ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE SOUTH

Chopper continues to be hurled through the air with frantic cries of "TADAM!!" and impact sounds. Three masked warriors in winged armor charge forward at high speed: one with a shield and sword, a muscular horned figure gripping a massive staff, and another wielding a long weapon. Chopper lands hard in the final panel, screaming "AAAA AAAAA AAAH!!!!" with a huge sweat drop and wide eyes as dust and debris explode around him.

Militia soldiers charge forward with rifles raised, shouting "THE MILITIA!!!" as they open fire. Shandian warriors counterattack from above and the side, one yelling "MEH—!!!" while another voice cries "SHANDI-ANS...!!!!" In the jungle below, a colossal serpent-like beast rears up with jaws wide open, unleashing a deafening roar amid crashing trees and flying debris. Victims scream in terror, "GYAAA AAAAAA AAAAAA AAAAH —!!!" as massive impact sounds "ズドドドドドドドドドガギャバーン" shake the ground. A winged figure tumbles through the air in the chaos, the forest exploding around them.

The battle rages on as a Shandian warrior fires a massive bazooka, the blast sending smoke and debris flying. A horned, winged figure with a stern expression soars through the air, arms outstretched. Below, a terrified man in a hat clings desperately to the giant serpent's head, crying "HELP ME!!!" while the beast thrashes violently with loud SFX "ズドドドドドド". Nearby, a close-up shows a sweating, wide-eyed face gasping "I SHOULDN'T 'VE COME HERE—!!!" amid frantic reaction sounds "あ あ あ あ あ あ あ あ" and impact effects.

A title splash shows "ONE PIECE 28" with a close-up of black boots stepping onto a rocky path. The scene shifts to a dense, misty forest where a lone figure stands amid ancient trees and ruins. Robin reacts with "MEH—!!" while the attacker demands "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW VALUABLE THOSE HISTORICAL RUINS AREI GET DOWN FROM THERE, RIGHT AWAY!" and warns "THIS PATH LEADS TO THE GOD'S SHRINE! YOU MAY NOT CONTINUE FORWARD—!!" Another voice shouts "WOMAN!" as Robin turns in surprise, "HUH!I"

High above the ruins, God Enel sits cross-legged as a voice cries out "SEIS FLEURS"!!! and "HUH!I". An unseen speaker explains, "KIND OF! GOD ENEL ORDERED US TO ELIMINATE ANY INTRUDERS WHO ENTERED THE FO...". Two figures stand amid the broken stone; one taunts, "SEE WHATI YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MEI" while the other snaps back, "YOU'LL SEE, CHEEKY LITTLE GIRL!". In a sudden clash, a wide-brimmed hat figure lunges with "TWIST"!!!, slamming into an opponent who yells "BOGA!!!" and "UUH!!" as impact lines explode across the panel. Far below in the devastated city, a lone figure stands among toppled towers and shouts, "YOU DESERVED IT, YOU BAD-MANNERED IDIOT!!!" while a small "..." drifts from the rubble.

A close-up shows a tall, shirtless man with a massive weapon over his shoulder, sweat on his brow, declaring, "DIDN'T I TELL YOU TO LEAVE THIS ISLANDI". In the jungle clearing he continues, "IT IS MY BUSINESS... THIS ISLAND... BELONGS TO US, THE PEOPLE OF SHANDIA!!" while the straw-hatted boy retorts, "SHUT UP! IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!". The Shandia warrior plants his feet and growls as the boy stands firm. The wide-brimmed hat figure bows and says, "SORRY FOR DISTURBING." The straw-hatted boy looks surprised, muttering "...IF THAT'S SO..." and "...REALLY...I I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOD'S PLACE...".

The straw-hatted boy startles with "WHAT NOW!I" and "HOLD IT!!" as debris flies. The tall warrior looms forward, weapon raised, snarling, "AND I DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO YOUR DUMB EXCUSES ANYMORE. I WILL ELIMINATE YOU...!!!" while adding, "NOTHING... I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO TELL YOU...". The boy stares, then breaks into a wide grin, pointing straight ahead with "THAT'S EASIER TO UNDERSTAND!" and "WELL... WELL..." as motion lines and "10% 10%...!!" burst around his hand.

