THEY'LL TRAP US IF WE GET CLOSE!" A voice exclaims, "THAT'S THE GRAND FLEET!!" while another adds, "THEY SURE BROUGHT A BUNCH OF PEOPLE HERE...!! AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY'VE SEEN US...!!" A man peers through binoculars: "IT'S THE STRAW HAT CREW'S SHIP!!!" A clock panel shows "FOUR MINUTES... THE PROMISED TIME IS DRAWING NEAR!!!" with the caption "TIME UNTIL THE PROMISED MEET-UP." Below, a figure growls, "UNDERSTOOD, MASTER MONT D'OR!!" while another says, "LINK THE TRANSPONDER SNAILS!! I JUST HEARD ABOUT THE SITUATION OVER THERE." Text labels note WHOLE CAKE ISLAND and CACAO ISLAND. A map shows the island with "IT'LL BE TOWARDS THEIR FINAL DESTINATION...!!! Another panel shows "SULONG...II" A transformed figure with wild hair and fangs roars amid debris. The speaker continues, "STOP, PEKOMS...!!" and "THAT MAN WAS BIG BRO PEDRO!!...GAOH!!!" The beast explains, "AND I GO INTO A MINDLESS STATE WHERE I CAN'T HEAR ANYONE, EXCEPT FOR ONE MAN... WHEN I TRANSFORM INTO MY SULONG FORM... I'M JUST A RAMPAGING MONSTER..." Huffing heavily, the figure adds, "...IN OTHER WORDS, THERE'S NO ONE LEFT IN THIS WORLD THAT CAN STOP MY RAMPAGE..." A voice cries, "PEDRO..." as the beast growls, "UUGHN...!!" The narration concludes, "BUT HE ALWAYS MANAGED TO CALM ME DOWN, EVEN THOUGH I WAS JUST A MINDLESS BEAST...! I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I COULD ONLY HEAR HIM..." with final roars of "GAOH!!"

From high above the checkered rooftops of Cacao Island, Pekoms speaks to Luffy. "USE THAT CHANCE TO ESCAPE FROM CACAO ISLAND!!" "WHEN MY RAMPAGE BEGINS..." "LISTEN UP, STRAW HAT... TONIGHT IS A FULL MOON!!" Below, Luffy and Pekoms face Brûlée. She yells, "GET READY, STRAW HAT!!" Pekoms snaps back, "SHUT IT, BRÛLÉE...!!!" Brûlée continues, "EVEN IF YOU DO TRANSFORM INTO YOUR SULONG FORM, YOU'LL BE SUPPRESSED IN AN INSTANT! AND THAT'LL BE THE END FOR YOU!!" laughing "WII WII WII WIII!!" She adds, "WHAT AN IDIOT! IT'S USELESS, PEKOMS!! YOU TRAITOR!! A WAR-READY ARMY IS WAITING ON CACAO ISLAND!!" Luffy pants heavily, "HUFF... HUFF..." and declares, "I UNDERSTAND...!! THANK YOU!!" while Pekoms roars, "LET BIG BRO PEDRO'S SACRIFICE GO TO WASTE!! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT..." as he begins to change form with a loud "GAOH!!!"

On Cacao Island, a massive crowd panics as someone screams "SAVE MEEEEEEE!!" and another wails "KYAAAAA AHHHHH!!" A caption notes "CACAO ISLAND..." Brûlée reacts in surprise, "ISN'T THAT BIG SIS BRÛLÉE'S VOICE...I" while Pekoms peers into a mirror, hearing "THERE'S A VOICE... COMING FROM WITHIN THE MIRROR!!" Chaos erupts as soldiers shout, "HE'S COMING!! SNIPERS, READY YOUR GUNS!!!" and "SHE'S BEEN CAUGHT BY THE ENEMY!! IT HAS TO BE STRAW HAT!!" A swirling vortex forms around the mirror. In the foreground, Brûlée, Pekoms, and others react with shock: "HUHI" and "!I" as large sound effects "ZII" and "OHO...!" punctuate the moment.

Pekoms bursts from the mirror in his transformed state, firing a gun wildly with Japanese SFX "ああああああああああ" and top SFX "AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH". The crowd reacts in horror. "PEKOMS!! WHY ARE YOU THE ONE WHO'S COMING OUT OF THE MIRRORI!" "HUUUU HHHH!!I" "PEKOMS!!" "HUH..." Brûlée cries, "SAVE ME, EVERYONE...!!!" while Pekoms threatens, "IF ANY OF YOU TRY ANY TRICKS, YOUR PRECIOUS FAMILY MEMBER, BRÛLÉE, WILL HAVE HER HEAD BLOWN OFF!! GAOH!!!" He warns, "UH... UM... DON'T MOVE, BIG MOM PIRATES!!" A pair of sunglasses is tossed with "TOSS!!" as the massive crowd below panics, shouting "KYAAAH! STOP IT, PEKOMS!!" "BRÛLÉE!!" "BIG SIS BRÛLÉE!!!"

