ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE SOUTH

In the dense forest of Upper Yard, Chopper is running for his life. In the top panel, the large, round priest Yama and several Divine Soldiers are chasing him through the giant roots. Yama leaps through the air, yelling, "MEH!!!" The large central panel shows a close-up of Chopper running frantically towards the viewer. Tears are streaming down his face, and his mouth is wide open in a terrified scream. He cries out, "SOM'BODY, PLEAAASE HE'P ME!!!!" and "AH! SOM'BODY HE'P ME!!!!" Around him, the shouts of his pursuers echo: "MEH-!!" and "HAA-!!" Chopper looks back in confusion with a "?". The bottom panels show Chopper continuing his desperate sprint through the jungle foliage, with the sounds of "MEH-!!" and the rushing wind "WIIISH!!!" following closely behind him.

Chopper continues his frantic escape through the giant roots of the forest, panting heavily, "HAA!! HAA!! HAA!!" He looks back over his shoulder, hearing the ominous sounds of "TADAM!! TADAM!!" echoing behind him. In the middle panel, three Shandia warriors burst onto the scene, running fiercely. In the center is Braham, wearing a mask and wielding dual pistols. To his left is Kamakiri, holding a spear and a shield, and to his right is Genbo, carrying a large bazooka. Seeing even more intimidating figures joining the chase, Chopper's panic reaches a new extreme. In the bottom panel, he screams at the top of his lungs, "AAAA AAAAA AAAAH!!!!" with his tongue hanging out and tears flying from his eyes as he desperately tries to run even faster to escape the chaotic situation.

The Shandia warriors clash with the Divine Soldiers in mid-air. One of the soldiers yells, "THE MILITIA!!!" while another shouts, "SHANDIANS...!!!!" as they engage in combat. Suddenly, the chaotic battle is interrupted by a massive roar. The giant blue snake, Nola, rears its enormous head among the trees, its mouth wide open, letting out a deafening "GYAAA AAAAAA AAAAAA AAAAH-!!!" The sheer size of the snake dwarfs the surrounding forest and the combatants. In the bottom panel, the priest Yama is seen leaping away from the massive creature, his arms outstretched as he tries to put distance between himself and the giant serpent, while the sounds of destruction echo around them.

The chaotic battle continues amidst the giant roots. In the top panels, Braham fires his flash guns, while Kamakiri thrusts his spear. Chopper is caught in the middle of the madness, his eyes wide with terror as explosions go off around him. In the middle panel, Yama lands heavily on the ground, crouching low with his arms spread, looking serious and ready for combat. In the bottom panels, Chopper, completely overwhelmed by the fighting and the giant snake, resumes his frantic running. He cries out, "I SHOULDN'T 'VE COME HERE-!!!" and "...!!!" "HELP ME!!!" as he dashes away from the battlefield, leaving a trail of dust behind him.

The scene shifts to Nico Robin. A small top panel shows her feet walking calmly, with a caption reading "ONE PIECE 28". She is walking through the dense, ancient forest of Upper Yard. She stops and looks at the landscape, saying, "HM..." and then "AH...!!" as she notices something. The view pulls back to show her standing before massive, overgrown ruins integrated into the giant roots of the trees. In a large bottom panel, a close-up of Robin shows her looking thoughtful as she observes her surroundings. She remarks, "THE FOREST... LOST ITS TRANQUILITY..."

Robin continues to examine the ancient ruins overgrown with massive tree roots. She notes, "THEY ARE TOTALLY SWALLOWED BY THE FOREST... I HOPE THE CITY IS STILL HOLDING UP..." She looks at the stone structures embedded in the roots and says, "HERE ARE THE FIRST HOMES OUTSIDE OF THE CITY." Suddenly, the priest Yama drops down from above, landing heavily on the ruins in front of her and yelling, "MEH-!!" Robin looks up, slightly surprised. Yama glares at her and shouts, "HUH!? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW VALUABLE THOSE HISTORICAL RUINS ARE? GET DOWN FROM THERE, RIGHT AWAY!" He points a finger at her, declaring, "THIS PATH LEADS TO THE GOD'S SHRINE! YOU MAY NOT CONTINUE FORWARD-!! WOMAN!" Robin stares back at him calmly.

Yama prepares to attack Robin, stating, "KIND OF! GOD ENEL ORDERED US TO ELIMINATE ANY INTRUDERS WHO ENTERED THE FO..." Robin interrupts him, asking calmly, "SEE WHAT? YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME?" Yama retorts, "YOU'LL SEE, CHEEKY LITTLE GIRL!" Before he can act, Robin crosses her arms and uses her Devil Fruit power, saying, "SEIS FLEURS!!! TWIST!!!" Multiple arms sprout on Yama's body, violently twisting him backwards. He cries out, "BOGA!!! UUGH!!" as he is thrown off balance. In the bottom panel, Yama crashes down onto the ancient stone ruins, breaking them. Robin looks down at him coldly and says, "YOU DESERVED IT, YOU BAD-MANNERED IDIOT!!"

