On the roof of the Puffing Tom, a fierce battle rages. A steam locomotive speeds through stormy seas as waves crash around it. A box labels the fight: FRANKY VS NERO. Sound effects fill the air: WOO AAH!!!, WOO....!!, SYA-OW, and large impact lines. A narration box reads: THE BATTLE ON THE ROOF OF PUFFING TOM. Franky, wearing a black shirt and beaded necklace, leaps forward with a powerful kick. The attack is labeled RAN-KYAKU*... and SEN*!!! with a massive explosion of light and motion lines. Nero is visible in the background recoiling from the strike. Footnotes explain: *RANKYAKU MEANS HURRICANE/STORM LEG. *SEN MEANS LINE.

The fight intensifies. Nero, shirtless with a star tattoo, raises his arm as a glowing circular shield forms, labeled STAR SHIELD!!!. Impact sounds echo: BAH!! and CLANG!!. Franky recoils in shock, exclaiming THERE'S JUST NO WAY HE'S HUMAN!! while Nero grins fiercely. In the background, Nero breathes fire, labeled FWOOO..., with the note HE'S GONNA BREATHE FIRE AGAIN.....!. The next panel shows Nero pierced by multiple large nails, screaming in pain as the attack is named MASTER NAIL!!!. Nero's expression twists in agony with motion lines and impact effects surrounding him.

Nero is hurled backward by a barrage of nails and debris, crying NAILS!!I as Getsu-pou*!!! is unleashed with explosive force. A footnote notes *GETSUPOU MEANS 'MOON WALK'. Franky lands on the train roof, saying I'LL JUST HAVE TO USE SOME TOOLS... while muttering SYA-OW!! and CH-CHK.....!. Nero, bloodied and furious, glares and shouts HE FLEW AWAY AGAIN.....!! and SO ANNOY-ING.... HE'S TOUGH, AND I STILL HAVEN'T COMPLETED MY TRAINING FOR 'SHIGAN'.... The battle continues with rapid movement lines and impact effects across the rooftop.

The spiky-haired fighter lunges forward as a massive hand slams down from above. "DON'T TRY TO PLAY CHEAP!!!" a voice roars. The fleeing figure shouts back, "AH! STOP RIGHT THERE!!!" while another balloon declares "SEE YA!! I'M GOING TO THE NEXT CAR!!" The spiky-haired man grins, "HEH HEH!!" A close-up shows the pursuer's intense glare and sweat as he mutters "HUHI" The fleeing man spins mid-air, yelling "BEANS LEFT!!!" and "I GOT YA!!!" The spiky-haired fighter counters with "JUST KIDDING!" The man in the dark hat and ornate necklace appears, declaring "SYA-OW!!!" and "I'VE ALREADY FIGURED YOU OUT!!" while the other retorts "I SAW RIGHT THROUGH YOUR PLAN....!!" The spiky-haired man lands a strike, shouting "TOO BAD..." as a loud "TAP!!" echoes.

A massive impact sends the spiky-haired man flying backward with a huge "ドドゥン" sound effect. "AH!!!" he cries as the hatted fighter grins widely, "I'VE FOUND YOUR WEAKNESS!! SYA-OW!!" and "I DID IT!!" The spiky-haired man clutches himself, yelling "IT HURTS!!!" A follow-up strike produces another massive "ドン!!ドン!!" impact. The hatted fighter spins with "SORU*!" while the spiky-haired man staggers, groaning "OUCH FINGER!!!" and "BASTARD..." A small "POP!!" marks the end of the exchange.

The hatted fighter unleashes "RANKYAKU!!!" The spiky-haired man reels, thinking "HE REALLY DOES KNOW MY WEAKNESS NOW!!" and cursing "DAMN IT!!!" Another "RANKYAKU!!!" follows with "WAH!!!" The spiky-haired man counters with a giant palm strike, shouting "OW!!!" The hatted fighter taunts, "DON'T THINK YOU'VE WON!! I CAN REMOVE MY WEAKNESS EASILY!! LIKE THIS!!" and "NOW IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME!" The spiky-haired man reacts with shock "!!I" while the hatted fighter lands another blow, yelling "YOU NICKED ME.....!! YOU SURE ARE A FAST BASTARD....!!" as "THUMP..." and motion lines fill the panel.

