The Straw Hats finally spot the Sunny. Someone shouts, "There it is! The grand ship that carries the holy spirit of the Straw Hat crew!" The ship pitches in the rough sea with the cry "WHOA AAAAA AAAA!" and a crewman yells, "Pipe down already!" Robin is relieved: "It definitely seems like they've made it here too," while another notes that Nami appears to have escaped Big Mom's clutches and that there is not much sign of external damage. Bartolomeo worships the ship as "The Thousand Sunny-senpai! Praise be unto thee! Praise be unto thee!" Luffy calls out for his friends: "Oooit!!! Sanjiii! Namiiii!! Chopper! Brooook! Momooo!" Someone also asks what the gas guy's name was again.

The group boards or inspects the Thousand Sunny and finds no one there. Luffy says, "The ship's empty," while someone says it looks like they all went ashore. The Barto Club tells everyone, "Alright! Everyone, go get 'em! Watch your backs!" and "You're coming too, doofus." Bartolomeo asks, "Senpais! Is there anything more you may require?" He says his happiness barometers are already at full throttle, but he cannot continue to intrude on the adventure of his gods. He wants to keep seeing the Straw Hat all-stars, but says, "Till the day we meet again!" The Barto Club swears never to bring shame to the banner of the Straw Hat crew and to serve faithfully and tirelessly under it. Bartolomeo adds that if their efforts are deemed worthy, he hopes to request the remaining four signatures of the godly crew.

The crew debates the bizarre creature that will help them climb. One calls it a worm, another says, "Nah, it's definitely a snake," and a third argues, "It has legs, guys. It has to be a lizard." Bartolomeo is perfectly ignored and shouts, "Come forth!" as the creature arrives. He does not care about the confusion and says, "Who cares! We're still on cloud nine~" The long animal bursts upward with "DRAA... DRA..." and is proudly named a "Climbing Dragon!" Someone reacts, "Dragon!?" as others stare at its strange, goofy shape. One voice says, "I almost want to put that thing out of its misery!" while the beast rises beside the Sunny and prepares to carry the party up the elephant.

The party climbs the elephant's leg on the strange dragon. Someone tells everyone, "Now then, grab ahold of this dragon's back!" while another asks if it even flies. The reply comes, "Ahaha! Alright, leggo!" Kin'emon tells the group, "Look here, bub... An eye for an eye, as they say," while Robin simply comments, "So... cute..." Luffy thanks Bartolomeo and the others: "Later, Lomeo-bozo, and the rest of you! Thanks for bringing us all the way here!" The Barto Club cheers, congratulates their boss, and tells the departing party to savor the moment. They answer, "The pleasure was all mine! Thank you!" and "Please, take care of yourselves!" As the dragon climbs, a caption says one party of friends makes for the peak of the mystical island, Zou.

The scene shifts to the Grand Line, Baltigo, Revolutionary Army general headquarters. A report says rebel armies are emerging victorious in their fights, and someone remarks to Dragon, "Dragon-san... it seems across the world..." Dragon says the downfall of the Donquixote Family has definitely had an effect, but warns that victory in sight must not make anyone lose their cool because the World Government will not sit idly by and watch everything unfold. He notes that cipher pol has grown stronger in recent years and tells them to be mindful. A lower panel introduces Revolutionary Army General Commander Monkey D. Dragon. He is informed that the weapons brought back from Dressrosa contain traces of a special mineral, and he asks whether they have ever heard of liquor ore.

Koala explains there are only a few countries that actually mine the mineral, so they may be able to use the information to get closer to the mastermind behind the manufacture of the weapons. Dragon praises the recent work. Koala mentions that their friends who disappeared on Dressrosa were brought back too, and Dragon asks, "How was Robin?" Sabo smiles awkwardly and says, "Ehehe, well... Sabo-kun and Luffy-kun were there too, and..." When Koala asks if he will not ask about Luffy, Sabo replies he is full and that she is doing great, but Sabo already told him about Luffy. Dragon then orders, "Summon the leaders of all the revolutionary armies scattered across the globe!" Someone reacts in alarm, asking if he really wants to gather that lot in one place again.