Pekoms declares, "I'M GOING TO LET STRAW HAT ESCAPE!! HE'S THE MAN THAT BIG BRO PEDRO GAMBLED HIS LIFE ON!!" while transforming further, thinking "BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER!! IN ANY CASE, I'LL BE EXPOSED BY THIS TRANSFORMATION...!!!" Big Mom Pirates members yell, "IF YOU DO THAT, YOU'RE GOING TO GO ON A RAMPAGE!! STOP IT, PEKOMS!!" "SUPPRESS HIM!!" as Pekoms rampages with massive impact effects. One pirate notes, "HE'S TRANSFORMING INTO HIS SULONG FORM!!" Another shouts, "HEY, HEY, WHAT'S GOING ON HERE...I IT WASN'T KATAKURI WHO CAME OUT FROM THE MIRROR... NOR WAS IT STRAW HAT...!! ON TOP OF THAT, MY PRECIOUS LITTLE SISTER HAS BEEN TAKEN WITHOUT ANY REASON..." The order comes: "AIM YOUR GUNS AT HIM!!!" "IT'S TOO LATE... PREPARE YOURSELVES!! GAOH!!"

Explosions and searing heat erupt as a massive gun fires point-blank. "HEAT...!!" a voice roars amid the flames. "IT'S HOT!!!" another screams while the shooter yells "BANG!!!" A brutal clash follows as one fighter unleashes "WAVE FIST!!!" sending his opponent flying with a pained "BUGH!!!" Below, shocked onlookers recognize the falling figure. "THIS IS SANJI!" one cries. "IT'S STRAW HAT LUFFY!!" another shouts. "LUFFY CAME OUT!!" they exclaim as Luffy crashes down hard with a heavy "THUD!" amid swirling smoke and debris.

From high above the town, Luffy is spotted on a rooftop. "HE WAS BEING HIDDEN...!!!" someone yells. "IT'S STRAW HAT, KILL HIM...!!!" the crowd roars. Luffy pants "HUFF... HUFF..." while allies cheer "YEEESSS SSSSS!!" Below, he leaps dramatically, shouting "YAHOOOOO!!!" A voice notes "IT'S ALMOST WORTH SOME PRAISE THAT HE WAS ABLE TO... OUTWIT BIG BROTHER KATAKURI AND MAKE IT OUT HERE..." An enemy warns "YOU SHOULD KNOW... THAT JUMPING MAKES YOU AN EASY TARGET!" as Luffy sails over the roof with "HE'S OVER THE ROOF!!"

Luffy grimaces mid-leap, growling "UGH...!!" as he declares "NOW, LET'S MAKE THIS SIMPLE...!!!" A blade flashes with "GLINT!!" and "UNSHEATH...!" A fierce kick sends an opponent flying in a fiery impact. "SANJI!!" Luffy shouts in surprise. Onlookers panic "WHO IS THAT GUY!!!I" and "BIG BROTHER RAISIN!!!I" as the battle intensifies around the rooftops.

Chaos erupts as fighters tumble through the air. "THEY'RE GETTING AWAY THROUGH THE SKY...!!!" someone yells. "SO YOU WON!" "AS EXPECTED OF YOU!" "YEP." A round figure commands "USE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS MOONWALK-YU!!!" while another growls "WE WERE PREPARED FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS... HOW NAIVE..." Pekoms appears below as an attacker threatens "GOUGE OUT HIS EYES, SO THAT HE'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO SEE A FULL MOON AGAIN!!" Pekoms roars in agony "GWAAAAAAAH!!" amid the brutal assault.

High above the town, a horned figure in a dark cloak is blasted backward through the air by a massive impact, limbs flailing as debris scatters. Pekoms tumbles helplessly while a voice cries out, "TO LOOK AWAY...!!" Below, a grinning Big Mom pirate in a tall striped hat sneers, "IT'S FOOLISH..." as another shouts "HUH...I" A sudden massive black sphere hurtles in from the side. "SHOOT HIM DEAD!!" yells a pirate. The cloaked attacker swings wildly, roaring "AND IT'S ALSO RUDEEEE EEE-YU!!!" while another cheers "HYAA-HOOOO!!" The sphere smashes into the ground amid a huge explosion of dust, rubble, and impact lines as the horned fighter crashes down hard.

Chaos erupts across Cacao Island. A pirate on a rooftop yells "HEY!! WHAT'S GOING ON!!!I" while another shouts "THE SHIPS BY THE COAST ARE BURNING!!" and "WHAT HAPPENED!I" A massive black smoke cloud billows upward from the port with debris flying everywhere. Onlookers cry "THERE'S AN EXPLOSION AT THE PORT!!!" and "WHO THE HELL IS IT!I" as a fleet of ships burns in the distance. In the streets, panicked citizens and pirates react with "WE'RE SCREWED...!!" and "IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY... GYAHHAHAHA!!" Gunfire rings out with sharp "キン!!" and "ザキン!!" sounds. A cloaked gunman fires repeatedly, shouting "WHAT IS THAT!!!I" amid the spreading panic.

The sea fills with the arriving Germa 66 fleet, their castle-shaped ships flying "66" flags as soldiers stand ready. "NEXT, READY THE CANNONS!!" orders a voice. Onlookers gasp "IT'S GERMA'S FLEET!!!" and "THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN WIPED OUT HOURS AGO!!" Sanji stands among the arrivals with a determined glare. "WE ALSO WANTED A CHANCE..." he says. Ichiji appears beside him, declaring "TO SHAKE THINGS UP!!" A close-up shows Sanji's intense eyes as he mutters "...WHAT A COINCIDENCE..." while an unseen speaker notes "AN UNEXPECTED ARRIVAL!!" The chapter ends with the dramatic arrival shaking the battlefield.
