ANCIENT ZOANS

Onigashima floats through stormy skies above massive waves as debris falls. A voice exclaims, "...IT'S FLOATING!!I" Another shouts, "HUH!I ONIGASHIMA IS..." Narration declares, "THE EARTH-SHAKING POWER OF A YONKO!!!" Below, shocked samurai and allies stare upward. One yells, "MARCO THE PHOENIX HEREI!" Another asks, "WHOSE SIDE IS HE ONI!" A third wonders, "AND WHY IS..." while another fears, "WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT LORD KAIDO COULD DO SOMETHING AS OUTRAGEOUS AS THIS!!" and "IT WON'T FALL, WILL IT!I" In the lower panels, a man with a scar shouts "HEY!!" as a massive impact strikes a horned armored figure who screams "AAAAAA-AHHHHH!!!" Someone cries out "CHOPPERI!!" A skull symbol appears in a small panel.

A figure wrapped in blue flames says, "...HUHI I'M ON FIRE BUT...IT DOESN'T BURN." Nearby, a small character notes, "THE FLAMES ARE JUST AT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE TO SUPPRESS THE VIRUS!!" A samurai in ornate armor reacts with "WHA-!I" while a man in a top hat asks, "IS IT HOTI" and another wonders about the temperature. In the next section, a nurse named Tristan and Doctor Miyagi of the Mink Tribe call out, "WE HAVE MADE ALL THE PREPARATIONS TO PRODUCE THE ANTIBODIES... COME QUICKLY!!" and "MIYAGI!!! AND TRISTAN TOO!!" A voice replies, "WE WILL ASSIST YOU!!" Chopper appears in a large hat as someone shouts "DOCTOR CHOPPER!!" Below, a muscular man with a cross belt yells, "OOH MY!! RUN AWAY YOU TWO!!" as ice demon creatures attack. A voice screams, "WOAAH!! IT'S A PACK OF ICE DEMONS!!" and "GRRAAA AAWRR!!" Chopper answers, "THANK YOU!! I CAN FOCUS BETTER INSIDE THE TOWER!!" while another says, "LET'S TAKE CARE OF THIS ALL AT ONCE."

A large man yells, "THAT MEDDLING BASTARD!! MARCO!! WHAT'S HE DOING HERE!I" while another warns, "THERE IS NO WAY THE ENEMY WILL SAVE YOUR ASSES!!!" and "HEY! YOU GUILLIBLE BUMS!! HURRY UP AND GET THE ANTIBODY BACK!!" A small panel shows a surprised reaction, "HUHI.. SO IN THE END, IT'S LIKE WE THOUGHT...!!!" In the center, a massive impact strikes with "AAAAAAA ARGH!!!" and the sound effect "ギィオオッ" as a voice shouts, "PASSIVE FLAME"!!I" Ice demons roar "GRROOO OOWRR!!" while one yells "OW!... HOT!!!" Below, a small character with goggles exclaims, "TO MASS PRODUCE THE ANTIBODY!!" and "PERFECT! I'LL USE THIS OPPORTUNITY..." Allies thank Miyagi as ice demons begin to melt. A large man identified as Boss Onimasa regains his senses while others react with surprise at the sudden change in temperature.

A massive Allosaurus rampages through the castle interior, jaws snapping as X-Drake's transformed body smashes walls and debris. "ROAAAA AAAAAR!!" the beast roars while a crewmate screams "AAAAA ARGH!!" and another shouts "MISTER DRAKEI! SO HE'S REALLY GONE OVER TO THE ENEMY'S SIDE!!" In smaller panels, Zoro, Sanji, and Brook face off as voices call out: "YOU GUYS TOO! YOU AREN'T HERE TO FIGHT SMALL FRY, ARE YOUI" "IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THE ROOF, I CAN FLY YOU THERE." "I THINK I HAVE A HANDLE ON THE SITUATION... RORONOA..." "BUT WE HAVE TO HELP CHOPPER..." The Yakuza bosses charge forward with "THE YAKUZA BOSSES!! WE'LL LEAVE IT TO YOU!!" while others yell "DON'T WORRY MISTER SKELETON!! WE'LL PROTECT MISTER RACOON!!" A desperate voice cries "GIVE ME THE ANTIBODY!! I'M SCREWED IF I LOSE THAT!!" "SHUT THE DOOR!!" "WAIT, YOU BASTARD!!" A panel shows X-Drake's label: "FORMER FLYING SIX X-DRAKE DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT ZOAN: MODEL: ALLOSAURUS". One fighter taunts "YOU'RE SMARTER THAN YOU LOOK. ALIGNING YOURSELF WITH THE WINNING SIDE..." as another urges "LEAVE THIS FLOOR TO ME AND GO ON AHEAD!!" "IF YOU REALLY CONSIDER ME YOUR ALLY... UGH!"

