Finale

A wide view shows the devastated ruins of a once-grand city built into a massive stepped pyramid. Rubble and collapsed structures fill the foreground. Speech bubbles read: "What...!I They ran off from the islandI" and "Yes... They didn't even accept our token of appreciation...". In a lower panel, a tall bearded warrior named Pierre stands with arms crossed beside a woman in a striped cloak. Nearby figures include a spotted bird-like person. Bubbles continue: "Yes, they certainly left without a care for our feelings...", "Did they realize even a fraction of the gratitude we felt for them...I", and "How can this be...".

Among the ruins, a small child sits on the ground while voices comment: "That their saviours ran out on them...", "Everyone's in a big fuss.", "How unfair of you, Aisa...", and "Fufufu!". A young woman with wings trims the hair of the child Aisa, who stretches and declares, "I want to become like him too!" and "And have my body stretch reeeeaaaaally long!". The woman replies that Luffy and the others told her not to tell anyone. She continues trimming while saying, "You're a girl, so you gotta look pretty!", "You should grow out your hair. I'm sure it'll suit you.", and "Aisa... Let's only trim your hair a bit today." Aisa reacts with surprise: "...HuhI", "PrettyI", and "Who, meI". She also notes, "No longer need to bear arms...".

Aisa laughs "Hee hee!" as Raki styles her hair, telling her, "You're so ladylike today, Raki." and "Hey, stop moving, Aisa...". The scene shifts to a wide view of a ceremonial plaza where a tall statue of a great warrior stands on a pedestal. Several Shandia warriors gather around it. One says, "It seems that the duty of Shandia... Has been fulfilled at last." Another addresses the statue directly: "Great warrior Kalgar...".

A close-up shows a stern warrior with spiky hair declaring, "There is no longer any need for future generations to shed blood..." Beside him, a tattooed man with a headband and cigarette adds, "Your wish, too, Has likely reached your dear friend..." In a ruined battlefield, figures stand among broken weapons and banners as voices state, "The war is over... But we will not lose our pride!" and "That's why we swear..." A large panel centers on a heavily bandaged man seated cross-legged, flanked by a bird-masked warrior on his left and a winged woman on his right. Speech bubbles read, "Ever again. The scene shifts to a crowd before the ruins where narration states, "THE NAME OF SKYPIEA IS SKYPIEA AND THE NAME OF THIS CITY IS SHANDORA." A figure concludes, "IS A PILLAR." and another whispers, "GOD"...

A tall armored man stands on a cliff overlooking the ruined city as voices declare, "Is a man who continued to wrack his brain on the war. That man is you alone. The pillar that can unite these two separate realms." Close-ups show a stern face and an older bearded man with a headband. The older man pleads, "So please return to the seat of God once more...! And support this deeply wounded country." Another says, "As the knight of the sky, you alone occupy a neutral middle-ground." The crowd erupts in support: "GAN FALL! YEAH! IF IT'S YOU, WE'LL BE SATISFIED TOO! PLEASE, GAN FALL! You have all of our support!" Gan Fall himself shouts, "GOD!" while another laments, "Just when I thought I could return to tending my pumpkin garden..."

The Going Merry sails through the clouds above Skypiea's lower floor, the "White seas." Bubbles read "GOLD! GOLD! GOLD!" and "GOLD MAKES US..." with musical notes and "PARA PARA PAN!" On deck, the Straw Hats celebrate their loot. Luffy cheers, "Ooh! Ooh! I want some books!" while Nami plans, "Nami! I'd love a look for the fridge!" Usopp suggests, "Don't be stupid! We gotta use this to increase our firepower! Let's buy 10 cannons!" Chopper wants medical books, Sanji asks for more booze, and Robin eyes a strange statue. Luffy exclaims, "How about a HUUUUUGEEE statue!I SUPER RICH! WHAT'LL WE BUY!I It'll be so cool!" The crew divides the treasure as they prepare to descend.

The Going Merry sails through the white sea toward a massive ornate gate labeled CLOUD END. A huge sound effect booms as someone shouts, "IT'S CLOUD END!" Luffy yells excitedly, "OHHHH! SO WE CAN GET DOWN FROM HERE!I" On deck, the crew reflects on their time in the sky. Usopp says, "Guess it's time to say good bye to these white seas." Sanji adds, "It certainly is hard to say good bye..." Zoro notes, "Now that we're about to leave." Nami wonders, "So we're gonna go down...I" Robin sighs, "Sigh..." Chopper recalls, "Sky island sure was fun... But also scary." Luffy looks ahead with a serious expression. Below, the ship approaches the dark tunnel entrance under the gate. Crew members continue talking: "I'd certainly be hard..." "I wonder if we'll ever be able to come up again...I" "Is a milky road that'll take us all the way down to the blue seas, huh..." "So beyond that door," as the Merry begins its descent with a loud "VROOOOMMM" and smaller SFX.

