The Underground World

At Dressrosa's Flower Fields, the Riku Royal Army rebellion headquarters roars as the plan moves ahead. The Toy Soldier explains the next step: they will take the underground passage from the Flower Fields and emerge into the commerce port, deep in enemy territory. The objective is narrowed to one target: "All we're after is that one little girl!!!" Sugar's face fills the plan like the lock on the whole country. The rebels shout her name and warn that she may look like a girl, but must not be underestimated. The operation is simple in wording and dangerous in execution: reach the underground world, get close to Sugar, and knock her out before the Donquixote Family can stop them.

The rebels surge into motion, declaring that they will knock out Sugar and turn all the toys throughout the country back into humans. The Tontatta charge with wild enthusiasm, but the Toy Soldier admits that the narrow tunnel will be a tight fit for Robin and him. He tells Fraland that he will have to take off his shoulders and arms, because the passage is too small for a large human-bodied toy. The Tontatta had never assumed big humans would use the tunnel, so Robin and the Soldier will have to enter via the Toy House instead. On an unforeseeable scale, Doflamingo has hidden an entire industrial world below the island.
