In the next panels a spiky-haired man questions the situation while a skeleton-like figure and a long-haired person discuss, "THEY SHOULD BE TOO BUSY FOR ANYTHING ELSE." "RIGHT NOW, THE MARINE HEADQUARTERS IS OCCUPIED WITH ANOTHER MATTER." A close-up shows the black-haired woman smiling, "IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ROOKIES HAVE GOTTEN LUCKY. BUT IT'S ALL RIGHT." Peterman grins, "IS A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME CHANCE!! YOU CAN'T CATCH THEM IN THE WATER! SEEING A MERMAID ON LAND..." The kidnappers react with shock, "... NO, 10 IS FINE!! YES, THAT'S PLENTY." "... H-HOW ABOUT 20...I"

A massive sign reads "Sabaody Park - Groves 32, 33, 34" as the amusement park's giant Ferris wheel and roller coasters loom overhead. Luffy shouts with arms spread, "WE'RE HERE!! SHABONDY PARK!!!" A small figure cheers, "ALL RIGHT, YOU GUYS!!" Luffy laughs wildly, "THAT'S ONLY IF HE WASN'T IN THE LAWLESS ZONE." His companion replies, "THE LADY SAID THAT THE CRAFTSMAN GUY LIKES THIS PLACE." Luffy's eyes sparkle, "THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE SEEN IT THIS CLOSE..." A massive onomatopoeic "ドーン" echoes across the park. In the background a voice yells, "CAMIE!! YOU CAN'T GO IN!!!" while another screams, "WAAAAA!!!" and "YAAAAH!!! LET'S HAVE FUN!!!"

In Sabaody Park, visitors ride the towering Ferris wheel and roller coasters under a bright sky filled with floating bubbles. On a slow-moving ride, someone remarks, "AHH, THIS RIDE MOVES NICE AND SLOW." Another adds, "LOOK AT THAT VIEW." SFX echo "KATA KATA" as the carts advance. In the bustling streets of Grove 24, two cloaked figures watch the chaos unfold. One remarks, "THEY EVEN SWAGGER AROUND IN THE LAWLESS ZONE... WHAT TROUBLESOME PEOPLE." The other replies, "NOTHING FOR US TO DO OTHER THAN SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR THEM TO PASS." A voice wonders, "... THE 'TENRYUUBITO,' HUH...I" while another shouts, "HIGH PRIEST UROUGE!! THAT'S..." Below, the massive Tenryuubito Saint Charlos sits atop a chained, beaten slave, complaining, "MUFUUUUUIN, SHARLIA AND FATHER BOTH LEFT ME." A suited man beside him states, "WHERE ON EARTH DID THEY GOI" Charlos continues, "WE WILL MEET THEM AT OUR FINAL DESTINATION, SO PLEASE REST EASY," as the slave groans, "GANKU GANKU" and "HAA... HAA..." A sign identifies the noble as "Tenryuubito Saint Charlos."

Saint Charlos erupts in rage at his slave, yelling, "AND YOU SWAY TOO MUCH, IT'S A TERRIBLE RIDE!! YOU PISS ME OFF!! IT'S BECAUSE YOU WALK AS SLOW AS A TURTLE!!" He violently strikes the chained man, sending him flying with impact effects. In the distance, the bubble-helmeted noble shouts at bystanders, "YOU LOWLY HUMANS!! WHY ARE YOU MOVINGI HEY, YOU OVER THERE, WAIT!!" A panicked crowd reacts with "!!!" and "I" Later, medics rush the bloodied slave on a stretcher. One says, "THIS IS REALLY BAD...!!!" while another urges, "HE'S BLEEDING TOO BADLY!! WE NEED TO ACT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, AND THE HOSPITAL IS RIGHT THERE!" A bearded man apologizes, "... M-MY APOLOGIES, PLEASE OVERLOOK THIS!!" The slave weakly responds, "WELL THEN, AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE..."

Chaos erupts as Saint Charlos rampages through the grove, smashing into civilians with massive impact SFX "ドシャーン!!" and "GAN!!" A bystander screams, "WAAAH!!" while another pleads, "PLEASE STOP!!" Charlos declares, "I'LL PUT YOU TO REST!!!" Nearby, the cloaked figures debate: one notes, "THE COMMONERS' LIVES BELONG TO THE TENRYUUBITO," while the other questions, "WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT: SHOWING PROPER COURTESY TO ME, OR SOME COMMONER'S LIFEI" Urouge smirks, "HE DOES WHATEVER HE WANTS....!!!" Elsewhere, a suited man tells a young woman, "VERY WELL, I'LL MAKE PREPARATIONS TO TAKE HER TO THE HOLY LAND AS YOUR THIRTEENTH WIFE..." She protests, "AH... I'M TIRED OF WIVES NUMBER 1 TO 5, I'LL MAKE THEM BACK TO BEING COMMONERS." Charlos stares in shock, "EH...!I" and then declares, "ALL RIGHT, I'LL MAKE YOU MY WIFE."

