The New Emperors

At the Holy Land, Mary Geoise, the Five Elders erupt over the newest wanted poster and the name printed on it. One demands, "What is the meaning of this photo?!" Another says, "We never approved it!! And I thought we told you to remove the 'D'!!" A subordinate explains that the photo was sent in by CP0's Guernica-sama, but the elders order a reprint because the world cannot be permitted to see this. The printers cannot be reached, and their attempt to halt distribution has already failed. At the World Economy News Paper, Morgans laughs, "Kuwahaha!! What a mystifying appearance!!" and orders his people to spread the news around the globe. He notes that Cipher Pol's transmission from Wano broke off right after Big Mom's ship appeared, and declares that the gears of the world will not stop turning. He refuses to let government propaganda smother a story this thrilling.

In Udon, Wano, the world-shaking news arrives. The narration says the bombshell defeat of the emperors Big Mom and Kaido spread very rapidly around the world, and that the three captains responsible for ending their decades of domination were each issued an extraordinary bounty by the government. The Kid Pirates shout, "3 billion?!" and celebrate their captain's bounty. Wanted posters reveal Trafalgar Law, Monkey D. Luffy, and Eustass "Captain" Kid are all now worth 3,000,000,000 berries; Luffy's poster uses the strange white-haired Gear Fifth image. Kid is told that there is a festival in the capital, but he studies the news and says, "Looks like things are getting complicated..." The page turns the alliance's victory into a public, global fact.

In the castle kitchens, servants prepare an extravagant meal for the new shogun. They describe a full course including cloud ear mushroom and crown daisy soup, gisei tofu, lotus roots, small sunomono dishes, and a tall bowl. Everything has been carefully mashed, boiled, and triple-checked for poison. The cook says, "Now then, time to serve!" and proudly adds, "I put everything I have into this menu!! It is truly a full course meal fit for a shogun!!" Jinbe, waiting politely, laughs and thanks them for all their effort. The cook explains that the others could not wait the full two hours, and Jinbe observes from the noise outside, "From the sounds of it, they're really going to town out there, aren't they?" The Flower Capital is packed with celebration and free festival stalls. Citizens call out that everything is free tonight: shooting games, goldfish scooping, chocolate bananas, grilled squid, candy apples, yakisoba, takoyaki, and cotton candy. Luffy, Chopper, Tama, and the others throw themselves into the party, laughing and eating with the freed people of Wano. Brook takes the stage and says, "Yeah!! Listen up, this next number..." while the crowd cheers, "Woo!! You go, Brook!!" Hiyori appears as Princess Hiyori, and a citizen recognizes the performance as "Moon Princess," the song said to be Kozuki Oden's favorite. Ryokugyu complains that the captured booze was nothing special and says they should have let it age longer. His transponder snail rings, and he answers from Wano. He orders, "Bring a warship over!!" When the caller reacts and begins to identify him as Ryokugyu, he cuts them off and says, "Don't tell Sakazuki-san what I'm up to, got it?! See ya." The Flower Capital explodes into celebration under fireworks. The crowd shouts, "Cheers!!" and Luffy yells, "Let's drink and party till dawn!!"
