Luffy vs Master

Close-up panels show Luffy's face twisted in rage and determination, sweat flying as he bares his teeth. The scene shifts to an interior corridor where Luffy charges forward with a powerful kick, shouting "OHHHHHHH!!!" amid swirling smoke and impact lines. A tall figure in a feathered coat stands with his back turned, the characters "正生我" visible on the coat. In the lower panels Law glares and declares, "AS FOR YOU, DON'T LAY A HAND ON CAESAR!!" and "WHITE HUNTER-YA". Smoker, cigar in mouth and face scarred, and Tashigi watch with serious expressions.

Law continues speaking in close-up: "AS LONG AS WE'RE ON THIS ISLAND, YOU WILL DO AS I SAY." and "SO UNTIL I GET MY OWN HEART BACK FROM VERGO, I CAN'T TOLERATE ANY RECKLESSNESS FROM YOU." Nearby panels show chained prisoners guarded by large horned figures. Vergo's gloved hand swings down with motion lines as he asks "YOU GOT THATI". Luffy sprints through a hallway, yelling "WHERE ARE YOU, VERGO!!" while a "STEP STEP" sound effect marks his running feet. Law finishes, "AND BY THE SHORTEST ROUTE, BUT... I THOUGHT THAT I CAME AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE."

Luffy's face fills a panel with intense glare and sweat drops. He lunges forward, fist extended, shouting "GOT...!!!" with a large Japanese SFX "ガバっ". In a dramatic mid-air sequence Luffy grabs an opponent amid swirling smoke and impact effects, exclaiming "-CHA!!" and "SO YOU'VE GOT ME, DO YOU!I". The opponent counters with "GRAB" and "BURNING STYLE" while throwing punches marked "TCH TCH" and heavy impact SFX "ゴォッ" and "オッ!!".

Luffy is blasted backward by a massive burst of gas. "MOK GAS!!" The explosion sends him flying with a "WHOOSH" and "ZOOM" as he yells "WAH!!" In the next panel the black-haired fighter glares and roars, "STRAWHAT...!!! WHAT'S YOUR REASON FOR COMING AFTER ME!!!" Luffy, still caught in the swirling gas, answers, "SO YOU'RE IN AN ALLIANCE, THEN!! AND THIS WAS ALL INSTIGATED BY LAW!! YOU CAN'T TRUST THAT GUY!! HE'LL BETRAY YOU FOR SURE, SO QUIT WHILE YOU'RE AHEAD!!!" The fighter presses, "...!I I DON'T REALLY KNOW, BUT APPARENTLY SOMETHING INTERESTING WILL HAPPEN IF I KIDNAP YOU!!"

The black-haired fighter snarls, "SO YOU'RE STILL EAGER FOR MORE PAIN, THEN, YOU RUBBER BASTARD!!" Luffy shouts back with fierce determination, "I'M THE ONE WHO DECIDES THAT!!" Both men clench their fists with loud "CLENCH" sound effects. The fighter unleashes a devastating technique, "KARA-KUNI!!" A massive swirling vortex of gas and force erupts, engulfing the area as Luffy is hurled through the air amid the roaring empty-world attack.

The black-haired fighter laughs wildly, "SHURORORORA!!" Luffy struggles inside the gas, gasping, "UUH!! THIS IS THE ONE THAT KEEPS ME FROM BREATHING..." The fighter continues to press the assault with "...KU...!!" as Luffy is slammed through the air. In the final panel Luffy plummets, desperately crying "GASP!!" while the gas continues to choke the battlefield.

The black-haired fighter declares, "SHURO RORO... THE SPACE WHERE YOU CAN'T BREATHE IS INDEED A FIXED RANGE!!" Luffy pants heavily, "HAA... HAA......SO IT'S ABOUT THIS DISTANCE, HUH!!" In quick succession the fighter asks, "BUT CAN YOU KEEP THAT DISTANCEI" Luffy stretches his arm back and yells "GOMU GOMU NO" before launching a powerful strike, "JET PISTOL!!" The blow connects with explosive force, sending the fighter reeling amid bursts of gas and impact lines as Luffy shouts "UGH!!"

High above the battlefield, a cloaked figure drifts through the sky as the word "DRIFT" appears. Below, a long-haired fighter with wild eyes reels from an impact, black fragments scattering as he howls, "AHHHH THAT HURT! SHIT! SHURORORO RORORO!!!" Thick gas labeled "GAS GAS" billows around him while Luffy in his straw hat is knocked back. The long-haired man grins viciously and declares, "BEHOLD, THIS IS OXYGEN!" In close-up panels he taunts, "IT HURTS, DOESN'T ITI" and "SEE, YOU'LL SUFFOCATE IF YOU GET CLOSE!!" Luffy grimaces, "UU!! NOT AGAIN..." The opponent then summons a glowing blade, shouting, "I'VE STILL GOT PLENTY OF WAYS TO ATTACK SOMEONE UNAFFECTED BY POISON GAS, LIKE YOU!!!!" and swings the weapon while yelling, "BLUE SWORD"!!

Vergo swings his massive flaming blade in a powerful arc, the sword vanishing into the strike as he roars, "NOW, BE CUT BY MY FLAME!!" The impact shatters the surroundings in a massive explosion of debris and smoke. Luffy is hurled backward, eyes wide. Vergo activates his technique, yelling, "ARMAMENT HARDENING"!! Luffy gasps in shock, "GASP!!" and stammers, "SHURO RORORO RO...!!" as Vergo's hardened blade strikes again with a heavy "GAN" impact.

Luffy's eyes blaze with fury as he stretches his arms and shouts, "GOMU GOMU NO!!!" Monet watches with a slight smile and says, "KAMAKURA". Luffy unleashes a furious barrage, his fists blurring into a storm of blows while yelling, "JET GATLING!!" Massive impact effects and shockwaves erupt across the panel as the rapid strikes land. Monet reacts with surprise, "!!I" while the relentless barrage continues with heavy sound effects.

