Dressrosa watches Fujitora's public apology. People buzz, "A... Marine HQ Admiral is..." and ask, "Everyone abuzz! What is the true meaning behind it all?" Maynard pleads, "Please, Fujitora... raise your head," while others note, "The Video Den Den Mushi is broadcasting too!" and shout, "Prostrate on the ground!" Fujitora answers that the truth is paramount: "I left every last bit of the fighting... to them! It was my gamble." He asks how a man of the system that let Doflamingo run wild could point at a Shichibukai and talk of justice.
King Riku praises the people and fighters: "This country won its victory through the efforts... of pirates, warriors, and its citizens." He tells everyone, "Excellent work! Well done!" The anti-Doflamingo organization calls itself "The small Royal Riku Army!" and its members shout, "Captain! Thank you, sir!" The captain says, "We've accomplished all our missions! And so I, today, hereby... dissolve this organization." He orders them to shelter the pirates and warriors who fought for them in the palace, because the Marines still have their job to do.

At the Holy Land Mary Geoise on the Red Line, Fleet Admiral Sakazuki complains to the Gorousei. He asks why, "for the likes of bloody Doflamingo," the whole world had to get turned on its head, and says that if this happened again, he as Fleet Admiral "would lose an unbelievable amount of face." The Gorousei tell him, "Insolent words will not be tolerated, Sakazuki," and that the matter was entrusted to Cipher Pol. One Elder says the Marines are only the outward face of the World Government and the value of Sakazuki's "face" is "only slightly less than zero."

The Gorousei continue scolding Sakazuki, asking, "And what of Kuzan?" and noting that the former admiral has joined hands with Blackbeard: "That is truly a punch to the gut of the Marines' dignity." Sakazuki replies that Kuzan already left the Navy, so where he goes and what he does is none of their business. A Marine interrupts with a fresh report: "Royal Shichibukai Donquixote Doflamingo and his family... have been routed by Straw Hat and Law's pirate alliance! Dressrosa is all but razed to the ground!"

The news spreads from island to island and country to country. The Gorousei react, "What in the..." and "This again..." while one says, "That little brat has..." Information broadcasts from Dressrosa's neighboring countries, spreads from island to island, and crosses the New World faster than greased lightning. People shout, "Joker's been defeated!" In the underworld, a buyer panics, "We no longer have any way to get access to weapons! Your highness..." Another says, "Damn it... announce our surrender..." as the loss of Doflamingo destroys their supply routes.

More underworld clients panic over broken deals. One shouts, "We had a deal! Joker, you son of a...! I already paid him, damn it!" Another says, "The war's finally coming to an end!" Others complain, "The weapons should still be sitting in Dressrosa!" and "My deal for Devil Fruits!" One asks what will happen to a deal "for SMILE," and another says that going to Dressrosa is not an option with a Marine admiral on the island. At sea, Tsuru's Marine ship pursues a pirate crew; someone says, "What is Tsuru-chan?" and she answers that she should be the one saying that, inspector.
The news reaches many places. In a certain city, a child eats pizza and says, "So, Doflamingo, huh? Dang, they sure got balls. Makes me happy to be in the same generation as them." Elsewhere, someone cries, "A granny's stolen a pizza and ran off! Find her!" In a certain sky, people call, "High Priest Urouge! Somebody's here!!" and say they are healing their wounds on a solitary cloud island. At sea, Capone Bege learns the news with his crew and says, "Oh. Oh my. Our friends are..." while men joke, "They're doing quite well for themselves, aren't they?" and "We're definitely going to get Caesar, boys!"

The Kid-Apoo-Hawkins alliance discusses the implications. They note that Doflamingo is "without a doubt connected in some way to Kaidou," meaning Luffy and Law's move amounts to smacking him in the face. Scratchmen Apoo names him, "Hundred-Beast Kaidou!" Basil Hawkins says, "Really is the Yonkou..." and Eustass Kid concludes their true objective is not Kaidou but "Red-Hair Shanks!" One of them says, "I'm glad we're not after the same thing. We'd end up wasting precious resources just butting heads."

On a certain island, men read the news about Doflamingo's defeat. One asks, "He killed your dad!? Doflamingo did!?" and another says it was long ago and he does not harbor a grudge anymore. They wonder whether Kaidou should be informed, but someone says things are looking pretty grave and "we've gotta let the boss know." Kaidou's subordinates yell for him: "Kaidou-sama! Where are you!?" They shout, "That idiot Joker's gone and fucked up! Our little SMILE gravy train ain't gonna be happening anymore!" as the island erupts with chaos and smoke.

Back in Dressrosa, Sakazuki rages over Fujitora's apology: "Don't play dumb with me, Isshou!" Citizens scream nearby while Fujitora remains seated amid the rubble. Sakazuki demands to know why Fujitora did not first report to headquarters, saying, "You know exactly the weight an admiral's... admission of oversight carries!" Fujitora says that if he had reported first, the story would have spun into a news story suited to Marine agendas and motives. He adds that he too thinks the Shichibukai system should be done away with, remembering that he was there two years ago when Crocodile and his dealings were revealed to the world.

Smoker reflects on Alabasta and the Marines' failure: "If the Straw Hats hadn't been there, Alabasta would have surely become like Dressrosa. A pirate's haven! We Marines were completely powerless! We couldn't do a thing!" Fujitora says that if the World Government had reported everything as Marine handiwork, he would have repeated that same frustration and regret from Alabasta. Tashigi reacts, "No way... he actually bloody did it, that Fujitora..." Smoker admits, "My heart... feels lighter. Even if I had the same status as he does I'd never be able to pull something like this off." Tashigi offers coffee and muffins, and Smoker snaps, "My heart, woman, not my stomach!"

Around Dressrosa, ordinary people and children recover amid the ruins. A child says, "Onee-chan! We're starving!" and another mentions reaching Dr. Vegapunk's laboratory in a few more days, while someone jokes about coffee and muffins. Marines and civilians work through the wreckage, and the discussion returns to Marine HQ's credibility. A voice says, "The credibility and dignity of Marine HQ itself is what's on the line here!" Sengoku or another elder Marine counters that the World Government hired the Shichibukai in the first place to maintain balance, and that there were "a thousand different ways" they could have covered it up. The page ends with "CH. 793 END."

Sakazuki furiously condemns Fujitora over the Den Den Mushi: "Because of your bloody antics the very face of justice itself has been dragged through the mud!" He says, "If it dirties that easily, why don't you just keep that face hidden in your damn nightie!" and insists that if Marine credibility could be compromised by admitting one mistake, "it never existed in the first place." He orders Fujitora to clean up the mess and forbids him from entering any Marine base until he brings back the heads of both Straw Hat and Law. Fujitora answers, "Fine by me... that's exactly how I want it!"
