The Super Humans of Enies Lobby

The Puffing Tom's first car rattles forward after the violent separation. Someone asks, "He's still alive?" and another answers, "For real!?" The reply comes, "That's what he said." Franky has survived the chaos, and Robin quietly processes what he told her. She says, "It's very likely that CP9 intended to kill him..." and then concludes, "You should keep quiet about this for his sake." The point lands on Franky's sacrifice: he told her he might die, but he also knew the Straw Hats would not easily abandon her. The government train continues toward Enies Lobby with Robin and Franky still in custody, but Franky's words remain with her.

Franky explains the danger of the ancient weapon and the blueprints he carries. Robin tells him, "You're pretty smart," and Franky answers, "So, I have the blueprints of the weapon... and you have the power to awaken it." If the government gains both keys, he says, "The day of Armageddon, when this weapon finally emerges... is the day when the age of pirates will end." Robin understands that the government wants power enough to reshape the world. Franky continues, "Then the world government will use its power to change the world to its liking. My master sacrificed his own life... to keep the blueprint of this dangerous weapon... out of the wrong hands, and from endangering the world."

Robin insists that escape alone is not enough. "It's not enough for me to escape. I have to get you back to those pirates." Franky tells her she is the only one in danger, but Robin answers, "That's impossible! If I go back to them, I'll just put them in danger." Franky rejects the whole accusation that has followed her since childhood. "No matter what kind of ship it is... the ship itself is neither good nor evil...!! But, no matter what kind of weapon you hold, that, alone, is never a crime!!" Then he states the truth Robin has needed to hear: "It's never a crime just to exist!!!" The line cuts directly against the government's twenty-year condemnation of Nico Robin.

Rocketman crashes onward after hitting Yokozuna. The crew reels and someone yells, "What was that giant frog about!?" Another shouts, "Don't see him!!!" and the answer comes, "This's bad!! It smacked the Rocketman away!!!" The train has been knocked off balance, but Luffy's side refuses to stop. The Franky Family cries, "We gotta rescue our bro, Franky!!" and someone warns, "The Rocketman will come back to us!! We just have to stay on the rail!!" Even with another pair of disconnected cars ahead and the rails half-lost in the storm, the order is clear: "Regardless, we have to keep going!!!"

Luffy loses patience with Yokozuna and screams, "Stupid frog~~~~!!!" The frog answers with "Gero!!!" while Rocketman barrels through the sea. Someone shouts, "We'd almost caught up to Sanji!!!" and Luffy threatens, "You 'gero' again, and I'll eat you!!" The crew realizes something has changed: "We've strayed from the rail by quite a bit!!" Chopper asks, "What happened!?" and Luffy explains, "Then you smacked us off the track!!!" Kokoro is still determined to reach Enies Lobby, and the whole train fights to regain direction before the government's island vanishes ahead.

Kokoro takes control of the situation. Someone says, "Then that's fine!! I'll observe till it turns following my directions!!" but Nami steps forward, studying the current. Kokoro says, "We sure do! We have an eternal pose to every station onboard!!" and then adds, "Kokoro, do we know the direction to the island?" The sea is brutal and the current is too strong, but Nami's confidence returns. Kokoro grins, "That's marvelous!! Nagagaga!!!" Nami smiles and declares, "I'm a... navigator!!" The job of steering Rocketman through the impossible waters now belongs to her.

The crew pauses long enough to understand Yokozuna's reason for standing in their way. Someone asks, "What's up?" and Kokoro explains, "The old lady is talking to Yokozuna!" She tells the frog, "Keep your mouth shut, or you might get spanked." Then she says he has been challenging the sea train since "8 years ago you saw Tom get taken away..." and asks whether he wants to protect the people he loves. Yokozuna answers with "Gero!!!" Kokoro decides to use that stubbornness: "Well!! Now's the time to see if your training's been a success!!! Right now, we're chasing after him!" The frog's old grief becomes part of the rescue.

Yokozuna joins the chase. Kokoro asks him, "Do you want to come with us!?" and Luffy shouts, "Straw Hat, we've got one more comrade!!!" Someone reacts, "You can understand him!? Granny, are you a frog monster?" Kokoro laughs, "Nagagaga! Sure, whatever you wanna call me." She gives orders before they reach the island: "Before we get to the island, pick up my dismantler brothers! They'll definitely be able to help out!!" Nami answers, "Got it!" and Kokoro adds that she has spotted "a strong current at 8 o'clock." The plan becomes simple and reckless: pick up everyone, charge forward, and let Rocketman do the rest.

