Sortie!!

Rocket Man launches out of the canal into the storm. Kokoro shouts, "Rocket Man is leaving the canal!! Ready yourselves, everyone!!!" The runaway train blasts forward with a deafening crash, "WOO WOOO--!!" and the passengers are thrown by the speed. Luffy screams with delight, "WOW---!!!" while Nami and Zoro stare wide-eyed. Chopper yells, "We're flying~~~!!!" as the train skips over the violent water instead of riding it like an ordinary train.

Outside, the Franky Family cheers because the sea train has truly departed. A voice calls, "Alright! The sea train has left!!!" Sodom and Gomorrah roar, "BRIIHIIHII~~~!!" and "BURUHU..." The King Bulls launch after Rocket Man as their riders shout, "We're heading out, too, boys~~~!!!" and "WOO HOO~~!!!" Someone cries, "Fly--!!!! Sodom!!! Gomorrah!!!" Luffy, thrilled by the sight of something soaring toward them, laughs and asks, "What the heck's that!!? Something's flying towards us!!!"

The Franky Family arrives behind Rocket Man on its private King Bulls, Sodom and Gomorrah. The bulls are called "top-quality bulls that can roam in even the most violent of waves," and Luffy marvels, "Wow--!! Such huge yagara bulls!!!" The Franky Family shouts, "Straw Hat-san!!! The Franky Family has a total of 50 members!! Thanks for everything you've done!!!" They order, "Fire the link cannons!!" and tell one another, "We're depending on you guys now!!!" A voice warns, "Those damned idiots...!!!" while the bulls ram forward and the whole formation tries not to be thrown off.

Kokoro studies the route through the waves and says, "Let's see... so the rail's gotten washed away by waves..." She spots it again and calls, "Over there...!!" Her confidence does not waver: "But that's no problem. I've been monitoring the sea train since it was built, so don't underestimate me!!" From the control room comes an "Urgent message": "We will be latching onto the rail soon, and that means our speed will increase considerably!! Please brace yourselves so you'll only receive minor injuries!!!" Nami asks in disbelief, "So, we'll get hurt no matter what...?" Then Rocket Man locks onto the rails and shoots forward: "Here we go!!!"

Inside the train, Nami notices the stowaways: "Chimney!!! Gonbe!!" The children wave back happily. Chimney says, "Gran'ma, a little more to the right!!" and "You two followed us!?" Gonbe meows, "Nya nya!!" Chimney laughs, "Yeah, we did--!! Ahahaha!" The others panic and shout, "You get in here right now!! Or you'll get blown away!!" The sudden acceleration hits and the train jolts violently, throwing bodies and cargo as Chopper and Zoro brace themselves against the walls.

Rocket Man tears over the sea so violently that the passengers can barely stay upright. Someone screams, "WAAAH!!!" and another cries, "Wow!! We can't stay outside in this!!!" Inside, everyone crashes into one another. Kokoro says, "Ngaga!! It's not acceleration, it's gone out of control!!" while another passenger groans, "That was an amazing acceleration...!!" Luffy complains, "That wasn't a first-class seat at all..." and others mutter, "My back..." and "That scared the hell outta me!" Even Zoro warns, "There are some suspicious looking people in here," because the new passengers are packed into the chaos with them.

Luffy sees more unexpected allies and asks, "Oh? Who?" The Galley-La foremen and Franky Family shout, "You!!!" and "You too!!!" Paulie explains that they could not stop the Straw Hats anyway, "so might as well join you!" Tilestone laughs, "Gahahaha, Paulie!! We wanted to see who Iceburg-san's 'enemies' are, so we followed you onto the train!!" Another man says, "We hid together in the coal car." Paulie makes it clear this is personal: "The 'enemy' that kidnapped your friends, also tried to assassinate Iceburg-san!! This has nothing to do with Galley-La, though. It's personal...!!!"

The Franky Family tells Galley-La, "If anything happens to bro, you're going to pay!!!" and the foremen fire back, "Shut up!! The one who's suffering the most is Iceburg-san!!" The masked foreman demands, "Paulie!! Explain something to us first!!!" Paulie says they already know the truth: "We're not stupid... We've pretty much figured it all out... We won't be surprised... You know who the real criminals are... so tell us yourself." He reveals it plainly: "Those guys with the masks were actually Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa, and Blueno from the bar. Those four people were actually spies for the World Government... They tried to kill Iceburg-san...!!"