In a certain sea of the New World, the Blackbeard Pirates' ships cut through the waves with "GACHA" and "PURURURU" from a Den-Den Mushi. Laffitte speaks by snail, and another voice says they stopped by Dressrosa but it appeared as though the target had already left. Shiryu answers from a room with bottles and smoke, introduced as Yonko Blackbeard Pirate Crew, Second Ship Captain, Shiryu of the Rain. When asked if that is him, he says, "Yeah. My bad." The speaker wonders if that bastard is still alive and kicking. The page links Blackbeard's men to the same Dressrosa aftermath and shows that Burgess survived and is now contacting the crew.

Laffitte, introduced as Yonko Blackbeard Pirate Crew, Fifth Ship Captain and demon sheriff, says he was completely passed out and could not make contact. Burgess reports, "Now... it's all white. Kinda like a pure white island," and says he stowed away on a certain ship. Laffitte asks for his exact location, while another Blackbeard pirate curses that Burgess had better spit it out and asks where he is. Burgess tells them to inform Captain Teach and bring everyone to attack his current location because they can get their hands on a huge stockpile of weapons. He also warns Doc Q's horse not to be dragged along, saying he is hanging on by a thread. In the final panels Burgess declares, "I found it, boys! The general headquarters of the Revolutionary Army!" and identifies Sabo and Dragon as being there, saying to follow his vivre card.

The scene changes to the New World, Calais Bari Island, Buggy District. Buggy's camp is flooded with dispatch requests, and someone says the phones will not stop ringing. Buggy is greeted as chairman and shouts back, "Nyga hahaha! What's up!" He explains that people are now desperately hiring pirate mercenaries because Doflamingo's stopped shipment of weapons has completely cornered the war market. The page introduces Pirate Dispatch Company Buggy's Delivery. Buggy orders his men to cause havoc in battle and pillage him a fortune, laughing that he understands the situation and telling the boys to listen up after they have had their fill.

Buggy, introduced as Buggy's Delivery chairman, Royal Shichibukai pirate, Star Clown Buggy, boasts that everything is legal because he is a Shichibukai. He tells the pirate scoundrels that no matter what evil they get mixed up in, as long as they work for him it is acceptable. His followers chant "Buggy! Buggy!" but the mood shifts when he is told they have received word from S-class mercenary Hajrudin. The giants appear to be resigning. Buggy initially asks what is happening, then dismisses it by saying all five of them are quitting and that they can afford to lose one because they still have four other giants. A subordinate says it looks like Hajrudin is resigning too. Another warns that the boys are their golden geese and that his timing could not be worse. Buggy angrily demands to know their reason.

Back at Zou, narration describes an island that grew on the back of a giant elephant tall enough to reach even the clouds. The strange thing that has Luffy and the others on its back is currently climbing the giant elephant's left leg, making "DRAA" sounds as it goes. Luffy complains, "My arms are tired!" and asks how tall the thing is. Robin tells him not to be like that because the little guy is giving it his best, then adds, "So... cute..." The climbers still have zero visibility of the peak. Someone wonders how Sanji and the others got up this thing and asks if they are sure the others are even up there. Kin'emon and Kanjuro are called out as someone asks what business they have at Zou in the first place.

Kin'emon asks for one last concession, saying they are indebted to the group and will most certainly explain themselves in due time. Kanjuro confirms that they left the Wano Kingdom for Zou and that this is their original destination. They must confirm Momonosuke's safety and also learn whether their last comrade, the ninja Raizou, from whom they were separated at sea, has safely landed there. Luffy immediately reacts to the word ninja, asking, "Ninja!? Is he really a ninja?" Others are surprised as well. Then the climb is interrupted by a sudden threat from above. Someone yells, "Something's falling down from above!" and Luffy shouts, "Waaaaaah! What the hell is that!?" The page ends with the party in a pinch and a note that One Piece is on break next issue.
