A towering black silhouette with glowing eyes looms amid floating stone blocks and debris. I SUPPOSE THERE REALLY IS..." Close-ups show his strained expression and heavy breathing "HUFF..." as he mutters, "NOT SURPRISING... Sabo is struck, "UGH!!" and "!!!" while text notes "TAYA MOVE IN CHESS AND SHOGI WHERE THE KING IS CHECKED BY A KNIGHT WHILE SURROUNDED BY HIS OWN PIECES." The creature attacks with "FWOOOSH!!" and "SMOTHERED MATE!!" Sabo dodges and counters, asking "WHERE DID THIS ONE COME FROM...I" The silhouette is hurled back with "NGH!" and "LEAP" effects as Sabo presses the assault.

Sabo stands over the fallen silhouette, gripping his pipe, panting heavily. He recalls, "HE ONCE STEPPED IN TO SAVE ME TOO." "OUR CAUSE IS MORE CONCERNED WITH THE MONSTERS THAT SIT ABOVE THE KINGS AND QUEENS OF THE WORLD..." "YOU'RE WITH THE REVOLUTIONARY ARMY, AND YOU STILL STEPPED IN TO SAVE MEI" "DO YOU KNOW LUFFY SOMEHOWI" The black creature surges forward with massive tendrils and "グググ..." SFX. Sabo thinks, "AFTER ALL, THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD'VE KNOWN THAT HELL WAS LOCATED HERE, AT THE VERY TOP OF THE WORLD." He swings, "I WAS HOPING I'D BE ABLE TO TAKE YOU ALL OUT IN ONE MOVE..." The silhouette is smashed down. Sabo speaks to a small creature, "BECAUSE I NEED YOU TO DELIVER A MESSAGE TO LUFFYKUN AND VIVI!!" "AND IF YOU DIE HERE, WE'LL BE IN TROUBLE." The creature replies, "THERE'S SOMETHING I'VE COME TO UNDERSTAND." "YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF ESCAPING ON YOUR OWN!" "LEAVE ME! I'M DEAD WEIGHT!" Sabo insists, "NOT GONNA HAPPEN!" The creature transforms and asks, "LUFFY-KUN'S BROTHER... AREN'T YOUI" Sabo reacts with surprise as "KOFF! KOFF!!" and "SNAP!" sound effects punctuate the chaos.

In the aftermath, a voice narrates, "COBRA THE SENILE HAS GONE AND GOT HIMSELF KILLED...!!!" Another exclaims in horror, "H-H-HE'S DEAD!!" while panting heavily. A terrified reaction shows wide eyes and the thought, "I NEVER LIKED HIM, BUT HOW CAN I CELEBRATE AFTER WITNESSING SOMETHING SO TERRIFYINGI!" A cloaked figure panics, "THEY WILL END ME!!" and realizes, "I'VE STUMBLED UPON THE GOVERNMENT'S BIGGEST SKELETON...!!!" while another figure sweats in fear, "I DON'T EVEN WANNA KNOW WHO THAT WAS...!!!"

Inside the grand council chamber, a sign reads "THE GRAND ROUND TABLE IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER." Attendees discuss, "WE JUST RECEIVED WORD THAT THE TWO OF THEM WILL NOT BE ATTENDING AND THAT WE ARE TO PROCEED WITHOUT THEM." and note, "IT SEEMS THAT KING COBRA..." and "...AND KING WAPOL ARE NOT YET PRESENT." A bearded king suggests, "LET US MOVE TO THE REMAINING MATTERS ON THE AGENDA." Another laughs, "WA HA HA!!" while commenting on King Cobra's absence. The agenda turns to "THE COALITION OF THE FOUR NORTHERN NATIONS CALLING FOR INDEPENDENCE..." Elsewhere, a young woman with long hair wonders, "I WAS HOPING TO SAY GOODBYE TO PRINCESS VIVI. I WONDER WHERE SHE WENT...I" as others prepare to leave for the Red Port.

In a guest room inside Pangea Castle, a long-haired woman sits bound to an ornate chair. She glares furiously and shouts, "I'LL TELL THE WORLD ABOUT THIS!!" A close-up shows her face twisted in anger as she demands, "WHOSE ORDERS ARE YOU FOLLOWINGI!" and "WHAT'S THE BIG IDEAI!" She struggles, yelling, "YOU'D BETTER UNTIE ME!!" Kalifa and Jabra of Cipher Pol "Aigis" Zero step into view. Kalifa adjusts her glasses and states coolly, "I'M AFRAID NO ONE'S GOING TO HELP YOU, PRINCESS." Jabra leans in with a grin, warning, "GOTTA PLAY YOUR CARDS CLOSER TO THE VEST IF YOU WANT A SHOT AT BEING FREE, Y'KNOW...I" and adds, "YOU'RE ONE FEISTY CHICK...!" Kalifa cautions him, "HEY, EASY THERE. YOU'RE BEING TOO FORWARD." She continues, "ONCE YOUR DISAPPEARANCE IS MADE KNOWN......YOU'LL PROBABLY LIVE THE REST OF YOUR LIFE LIKE A PET."

The bound woman relaxes slightly, murmuring, "THANK GOODNESS..." Off-panel voices discuss the situation: "SHE APPARENTLY CAME OUT OF THE ORDEAL UNSCATHED," "WE RECEIVED WORD THAT MORE TROUBLE BROKE OUT AROUND HER EARLIER, BUT...," "SERIOUSLYI! NOW'S NOT THE TIME TO BE WORRIED ABOUT OTHERS, LIL' MISSY," and "IS SHIRAHOSHI ALL RIGHTI" A narrator box reads, "MEANWHILE AT THE HOME OF THE GODS..." Revolutionary Army forces clash with guards as Fujitora’s actions help free slaves. Elsewhere, Straw Hat fleet members boldly proclaim victory after the Celestial Dragon assault on the mermaid princess, leaving courtyard guests stunned. Back in the castle, the woman stares coldly while a hooded figure looms nearby. She mutters, "LIKE A PETI GIMME A BREAK... LOOKS LIKE I'M GONNA HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS..." A man lounges in a throne-like chair, asking, "WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THIS YEAR'S REVERIEI!"

Chaos erupts as Wapol bursts through a wall in a massive spinning form, debris flying everywhere. Voices cry out, "I THINK IT WAS KING WAPOL...I" "WHAT WAS THATI" "CHAPA..." Wapol roars, "I DIDN'T SEE A THING!!" and "SPARE ME!!" Vivi, still tied to the chair, is hurled through the air. Wapol spots her and shouts, "VIVI'S GONE!!" while another figure yells, "HEY!! WAIT A SEC!!" Wapol's wife questions, "WHERE THE DEVIL HAVE YOU BEENI!" and coos, "OH, DARLING! I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU!" A bystander wonders, "AND WHO IS THAT YOUNG LADY WITH YOUI" Vivi shouts, "DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE RUNNING AWAY FROM A MISTRESSI" Wapol replies, "SOUNDS GOOD TO ME! LET'S GO!" He grabs the chair and flees, declaring, "AS FAR AS IT TAKES!! I'LL RUN TO THE ENDS OF THE WORLD IF I HAVE TO!!" Vivi protests, "HEY, WAPOL!! HOW MUCH FURTHER ARE YOU GONNA GOI!" Wapol yells, "UWAAAAH!!" and later, "YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!" as they speed away with Vivi shouting, "OUTTA THE WAY!!"