The scene shifts to Wiper, who is looking down with a stern, slightly bloodied face, smoking a cigarette. He says, "DIDN'T I TELL YOU TO LEAVE THIS ISLAND?" He is standing on a high tree root, looking down at Luffy, who is standing on the forest floor holding a stick. Wiper declares, "IT IS MY BUSINESS... THIS ISLAND... BELONGS TO US, THE PEOPLE OF SHANDIA!!" A voice shouts, "SHUT UP! IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!" Luffy looks up at Wiper, holding his straw hat, and replies, "SORRY FOR DISTURBING.... IF THAT'S SO......? REALLY...? I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOD'S PLACE..."

Luffy looks confused and asks, "WHAT NOW!?" Wiper interrupts him, shouting, "HOLD IT!!" Wiper readies his bazooka, aiming it down at Luffy. He says, "NOTHING... I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO TELL YOU... AND I DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO YOUR DUMB EXCUSES ANYMORE. I WILL ELIMINATE YOU...!!!" Luffy's expression changes from confused to determined. He cracks his knuckles, getting ready for a fight, and says with a confident smile, "THAT'S EASIER TO UNDERSTAND! WELL... WELL..."

Elsewhere in the forest, a Divine Soldier lies defeated on the ground, groaning, "DAMN ENEL'S MILITIA! YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE PISSED ME OFF!!!" Kamakiri stands nearby, holding his spear, looking at the fallen soldier. He remarks, "THE SOLDIERS OF THE MILITIA ARE QUITE TOUGH... I THINK WE LOST A FEW MEN TO THOSE BASTARDS!!" Suddenly, he notices someone approaching and says, "EH?" Zoro walks out from the bushes. Kamakiri observes him and says, "A WARRIOR! THAT'S... ONE OF THE CITIZENS OF THE BLUE SEA THAT WAIPA TALKED ABOUT! HE MUST BE DESTROYED!!!" Zoro looks at him, slightly confused, and says, "AH?"

Kamakiri charges at Zoro, thrusting his spear and yelling, "DIE!!!" Zoro quickly draws one of his swords, saying, "... SO YOU WANT TO FIGHT? TOO BAD FOR YOU!" As Kamakiri attacks, Zoro swiftly dodges and strikes Kamakiri hard in the face with the hilt of his sword. Zoro yells, "EAT THIS!!" Kamakiri cries out, "GUAAH!!!" as blood spurts from his mouth and he is sent flying backwards. In the bottom panel, Zoro stands calmly, sheathing his sword, and mutters to himself, "I REALLY DON'T GET YOU PEOPLE..."

Zoro stands in the forest. Nearby, a Divine Soldier is hiding in the bushes, trembling. The soldier begs, "P... PLEASE... I GIVE UP!" The soldier is shown in a close-up, crying and pleading, "NO! I BEG YOU, DON'T... I... I ADMIT I LOST...!! I SURRENDER...!!! SPARE MY LIFE!! MEH-!!" "HIII!" Zoro strikes the soldier anyway, resulting in a loud "MGEH...!!!" and "UNGH!" In the bottom panel, the Divine Soldier crashes to the ground, defeated. Zoro stands nearby, having dealt with the attacker.

Suddenly, a gunshot rings out. Zoro quickly dodges as a bullet strikes the ground near him with a "ZWAM!!!" He looks up to see Braham standing on a root above him. Zoro says, "... DON'T GET IN THE WAY! I HAVE STUFF TO DO!" Braham replies, "AGAIN!? HEY! IF YOU'RE NOT GOD NOR A PRIEST..." Braham leaps down, firing his pistols at Zoro. Zoro dodges the barrage of bullets, looking surprised as the shots hit the ground around him with a "!!?"

Braham continues his assault, firing rapidly. Zoro uses his sword to deflect a bullet that comes dangerously close to his face, grunting, "UNGH!!!" Braham lands and immediately jumps again, firing more shots with a "BOW!!!" Zoro dodges, moving quickly through the forest. Braham lands on a branch, and Zoro looks around, trying to locate his fast-moving opponent, asking, "WHAT!!?"

Braham unleashes a massive barrage of bullets, tearing up the ground around Zoro. Zoro leaps away, yelling, "WAH...!!!" as the bullets hit with a loud "BAW!!!" Zoro takes cover behind a large tree root, panting. He wonders, "WHAT'S WITH THE SHINING PISTOL...?" He hears a sound and says, "YOU..." as he peeks out from his cover. He looks around the dense foliage, trying to spot Braham, asking, "WHERE DID HE GO...?"

Braham suddenly appears right in front of Zoro, swinging his pistol. The gun has a flash dial attached to it. Braham activates it with a "FWIIISH!!!" A blinding light erupts from the dial, hitting Zoro directly in the eyes. Zoro recoils, blinded by the intense flash, yelling, "!!!" The light completely disorients him. Zoro stumbles back, rubbing his eyes, saying, "KUF..." as he tries to recover his vision.

Braham stands confidently, aiming both of his flash-dial equipped pistols at Zoro. He says, "PARDON ME. I UNDERESTIMATED YOU... CITIZEN OF THE BLUE SEA. I HAVE TO ADMIT YOU ARE PRETTY TOUGH..." Zoro, recovering from the flash, reaches up and pulls his goggles down over his eyes. He draws his sword and replies, "I ALSO HAVE TO... APOLOGIZE. I THOUGHT YOU WERE ANOTHER SMALL FRY!" Braham responds, "NO BIG DEAL." Both fighters are now ready for a serious confrontation.