The spiky-haired man lies sprawled, thinking "WHAT DO I SAY TO SOMETHING LIKE THAT...!!I" while large letters proclaim "IN-VINCIBLE!!!" and "FRANKY ~~~~~" The hatted fighter, now clearly Franky, glares and states "YOU'VE REALLY PISSED ME OFF, AND I'M IN TOP CONDITION THIS WEEK." Nearby figures react with "IT'S TOO BAD..." and "HEY, WEASEL FREAK..." Franky continues, "..... CHANGE ~~~~~~" and asks about "THE BEAST THAT HAS A HORSE LOWER-BODYI" while an unseen voice inquires "EVER HEARD OF... THE CENTAUR.....I" and "HAVE YOU..."

The wild-haired fighter strikes a dramatic pose and declares his new stance. "CENTAUR!!!" A massive mechanical lower body unfolds beneath him, but the legs point the wrong way. Franky stares in disbelief. "TH... THIS GUY.....!!!!" The transformed warrior grins and boasts, "UNTIL YOU'VE SEEN THE FIREPOWER OF THIS FORM!!!" Franky snaps back, "MAYBE YOU SHOULD SAVE YOUR COMMENTS... IT'S BACKWARDS!!!!"

Wanze's enormous ramen-based body looms over the ruined car as he roars, "TURNED ME INTO AN ONION —!!! YOU..." Sanji stands ready with a cigarette. Wanze continues, "OHI I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOUR RAMEN KENPO'S UNBEATABLEI YOU RUINED MY RAMEN KENPO —!!! DAMN YOU, INSOLENT CRIMINAL!!" Sanji replies calmly, "I THINK YOU SHOULD ADMIT DEFEAT AND MOVE ASIDE." Wanze shouts, "YOUR FRIEND, NICO ROBIN, HAS BEEN WANTED FOR YEARS!!! I KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS MISSION!!!" He points furiously. "WANZE!!! ADMIT DEFEATI ME!I I'M A MEMBER OF CP7!!!"

Sanji launches a spinning kick. "MENKUI* KNOCKER!!!" The impact sends Wanze reeling. "I'LL NEVER ALLOW YOU TO FREE HER!!" Wanze counters with his own technique while lecturing, "YOU MUST FIRST CUT OFF THE ROOTS WITHOUT HARMING THE FRUIT. TO PREPARE AN ONION,..." Sanji presses the attack. Wanze unleashes a beam attack. "RAMEN BEAM ~~~!!!" Sanji warns, "YOU NEED TO MAKE CLEAN CUTS, SO IT KEEPS ITS LUSTER." Wanze screams, "AH!! STAY AWAY!!!"

Wanze's massive ramen form erupts in a frenzy. "GYAAAAA ~~~!!! EPLU-CHAGE*!!!" Sanji slices through the writhing noodles with precise sword strikes, "TMP!!" The ramen warrior collapses. Later, a battered Wanze lies defeated while Sanji, still holding his blades, explains quietly, "WHEN YOU PREPARE THE FOOD... EVERYTHING WILL TASTE BAD. IF YOU LACK PASSION..."

The long-haired chef Sanji stands over his massive horned opponent. The big man clutches his face in agony, screaming "GYAAAAA~~!!" while shouting "I GOT CHOPPED INTO PIECES..." Sanji calmly replies, "I'M NOT HURT!I" The opponent wails "WAAH!!! WHY YOU..." as Sanji hurls kitchen knives with the cry "KITCHEN KNIFE THROW!!!" Sanji explains, "BUT YOU SHOULD RETHINK YOUR SITUATION, NOW THAT YOU'VE LOST YOUR ARMOR... KITCHEN KNIVES ARE NOT SWORDS. THEY'RE NOT FOR KILLING PEOPLE..." A close-up reveals the knives embedded like eyes as Sanji declares "OEIL*!!!" with the note "*OEIL MEANS EYE." The opponent reels from the strike.