Inside the castle's fourth floor, Sanji leaps through collapsing architecture, fists raised as he declares "SANJI PROBABLY SENSED THE PRESENCE OF A STRONG ENEMY..." and "I SEE! SEEMS LIKE MY OBSERVATION HAKI STILL NEEDS WORK!!" A massive hole opens in the floor, revealing lower levels as debris rains down. "MUST STAY BACK ON THIS FLOOR AS WELL!!" a horned fighter growls while another shouts "I'LL CREATE AN OPENING!! LUFFY, PLEASE GO ON AHEAD!!" Smoke and rubble fill the air as figures tumble through the breach. The narration box reads "INSIDE THE CASTLE FOURTH FLOOR". Farther below, a dome interior is labeled "INSIDE THE DOME LEFT BRAIN TOWER CENTRAL PASSAGE" as a towering figure bellows "GENERALLL!!" with frantic cries echoing around him.

A hulking mechanical launcher erupts in smoke and fire with the cry "LAUNCHER"!!! as a massive projectile blasts forward. A victim howls "AAAAAAA AARGH!!" while the attacker yells "YOU GUYS!! MOVE ASIDE!!" Multiple impact panels show bodies hurled backward with "ARGH!" "UGH!" and "HUF... HUF..." A close-up reveals a spiked helmet and determined glare as the machine smashes through the corridor. The sequence ends with a surprised "HUHI!!" as the dust settles.

A towering Triceratops-headed beast labeled "THE FLYING SIX SASAKI DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT ZOAN: MODEL: TRICERATOPS" charges through the banquet hall, horns lowered. "MASTER SASAKI!!!!" echoes as the monster roars "OHHHH!!" and taunts "YOUR TRICKS WON'T WORK NOW!! DAMN ROBOT!!" "DON'T GET AHEAD OF YOURSELF!!" A smaller panel shows the beast labeled "A TRICE-RATOPSI!!" while voices plead "PLEASE FINISH HIM OFF!!" and "DON'T RUN FROM US~" "YOU CAN'T~" "WOAH!" "HEY!! WAIT UP!!" "DON'T RUN AWAY..." The narration notes "INSIDE THE CASTLE THIRD FLOOR BANQUET HALL" and "HE'S ESCAPING!!!" as the dinosaur rampages onward.

A desperate figure pants, "HUFF.. HUFF.." while thinking, "BUT STILL... I MUST GO, THERE'S SOMEWHERE I NEED TO BE...!!" Black Maria looms in her hybrid spider form, her massive spider legs and silk threads dominating the room as she purrs, "UFUFU♡ STAY HERE, WITH US. I'LL MAKE YOU MY PET.♡" She leans toward the seated man and teases, "HEY YOU- YOU SAID YOU WERE LOVESTRUCK, DIDN'T YOUI ♡" The label reads "THE FLYING SIX BLACK MARIA SPIDER-SPIDER FRUIT, ANCIENT ZOAN, MODEL: ROSAMYGALE GRAUVOGELI." Around her, a crowd of women laugh and call out "WOMEN!! GYAH HAHA" and "AND MORE WOMEN!! UFUFU WOMEN!!" The seated man stares upward in shock, exclaiming, "THIS GUY IS NUTS!! IS THIS HEAVENI"

Who's Who towers in his saber-toothed tiger hybrid form, snarling as he declares, "I DIDN'T EXPECT THE FORMER WARLORD, JINBE THE KNIGHT OF THE SEA TO BE SO CHILDISH." A voice retorts, "I'D RATHER YOU USED THE TITLE WITH MORE WORTH TO IT! I'M THE HELMSMAN OF THE STRAW HAT PIRATES!!" The sign reads "INSIDE THE CASTLE FOURTH FLOOR CAT CAFE." Who's Who continues, "BACK WHEN YOU WERE STILL A MEMBER OF THE WARLORDS, I CAUGHT A GLIMPSE OF YOU ONCE..." while another panel shows him saying, "IF I COULD SEE YOUR FACE, IT'D PROBABLY JOG MY MEMORY." A woman warns, "AAAH... STRAWHAT GOT AWAY. WE'VE CAUSED KAIDO SOME TROUBLE..." and demands, "STOP BULLYING MY MEN, WILL YOUI" The label identifies "THE FLYING SIX WHO'S WHO CAT-CAT FRUIT, ANCIENT ZOAN, MODEL: SABERTOOTHED TIGER."

Inside the dome store room, a man asks, "WHAT IS THISI" and notes, "HUFF.. HUFF.. NOBODY COMES HERE SO WE ARE SAFE." A dragon statue stands abandoned. Outside, massive dinosaur zoans rampage as the label declares "THE FLYING SIX ULTI DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT ZOAN, MODEL: PACHYCEPHALOSAURUS" and "THE FLYING SIX PAGE ONE DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT ZOAN, MODEL: SPINOSAURUS." Onlookers shout, "WOAAH!! TWO DINOSAURS CAME CRASHING IN!!" and "THEY ARE THE FLYING SIX!! OUR ENEMIES!!" A woman recalls, "A FEW YEARS AGO... HE CAME TO KILL MY FATHER...!!" and vows, "THAT WOMAN... I'LL MAKE SURE TO CRACK HER HEAD IN HALF...!!" The final panel shows the chapter end with "ONE PIECE CH. 998 / END."
