National Security

The story resumes with a massive impact. Luffy's leg, stretched out to an incredible length, slams directly into Wapol's face with tremendous force. Wapol's face is heavily distorted by the blow, and he screams in pain, "AAAAARRRR" and "RRGGHHHHH!". His subordinates, Chess and Kuromarimo, watch in shock, yelling "YOUR MAJESTY!".

Sanji, smoking his cigarette, looks on in surprise. "Huh? Those guys again? What're they doing here?" Chopper stares in wide-eyed shock. Dr. Kureha grins broadly, "What in the world...!?". Wapol is sent flying backward by the force of Luffy's kick, soaring over the snow-covered bridge leading to the castle. He crashes into the snow, groaning "Ugh... Gahh...". Chess and Kuromarimo rush to the edge of the bridge, looking down at him. "Close call!" one of them says. They glare back at Luffy, Sanji, and Chopper. "You three sure were a big pain in my ass back then..."

Luffy stands confidently, grinning widely and cracking his knuckles. "But now I don't need to hold back anymore~! Shi Shi Shi Shi!" Chess and Kuromarimo yell angrily at him from across the bridge. "How dare you treat King Wapol of Drum with such disrespect and brutality!? That's right! Don't you realize you're in the presence of royalty!? This island and the lives of its inhabitants are subject to the very whims of his regal self!" Luffy casually picks his nose, completely unimpressed. "King? So what!? All I know is that you guys annoy the hell outta me."

Sanji steps forward, looking annoyed. "Well, I'm not gonna take their crap anymore! They even tried to eat my ship! Nothing but pests, the lot of'em." Kureha smirks, "Oh I know them alright. They're the 'pesty pirate posse.' You know those three, kid?" Sanji turns to Luffy, noticing his lack of winter clothing. "More importantly, aren't you cold with just that on?" Across the bridge, Chess and Kuromarimo are outraged. "Did they just say 'King!?' I thought they were pirates!" Sanji retorts, "You just realized that!?" The two subordinates yell, "THEY'RE IGNORING US!" Sanji suddenly shivers violently. "Holy cow, it's cold!" Luffy, also shivering, agrees, "Yeah, I know!" Sanji adds, "It's minus 50°C." Chess glares at them, "Fool... It seems you've only now realized the folly of your actions. But that is how it is. The man before you is none other than the rightful master of Drum Cast-"

Wapol suddenly rises from the snow, his face heavily dented from Luffy's kick. He roars in fury, "ARGGHHHHHH!". Chess and Kuromarimo yell, "YOUR MAJESTY!". Wapol glares menacingly at the castle. "Strawhat...! You've ticked me off big time... I swear I'll devour every last piece of you now... MAHAHA... MAHAHAHA." Sanji looks around, noticing Luffy is no longer beside him. "Hm? Did he... stretch just now...?" Chopper also looks around in confusion. Sanji asks, "If you don't mind me asking... HE'S NOT HERE!?" Kureha calmly replies, "Uhhh, might want to save the tough-talk. He's gone back inside to get a jacket."

Sanji smiles, exhaling smoke. "It means he's a monster." Chopper looks up at him, confused. "...What's that?" Sanji clarifies, "Sure did... He's a rubber-human." Across the bridge, Wapol surveys the situation. "Dalton's corpse is below and here we have that rebel hag, as well as the Strawhat pirates. MAHAHA! What a perfect chance this is, to remove all the thorns in my side with one fell swoop!" Kuromarimo bows slightly. "Indeed, your majesty. It'll make for a perfect rebirth of Drum Kingdom. Allow us to quickly dispose of these nuisances, your majesty." Wapol glares at Kureha. "I don't know what you were thinking, but you've sure got some guts appropriating his majesty's castle for your own use, Dr. Kureha!"

Kureha laughs dismissively. "Heee heehee! Personally, I couldn't care less about this crumbling piece of heap you call a castle.... But my stubborn lil' friend here was insistent about making a proper grave for Hiluluk here, you see." Chess and Kuromarimo suddenly notice Chopper and point their weapons at him in alarm. "Your majesty, that thing is...! Yes, it's the same monster... that came here, following Hiluluk back then! It's a monster! Shoot it!" Chopper transforms into his large, muscular Heavy Point form, standing protectively in front of the castle doors. "Doc wanted to save this country. That's why I won't let you set a single foot in this castle!"

Chopper stands tall, holding up a large Jolly Roger flag with a skull and crossbones featuring cherry blossom petals. "I won't let the likes of you, knock down Doc's 'conviction!'" The flag waves proudly in the wind. Wapol laughs maniacally. "MAHAHAHA... Excellent! All the people I want to kill, right here in one place! No need for any mercy, Chess and Kuromarimo! Slaughter them all!" Sanji steps forward, ready to fight. "What's his beef with us? I couldn't give a rat's tail about these losers... So, are you gonna fight too, granny?" Kureha replies, "I'll lend you a hand if you can't handle it by yourselves." Sanji mutters, "T-thanks..."

Kuromarimo leaps high into the air, pulling off pieces of his afro hair and throwing them like projectiles. "Hmph! Turning a holy castle into a grave for some quack doctor!? I'll start by killing you first, Dr. Kureha! ELECTRIC MARIMO!" The afro projectiles fly towards Kureha. Sanji quickly steps in and kicks one of the projectiles away before it can hit her. Chopper yells out in concern, "Doctress!"