The tall warrior crashes to the ground amid heavy impact marks, cursing, "DAMN ENEL'S MILITIA!" and "YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE PISSED ME OFF!!!". In the jungle a winged, shirtless fighter with a long staff stands over fallen bodies, noting, "I THINK WE LOST A FEW MEN TO THOSE BASTARDS!!" while narration states, "THE SOLDIERS OF THE MILITIA ARE QUITE TOUGH...". A small "EHI" floats nearby. Elsewhere, a short-haired man with a stern expression says, "A WARRIOR!" and "..." as another panel shows a fierce warrior mid-strike with "HE MUST BE DESTROYED!!!". A horned man glances back, remarking, "THAT'S... ONE OF THE CITIZENS OF THE BLUE SEA THAT WAIPA TALKED ABOUT!" while a voice calls, "FORWARD ON THE RIGHT...!".

The swordsman grips his blade tightly as a voice asks, "...SO YOU WANT TO FIGHTI" He replies with a cold stare, "TOO BAD FOR YOU!" In a blur of motion the winged archer draws and fires, shouting "DIE!!!" as the arrow strikes home. A massive impact follows with the cry "GUAAH!!!" The swordsman counters fiercely, yelling "EAT THIS!!" while delivering a powerful slash that sends the winged foe reeling. In the aftermath, standing amid the jungle with a small fire and scattered debris nearby, the swordsman mutters, "I REALLY DON'T GET YOU PEOPLE..."

In the dense jungle a small figure pleads desperately, "P... PLEASE... I GIVE UP!" while a cloaked person stands with arms crossed. The massive winged warrior staggers, shouting "NO! I BEG YOU, DON'T..." and "I... I ADMIT I LOST...!!! I SURRENDER...!!! SPARE MY LIFE!! MEH—!!" as impact lines and "UNGH!" mark the blows. The swordsman stands firm, blades ready, as the defeated warrior crashes to the ground amid swirling dust and motion lines.

The battle intensifies as the winged warrior swings a massive weapon with a loud "ZWAM!!!" The swordsman dodges and counters amid flying debris. A helmeted priest-like figure appears, declaring "...DON'T GET IN THE WAY! I HAVE STUFF TO DO!" while another voice warns "AGAIN!I HEY! IF YOU'RE NOT GOD NOR A PRIEST..." The winged warrior is struck again, reacting with "!!I" as the fight spills across the jungle floor.

Explosive impacts rock the scene with "UNGH!!!" and "WAH!!!" The winged warrior is hurled backward by a spinning weapon, crying "BOW!!!" as panels show the rapid strikes and "ズガン" sound effects. The swordsman is sent flying through the air, arms outstretched in shock, thinking "WHAT!!I" while motion lines and debris fill the jungle clearing.

A massive impact sends a figure flying backward through the air amid swirling clouds and debris. "WAH....!!!" "BAM!!!" The enormous sound effect "ズドドドド" echoes across the ruined forest. In the next panels, Roronoa Zoro glares furiously, sweat flying, gripping his swords as he demands, "WHAT'S WITH THE SHINING PISTOL...I" A voice replies, "YOU..." Zoro's blade clashes violently with "K-ZIM!!" The opponent is hurled into the undergrowth. In the final panel, the warrior looks around the devastated clearing and asks, "WHERE DID HE GO...I"

The battle erupts again with blinding speed. "FWIIISH!!!" The warrior charges forward on a wheeled platform, blades flashing. Zoro counters with a powerful slash that sends the opponent reeling. "KLOM!!!" The warrior is slammed into the ground amid flying leaves and impact lines. In the lower panels the fighter rises, breathing heavily with "..." and "KUF", while Zoro stands ready, swords drawn, as motion lines and debris fill the forest clearing.

The large warrior in a fur-trimmed coat and striped hat looms over the controls, admitting, "PARDON ME, I UNDERESTIMATED YOU..." and "I HAVE TO ADMIT YOU ARE PRETTY TOUGH... CITIZEN OF THE BLUE SEA." Below, the spiky-haired fighter with goggles and a sword replies while sheathing his blade, "I ALSO HAVE TO... APOLOGIZE." "NO BIG DEAL." "I THOUGHT YOU WERE ANOTHER SMALL FRY!" The two stand facing each other on the damaged platform as the tension eases.
