH!!" and "UGH!!" as the attacker shouts "THERE IT IS..." and impact SFX "DON!!" erupt. X Drake confronts the group: "YOU'RE THE REASON OUR TARGETS ESCAPED!!" A mink retorts, "WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN!I" Drake replies, "GOOD FOR YOU, DRAKE. WE CAN'T EVEN PATROL THE BATHHOUSE LEISURELY ANYMORE. THE RUMOURS ARE SPREADING TOO QUICKLY. THE WHOLE CAPITAL KNOWS ABOUT IT ALREADY."

In the Flower Capital pleasure district at night, lanterns glow as a voice states, "IF WE HAVE THAT MANY DISGRUNTLED PEOPLE GROUPED TOGETHER, SOMETHING BAD'S BOUND TO HAPPEN." Another notes, "IT LOOKS LIKE KOMURASAKI'S WAKE WAS CANCELLED, BOSS." A sign reads "THE FLOWER CAPITAL - THE PLEASURE DISTRICT". Kyoshiro, smoking calmly, is warned, "PLEASE BE CAREFUL. PLENTY OF PEOPLE ARE ANGRY AT YOU, BOSS KYO-SHIRO... THERE WILL BE EVEN MORE CHAOS AT HER FUNERAL TOMORROW..." He replies with a smile, "...WHAT ARE YOU SAYING...I" In a later panel he holds a paper with a drawing and says, "BECAUSE OF THIS, LORD OROCHI IS ANGRY RIGHT NOW..." while an associate adds, "THAT'S TRUE. THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY TO HANDLE THAT SITUATION. I'M THE ONE SUFFERING THE MOST FROM HER DEATH, ANYWAY."

In ruined Ebisu Town, a sign marks "EBISU TOWN". A figure shouts, "FIGHTING ISN'T GOING TO SOLVE ANYTHING!!" and "STOP IT, BOTH OF YOU!!" Trafalgar Law, bloodied, grabs a man by the face and roars, "HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A PERSON'S FACE TO LOOK LIKE THAT...!I HOW HARD DID SHE HIT HIM...I YOU'RE THE LEAST TRUST-WORTHY PERSON HERE!!" The man protests, "ONE SHOULD ALWAYS TRUST THEIR FRIENDS!! BESIDES, I DIDN'T EVEN SEE ANYTHING..." Bepo and others yell, "WAIT!! WE'LL BE FALLING RIGHT INTO THE ENEMY'S TRAP IF WE DO THAT, TRA-GUY!!" "ONCE WE SAVE THEM, YOU'LL BELIEVE IT!!" Law counters, "BEPO AND THE OTHERS WOULD RATHER DIE THAN BETRAY US!! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!!!" while a woman adds, "DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THEM!!"

A furious argument erupts among the group. A scarred man with a metal jaw roars, "THIS ISN'T A GAME!!" Kanjuro snaps back, "THAT IS COMMON SENSE FOR NINJAS!!!" while another voice demands, "WHAT'D YOU SAY!I" Shinobu shouts, "THEY MUST BE SILENCED!!" and "PRISONERS SHOULD BE DISPOSED OF!!" Someone retorts, "YOU'RE SCARY, SHINOBU!!" In a wide panel, Shinobu stands with her back to the others as a voice declares, "IF WE FAIL NOW, WE'LL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE!!" Another figure adds, "WE HAVE BEEN WAITING 20 YEARS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY!!" The scarred man continues, "ALLYING WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO SHARE OUR GOAL IS A MIRACLE IN AND OF ITSELF!! IF WE LOSE THEIR ASSISTANCE..." Kanjuro tries to calm things: "THINGS DO NOT ALWAYS GO AS PLANNED!! I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION, BUT...!!" A small voice says, "MASTER KAN..." Shinobu is restrained as someone yells, "STOP IT, SHINOBU!!!" The scarred man finishes, "WE WILL BE UNABLE TO CARRY OUT LORD ODEN'S WISHES!!!"

