In the bottom panel, a massive impact erupts with the timer "30 SECONDS" as a gloved fist strikes, accompanied by SFX ！！！ and UGA-BEGABAGABO!!! while a mustached man watches in shock.

A massive crash SFX ドスン!! sends a small figure flying backward into debris. In the next panel, the figure is hurled through the air with SFX ズバァォーン!!! and a scream "WAAAAAH!!" A round-headed character sits asking, "WHERE... IS HE NOWI" while another lies on the floor muttering "AH..." and "DAMN HIM..." SFX ハ and ハ appear above. In the lower section, a tall figure in an ornate coat declares, "I AM FOXY THE SILVER FOX, AND UNDER ME IS THE..." A close-up shows a battered face with wide eyes replying "WHAT NOW..." and "HEH..." while another voice says "OVER HERE." and "FUEHE-HEH FUEHE-HEHE..." SFX ハ and ハ appear near the action.

A massive mechanical device labeled "GORILLA PUNCHER #13!!!" fills the room as a voice proclaims, "THIS IS THE ULTIMATE INCARNATION OF THE PUNCHER AFTER UPGRADES AFTER UPGRADES!" SFX ゴゴゴ and ゴゴゴ fill the air. A small figure stands before rows of black spheres asking, "WHERE'S THE GORILLA'S FACE!I" In the bottom panel, a sweating, wide-eyed character with an open mouth shouts, "GOOD... GOOD QUESTION!! WHERE'S THE GORILLA'S FACE!I" while another yells, "WAIT. SHUT UP! MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!" SFX ハ and ！！ accompany the reactions.

Inside a vast mechanical arena, a small figure stares up at the towering Gorilla Puncher 13 as it hovers without legs. A voice wonders aloud, "HOW DOES IT MOVE WITHOUT LEGS!I" The machine activates with a loud "ゴゴゴゴゴゴゴ" while someone shouts, "ENGAGE, GORILLA PUNCHER 13!!!" In close-up, the afro-haired fighter's eyes widen in shock. "!I" Nearby, the masked fighter with bandaged face mutters, "I KNOW YOU'RE PROBABLY THINKING... 'HOW IS THIS THING SUPPOSED TO DO ANYTHINGI'" The Gorilla Puncher fires a barrage of black spheres. The afro-haired fighter yells, "WHERE ARE YOU SHOOTINGI" The masked fighter counters with "NORO NORO BEAM!!" The spheres slow dramatically. A mirror appears, reflecting the beam. "A MIRROR!!" The afro-haired fighter is hit from behind and cries out, "POWAWA... EHI WHO'S TH..." The masked fighter laughs, "FUEHE-HEH! LOOK BEHIND YOU!"

The reflected Noro Noro spheres swarm back toward the Gorilla Puncher. "CORRECT! NORO NORO BEAM GETS REFLECTED BY MIRRORS!!" The afro-haired fighter screams "WAAAH!" as the slowed projectiles close in. The masked fighter declares, "I'VE GOT YOU!!" A massive explosion erupts with "BUWAH!!" and "BOOM!!" The afro-haired fighter is engulfed in flames, shouting "HOT HOT!! GUAAAAAH!! HOT~~~!!!" The masked fighter mocks, "FUEH FUEH. DID I FORGET TO TELL YOU THAT THE PUNCHES BURN EVERYTHING THEY HITI EVEN THE GOD OF THE SEA WOULD BURN!!" The opponent writhes, yelling "HOT~~~!!!"

The afro-haired fighter desperately dodges the slowed punches and beams. "WAH!! WAH!!" The masked fighter swings a large mirror, shouting "MIRROR RACKET!!" and "PO WA WA". He taunts, "BEHOLD THE NORO MARBLE COACH DEVIL!! POI POI DON DON!! GO! GO!! FUEEE-HEHE-HEHE~~~~!!!" The afro-haired fighter growls, "CAN'T DAMN IT! I... CAN'T GET CLOSE TO HIM!!" The masked fighter continues, "YOU HAVE TO DODGE ALL THE BEAMS AND PUNCHES SIMULTANEOUSLY!!" The afro-haired fighter realizes, "I KNOW! AH!" The masked fighter finishes, "THERE IS NO ESCAPE THE MIRROR-GORILLA COMBO WILL BURN YOU TO CRISP!!" with a final "FUEHEHE..."

The Gorilla Puncher 13 explodes violently in a shower of debris and impact lines. The afro-haired fighter is hurled backward. In the next moment he stretches his arm, muttering "GOMU GOMU..." The masked fighter reacts with "!I" and "WHERE DID HE GO!I" The afro-haired fighter reappears behind him with a stretched punch, yelling "WHAT!!I THAT'S CHEAP!!" The masked fighter counters with a point-blank strike, shouting "PISTOL!!" The afro-haired fighter is struck hard, grunting "UBOOH!!"