Luffy waves goodbye with a big grin, shouting, "CONIS! OLD MAN! WHITE FLUFFBALL! TAKE CARE!" The crew calls out their thanks: "Thanks for everything, you two!" "Thanks for seeing us off!" "Please take care!" "It looks like we can only accompany you up to here, everyone!" Conis and the others wave from the clouds as someone says, "Stay safe, Conis!" with SFX "たーたった、ン". The ship tilts downward. Zoro calls, "Right!" Usopp warns, "Well, it is probably a slope taking us down 7000m! Hurry, guys!" Nami shouts, "Looks like we're about to speed up!" Sanji orders, "Guys, let's do as he says!" Robin adds, "Please raise your sails and hang on tight to your ship!" Chopper yells, "Put all the gold inside the rooms!" The Southbird reacts with "HmI" and "Jooee!" as it flies alongside the falling ship, crying "JOOEEE!" with impact SFX.

The Southbird panics, screaming "Jooee! Jooee! Jooee!" while Luffy realizes, "Oh right... It's the Southbird that we brought along up here." It cries, "It said, 'Don't forget me!'" The crew reacts in shock as the bird is struck, with "W-WHAT!I" and "AGHH!" sound effects. Nami, Zoro, and Sanji brace themselves. Luffy grins and declares, "Oh right! Once we get down from here, We can start new adventures!" The log pose clicks with "PLINK!" as someone notes, "The log's set and pointing for our next island!" The entire crew cheers together: "READY!I" "ALRIGHT, GUYS!" "AYE-AYE!" "PLEASE BE CAREFUL DURING THE FALL!" Luffy raises his fist high and roars, "DOWN TO THE BLUE SEAS WE GO!" as the ship plummets through the clouds.

The Going Merry plummets straight down the massive waterfall from Cloud End. The crew screams in terror with repeated "あぁぁぁぁ" and "あぁぁ" cries as the ship tilts wildly. Small figures tumble through the air with "HESO!" SFX. A large panel shows the massive falling sound effect "ゴゴゴォォォォ" stretching across the sky. From the distant gate, a tiny voice calls "LEAP!" while someone wonders, "The fallI" The ship and crew continue their chaotic descent through the clouds toward the blue sea far below.

Nami puffs her cheeks and blows hard into a small flute-like instrument. "OCTOPUS BALLOON!" she calls. "HERE IT COMES! Sky Island's famous..." A massive octopus balloon bursts into view with a loud FWEEP, its single huge eye staring as it inflates rapidly amid clouds and debris. Below, the crew reacts in shock: "SON OF A...", "AGH!", "AN OCTOPUS!", "AGHHH!" as the creature-like balloon looms over them.

The Straw Hats stare upward in awe. "GUYS, LOOK! IT'S AMAZING!" someone shouts. The octopus balloon swells enormously, its body covered in black spots, tentacles dangling. "WHAT!I" "It's a balloon!" "WHAT IS THIS!I" "I...I THOUGHT FOR SURE I WAS A GONER..." "WHOA!" "We slowed down..." "THIS IS SOOOO COOL!" The giant balloon carries the ship steadily downward through the clouds.

Massive sound effects "ヤラァーーッ!!" echo across the sky as the octopus balloon soars higher. Close-up panels show the crew's ecstatic faces: Nami beaming with wide eyes, Usopp yelling with an open mouth, Chopper grinning wildly, Sanji exhaling smoke in surprise, Luffy roaring with joy, and Robin smiling calmly as the balloon drifts onward.

The crew cheers and waves as the balloon carries the ship away. "WE HAVE TO MAKE IT REACH OUR SAVIOURS!" "RING IT HARDER!" "HAVE A SAFE TRIP DOWN TO THE BLUE SEAS!" Voices call out: "COME AGAIN SOME TIME!" "THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!" Luffy shouts "Luffy!" while waving. "SEE YOU AGAIN!" The giant octopus balloon descends toward the distant sea below, carrying the Straw Hats and their new friends' farewells.

High above the clouds, the massive ruins of an ancient city stand under a vast sky. A towering armored warrior with a long beard stands with arms crossed, surrounded by winged warriors and a massive snake-like creature coiled nearby. Narration reads: "Was it a dream or realityI God's country above the clouds... The sky visible upon an upwards glance..." Below, a robed elder sits cross-legged before a giant golden bell, eyes closed in concentration. Narration states: "Upon concentration, the bell becomes audible." A distant view shows the sprawling ruins of a pyramid-like structure. "10,000 meters above the sky." The bell tolls again as a small winged figure flies past it. Narration continues: "And it will ring again tomorrow. It rings again today."

The giant golden bell rings powerfully across the sky. Large onomatopoeia "カラァァァーン!!" echoes repeatedly. Narration boxes read: "Wandering over lands, Ringing across skies, Proudly, Does it sing." A massive man with a spotted hat and a woman with curly hair stand together, smiling as the sound fills the air. "Haha! This is nice." A small flying creature and a girl with a spotted hat glide through the clouds. "Ahhh... This feels so pleasant." The bell's deep tone continues to resonate far and wide.