The young woman stands protectively in front of the injured man, shouting, "HOW DARE YOU STAND IN FRONT OF ME....!!I SHE'S MY FIANCEE....!!!" A nurse pleads, "PLEASE HOLD ON A SECOND!!! PLEASE WAIT, I....!!!" The cloaked man reacts in fury, "YOU MURDERER!!! HOW COULD YOU...!I" as the crowd murmurs, "THAT'S MESSED UP... EVEN WORSE THAN THE RUMORS..." The nurse cries out, "SOMEONE!! PLEASE HELP HIM!!" while the wounded man is struck again with "ズシャ" and "ズキ" effects, screaming "KYAAAH!!!" and "HAA..." A large silhouette appears, declaring, "TAKE HER TO THE PORT FIRST." The nurse begs, "... PLEASE LET ME GO!! I BEG YOU....!!!" as Charlos glares, "... WHAT, DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME" and the crowd continues, "SOMEONE PLEASE HELP HIM!!!"

Onlookers stare in shock at a lone figure standing motionless in the middle of the street. "HE'S IN TROUBLE!!" one man yells. "WHAT'S HE DOING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET!I DOESN'T HE KNOW ANYTHING!I" another shouts. Nearby pirates recognize the man. "CAPTAIN APOO, HE'S...!!!" one cries. "WHO'S THAT...I" another asks. "EH!I" a third exclaims. The crowd identifies him: "THE 'PIRATE HUNTER' FROM EAST BLUE!!" Scratchmen Apoo stands with a drink in hand, watching calmly. A massive black silhouette suddenly appears inside a glowing bubble-like device on the ground. "...!I" someone gasps in alarm as the figure materializes. The scene cuts to panicked reactions from several characters, including a wide-eyed man and a hooded figure, as the situation escalates.

A long-haired woman in a fur coat grabs a boy by the collar, shouting "IF YOU'RE A PIRATE, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL OTHER PIRATES AT A GLANCE, RIGHT!!I" and "WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU DOING!!I DID YOU WANT TO BRING AN ADMIRAL DOWN ON THESE ISLANDS!!I" The boy protests "TOMATO JUICE... YOU... HUH...I WEREN'T YOU A KIDI" She retorts "WHY'D YOU GET IN MY WAY, YOU MORON!!" while a small man labeled "GREAT ME" watches.

Spectators discuss the incident. "I'D HEARD THAT THEY WERE ALL CRAZY, BUT... TO ATTACK ONE OF THE TENRYUUBITO... THAT'S JUST INSANE." Another notes "THANKS TO JEWELRY BONNEY, WE MANAGED TO AVOID THE WORST CASE SCENARIO..." and identifies the attacker: "THAT MAN WAS THE 'PIRATE HUNTER' ZORO, FROM THE STRAWHAT PIRATES." A man adds "HE DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A GUY WHO FOLLOWS ORDERS..." while another says "HE'S THE FIRST MATE, HIS BOUNTY'S 120 MILLION." A grinning man remarks "THAT BASTARD, FOR A SECOND THERE, HE LET OFF A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF KILLING INTENT... HE'S A BEAST." A woman concludes "HE DOESN'T HAVE THE LOOK OF DEATH ABOUT HIM. OF COURSE HE WAS SAVED..." In the background, a long-haired woman watches in shock: "I'M SHOCKED...!!! A PIRATE SAVING SOMEONE!I I'VE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!!" People call for a hospital as the wounded are carried away.

The Den Den Mushi continues ringing as they remark, "The Den Den Mushi..." A frantic call comes through. "SANJI!I IT'S BAD!!! UEEEEHHHN!" Sanji answers, "Hey... what happened...I" Chopper's voice bursts out, "IT'S ME, CHOPPER!!! UM... THERE ARE TOO MANY FLAVORS OF ICE CREAM!!!" Nami's voice adds, "HELLO!!I I HOPE IT'S NAMI." with a heart. Someone urges, "I CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOU, CALM DOWN AND SPEAK CLEARLY... NOW TELL ME, WHAT HAPPENED..." The panel erupts in shock. Luffy, Sanji, and Usopp stare in horror as the news hits: "CAMIE'S BEEN KIDNAPPED!!!" They all yell, "WHAT!!I" and "!!I"