A loud voice interrupts from outside: "I OVER-HEARD YOU OUTSIDE!! YOYOH!! YOUR VOICES ARE SO POWERFUL!!" The same voice continues, "EXCUSE MEEEE!! HELLOOOO!!" and "Iyoooh!!" Someone asks, "WAIT A SECOND, WHO THE HELL ARE YOUI!" Kanjuro reacts with shock, "HUH!I" and "AND YOU'RE... KANJURO!I" Shinobu questions, "ARE YOU... PERHAPS... SHINOBU!I" A flirtatious man approaches Shinobu, saying, "OH MY. COME AND SIT WITH US." and "WHOA!! ARE YOU A BEAUTIFUL GODDESS, OR WHAT!I" while another voice says, "HEY..." In a close-up, Kanjuro grins widely while holding up a card with a flame symbol and declares, "SO, IS IT FINALLY TIME... FOR THE FINAL BATTLE...!!I" and "YOU KNOW, THERE'VE BEEN RUMOURS SWIRLING AROUND THE CAPITAL!! THEY'RE MAKING ME ALL EXCITED!!"

The scene shifts to Ringo - The Northern Cemetery. A man with a scar over his eye mutters, "HMI" A beautiful woman with long black hair and a flower in it sits beside him, holding a bowl and pestle. She says, "PLEASE... LIE BACK DOWN. YOU'LL OPEN YOUR WOUND AGAIN..." In a chaotic inset, the man flails as swords fly, screaming, "K'IAA AAAH!! MY SWORDS!!!" while others react with "THAT SCARED ME!! AHA HAHA!!" and "HUHII" The woman continues, "FOR SAVING US EARLIER." She smiles gently and adds, "THANK YOU VERY MUCH..."

The scarred man (Zoro) growls, "MY INJURY WAS DUE TO MY NAIVETY...!! IT'S GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU..." The woman replies, "HOW WILL WE EVER REPAY YOU..." while a small cloaked figure cheers, "HONESTLY... TO THINK THAT YOU LET YOURSELF GET INJURED SO BADLY JUST FOR OUR SAKE... THANK YOUUUU UUUU!!" The woman suddenly grabs Zoro's arm, causing him to yell, "OW OW OW OW OOOWWW WWWW!!! WHY DON'T YOU PULL MY OTHER ARM, YOU IDIOT!I" She cries, "KYAAAH!! I AM SO VERY SORRY!!" and "YOU MUST NOT MOVE!! PLEASE STAY STILL!! YOU CAN'T GO OUTSIDE LIKE THAT...!!" A small toad-like creature appears, saying, "ANYWAY, DO YOU KNOW WHERE THAT BIG GUY WENTI HE STILL HAS MY SWORD...!!" The woman explains, "IF YOU RUB IT ON YOUR WOUND, IT'LL HEAL INSTANTLY!! EVEN SHARP SWORD WOUNDS WILL DISAPPEAR!!" while the creature adds, "SO YOU STOLE IT, THEN. BECAUSE BACK IN THE CAPITAL, I STO- NO. BOUGHT SOME TOAD OIL!!" It finishes with a wide grin, "AH. BUT, YOU'LL BE HEALED IN NO TIME!!"

A snowy landscape shows a bridge with a small shrine. Citizens of the capital call the mysterious figure Gyukimaru of Oihagi Bridge, though nobody knows where he lives. In a nearby scene, a bandaged man with wild hair yells while holding chopsticks, asking who the two people are since they were targeted by the Grim Reaper. A close-up shows a wide-eyed woman with braided hair and earrings reacting in shock. The narration notes that Gyukimaru is a warrior monk who ambushes weapon-carrying travelers at the bridge. The group discusses the situation: someone realizes there is no need to hurry after him. A large panel shows Toko laughing loudly with a big grin, declaring "MY NAME'S TOKO! IF YOU PUT AN O IN FRONT OF MY NAME, IT'S O-TOKO. I'M NOT A BOY, THOUGH. EHEHEHE!! THAT'S FUNNY, RIGHTI" while a man in a patterned kimono with topknots eats and comments on the shogun. The woman with braids replies "NOT REALLY." The man notes the shogun's name was Orochi, that he can no longer enter the capital, and admits they need to be honest about avoiding the shogun.

The woman with braided hair and earrings continues speaking nervously, saying "ERM... DON'T SEEM TO BE A BAD PERSON. DON'T STUTTER!...!!! I HOPE YOU CAN KEEP THIS A SECRET, BUT..." while a large snowy building looms in the background. A man with a scar reacts with "HIS NAME IS..." and "IPI" A panel shows figures inside a room as someone realizes the person might actually be in Wano right now. The woman reveals "I... I'M SEARCHING FOR MY OLDER BROTHER!! I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM FOR 20 YEARS!!" A large close-up shows her smiling gently as she states her name: "HIYORI." She continues, "KOZUKI MOMONOSUKE. AND I'M HIS YOUNGER SISTER..." with a note about holding on to 20 years worth of feelings. The page ends with the One Piece logo and chapter information.
