A reader signs as "Herbivorous animal" and complains that Oda's proclamation on the inside cover of volume 58 has made people born in the year of the rabbit also born under the "anaconda-swallowing demon goat" sign, asking him to do something about it. Oda answers that since someone declared the reader's birth time as the year of the rabbit and the Capricorn sign but that one came out poorly, he will take responsibility and invent a new year and sign: the reader was born in the "pervert panty styled rabbit" year under the "can't stop thinking about how things are made goat" sign. Another reader, "Bob Dylan is my inspiration," notes that chapter 572, "The Times They Are A-Changin'," shares a title with a famous Bob Dylan song and asks if Oda likes Dylan or if the title simply matched the chapter. Oda says yes, he made a reference only specific fans would catch; he does not know much about Bob Dylan, but thought the title fit perfectly, so he used it. He adds that in Jump it only had the English title, but for the comics they added Japanese so the meaning would not be lost.