At Enies Lobby, the Puffing Tom arrives. A report rings out: "CP9 has arrived!!" Another order follows: "Take the criminals out!" The location is identified as "Judicial Island, Enies Lobby." Marines praise the mission: "Nice work on the mission!!" and then react in alarm as Franky is dragged out, yelling, "Gyaaaaaaa!!!" He snaps at the guards, "How dare you treat me like this!? I oughta teach you a lesson!!!" One guard warns, "Watch out!! He bites!!" while another mutters, "What a troublemaker..." Robin, Franky, and CP9 have reached the government's stronghold.

The front gate of Enies Lobby opens for CP9. An onlooker sees Robin and says, "What... a beauty." Another identifies her: "Nico Robin..." The guards discuss the case: "They solved the government's 20-year-long problem. Just like that." Another answers, "The CP9 sure are great." The massive gate creaks open with the command, "Open the front gate--!!!" CP9 walks through in formation, carrying Robin and Franky into the center of judicial power. The old mission to capture Robin has finally reached the place where the government intends to make her disappear.

Enies Lobby reveals itself as a fortress built around impossibility: a huge island hanging over a hole in the middle of the ocean, with water falling endlessly into the abyss. Franky stares and shouts, "Wow!!! I've never seen anything like this before...!!!" He asks, "A hole... in the middle of the ocean!?" and then, "A... waterfall!?" Another voice snaps, "Shut up and keep moving..." The island rises above the impossible drop, its towers and gates standing over the emptiness. This is the government's court island, the place where the sea itself seems to fall away beneath authority.

CP9 proceeds inside. A guard clicks the gate and reports, "Lucci and the others... and they brought us the best present possible!!" The official entrance to Enies Lobby opens ahead of them, and the agents walk into the island's inner structure with Robin and Franky. The scene emphasizes the government's confidence: they are not hiding the captives now, but parading them through the very center of the judicial island. Robin's capture and Franky's blueprints are being treated as trophies delivered to the world government's doorstep.

Inside Enies Lobby, CP9 reunites with the other agents after five years. A tall agent laughs, "It's been five years... since all 8 of CP9 have been together!!!" Another asks, "And what's the deal with this news story!?" They discuss a botched mission: "The plan was to kill the rebellion leader... A total of three targets were to be eliminated... but, you killed 23 people!!!" The reprimanded agent pants, "Breee...!" and the room demands, "Do you have anything to say!!?" The reunion is not warm. It immediately shows that CP9's members are monstrous even by the government's own standards.

The new CP9 members are introduced through bickering chaos. Kumadori declares, "It's~~~~ all my fault~~~!! I take full responsibility!!!" and is labeled "CP9 Six-Form User Kumadori." Jabra snarls, "Enough, Kumadori!!! A man shouldn't lower his head so easily!!" and is labeled "CP9 Six-Form User Zyabura." Fukuro sits with a zipped mouth and is labeled "CP9 Six-Form User Fukurou." Jabra yells at Fukuro, "We're secret agents! We have to keep secrets!! When will you learn to control your big mouth!?" Fukuro insists, "It was an accident! Chyaba baba..." Kumadori cries that he will commit seppuku, while Jabra and Fukuro shout over him. Their absurd behavior hides the fact that each of them is another Six-Form monster waiting inside Enies Lobby.

Rocketman races toward Enies Lobby with every ally packed aboard. The crew yells, "Go faster!!" and "Hurry up!!" as Yokozuna and the Franky Family ride the front. Luffy learns what Franky did and shouts, "What!? So, our bro, Franky, sacrificed himself!?" Someone answers, "Yes, to try to save Robin." The Franky Family weeps, "Woo woo woo... Bro's such a great guy..." Then Usopp spots the island: "Hey! I see the Never-Night Island!!!" Luffy cries, "I see 'em!!! Huge Yagara~~~~!!!" The crew identifies it: "Never-Night Island!?" "Yeah, it's always daytime there. It's also known as Picture Island. That's the Judicial Island!!!" Finally the words ring out: "Enies Lobby!!!"

Rocketman draws within sight of the island. Someone shouts, "Hey~~~~!!!!" and Nami cries, "Look!! Over there!!!" Sanji calls to Luffy from the separated car, "Luffy!!" and Luffy answers in shock, "Ah!!! Sanji~~!!!" Someone asks, "Eh...!! Who's that!?" The Franky Family yells, "Captain Straw Hat!!!" Nami looks at the people gathered on the train and says, "They all look so energetic! Ready to siege the front door of the world government!!" The order goes out: "All crews, prepare for battle!!!!" The chapter ends with Rocketman and its wild alliance charging toward Enies Lobby, no longer chasing in the dark but preparing to attack the government's island directly.