Sanji exhales a cloud of smoke, looking annoyed. "Now, now... What kinda afro-bro goes around throwing his afros at a lady?" Kureha smiles approvingly. "Heehee heehee... Now you're showing a bit more class, kid." Kuromarimo smirks as the afro Sanji kicked suddenly sticks to Sanji's leg. "Gotcha...!" Sanji looks down in shock. "W-Wha!? It won't come off! The hell's up with this afro!?" Kuromarimo laughs triumphantly. "Mu ha ha ha! And there's more where that came from. Exactly! Is it because of static electricity!?" He prepares to throw a barrage of more afros.

Kuromarimo unleashes a flurry of afro projectiles. "MARIMOOOO!" Sanji tries to kick them away, but they stick to his legs and arms. "Aghh!" Chopper watches in panic. Sanji, now covered in several afros, yells at Chopper. "Yo reindeer! Don't just stand there! Help me get these things off!" Chopper rushes over. "R-right! C'mon, hurry up! This feels nasty and its tacky as hell!" Chopper tries to pull the afros off Sanji, but they immediately stick to his own fur. "Ah, crap! It's stuck on me now! I'm giving it back!" Sanji yells back, "Don't give it back! Take at least one for yourself!" Kureha watches the chaotic scene with a sweatdrop. "What are you kids doing...?"

Inside the castle, Nami sits up in bed, shivering. "Yeah, it's freezing out there. Where'd my jacket go?" Luffy runs out the door, wearing Nami's checkered coat. "Jacket, jacket, jacket... Whoo boy, it's cold." Nami calls out, "Something wrong outside?" Luffy replies from off-screen, "Oh, just a little fight." Nami asks, "Oh... are you going to be alright?" Luffy says, "Yeah, yeah, don't worry. Just go back to bed." Nami clarifies, "No, I meant if something was going on outside?" A flashback shows Nami and Luffy earlier. Luffy, wearing his red coat, says, "You can wear my jacket." Nami, wearing her checkered coat, replies, "I dunno... your jacket's not cool." Luffy argues, "It's cooler-looking than yours." Nami asks, "Is it?" and then concedes, "Well whatever. It'll do as long as it keeps me warm." Back in the present, Luffy runs outside wearing Nami's checkered coat. "Alright, time to teach those pests a lesson!" Nami sighs in bed, "Jeez... I thought something serious had happened."

Outside, Chess draws his bow and aims an arrow. "Hmph, talk about poor teamwork. Let me tell you beforehand... Those marimo-afros might not be in the best taste, but they sure do burn easily." Sanji and Chopper, still covered in the sticky afros, panic. Sanji yells, "Crap! He's gonna burn the afros!" Chopper quickly grabs Sanji. "Time for the decoy plan!" Sanji protests, "I'm the decoy!?" Chopper throws Sanji into the air. Chess fires a flaming arrow. "Checkmate! Get out of this country!" Sanji flails in mid-air as the arrow approaches. "What!? Hot hot hot! Gotta douse it in snow!"

Wapol suddenly lunges forward, his massive mouth wide open, shoving Chess aside. "Move it, Chess!" His men yell, "YOUR MAJESTY!". Sanji, running with the afros on fire, yells "Crap!". Someone yells "CHOPPER!". Sanji, engulfed in flames, sarcastically remarks, "Ahh, nice and toasty!". He spots Luffy arriving in the checkered coat. "Luffy! Grab onto my legs from there!" Luffy grabs Sanji's outstretched leg. "Your leg? Sure, why not?" Luffy holds on tight. "Like this!?" Sanji prepares to launch him. "Good, now don't let go!"

Sanji swings his leg forward with immense power, launching Luffy like a slingshot. "ARMEE DE L'AIR..." Wapol is shown chewing on something, looking surprised. "Aghh! Cool! Oh?" Luffy flies forward at high speed, propelled by Sanji's kick. "...RUBBER SHOT!"

As Luffy flies through the air, he begins to spin rapidly. "I'll add in some more force by spinning!" Wapol watches in shock as Luffy approaches. "NUGARGHHH!" Luffy slams feet-first directly into Wapol's stomach with devastating impact. The force of the blow sends Wapol flying backward violently.

Wapol is sent soaring through the air, screaming "MOOOOOO!". He crashes into his giant hippo mount, Robson, sending them both tumbling away. Sanji lands gracefully in the snow, the flames on the afros extinguished. He smiles, satisfied with the attack. "Heh, not bad, not bad..."

Luffy lands nearby, looking into the distance. "Yeah... Whoa, look! That dude's still alive! The hippo's still flyin' though..." Sanji angrily points at Luffy. "Hey, Luffy! That's Nami's jacket, isn't it!? Well take it off right now!" Chopper looks at them in awe. "You two are pretty amazing..." Sanji replies modestly, "T-thanks...". Across the snow, Chess and Kuromarimo rush to Wapol's side. "Are you alright, your majesty! We under-estimated those two, forgive us! I'll kill them..." Wapol stands up, his face now completely square-shaped from the impact. "Pardon?" He glares menacingly. "It's time for me to show them, my 'Baku Baku Factory!'"