The revelation hits the car like a physical blow. The Galley-La men scream, "You didn't know!!!?" and someone asks, "Who did you think they were!?" Luffy, still chewing, only says, "So...!!" as people from Michael and Hoichael's old town cheer in the background. The passengers finally understand the shape of the alliance: "Franky Family... and Galley-La shipwrights." Everyone on board has been hurt by the same enemy, even if they started the day fighting each other.

Rocket Man races through Aqua Laguna while Luffy sums up the situation. "Even though we had some problems with each other in town... our enemies are the same now!" he says. In the coming fights, he knows exactly who matters most: "The strongest guy... is that pigeon bastard!! I will definitely kick his ass!!!" Chopper notices the danger outside and cries, "Gran'ma! Gran'ma! It's the Aqua Laguna!!!" Zoro states the mission clearly: "The reason for this fight is to take back what those four people took from us. It won't end until we get them."

Nami asks, "By the way, Kokoro baa-san, shouldn't you be in the control room?" Kokoro grins, "Ngagaga... I've told you before! Rocket Man is a runaway train. My job was to get the train on the rails!! The brakes are useless, so it's impossible to control it now." Luffy looks ahead and sees the tidal wave bearing down: "Luffy!! The train is going to run into a tidal wave!!" But Franky Family, Galley-La, and the Straw Hats are all moving in the same direction. Luffy raises his arm and declares, "From now on... we're allies!!!"

The passengers accept the alliance because the train ahead of them has their friends on it. They say, "The sea train that's ahead of us... has our friends on it!!!" and "By joining up, our power is even stronger!!!" Even Sodom and Gomorrah roar, "BARURURU..." Luffy refuses to be stopped by the wave: "We're not going to be beaten by a wave!!! We're going to achieve all of our goals!!!" The whole train, from Straw Hats to shipwrights to the Franky Family, locks onto one shared purpose.

Ahead of Rocket Man, a gigantic wave rises like a wall. The passengers shout, "WOO OOOH!!!" and "Let's go~~!!!!" Kokoro laughs into the danger: "Ngagaga! OK, people, see if you can do something about this wave!!!" Nami's baby Den Den Mushi rings, "BURU BURU..." and she realizes, "It rang!! The baby Den Den Mushi!!" On deck, orders fly: "Franky Family, don't back down from this wave!!" "Prepare to fire the cannons!!!" "Roger!!" and "Heave ho!!"

On the other end, the Puffing Tom continues toward Enies Lobby. In the fifth car, the Marines call, "Hey, you there!!!" and report, "Yes, Captain T-Bone!!" T-Bone is bleeding and asks, "Where'd that wound come from!?" A Marine says, "Oh no!!! We have to stop the bleeding!!!" but T-Bone only answers, "Ah... earlier, a bug bit me and it started bleeding..." His men shout, "Let this stop it in time!!" and "Ah!! But that's your important cape...!!" He replies, "That's fine... When my men bleed... my heart aches!!!"

T-Bone stands like a terrifying saint, saying, "Let today be peaceful... and our world, gentle!!!" The Marines think, "His face is scary..." but the placard names him: "Marine HQ Captain 'T-Bone.' Interests: helping others. Slogan: a hundred good deeds per day." A Marine bursts in: "Captain T-Bone!!! We have a problem!!!" T-Bone turns at once: "What is it!? I will do everything I can to help!! Even if it means destroying my body!" The report is worse than he expects.

The Marines report, "The guards in the sixth and seventh cars have been... wiped out!!! And the two criminals are missing...!!!" T-Bone shouts, "What...!!?" They still do not know whether there was an intruder or whether the criminals got free by themselves, so he orders, "Give the wounded emergency aid!! Report this to all cars!!" Far behind, Sanji sits in the wrecked train car with the baby Den Den Mushi and calls, "Nami! Nami! Can you hear me!?" Nami answers, "Yes! Is that you, Sanji-kun?" Sanji warns her, "Because of two idiots, the situation here has become very bad..."
