Sanji, looking serious, states, "This much bloodshed's insignificant to what'll happen if we fail to stop the explosion!" Zoro, running beside him, barks, "Don't look at them, you idiot!" In the middle section, the group is seen from a distance, sprinting across the plaza. Voices call out, "RIGHT!" and "We need everyone for this last job!" A shot of a large clock tower is shown as the countdown continues. Voices urgently note, "Right!", "No, only a minute and a half left now!", and "In just 2 minutes, we'll either have won or be dead!" In the large bottom panel, Vivi is seen riding the large duck Karoo, leading the charge. Nami runs alongside them, looking ahead with wide eyes. Someone shouts, "They're here!" followed by "VIVI! USOPP!" and a surprised "Ah!" The roar of the crowd "WAAAAAA" and the rumbling "DODODODO!!" of their approach fill the scene.

In the top left panel, Vivi looks urgent and explains, "No, but I'm sure I know where it is! Considering this planned-dust storm,". In the adjacent panels, Usopp asks, "Is the cannon here!?" while Nami and Chopper run, with voices calling out, "What's going on!? The marines helped us get here!" and "Nami! Tony!". In the middle row, Vivi continues her realization, her face tense: "It's been staring me in the face all along but it took me forever to realize it! It was in our blind spot! There's no other place it could be at!" A flashback panel shows a group of children, the Sand Sand Gang, standing in front of a large building. A young voice excitedly declares, "CHECK IT OUT! THIS PLACE IS PRETTY BIG, RIGHT!? HOW ABOUT WE MAKE THIS OUR SECRET BASE FROM NOW!?" Back in the present, Chopper and Nami listen intently as the deduction continues: "It also has to be big enough to house the cannon but not be visible from the sky!" and "The place has to be close enough where it's impossible to miss...!" The bottom panel reveals a massive, imposing clock tower looming over the city square. A large speech bubble dramatically announces, "IT'S INSIDE THE CLOCK TOWER!" accompanied by a shocked "WHA?" and a booming "DON" sound effect, while the background noise of the battle "WAAAAAA" continues.

In the top panel, Luffy finds an opening. As Crocodile attacks, Luffy swiftly reaches out and grabs Crocodile's arm right above the hook, a "GRAB!" bubble emphasizing the action. In the middle panel, using the leverage, Luffy launches a powerful kick directly into Crocodile's face, landing with a sharp "GAA!!" impact. THE POISON WILL SOON SPREAD THROUGHOUT YOUR ENTIRE BODY." A menacing "GOGOGOGOGO" rumbles in the background. In the bottom panel, Luffy stands firm, his expression fiercely determined despite his injuries. He replies confidently, "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND, A SINGLE THING...!"

Back at the city square, the top panels show Vivi and Nami assessing the clock tower. Vivi says, "Well, we've got no choice but to use the stairs then! Where's the entrance!?" Nami replies anxiously, "But Vivi! Even if we know where the place is, we can't climb all the way up there in just one minute!" Vivi looks around worriedly, adding, "I was planning to rely on Pell's help but......WHERE'S PELL? I CAN'T SEE HIM ANYWHERE." In the middle panels, Sanji suddenly appears, his demeanor instantly changing to his usual swooning self as he calls out, "Viviiii! <3" and "Nami! <3". Vivi and Nami react with a surprised "HEY!" and "Huh!?". In the bottom panels, Sanji points urgently towards the tower, instructing, "THE TOP, THE TOP! Just keep heading all the way up to the top!" Usopp, looking confused, asks, "So what do I do now!? Where's the bomber!?" Sanji then addresses someone off-panel, saying, "What do you mean what am I doing up here? You left a message by the smoke signal! It read 'Clock Tower' so here I am." A voice yells back, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING UP THERE!?"

In the top left panel, Zoro appears, looking battered and annoyed. He yells, "I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU GUYS!" Someone off-panel shouts in disbelief, "YOU'RE UP THERE TOO, ZORO!?" Sanji, looking down from his position, says, "Huh?". In the middle panels, Vivi tries to coordinate: "In any case... Good job! Just get up there and-" but is interrupted by a "What!?". Zoro explains his bizarre navigation: "Well the marines kept telling me, 'Head North, head North,' so I thought I should climb up here..." This prompts an angry outburst: "DO YOU EVEN KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 'NORTH' AND 'UP!?'" Sanji yells down at Zoro, "THAT'S WHAT I WANNA ASK! What're you guys doing down there?". In the bottom panel, Vivi explains the architectural problem to the group: "You can't head inside the clock tower from where those two are at. To get to the top of the clock tower, you have to use the special staircase located on the first floor!" She adds, considering an alternative, "But... If it's Zoro, then he could just break through the tower's wall and... All that impact might cause the bomb to go off though!"

In the top left panel, Nami suddenly holds up a small, square object, looking confident as she declares, "I HAVE A PLAN!" In the top right, Vivi, still panicked, says, "WAIT, VIVI! There's no other choice but to use the stairs!" Suddenly, the middle panel focuses on the clock face again. A loud mechanical "GAKON" sounds, followed by a strange laugh, "Ohohoho!" and the croaking noise, "Rrriiibbit ribbit ribbit!". In the bottom panels, Sanji, Zoro, and the rest of the group look up in shock, exclaiming "THE HELL?", "WHA!", "HUH?", and "AH!". The massive face of the clock tower begins to swing open like a giant door, revealing a hidden space inside.

The top panel reveals the source of the voices. Standing inside the newly opened clock face are two bizarrely dressed individuals. On the left is a tall man with a massive afro, square glasses, and a long coat adorned with the number '7'. He laughs, "Ohohoho! Yes, I'd assess so too! Ohohoho! In just 30 more seconds, I'd assess! Ohohoho!" On the right is a woman wearing a frog-themed dress and hat, holding the frog-shaped gun seen earlier. She says, "This is our final assignment! Mr. 7, listen! I know something! Rrribbit ribbit ribbit!" Text boxes formally introduce them as "Baroque Works Frontier Agent Mr. 7" and "Baroque Works Frontier Agent Ms. Father's Day". In the bottom panel, Vivi and Nami stare up in absolute shock. Vivi gasps, "MR. 7!?" while Nami yells, "WHO'RE THOSE TWO!?"
