From the Whole Cake Chateau roof, smoke drifts upward as the sprawling cityscape below comes into view. A small figure with a bow peeks over the edge, exclaiming "HOLY CRAP...". In the next panel a bearded man with a bow shouts, "FATHER! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! JUST NOW, THE PRESIDENT OF THE WORLD ECONOMIC TIMES AND THE HEAD OF THE GERMA WERE TALKING RERO!" Another voice calls out, "VITO! WHAT ARE YOU DOINGI!" Two men converse below: one with a cross-shaped scar on his forehead says, "WELL... ALL I KNOW IS THAT THIS PARTY'S ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVEL!" while the man in the fedora replies, "THEY'VE GOT EARS AND MOUTHS ON THEIR HEADS, HAVEN'T THEYI OF COURSE THEY'LL TALK." The right side shows a sweeping vertical view of the massive, spiraling Staircase of Candy descending the chateau exterior. The caption reads "ATOP THE STAIRCASE OF CANDY LIES...I" Small figures stand at the base looking upward.

"NOW, NOW...LEAVE ALL THAT ALONE!" and "AND SOME FOR YOUR DAUGHTER, IN HONOR OF HER WEDDING TODAY." More voices chime in: "I HAVE SHIPPED MY OWN AS WELL! FROM THE FURTHEST REACHES OF THE NORTH!" "MINE ARE RARE GIFTS FROM THE SOUTH!" "PLEASE, ACCEPT MINE AS WELL!" "I BROUGHT SOME TOO, LINLIN.♡" Overwhelmed with joy, Big Mom beams amid the growing pile of chests and exclaims "THANK YOU FOR ALL THIS! THANK YOU, INDEED! I'M SO HAPPY!" while a large "ビーン!!" sound effect rings out. She continues, "I'M POSITIVELY ELATED!♡ THANK YOU, THANK YOU!"

Big Mom sits at her table surrounded by attendants and declares, "THE TREASURE CHEST PASSED DOWN IN THE ROYAL LINEAGE OF THE DEEP, FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION! AND, FOR SOME REASON I CANNOT FATHOM, NEPTUNE HAS WILLINGLY PARTED WITH IT, AND NOW IT RESTS HERE, WITH ME!" Morgans, the bird-like reporter, replies, "OHI NEWS DOES REACH YOUR EARS QUITE QUICKLY, MORGANS. INDEED, I DID. I HEARD YOU RECENTLY OBTAINED THE GREAT TREASURE OF THE SEA FLOOR RECENTLY! SPEAKING OF TREASURE CHESTS!" The Tamate-bako is revealed in a dramatic panel as Big Mom announces, "THE TAMATE-BAKO! THE TREASURE CHEST OF LEGENDS ITSELF, THIS IS." A young woman nearby wonders, "I WONDER WHAT IN THE WORLD IS INSIDE!" while another voice exclaims, "OOOH!! WHAT GRAVITAS! WHAT PRESENCE!" Big Mom then booms, "DURING THE GRAND BANQUET AFTER PUDDING'S CEREMONY! YOU WILL ALL GET TO SEE WHAT IS INSIDE! ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER PRESENTS I HAVE RECEIVED, I WILL OPEN THIS. I CAN'T WAIT!" as she laughs heartily, "おおおおお."

In the corridors, a voice reports, "THE PRELIMINARY PREPARATIONS WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH!" Another replies, "OHI DONE ALREADYI" A tall man in a striped coat is addressed as "FATHER!" Inside the wedding hall, a stern man in a polka-dot coat states, "WE'VE ALSO PLACED A HORNED DEN-DEN MUSHI TO BLOCK RADIO TRANSMISSION. THE WEDDING HALL IS COMPLETELY ISOLATED. GOOD." A smaller curly-haired figure adds, "WE SEALED OFF ALL THE CORRIDORS ON OUR WAY UP HERE. IF WE LOCK THIS DOOR UP TIGHT, NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE IT UP HERE FOR THE TIME BEING." An angry man with a cigar demands, "WHAT'S THE STATE OF AFFAIRS DOWNSTAIRSI THE COOKS ARE CURRENTLY PARTYING AT THE BANQUET BEING HELD TO COMMEMORATE THE END OF THE CULINARY PREPARATIONS." Below, a furious figure with a long mustache shouts, "DAMN IT, YOU OAF! STOP CALLING ME THAT!" while others call out, "GET THE MIRROR OUT. CAESAR. ROGER. WELL DONE. GO CHANGE." and "KNOCK KNOCK."

A tall man with spiky black hair in a pinstripe suit stands before an ornate mirror, smirking as he declares, "HMPH!" Nearby, a voice booms, "WELL, TRY TO ENJOY YOURSELVES, SCUM OF THE EARTH! SHURORORO!" and another adds, "SO THIS IS GOING TO BE YOUR ENTRANCE INTO THE TEA PARTYI" A cloaked figure with a wide grin retorts, "YOU'RE PRETTY SCUMMY YOURSELF, YOU KNOW... ANYWAY, GO HIDE THE MIRROR SOMEWHERE OVER THERE! QUICKLY!" The spiky-haired man turns away with a sharp "ズ!!" sound. In the next tier, Capone Bege, wearing a top hat and smoking a cigar, speaks firmly to a subordinate: "I'M NOT GOING TO BETRAY YOU NOW, OF ALL TIMES!" The subordinate replies, "TRY NOT TO GET ANY WILD IDEAS." Bege continues, "THAT THING IS OUR ONE AND ONLY EXIT OUTTA HERE!" In the adjacent panel he orders, "AS SOON AS YOU HEAR BIG MOM CRY OUT IN HER STRANGE VOICE! YOUR JOB IS TO GRAB THAT MIRROR AND FLY IT INTO THE HALL!" Below, the ornate door marked with a bow stands open as Bege watches from the foreground. A close-up shows his intense glare and the word "GLARE" beside him. Caesar Clown's face appears in the final panel as he exclaims in shock, "OH NO... BEGE AND THE OTHERS ARE DEFINITELY PLANNING SOMETHING! CAESAR CLOWNI!" The long-haired man then announces, "I'LL WALK INTO THE HALL MYSELF! GET READY, YOU LOT. THERE'S NO GOING BACK! AFTER I STEP FOOT INSIDE THERE," as a spiky-haired man shouts from outside a grand hall, "GET BACK IN THERE. RIGHTI!" A cloaked observer mutters, "THOSE BASTARDS... I'M ACTUALLY SHOCKED!" while background figures stand near an ornate arched entrance.

Inside an opulent hall with checkered floors and chandeliers, a woman in a frilly dress thinks, "THE FACT THAT I'M SITTING HERE NEXT TO YOU IS SO STRANGE... I ALMOST FEEL AS IF I'M IN A DREAM." SANJI!" as Sanji crashes violently into the wall with a massive "CRASH," prompting shouts of "LORD SANJI CRASHED INTO THE WALL!" "OI! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT NOISEI!" "THE WALLI!" "HE'S BLEEDING LIKE MAD!"