Luffy sails through the air above the clouds as a crack forms in the ground. Monet remarks, "I WOULDN'T EXPECT ANY LESS... YOUR AVERAGE PIRATE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO BREAK THIS WALL...!!" Luffy reacts with shock, "A WALL!I" In the next instant Vergo's massive dragon-like snow construct erupts, slamming into Luffy with tremendous force. Luffy cries out, "UWAH HHHHH HHHH!!" Monet spreads her wings and calls, "MASTER, PLEASE GET AWAY FROM HERE!!" while Luffy, tumbling away, laughs, "HEH, IT SURE IS!!" and asks, "WHAT THE!I YOU!! YOU HAVE AN ABILITY!II" Monet replies with a grin, "THIS IS A POINTLESS FIGHT...!!"

Luffy yells "WAIT!!" as a voice taunts, "SHIRORO RORORORO!!! I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!" Luffy snaps back, "I'VE ALREADY THOUGHT UP A WAY TO TURN YOU ALL INTO BODIES FOR MY EXPERIMENTS!!" The opponent replies, "I'LL BE SEEING YOU, STRAWHAT...!! GO AHEAD AND RAMPAGE TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT!!" In a massive clash, the winged bird-woman Monet grabs Luffy from behind, declaring "IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN TO MASTER... I WON'T LET YOU GO AFTER HIM!!" Luffy struggles and shouts, "THAT BIRD-MAN I SAW IN THE WAR!!! WHAT'S HIS DEAL!!!" Nearby, Tashigi licks her lips and states, "I WOULD BE ELIMINATED BY JOKER."

Sanji and Smoker react to beeping signals as a diagram shows the connecting passage between A and B blocks. Marines shout "WE'VE GOT TO RUN!! HURRY UP!!!" and "IT'S THAT BUZZER AGAIN!! THE GATE AHEAD OF US IS CLOSING!!" One marine yells, "THAT GUY...!I HE'S FIGHTING THE FAKE VERGO FOR US!!" Sanji launches a powerful kick, shouting "FLANGE STRIKE!!!" as the impact sends enemies flying. A marine wonders, "BLACK LEG OF THE STRAWHAT PIRATE CREW!! WHY DID HE SAVE US!I SHOULD WE BACK HIM UP...I"

Sanji shouts "WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING!!! HURRY THE HELL UP AND GET OUT OF HERE!!!" as gas erupts with "FSS HHH". Marines panic, "UOHH!!! STR...!! STRONG!!" Tashigi sweats while Sanji yells "HEY, LOOK!!!" A marine cries, "I THINK THEY'RE TRYING TO LOCK US IN WITH THE GAS AGAIN!!!" The deadly gas floods the area with a massive "ギャコン!!" sound. People scream "THE DEADLY GAS IS COMING!! RUN!!!" and "WAHH!! THIS IS BAD!! THE OTHER GATE IS OPENING!" as the gas engulfs everyone.

Smoker stands amid the gas as marines yell "FORGET HIM!! WOULD THE REAL VERGO TRY TO KILL US!!" and "...!! VICE ADMIRAL VERGO..." One marine notes, "THIS GUY'S LIKE A MASS OF IRON OR SOMETHING" while another says "I SEE... SO IN SHORT..." Sanji confronts the figure, stating "YOU'RE THE TYPE... THAT MY CAPTAIN HATES THE MOST..." The man replies, "THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!" and "DON'T GET IN MY WAY."

Sanji launches a powerful kick at Vergo, his leg striking the grid-patterned body with tremendous force. The impact causes Sanji's tibia and fibula to snap audibly with *CRACK* *CRACK*. Sanji's face twists in pain as he recoils, eyes wide. Vergo remains standing, unfazed, while the force sends debris flying. Close-ups show Sanji's shocked expression, Vergo's gritted teeth and intense glare, and the shattering aftermath of the blow. Vergo counters with a heavy strike, sending Sanji flying backward amid massive impact effects and dust clouds.

A Marine shouts desperately, "THE POISONOUS GAS IS COMING UP BEHIND YOU!! AND THE GATE'S CLOSING!!! SO GET OVER HERE, QUICK!!!" Another yells, "HEY!! 'BLACK LEG' BRO!!!" An emergency broadcast blares: "ATTENTION, ALL BLOCKS OF LABORATORY 3 THIS IS AN EMERGENCY BROADCAST!" and "REPORTING FROM D-BLOCK". Inside the facility, a figure warns, "IS THAT PUNK SERIOUS...!! IF YOU START MEDDLING WITH THAT EVEN YOU'RE GOING TO SUFFER SOME CONSEQUENCES!!" Another exclaims, "HE'S INVADED THE SAD PRODUCTION ROOM!!!" and "AS OF NOW, TRAFALGAR LAW HAS...!!" while a shocked voice cries, "!!I... WHAT THE HELL!I"

Vergo declares, "KIDNAPPING MASTER... AND NOW THE SAD...!!!" A voice repeats, "I REPEAT..." Luffy stands nearby with a question mark over his head. Vergo continues, "AND HE BECAME A ROYAL SHICHIBUKAI JUST TO REACH THAT ROOM...!I LAW!!!" and "HE TEAMED UP WITH THE STRAWHATS TO MAKE THIS COUNTER-ATTACK!!" Trafalgar Law appears in close-up, thinking, "DOES HE INTEND TO THROW THE ENTIRE NEW WORLD INTO CHAOS!!!!" and "THAT BRAT... HE'S CONSTRUCTING THE WORST POSSIBLE SCENARIO!!!"