Sanji looms with a cold glare as the opponent yells "I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU'RE TRYING TO SAVE THAT WOMAN!! YOU PROBABLY DON'T KNOW NICO ROBIN'S TRUE NATURE!!!" Sanji snaps back, "SHUT UP!! ALL RIGHT, YOU SHOULD GIVE UP NOW." The big man screams "MY EYES GOT PUSHED IN!!!" and "TOO BAD." Sanji unleashes a barrage of face-targeted kicks labeled "MENTON*!!!", "DENTS*!!!", "BOUCHE*!!!", "JOUE*!!!", "NEZ*!!!" accompanied by impact sounds "HEE!!!", "ANG!!", "HOPOH!!!", "PEGAH!!", "NGAH!!!" The opponent howls "Y... YOU FOOL...!!!", "M... MY FACE GOT SMALLER!!!", "S... STOP!!" while Sanji warns, "ONE MORE WORD FROM YOU... AND I'LL FLATTEN YOUR SKULL." The man continues ranting that "EVERYONE KNOWS THAT SHE'S A REAL DEVIL!!!"

Sanji launches his finishing technique with the shout "PAR-AGE* SHOOT!!!" A massive explosive impact erupts as the opponent is blasted backward, shrieking "BWA AAA AAA!!!" The note reads "*PARAGE IS 'TO TRIM', IT'S ALSO PEELING SALAD TO PRESERVE THE TENDER SHEETS OF THE HEART." The defeated man clutches his ruined face, crying "MY... MY FACE... MIRROR!! MIRROR!! D... DAMN IT..." and "GYAA AAAA AAAA AAA!!" while Sanji stands victorious amid the debris.

Sanji's furious close-up fills the panel as he roars "YOU'VE DESTROYED MY HANDSOME EYES AND TEETH!!! DAMN YOU!!!" He lists the opponent's crimes: "FIRST, YOU CALL YOURSELF A CHEF. SECOND, YOU WASTED FOOD. THIRD, YOU SPOKE ILL OF MY FRIEND...!!!!" The big man, now with comically altered features, whimpers "IT REALLY DID CHANGE BACK A LITTLE..." and "OH! YOUR EYES POPPED OUT AGAIN." while Sanji coldly states "YOU COMMITTED THREE CRIMES:" and the opponent shrieks "YOU'RE A MONSTER!!!"

Sanji stands before a heavy door, declaring, "MY FRIEND IS WAITING FOR ME. BEHIND THAT DOOR." Behind him, a furious Wanze screams with tears streaming down his face, "GIVE BACK MY FACE, NOW!!!" and "SHUT UP, YOU —!!!" Wanze launches into Ramen Kenpo Hidden Style, shouting "C'MON!! C'MON!! YOU'RE BEING DECEIVED BY THAT WOMAN!! SHE'S A SHAMELESS HAG WHO'S SURVIVED BY BETRAYING HER FRIENDS OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!" He warns, "I SAID I WON'T LET YOU THROUGH, NO MATTER WHAT!!!" and "MENKIRI DOKUPOLI-CHOU*! YOU'LL DIE IF THE BLADE TOUCHES YOU!!!" as his blade extends toward Sanji. Sanji counters with a powerful kick, yelling "THREE-POINT... EAT THIS — NOW YOU DIE!!!" while Wanze is sent flying.

Wanze's ramen blade is sliced apart in a massive "DE-COUP-AGE*!!!!" attack that tears through the environment. Sanji lands gracefully on his skates amid the destruction. Nearby, a man in a top hat and other figures react with shock as the impact sends debris flying. The large "ONE PIECE" logo appears at the bottom with chapter numbering.