Foxy unleashes his power with a massive swirling beam. "BEAM~~~!!!" he yells as the attack launches. "NORONORO BEAM BEAM!!" the technique is named. "GOT YOU!!" Foxy shouts triumphantly. The target cries out "UWAAH!" in alarm. In close-up Foxy grins wildly, declaring "YOU FOOL!!" while laughing "... HEH!! HAH!!" The slowed opponent is then struck by a barrage of giant black spheres. Foxy roars the finishing move: "GORILLA PUNCHER GOLDEN HIT!!" The small figure is sent flying amid heavy impact lines and debris.

The massive barrage of black spheres slams into the target with overwhelming force, creating a huge swirling explosion of smoke and debris. "YOU..." a voice begins in shock. The impact sends the small figure tumbling violently through the air amid swirling clouds and motion lines.

Far from the fight, narration explains the hidden action: "NO ONE CAN SEE WHAT IS GOING ON INSIDE THE SHIP, HOWEVER..." A small bird-like creature flies while chirping "CHYU CHYUIN". Another caption declares: "IT IS ROUND 3 OF THE DAVY BACK FIGHT, COMBAT!!" Onlookers cheer loudly from the docks and ships: "BOSS!! BOSS!!" and "EVEN THOUGH WE CANNOT SEE, EVERYONE IS CHEERING FOR OUR GREAT BOSS!!!" A large caption adds: "WE KNOW FOR SURE THAT IT IS A RIGOROUS DUEL TO THE FINISH!!!" High above the arena, two narration boxes ask: "HAS IT BEEN DECIDEDI" and "WHO HAS PREVAILED!I" Below, a battered fighter screams "WUUAAAH!!" while another panel shows two distant shadows on the sand. The crowd erupts as the massive boss remains upright. "THE BOSS IS STILL STANDING!!" one man yells. Another cheers "YEAH! BOSS!!" while a third laughs "FUEHEHEHE!!" The boss stands tall, arms raised, his crew roaring in support.

Spectators react in shock. "WHYI WHY WOULD HE BE BURNED FROM MERE PUNCHES!I" a woman demands. "NO WAY!" another cries. "LUFFY!!" someone screams as Luffy lies burned on the ground. "HE LIKELY SUFFERED SOME SORT OF FIERCE PUNCH!!" a voice explains. "ON THE OTHER HAND STRAW HAT LUFFY IS BADLY BURNED..." A woman points and shouts "LOOK!" as the boss looms over the fallen Straw Hat.

The long-nosed man stares in disbelief. "HE STOOD BACK UP! STRAW HAT LUFFY!!" he exclaims. Another panel reads "MUST BE SOMETHING ABOUT THAT 'PRO AFTER ALL." The crowd gasps "STRAW HAT LUFFY IS STANDING BACK UP!!" The boss growls "YOU STILL WANT MOREI" The audience roars "YEAH, FINISH IT!" and "KNOCK HIM OUT!" Luffy, battered but upright, faces the charging boss amid swirling motion lines and impact effects.

The boss declares "I HAVE LOCKED YOUR ARMS AND LEGS WITH IT." He continues "LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE FOR A WHILE." Laughing "FUEH FUEH FUEH. THIS IS THE NORO NORO BEAM SWORD!!" Luffy strains and grunts "NGH! DAMNIT, I'M STUCK!" The boss unleashes his attack: "MEGATON NINE-TAIL RUSH!!!" with massive impact SFX "RUSH~~~~!!" Luffy is struck repeatedly as allies cry "LUFFY!!"

A massive explosion erupts with the sound effect ドカーン アーン!!! as a dark sphere and debris fly through the air. Nami stares in shock, shouting... LUFFY!! A figure with an enormous afro stands amid smoke and impact lines. Speech bubbles read: NO... NOT YET... THIS TIME... while Foxy laughs FUEHEHEHEH!! and POWA... echoes. Onlookers question: IS IT BECAUSE OF THE WIGI HOW IS HE STILL STANDING AFTER THATI THE WILD AFRICAN HAIRDO! A large bubble declares STRAW HAT LUFFY STOOD BACK UP!! Luffy remains upright despite the attack, his afro silhouette prominent against the ruined arena.

Luffy charges with MEGATON NINE-TAIL RUSH-----!! as Foxy fires NORO NORO BEAM! The beam strikes with bright impact lines and KREEE sound. Usopp yells GO!! while another shouts USOPP!! Foxy taunts SCREW YOU!!! THAT BEAM THING IS WAY TOO CHEAP!! A massive ドーン explosion rocks the area. Foxy smirks HEH... HEH... THIS IS A REALLY TIRESOME BUSINESS... HEH... Spectators react in shock: HE'S STANDING UP!I THAT'S JUST TORTURE, NOT A FIGHT!!

Luffy's crew watches tensely. Nami whispers LUFFY...!! Robin and others react as Luffy declares MY NAKAMA... TO SAVE... TO THE DEATH!! I WILL FIGHT... A giant close-up shows Luffy's determined face with sweat and impact effects. The Straw Hats stand back up amid debris. The page ends with THE STRAW HAT IS STANDING BACK UP!!
